Ciel's POV

After Utau has gone back inside her orb (the necklace) to rest from her injuries. The people who shot Utau were getting nearer. I began to panic. The first thing they are going to do to me, is check for anything valuable I'm wearing.

How do I hide the orb Utau is resting? I thought.

I looked down at the orb which holds Utau and began to….cry. I'm not one to cry, but the thought of losing Utau frightens me. I'm not going to lose her! Not now, not ever.

Suddenly the orb started to glow, but only lightly. Not like before where she almost blinded me when I first received her. But when I look closely, the glow was barely visible and was blinking.

Is she dying? I quickly thought. No! She can't die! I gave her an order, a wish!

~Ciel….~

I heard a voice. It sounded just like Utau's voice.

~Ciel….don't cry~

It is Utau! But how?

~Ciel…~

"Utau," I whispered to her orb, "d-don't die. You hear me."

~Ciel….I will always protect you~

I smiled a small smile to her. I turned around to quickly realize the murders are getting nearer and nearer to me.

I look back down at the orb, "Utau, the murders who shot you are getting nearer. I must hide you."

~Ciel….don't worry, I will always stay by your side…..always~

The orb, which I held in my hands, started to glow a bit brighter.

~Ciel….stick out your right hand~

I did as told and saw the orb started to move on top of my right hand. Once it was on top of my hand, the orb started to move down and what shocked me was that the orb disappeared inside my right hand.

I can feel her. I can feel Utau's energy within me. I smiled and held my right hand closer to me.

"Utau," I said very quietly that you had to strain your ear in order to hear me.

~You are never alone….for I will always be with you every step of the way Ciel~

As I was holding my hand, I didn't feel the murders grab me and quickly restrain me and dumped me inside there van. The image of Utau being shot came back into my head. As if replaying what had just occurred over a while ago again. I was too shock to move, talk, or even breathe. That image of Utau protecting me and being shot 3 times, scared me. Never before had I seen something so…shocking. So….frightening.

I'm scared of what's going to happen to me. With Utau resting in her orb, I'm….weak. A human without any supernatural powers, besides title and money.

But I have to be strong, for I am Ciel Phantomhive! The new owner of the Funtom Company.

I just didn't expect what lies ahead was something I will never forget.

~A few days later~

How long has it been? A day? A week? It's hard to tell because I am inside a cage, chained up like an animal. It's so dark in here that I can't tell from day to night, or from noon to midnight.

Utau's murders are keeping me alive for something. They hardly feed me and sometimes would give me beatings because they are bored and have nothing better to do than laugh at my pain. Unfortunately, I am the one who's laughing because I don't feel the pain they are giving me and I know why. Utau is always there to protect me no matter what. She is using her powers to deflect the beatings from me to her. It's like I have a shield around me that prevents me from getting hurt and yet, she is the one bearing all the pain. I feel guilty but I could also use this to my advantage.

Whenever they come to beat me they always carry around food, like a piece of bread the size of my fist. So they beat me first, and disgusting as it sounds I have to pretend I am feeling the pain, and then once they're done they throw the food far away out of my reach and leave. They hardly care if I reach the food or not. But of course I can because I'm fine. I am force to keep this act up or else they would suspect of me hiding something from them.

Sometimes I would try to escape, like take the keys when they aren't looking and wait for the right moment to unlock my cage and ran. Unfortunately I have bad luck because I am always caught before I can reach the door of freedom. It's like they really need me for something important that can change there lives, or mine.

They have been keeping me here in this hell hole for atleast 3 years, I believe. And now it looks like the day has come for some stupid ritual they were planning to do once they caught me.

~Fast Forward to the Room of the Ritual~

Once I entered the room, they stripped me off my clothing and now I only had a red sheet on me. Then they strapped me onto the table and began chanting in some weird language.

I closed my eyes for a brief second, and when I opened my eyes I was in a pitch black place. If you can call it a place. The only thing I can see was a raven, or is it a crow? Standing on a perch. I knew it wasn't human, and thought to myself: I'm going to kill those bastards.

(Author: You all know what happens here so imma skip to the part where Ciel orders Sebastian to kill them :D)

One by one they all went down. It was like playing that dominos game.

I remembered me and Utau used to play that game together and having fun knocking eachothers dominos. I looked at my right hand and could feel Utau's presence still there.

Thank goodness, I thought with a sigh coming out of my mouth.

"All done bocchan," said my newly contracted demon butler Sebastian Michaelis.

"Good," I said looking up at him, "Let's get out of this hell hole. I had enough staying here as a prisoner than being treated with respect."

Sebastian smiled and bowed at my order, "Hai, bocchan."

~After leaving the Hell Hole~

We arrived at what used to be my home, now all burned down. All the good memories of the time I had with my family have vanished.

My heart, gone, after seeing the destruction.

Now I only have one goal in mind: revenge.

I will take back all that was taken from me. My home, my family, my pet dog, my happiness and my love. Where my heart was, is now replaced with anger and revenge.

I will get my revenge.

I looked at my butler, "Sebastian, I order you to rebuild my home from scratch. Have it look exactly like it was before the…incident."

Sebastian bowed towards me, "Hai bocchan."

"And do it fast, got it."

"Hai."

And off he went to repairing and rebuilding my old home.

From this day forward, I will do whatever it takes to get to my revenge.

Sorry that it took sooooo long but have no fear, the next chapter will be coming out soon! I hope :P

It was hard trying to figure out how to continue this because I had sooooo many ideas and then realized just go with the manga/anime for now then change it later on in the next chapter

FYI: Utau just doesn't have to be Utau Hoshina/Tsukiyomi from shugo chara, she can be any character that has blonde hair, purple/blue eyes and is female
