Ayame POV: the next day
I was walking down the street. The cold wind blew my long silver hair everywhere. 'Maybe I should take Hatori-san suggested and cut some of it.'
"HAHAHAHA!!!!!" I couldn't help but laugh at the idea. Another cold breeze blew though again.
"Dam it!" 'Hello what do we have here?' Kyo was clutching his jacket trying to keep warm. "WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO DAM COLD!!!!!!" Everyone gave him a look. He return the look. They walk away. "Yeah! That's what I thought punks!" I gave a chuckle.
Then I heard a car going out of control and heading in Kyo's direction. And he just happen to step off of the curb. "Keep walking!"
"KYO!!! WATCH OUT!!!!!" "Huh?" The car was almost there and Kyo was completely paralyze with fear. 'I have to do it!'
Kyo POV
I couldn't move. I beg my feet to move but they just wouldn't move. Then before I close my eyes I saw a silver blur. I felt an arm wrapped around me and then a loud crash sound. The strange thing was I wasn't in pain or even on the ground. I open my eyes. Ayame removed his hand away from the badly dented car.
"Kyo you okay?!" he said looking in my direction. '"Hello Prey!"' "Ayame?" I stared at the car then at Ayame and back. 'How?'
"Kyo, ohmigod! I'm so sorry! Gomen!"
"Haru?" He stepped at the car. "What the heck are you doing you could've killed him."
"I'm sorry! That ice patch came out of nowhere…I ….lose control….I am really sorry Kyo. Super sorry. Please forgive me!" I couldn't speak. "Kyo please forgive me!"
"I forgive you." I said after a long pause.
"Oh thank you Kyo!" Ayame let go of me.
"Be more careful."
"Yes Ayame. I will."
"Now shoo."
"Right a…way." He turn around. "My car." Tears were flowing down his face. I was going to confer him. But notice that Ayame was leaving. I ran after him.
"Ayame! Ayame!" I grabbed his arm. He flinched under my touch. He pulled away. I reached for his hand but then I quickly pulled away. His hand was so cold.
"Gomen!"
"Thanks for…"
"Don't mention it." He said cutting me off.
"Aya…"
"I mean it." He gave me a shut up stare. I backed of quietly. "Ah Kyonkichi! I don't mean to be so mean." I was going to tell him not to call me that, but I looked at the car and bite my tongue. That could had been me. "Now be a good boy and stay with Haru." he said ruffling my bright orange hair.
"Hey!" but I stayed. I watched him walk away. I slowly walk to my crying over dramatic cow of a friend, Haru. I sat on the curb watching him.
"Dam it. Can you believe this Ky…WATCH OUT KYO!!!!" I heard a gun shoot Haru tackle me to the ground. But it was to late the bullet had already deep into my arm. I yelped in pain. "Kyo are you okay?" I was shaking. Another bullet was heard. Haru threw his whole body on me. He scream in pain.
"HARU!!!!!" There were no more bullets after that. Haru was bleeding uncontrollable. "Please somebody help me my friend…HELP ME!!!!!"
Ayame POV
I heard a scream and the scent of blood in the air.
"Oh god!" I ran to the source of the smell. Kyo was pass out holding a bleeding Hatsuharu.
"KYO!!!! HATSUHARU!!!!" I ran to them. But had to stop at the scent of Kyo's blood.
"Ahhh!" I step back covering my nose. Hatsuharu's blood merged with Kyo's making it hard for me to focus.
"Grrrrr!" I grabbed Kyo throwing him over my shoulder. Then grabbed Hatsuharu throwing him over the other, but not before making sure Kyo was comfortable. I walked into an alley and once out of sight ran with super fast speed to Shigure's house. All I could think of whenever I wasn't think about the delirious young teen blood that was pouring all over me was to get them to safety.
Shigure POV
"Hmm, I wonder where Kyo-kun is?" I set the finished manuscript down and walked out of my study.
"It sucks being alone in this big house. He should have been back by now. How long does it take to get me paper?" Both Yuki and Tohru were out on a little date and ever since Yuki's party Kyo is always helping out. I suddenly heard a door slam open.
