Summary: After the final battle, Kagome gets sent home. When she wakes up, she finds out the truth about her father and gets sent to True Cross Academy. Once she arrives at True Cross Academy, she meets both of her childhood friends. She thought that everything was going to be alright until Naraku comes back. Now that he's back she has to protect everyone at the academy. How will Rin and Yukio react when their father come and helps with the defeat of Naraku?

Chapter 3- Let the Battle Commence!

Before any of my peers were able to ask me a question, a white Scottish-terrier appeared out of nowhere. It ran up towards me, jumped, and landed on my breasts. I heard it sigh and mutter, "It's been a while since I have touched a female's bosom. I forgot how soft and jiggly they were." I blushed about three shades of red and threw the dog across the room once I found out the dog was Mephisto. I crossed my arms to hide my breasts and yelled out, "Pervert!" Once Mephisto came to his senses, he shook his head and stood up. Before he could take one step forward, Rin and Yukio were right in front of him and giving him a glare so cold that could actually rival Sesshomaru's glare. Before they could grab Mephisto, Mephisto jumped out of their way and landed on my head.
"Now, now calm down. I didn't come here to cause trouble," Mephisto said.

"Then why are you here?" I asked.

"I came here to take all of you outside. I want all of you guys witness Kagome and I fight," Mephisto stated. Everyone's eyes widened once Mephisto said the word 'fight'. It seems that they think that he is crazy. I lightly shook my head, and sighed. It seems that they have yet to learn how to tell the difference between a high class yokai and a low class one. I smirked, looked at my classmates, and said, "You guys really think this dog can beat an Inu Miko Demoness. Sure I may not be even half yokai but that does not mean I am not powerful. I was fairly a powerful miko before I became part of the Taisho family." I swear that if they weren't sitting down, they would have fainted. I giggled at my peers' expressions. I can't believe that they have actually never heard of the blood ritual Sessho, Inu, and I performed. It seems that I have to give out history lessons for this class. Even if someone else is capable of teaching history, I would be a better candidate since I actually lived in it.

"Let's get moving before nightfall comes. We don't need a bunch of demons ruining my fun," ordered Mephisto.

"And mine," I added. I gently hopped off the desk I was sitting on and stood up. I stretched my arms above my head and began walking towards the door. Once I opened the classroom door, Mephisto gave me directions to the place where we were going to fight. I thought that this was going to be an inside fight but instead he led me to the forest behind the old male dormitory. It seems that he plans this to be a real fight and not those boring practice ones. I just hope that Mephisto actually gives me a real fight.

When we arrived to our destination, Mephisto jumped off my head and turned into his humanoid form. "Are you ready Kagome," he asked me. I nodded. "Now let me tell you the rules to this fight. The number one rule is not to kill your opponent or the audience. Rule number two is to not drag the audience into this fight. Finally, rule number three is to not go into crazy mode. Also, you can use as much as your power as you want since we are currently inside a barrier which won't let out our attacks and won't attract unnecessary attention. Remember that weapons, fist-to-fist fights and powers may be used. Now that that is settled let us commence."

I quickly summoned my double-sided sword and waited for Mephisto to attack. "Kagome, since I am a very powerful full-blooded high class demon, I'll let you make the first move," Mephisto said with an arrogant grin. It seems that he thinks I'm just a bit more powerful than a human with just a bit of reiki. For the God of Time, he sure does not know that I am actually the Shikon Miko. I smirked. This is going to be fun.

I know that this is a short chapter but I need to think and draft out the Kagome vs. Mephisto fight. If you want to see some Rin x Kagome action, wait until after the fight (Chapter 5).
