Sammen Town
Hiccup POV.
"Hiccup, what are you doing?" asked Toothless in dragonese.
"It's called experimentation Toothless, trust me on this." I replied, spreading my arms and showing Toothless my new invention. "I call it, the Squirrel Suit!"
"Hiccup, as your dragon and as your friend I'm gonna say this is the worst idea you've ever had in a very long line of bad ideas." Said Toothless and I smiled. I fixed my eye patch and tightened my green belt around my waist as I looked down from the cliff I was standing on.
"This will work bud, just you wait until I be the first human to invent flight!" I said, putting on my helmet.
"Hiccup, if humans were meant to fly you'd have wings, and if dragons were meant to do the things humans do, we'd have thumbs." Said Toothless, holding up his paw and raising his eyebrow, or eyebrow area.
"Trust me, this will work." I said, stepping over to the edge of the cliff. "AAAAAAAHH!"
"HICCUP!" shouted Toothless, running over to the edge of the cliff.
"WOHOOOO!" I shouted, suddenly flying up and around the area below the cliff.
"What the…? It actually worked, Hiccup, you're flying!" shouted Toothless, running around in circles.
"It's not flying! It's more like falling in style, but it's just as amazing WOHOOO!" I shouted, closing the wings under my arms and falling down, then boosting myself up again. All I saw through my mask was Toothless running around in circles, praising me for my work.
"Hey, I wanna fly too!" said Toothless, stretching his wings and looking at me joyfully.
"Ok, but we'd better be quick, it's almost breakfast." I replied, landing back on the cliff as light as a feather and strapped myself on Toothless. "You ready bud?"
"Always. Three, two, one, go!" shouted Toothless, running off the cliff, but before we could achieve a proper takeoff, someone grabbed Toothless by his tail and threw us back on the ground.
"Gah!" I said, rolling off Toothless and landing a few inches away while someone pinned Toothless to the ground by scratching his belly, making Toothless roll his eyes and twitch his leg in bliss. I couldn't see his face cause his back was turned, but there was no mistaking who "attacked" me.
"Aww, he looks kinda cute." Said the man in Norse, continuing to scratch Toothless.
"Malthazar?! What was that for?!" I screamed, throwing off my helmet.
"Hey, don't get all 'Thane' on me, I'm just here to bring you back home." Said Malthazar, turning to face me, smiling sadistically.
"Umm, is that good or bad?" I asked, Toothless snapping out of his scratch-induced ecstasy when Malthazar stood up. Toothless raced over to my side and looked at Malthazar fearfully, oh, did I mention Toothless has a completely irrational fear of Malthazar's dragon Starstreak, so whenever Malthazar gets close to Toothless he'd literally run for dear life. Something about Starstreak being a "scary old lady."
"H-Hello St-Starstreak." Stuttered Toothless, suddenly, Malthazar's eyes turned a shade of purple and his pupils thinned into slits.
"Why hello little dragon, I see you remembered your manners this time." Said Starstreak in Malthazar's body, using his super sadist grin and amplifying it ten times over. Toothless whinnied and hid further behind me as I patted his head to try and comfort him.
"Hey, that's not nice Starstreak, cut it out." I commanded
"Sheesh Haddock, I was just having some fun." Said Starstreak, giving back control of Malthazar's body to him when her purple reptilian eyes shifted back to Malthazar's insane grey ones.
"Ok Star, you had your fun, now it's time for me to bring Mr. (the) III back to big boss Mr. (the) II." Said Malthazar, breathing grey fires on him and stepping out in Starstreak's Night Fury body. "We'll be waiting back at the house."
With that he flew off into the town and headed towards my house where everyone was probably waiting.
"Come on Toothless, we don't want to keep 'big boss Mr. (the) II' waiting." I said, getting on Toothless' back, prepping his prosthetic tail and flying off in the same direction as Malthazar.

Hiccup/Crimson's House
Hiccup POV.
I flew through Crimson's roof entrance and landed smack dab in the middle of Crimson and Malthazar's conversation. They were talking about convincing someone, but they stopped as soon as they saw me.
"Hiccup, we have to talk." Said Crimson, sitting on a backwards chair with a serious look on his face.
"Umm, is this about sneaking out to test the Squirrel Suit because it was all Toothless." I replied, earning a smack on the head from the Night Fury's tail.
"Unfortunately no, this is about Dragon Training." Said Crimson and a sense of terror filled both Toothless and me.