"Ah. He's back." I walked down the stairs to find two lifeless bodies on my floor and a bloody Aya.
"What happened?" I look closer at the bodies.
"KYO!!!" I ran to the young teen holding him
"Oh no! what am I going to tell Kazuma?" I look at the other body.
"HARU!!!" I grabbed him pulling him close.
"What the hell happened Aya!?"
"I don't know. I found them like that." Ayame said trying to get the blood off of him. I was panicking now two died boys. What are we going to tell everyone? A little voice whisper 'They don't need to know. Burn the bodies and no one well know.' 'That's sick.' another voice whisper. I was so absorb in my thoughts I didn't even hear Kyo moan. I only felt his body move.
"Kyo!" he push me away limping up.
"Kyo?" Ayame said questioning starring at the cat. "Sit." Ayame said a little too harsh.
"No! You are not my dad. Leave me alone." he said. If I didn't know Kyo like I did His voice sound like he's going to cry.
"Kyo?"
"LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!" he said storming out of the room.
"Kyo!"
"I'll get him."
I stare at him. He walk calmly out of the room.
Kyo POV
"Kyo?"
"LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!"
I slam my door. I could feel the blood dripping down my arm. But I didn't care I just wanted to sleep forever and never wake up again. My arm hurt so much. Ayame slammed the door open with great human strength. He pushed me onto my bed. My head was hurting so much. My body felt like it was on fire.
"Get off me!" I said trying to push him off but finding no strength in my body. I sigh in deft.
"What do you want, snake." Maybe he just wants to make sure I'm okay. Images of Ayame biting me flashed in my mind. I shake them away. Like that's going to happened that only happens in books and movies.
His long hair was getting in my way. How he it just hang down on me like a vile. So beautiful yet annoying how you couldn't….what the hell am I think of?!
"Kyonkichi?" Ayame said touching my cheek. I pull away. He look at me strangely. His gold eyes starring at me with….with…I don't know….lust?
"You look delicious, Kyonkichi." he said dangerous close to my neck sending chills my back.
Ayame POV
Maybe one little bite just to see what he taste like.
I bite him gentle his voice hitched.
"Are you okay, Kyonkichi?" I ask looking at his blushing pale face.
"Do what you want. I don't have the energy to even try to push you of."
"Heh. You are cute when you blush." I said licking up the blood.
Hmmm. Not bad. But he's delicious.
"Stop that perv." I bite him harder. He let out a scream.
"Kyonkichi!?" I said panic like.
Did I hurt him.
"I am okay…you just surprise me…" he said smiling but I saw fear in his crimson eyes.
"Kyonkichi?"
"Just get off of me. Ugh.." I look at him. He passed out.
I slowly got off of him. His neck was still kind of bleeding.
I grabbed a bandage and wrapped it around his neck.
"Thank you, Kyo!"
I exited the room.

Kyo: That's pathetic
Me: T-T I know I am sorry fan girl 666 and osaka-chan4 (for taking time to review my story) and all the people who is watching and waiting for the next chapter.
Kyo: Hey the last part is totally OOC…..what the hell?
Me: Yeah sorry about that. It was late at night and I just wanted to finish it.
Ayame: Let's admit it if Kyo didn't bop you in the head at times. This story would still be dead.
Me: The truth hurts.
Hatsuharu: That's okay but one question…..am I alive?
Me: Maybe.
Hatsuharu: O.O
Kyo: At least I am alive.
Me: Maybe.
Kyo: O.0 WHAT?!?
Me: Well you passed out on your bed…
Kyo: So? That doesn't mean I am died does it.
Me: You lost a lot of blood.
Kyo: But I thought I was your favorite character.
Me: You are.
Ayame: Umm…guys come on let's wrap this thing up.
Me: Okay. Thanks for reading or review and watching. I was going to stop the story here but maybe a couple more chapters wouldn't hurt.
Ayame: Thanks for putting up with author-san here.
Me: Hey!
Hatsuharu: Bye people!
Kyo:….bye.
