I know it's been a while, and I know this is a short update compared to usual, but I had a lot of issues with internet and my computer so I'm trying to work with what I do have the best I can. ^^;

Enjoy this snippet of a chapter!

"Here we are kids! Poland," the dragon exclaimed. Dojo reverted back to his normal size as the monks hopped off, all of them speculating their new surroundings. All for Dojo who was busy with a near impossible itch to scratch.

They stood in a green pasture. Cows and horses grazed the land, and not far from them was the sight of a little village's flea market. Even from where they stood the monks could see the vast assortments of attire and trinkets all lined in their stands. The aroma of food filled the air; a strong scent of hickory smoked ham and an unknown scent that proved to smell just as enticing. There were many young children chasing each other around, all caught up in their own games as their parents made sales to keep their households together. The sight of such wholeness innocence gave the monks a warm feeling until they remembered their mission purpose. They turned back to their escort, listening to his plan of how everyone should pair off and each explore half of the market. To Dojo's disdain, no one agreed.

Raimundo crossed his arms, distracted by the kids who were playing around with a makeshift soccer ball. He could teach those kids a thing or two if they gave him the chance. He smiled to himself at the thought, looking down at the dragon as he nods towards the market. "You know, Dojo, as great as that sounds… I think we should split up. Cover more ground, y'know?"

"Oh no, I don't think so! What happens if you get distracted and someone takes the wu from right under our noses!" Dojo held up his head to elaborate, his big eyes wider than usual as he looks from one side to the other in a paranoid manner.

Clay tipped his hat. "Relax lil' partner," he said, flashing Dojo his usual chivalrous grin as he nodded towards the market as well. "It ain't all that big."

Kimiko smiled, chirping as she agreed. There had been some cute scarves that caught her eye and she would love to take a look to see if she could match one with one of her newest outfits. And who knows. Maybe she would find the wu hidden under a pile of accessories. "Yeah! Besides, we have our wu and our skills. If we get in trouble, we'll be able to handle ourselves. Right guys?"

Everyone agreed. Much to Dojo's distaste this is what they all wanted to do, and he was more than happy to oblige; but he did not like the idea. When the green dragon looked up the others had already started going their separate ways. He slithered around in circles before deciding to watch Omi, realizing the little monk was heading in the direction of the barnhouse.

Omi doesn't have the greatest reputation with animals," the dragon thought to himself. But then he sighed. "Oh well. At least I know he'll be looking for the wu."