Oh no, it's about that. Crud. I thought, bracing myself for the lecture Crimson was about to give me. From behind me, Malthazar tossed a little clipboard and Crimson caught it and read it.
"From what I can see, aside from dragon care, battle strategy, languages and general dragon knowledge, you're failing in every single part of your training. Do you know what this means?" asked Crimson, waving the clipboard around and raising an eye as Malthazar chuckled in the background.
"Uhh, I don't get my new belt?" I replied, holding my belt.
"This is serous Hiccup, if you can't rank up to your blue belt, you can never reach the orange belt. You remember the ranking system right?" he said
"Yeah, yeah, Green, then Blue, then Orange, then Brown, then Red, then Grey." I said
"Green for regular people, Blue for soldiers, Orange for official Dragon Riders, Brown for healers and dragon tamers, Red for Dragonborn then Grey for Dragon Lords." Said Malthazar, but one look from Crimson and he immediately shut up.
"Hiccup, if you don't pass your Green-Blue test, you won't be able to reach soldier rank, that means you can't reach the dragon rider rank and you'll be stuck as a regular civilian forever. Don't you want to go out, to live free, explore the world with those you care about?" asked Crimson and I looked at Toothless who looked back at me with his shiny emerald eyes.
"Yes." I replied, petting Toothless, earning a low purr from him.
"Then the only way you can pass that is if you get perfect scores on your Green-Blue exams." Said Crimson
"…And you can only do that by either: becoming the greatest dragon trainer prodigy in history in less than a month, or you cheat… with Thane watching." Said Malthazar and I immediately knew I wouldn't pass. For one, the things I was failing at are: basic self-defense, dragon/human anatomy and weaknesses, weapon handling, physical education, and practically everything that involved using my body (aside from the dragon/human anatomy) I got an absolute zero. So trying to become a dragon training legend in less than a month for my Green-Blue belt transition test is nearly impossible, and trying to cheat on a test made by Thane is completely impossible and a suicide mission. He's got the eyes of a hawk, the hearing of a bat and the ruthlessness of… well… Thane. Trying to trick him was like trying to find hay in a needle stack, and I know that's not how the saying goes, but that's how impossible and extremely painful it'll be if you try to trick Thane.
"*Sigh, shit." I said in Chinese (I did well in languages remember).
"What did he say?" asked Crimson, looking at Malthazar. Crimson can't speak Chinese, that's why I said it like that.
"Hahaha didn't know you swore." Said Malthazar in the same language, making both Crimson and Toothless confused. Dragons don't speak Chinese in case you didn't know.
"Only on special occasions." I replied, giving a little smirk to Malthazar
"Heh, I like your spunk kid." Said Malthazar.
"Hiccup, what are you talking about?" asked Toothless in dragonese.
"Nothing Toothless. Anyways, do you really think I can pass?" I asked
"You'd better, unless you wanna be cooped up here in Sammen town. Hiccup, the belts we wear aren't just for show, they are a symbol of authority throughout the Archipelago, heck, the world. It's a symbol of power, of accomplishment, of friendship. Don't take this belt for granted, it means more than you think." Said Crimson, and with that he waved me off and I left the house, flying off with Toothless towards Dragon Training.

Training House
Hiccup POV.
I was about four seconds late for dragon training, but even that was enough to get me into trouble.
"KID, you're four seconds too late! What do you think this is, volunteer work?" shouted Thane, crossing his arms and putting on an extra furious look.
"Hey Hiccup, what are you wearing?" asked Bomber. Bomber was way taller than a normal seventeen year old should be, about 6'4". His square jaw was covered by a generous amount of fat, along with his chunky arms and legs. He had no hair whatsoever, but covered it up with a weird bandana thing, so he kinda looked like a fat pirate in his gigantic brown fur vest, little blue leggings (his torso seems bigger than his legs) and large fur boots. He petted his forest-green Gronkle, Swampy while Swampy started purring and letting her tongue hang out of his mouth. Bomber looked at me weirdly, pointing at the leather armor that I used as the disguise for the main mechanisms I used for the squirrel suit.
"Oh this, this is my new invention. Although I still have to work out some of the kinks." I said, tapping my chest.
"Looks dorky." Said Spitshot, picking her nose.
