Peach: Last time on Super Smash Bros. Battle, Ness had lost his lucky baseball bat and thought his team would go to the next elimination because of this. But thanks to Luigi, Donkey Kong and Samus' help, they found it inside the T.V they used for the gaming marathon of Donkey Kong 64. During lunch, Kirby and Jigglypuff decided to combine their alliance with Yoshi and Pikachu's. They then accepted the deal very quickly. Fox was also back from the hospital, but still under medical condition. The next challenge was then run by Zelda because I got captured by Ganon and brought to his castle. Anyway, the next challenge was collecting their team's respective medallion and Spiritual Stone. The Mega Mashers placed first and won the reward which was a choice between Emerald Earrings, a Ruby Ring or a Sapphire Necklace. Samus chose the Ruby Ring, while Ness and Fox chose the Sapphire Necklace. The Big Brawlers placed second and The Small Smackers were up for elimination. Donkey Kong was sent packing because he hogged The Lens of Truth, causing them to lose the challenge and it was The Year of Luigi, so Yoshi and Pikachu gave him a chance. Donkey Kong is the third contestant eliminated. Who will be eliminated next and will we celebrate The Year of Luigi sometime during the season? Ness was the first to wake up in the morning. He stretched his arms and scratched his back.
-Confessional-
Ness: I need to make a huge move in this game. Not today, but sometime during the competition. Maybe I should tell Fox about my plan.
-End of Confessions-
Fox then woke up next.
Ness: Fox, can we talk somewhere private, where no one can hear us.
Fox: Sure.
They then talked in the castle basement.
Ness: Alright, I have a big game changer that will keep you safe.
Fox: Really?
Ness: Yes. Now, I am planning to get rid of Samus. She's a strong player in the game and besides, she's too nice.
Fox: Good point. So, are you saying, we should work together throughout the game?
Ness: Yep.
Fox: It's a deal. Let's give Samus a one-way ticket to the Bowser Boat.
Soon, everyone else was awake.
Mario: I should check the food board to see what's on the menu.
Mario then went to the castle dining area and read the menu.
Mario: Today's menu is…
Mario's jaw went wide and fainted onto the floor.
Kirby then went to the dining area to find Mario lying on the floor.
Kirby: Mario, are you alright. Mario? Mario!
Jigglypuff then entered the dining area.
Jigglypuff: What's the matter, Kirby?
Kirby: Mario fainted and isn't responding to a word I say.
Jigglypuff: Maybe it might be something to do with the menu.
Jigglypuff then read the menu.
Jigglypuff: No wonder! Today's menu is spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna!
Luigi then entered the dining area.
Luigi: Hey, guys. What's up?
Kirby: Mario fainted because of the menu. I don't think you want to do the same thing, so whatever you do, do NOT look at the menu!
Jigglypuff: We need a plate of spaghetti, stat!
One of the Toad chefs handed Jigglypuff the tasty dish. Jigglypuff then let the path of delicious smell go to Mario. Mario then opened his eyes.
Luigi: He's waking up!
Mario then was back to his old self again.
Jigglypuff: Now, before this happens again, let's throw this menu into the garbage bin.
Jigglypuff then took the menu board to the nearest dumpster and threw it away.
Everyone else then eventually went to the dining area.
Pikachu: Hey, guys. What's on the menu today?
Kirby: Spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna.
Yoshi: Sounds good to me.
Soon, eventually everyone had gotten their food. Soon, the challenge had been announced.
Peach: Alright, guys. Today's challenge is a game of Metroid dodgeball! Here's how it goes it's just like dodgeball. You guys use Kraid's fireballs that came from his body. If you guys catch on fire, the fire department is here to extinguish you. So, get into your positions.
Fox: I'm an expert thrower and so is Samus, so Ness will stay behind us.
Ness: Sounds like a plan, I guess.
Samus: All right, let's go kick some tail!
Ness: But Mario, Kirby, Jigglypuff and Luigi don't have tails.
Samus: Fine. Let's go kick some butt!
Ness: Better.
Meanwhile, The Big Brawlers are starting their plan.
Mario: Alright, you two can eat the fireballs. I'll deflect along with you guys.
Jigglypuff: That's a perfect plan!
Meanwhile, The Small Smackers are working on their plan.
Pikachu: Okay, Yoshi will eat fireballs, I will use my electricity to deflect fireballs and Luigi can deflect with me.
Yoshi: Alright, I think we're all set.
