Piratehood

A/N: Exactly 100 words.

James Norrington wasn't made to be a pirate, in fact he despised being around the dirty rum-soaked ruffians, it was a depressing thought then when he realised that now, surrounded by them, he had become one of them, penniless, pointless and drunk.

He hated it, everything about pirates repulsed him, the way they walked and talked, their methods and style, the way they looked and smelt.

What was that he could smell? It was like rancid, week-old alcohol mixed with several layers of dirt and grim. Then realisation hit him; the smell was him. How he hated being a pirate.
