President snow (As he learns of the whole berries thing; between the hunger games and catching fire)
"Damn it!" Snow yells for the fourth time. He yells it each time he re-watches Katniss and Peeta hold out those damn berries. By this time, the fourth time, Snow was past throwing things and breaking things, now he just felt a cold fury.
The first time he had watched it, he had ordered Seneca Crane dead. Guilt and regrets were not part of the president's life, but he now understood that Crane was the wrong enemy.
The second time he had watched it he had thought of what it would mean for Panem. He then threw his remote and broke a fine crystal vase. No regrets.
The third time he had watched it, he broke the matching vase on the other side of the room. Then he'd called in an avox to clean up both messes.
This time, he had looked at Katniss and felt pity. First she would help him in his plan to calm his country. Then she would die.
