Cana p.o.v.
The party was crazy, everyone had fun and the night of their life. The backside of it all was the fact I had to wake up with a hangover, not the best way to start a day indeed. The pain was just killing me from the inside, making me believe my head would explode. Looking around the kitchen I managed to find some painkillers, without thinking I swallowed two at once. Now I realized how stupid of this friend was to make a party in the middle of the week, but I couldn't complain about anything more because the whole party was simply awesome. It was such a pity Joanna didn't show up despite me inviting her, but it must be because she didn't know anyone else there beside me which made sense. Even if she acted strong and mighty she was rather shy around new people, but it seemed she would never Laxus find that part about her.
Ok I make a party on my own today. I thought then I could simply invite the school squad over. Then I could leave them with simple task to invite over at least one guy. That sure seemed like a good plan and I so would make it happen. Then making a sandwich I realized how little time I got left and I left like this, probably forgetting a lot things in the progress. When I following the path to school I heard a familiar voice calling me.
"Hey Cana!" looking back I saw my best friend, she wasn't in the best state as well. Despite her having bandages both her les and face her legs was also trembling. And for long I saw her without any glasses as well.
"What happened to you?" I asked after giving her a quick hug because she seemed like she needed one at the very moment. She just laughed it off nervously and after a pause she answered.
"You know these idiots made my bike fall and not only my legs and face was scratched but my favorite glasses are broke now. But don't worry I took money from their pockets as they owe me them because it was their fault. "Now I remembered her greedy side and I suspected she took more money than these were worth, but she probably claimed it was for medical bills if I asked her about it.
"But it looks like quite bad if you ask me..maybe you should have stayed at home." This made Joanna shake her head as she stated.
"That would only make them think I'm too scared to return, no one will think I'm any scary-cat." I saw determination in her eyes. It seemed she was really serious about the whole deal with Macarov she made before he went into coma. Soon someone pocked my back and turning around I saw a glimpse of white hair. It was no one else than the 2 siblings Mira and Lisanna.
"Hey, why are you standing in middle if the way?" Lisanna asked but then she hesitated when she saw Joanna and all the bandages covering her.
"This looks quite bad, are you ok?" she just nodded trying to act like nothing wrong was with her legs, even if the way she stood told up totally the opposite. Suddenly I realized how lucky I was, because before I could never make female friends. Girls always hated me for snatching their boyfriends even when they were the one's coming straight to me when their relationships didn't work out. This time it seemed different because Joanna seemed be the type that wouldn't care about such matters.
Then the darkhaired girl answered.
"As I told Cana, it's ok." But Mira didn't believed her and so she started to look up the wounds herself.
"We are going straight to infirmary." She declared and we could see she wouldn't take a no in this situation, which made Joanna sight and she agreed to walk there in the end.
This made me remember how scary our nurse at school was, she always screamed about how she hated kids as well as humans. Sometimes she may throw things at people and so most students never visited the infirmary that often or they mostly rushed out of it at high speed. Sometime along the way there was rumors going around that even they were afraid of Porlyusica, but it died as fast after people got beaten the shit out of them for even whispering it among eachother.
Soon Mira grabbed Joanna's hand and they were on their way, just so they could manage it before the classes. On our way we even seen the rest of the squad and just by looking they could tell what was going on so they keep us company.
"Porlyusica-san can you help her?" Lisanna asked quite so kindly, but what we received was a glare from her side. Yet when she saw the bandages she mentioned for her to sit down which she gladly did. Taking off the knee socks we could see how tainted with blood the bandages were. When they slid off I could see the wound that didn't seem so appealing. Even the nurse herself seemed shocked at the sight of the wound.
"You should have fixed it yesterday." Yet the answer from the hazel-eyed female was following.
"I tried my best." Then we could hear a whole lecture on how to handle these sort of wounds which seemed to have sink into my friend as she even went as long as taking notes which even surprised the pink haired nurse. Probably she always were meet off egoistic nature from the students as most of them were snobs indeed.
"Next time I shall make sure to come in time, if the Thunder Tribe won't be after me that is." Just the mention of them pissed off as she afterwards muttered under her breath.
"Stupid kids." Porlyusica then walked to the locker and she put some cream on the girls knees, it seemed quite painful as she bit her lip quite so hard to prevent screaming out loud. Then she wrapped new bandage over it and we were good to go. Then we seen the infamous group, yet again I sent them glares meanwhile someone let their anger step up their game.
"You idiots! I swear I'm going to put your lives in miser for hurting my friend!" Erza yelled as she sure seemed serious at the moment. I could just imagine her taking a sword and cutting off their heads just because they dared to mess with her squad which she sometimes called family. Such outrage made both Gray and Natsu step back as their legs started to tremble from fear for the red-haired female. This made me giggle to myself as it looked quite hilarious.