Peach then is about to start the challenge.
Peach: Get ready players and firemen in 3, 2, 1… GO!
Six fireballs were standing in the middle of the dodgeball floor. They were picked up by Fox, Samus, Kirby, Jigglypuff, Pikachu and Luigi. Kirby then swallowed his to turn into Fire Kirby. Pikachu used his thunderbolt attack on the fireball; this made it very static and could follow a person of his choice. He chose Samus first. He threw the fireball at Samus and Samus just grabbed it with her gun. She fired it at Luigi.
Yoshi: Luigi! Look out!
Yoshi then jumped in front of Luigi.
Yoshi: No!
The fireball hit Yoshi and Yoshi knocked himself back into Luigi.
Peach: Both Luigi and Yoshi are out!
Pikachu: Thanks a lot, Pikachu! Now I'm the only one left!
Fire Kirby used her fire attack on Samus and Fox. The fire blast was extremely huge; it just protected Ness from the blast. Ness was then the only one left on his team. Samus' Varia Suit was then destroyed revealing her true self. Everyone was shocked.
Samus: Yep. I'm a woman and yes I have a blue suit underneath. No need to be shocked, this always happens. I really need to start charging the Varia Suit maker.
Mario then grabbed Jigglypuff. Jigglypuff opened her mouth and swallowed a fireball and Mario shot it back like a cannon. It then was flying towards Ness.
Ness: I'm doomed!
Ness then thought for a moment.
Ness: Wait! My baseball bat! I still have it!
Ness then lined up his baseball bat and deflected the fireball back at Mario and Jigglypuff. It hit them both.
Peach: Both Mario and Jigglypuff are out!
So it came down to Kirby, Pikachu and Ness. Fire Kirby then focused her aim on Ness; this then left a spot for Pikachu to use his thunder attack. He then used it and it had struck Kirby hard. Kirby fell onto the dodgeball floor.
Pikachu: Now, you're next, baseball boy!
Pikachu then launched a thunderbolt attack, but Ness had other plans. He deflected it back at Pikachu with his baseball bat. It struck Pikachu and he fell onto the floor as well.
Peach: The Mega Mashers win!
Ness: Yeah! We won!
Fox: Good work, Ness!
Samus: Yeah, good work Ness!
Peach: Now as a reward, you each get to take home a figurine; you can choose a Mother Brain figurine, a Kraid figurine or a Ridley figurine.
Samus: I'll choose the Mother Brain figurine. It's like an achievement that I beat such a boss.
Ness: I'll choose the Kraid figurine, without his fireballs, this challenge wouldn't have been possible.
Fox: I'll choose the Ridley figurine because both Mother Brain and Kraid are creepy.
Peach: All right, now that that's settled, it's time for another dodgeball round between The Big Brawlers and The Small Smackers!
Yoshi: What!
Peach: Yep. Another round! Another round is just what we need to decide who gets nothing and who goes to elimination. So, get ready!
Mario: I think we should use the same strategy as last time.
Kirby: Agreed.
Luigi: Let's try this again, but Yoshi will breathe fire this time.
Yoshi: Sure thing, Mama Luigi!
Luigi: I'm not your mama.
Yoshi: That's not what the Super Mario World cartoon says.
Peach: Alright, let's start the round! Here we go in 3, 2, 1… GO!
There were three fireballs on the dodgeball floor. They were picked up by Yoshi, Kirby and Jigglypuff. Yoshi and Jigglypuff swallowed theirs and both were ready to fire a flamethrower with Luigi and Mario holding them up like a cannon. Both flamethrowers were fired and Kirby swallowed his and turned into Fire Kirby once again. Kirby aimed at Luigi and hit him and Yoshi. Mario then aimed Jigglypuff at Pikachu and Kirby did the same for himself. Both of them fired their fire attacks and Pikachu had nowhere to run. Both flamethrowers hit Pikachu.
Peach: The Big Brawlers placed second and The Small Smackers will be up for elimination. So time to vote someone off!
At the castle, before the elimination, Luigi and Yoshi then watched the Super Mario World cartoon episode "Mama Luigi" to prove who is right.

Yoshi: Good night, Mama Luigi.
Luigi then shrugs.

Yoshi: See! I was right!
Luigi: Fine!
Luigi then hands over a few coins to Yoshi.
The Small Smackers then casted their votes.
Peach: Small Smackers, welcome back to the elimination. I have 2 stars with me, when I call your name, come up and claim your star. The contestant, who does not receive a star, must ride the Bowser Boat and leave. The first star goes to… Pikachu.
Pikachu then claims his star.
Peach: The final star goes to…

Luigi: Well, looks like it's time for me to go.
Luigi then leaves on the Bowser Boat.