"Erza I think we must to head if we don't want to miss our lessons." Lucy remarked. That made Erza calm and we headed to our classes. While others seemed to focus on the actual lesson I was sitting and thinking about the party. I also realized this would be the perfect day for such event seeing as today was indeed Friday.
Time Skip
"Cana if you don't move now we are going to leave you." Joanna stated while looking at my direction, just waiting for me to move.
"Eh?" I looked at her dumbfounded.
"It's time for lunch." Realizing she was right I took my lunch money which thankfully I didn't forget.
"I suspect you forgot your lunch." Joanna said and as she found the approval in my eyes he added.
"I thought so, that's why I made you one myself." That said she gave me a lunch box and opening it I said following words spelled on the rice "BFF this is my oath to you" considering how little the text was it made me wonder how much time she spent in the kitchen to make this. Smiling at the fantastic gift I smacked her friendly on the Mirajane had to remind us of the worst case scenario that could happen if we didn't hurry.
"Let's go before Erza gets angry from waiting." And so we rushed to the cafeteria.
"What took you guys so long?" Lisanna was the first to ask once we arrived.
"A daydreaming Cana." Mira stated as this made Erza look at my direction, directing her glare at me. Prepares she hasn't had a cake for a quite long time. After some chatting we managed to sit down as we digged in our lunches. Just then the more serious topics came upon the surface.
"We want to stop Thunder Tribe, but how are we going to actually manage it if we won't use violence?" Levy questioned, and sure it was quite good question as we needed a plan.
"Why can't we just use violence?" Erza probably though they deserved it but none of us probably wanted to step to their level.
"Because we aren't them." As the only thing Lucy said as it seemed everyone agreed on it. However then an idea hit me like a storm and fast I blurred out.
"We can use our feminine sex appeal." Everyone seemed to be far to shocked to say anything at first but as they deep thought about our situation even I was surprised when they seemed to accept our position.
"I think she is right, there is not much we can do." Lisanna areed and then I saw Lucy nod.
"Ok Cana, any ideas on how we can realize that idea?" Erza asked, her face expression being serious at the moment.
"You know guys I was actually kidding when I suggested it?" I asked unsure whatever they realized it to be so.
"But what choices do we even have left?" Levy questioned as Lucy stated.
"I mean I'm perfect for this job." Even if she was not many took her seriously, then next I heard someone clap as they got a splendid idea and next I heard Mira say.
"We can possibly sing." To which Lucy shook her head and said.
"I don't see how you can count it as sex appeal."
"Well if you dance to it may just be it." Joanna added but she seemed quite distant, maybe she didn't want to join onto this idea which made me want to push her futher from her bubble.
"Maybe you can suggest a song we can dance too?" I remembered how she used to dance to Korean songs. My bestie just gave me a blank stare as she said.
"There is Korean songs translated to and sung in English we can take one of these." Seeing how the squad nodded their heads this was decided we would do this and seduce some assholes if we are lucky. Joanna just seemed to sight and then she placed on her speakers a song called "Girls Generation-The Boys." This one fit so well that it seemed perfect. Then the next thing I had to bring up would be the party.
"Oh before I forget, I'm going to hold a party tonight. You are all invited, but to come inside you need to invite at least one guy as well." My bestie then titled her head while asking.
"What happens if we won't find anyone that can?" I just shrugged my shoulders while stating.
"Then you can't come." Then another one seemed to have a problem.
"But I have homework to do." Lucy claimed and seeing how much time she had at hands I waved my hand while saying.
"It can wait, you have the whole weekend after all." Most of the girls gave the impression that they didn't want to go, because I mentioned it was a party. But I could just feel they would arrive seeing as we all were friends and there wasn't anything to be afraid of. At least that's what I thought. Yet then I saw my friend standing up and she declared.
"I must go?" and out of curiosity I asked.
"Where?" she just looked at me with are you serious look and what she said next was-
"What a stupid question, to bathroom." This made me question whatever she would manage with these legs, but she wouldn't accept help it seemed or more likely she seen it as something she could handle herself. Maybe she didn't thought about the consequences such as Thunder Tribe.
"But what if you meet to face with Thunder Tribe?" Levy asked which the answer to it was.
"If they are manly enough then they going to ignore me. And if I don't be back then go without me." Joanna added and she went.
"You just sounded like my brother Elfman." Lissana said giggling.
"What do you mean?" Joanna asked.
"He always says things about how manly he is." She said.
"Then maybe we are going to be on good terms if we meet." Joanna just answered and with this she headed to the nearest toilet.