"Nah, I think it looks… flammable." Said Spitfire and the twins looked at each other with glee. The twins were, as you can already tell, Spitshot and Spitfire or the pyromaniacs of the town. They looked almost identical, except for the obvious fact that they were opposite genders. They both had dirty blonde hair; Spitfire's was long and spiky while Spitshot's was short and straight. They both had that mischievous glint in their eyes and if you wouldn't pay attention, they could leave you penniless and with a flash-bomb down your pants. They may be deceitful and annoying, but, aside from Snake, they were the best bomb makers in the entire island and could make anything from a smoke bomb to an incendiary bomb. Spitfire had a dark brown long furry animal vest with a very light pale green shirt that went all the way past his hip. Around his waist, there is a brown sash-like belt that is tied around. He also wears light greyish-blue pants and dark brown furry boots. On his arms, he wears a long brown arm cloth armband that starts at his elbows and ends at his wrists. Spitshot wears a light brown, animal skin-like vest and a dark blue shirt that goes a little over her hip and ends in tatters. She wears a greyish brown short skirt that also ends in tatters. Around her waist, she wears a metal-leather belt with an unidentified metal crest in the middle of it. Spitshot wears dark brown pants and dark blue furry boots. On her arms, she wears a long dark-greyish cloth brace that starts at her elbows and stops at the wrist. A bit of the cloth also goes through between her first and second finger.
"No it is not flammable and no you cannot try." I said and the twins looked at the floor, but I could still see them smirking. Their dragon, or dragons Rayne and Ryne wrapped their heads around them and tickled them with their tongues (I swear, if any of you think wrong I will set Thane loose on you). Rayne and Ryne was a greenish-blue Zippleback with fire designs on their sides with orange lines around them.
"That armor is not necessary Hiccup, you'd be better off without it." Said Natalie. Natalie was one of the only girls in the class and probably the most extremely noticeable out of us all. Her brown hair was tied into a ponytail with a red string and strange tribal designs were painted all over her body. Are you wondering how I could see that? No I don't have x-ray vision, it's because Natalie wore nearly no clothing at all, only a brown cloth covered her breasts with white fur stuck around the edges. Her "skirt" was made from brown cloth and eight dragon teeth strapped around her waist. She had big brown fur boots that reached all the way up to her knees, but the part that covered her feet wasn't as big and bushy as the part that covered her legs. Her dragon Thorn was a Deadly Nadder and didn't really have any defining characteristics, aside from the fact that the horns on Thorn's head were curved instead of straight.
"Heh, he probably needs that to save his own arse whenever he meets me." said Draco. Draco was Ziva's brother, and like his sister he was extremely under height, and instead of Ziva's "loud" personality, Draco had an ego the size of Furious (Crimson's dragon) and the intelligence of a barrel of fish. He had sort of a childhood crush on Natalie, but he had a "crush" on all girls and normally fifty girls on each arm would surround a guy with his appearance, but his ego always scared them off. Like his sister, his hair wasn't the normal black, brown or blonde, but a light and blinding orange, his eyes were also the same color (no he is not ginger for some people who are reading). He was wearing his usual fur vest and cloth tunic and pants with a gigantic belt around his waist. His dragon Swiftwing was a very disobedient, very bright red Monstrous Nightmare with the wingspan of a Timberjack and the same ego as Draco.
"No Draco, this is not for protection. This is my new invention!" I said, about to pull out the wings as Toothless started socializing with the other dragons, but the sudden sound of the floor smashing silenced everyone.
"Enough, all of you! This is not the park, you can chat there, but for now you're here. Everyone laps, trainees one hundred and ten around the entire interior, dragons one hundred and thirty, no flying. Everyone go, except for Haddock, he does one hundred and fifty. Well, get moving!" shouted Thane
"What about me?" asked Catherine, putting on the most irresistible face possible. Ahh, Catherine Nightson, sister of Thane and Malthazar, also the most beautiful thing since Astrid from my failed Viking days. Her long jet-black hair was tied up in a ponytail and pale skin made her look like the night and stars, and probably the moon too considering she had this moon shaped, silver scar on her forehead. Her dragon, a Night Fury named Sky had caught Toothless' heart, but Sky didn't show any feeling toward Toothless whatsoever. My relationship to Catherine was somewhat the same as the one with a certain blonde female Viking I know, ignorance and a tinge of annoyance.
"No, and because you said that, twenty extra laps for everyone." Said Thane and everyone groaned in agony as they immediately started running around the entire complex of the training house. The training house is located probably at the center of town and is the place where all future soldiers, trainers and Dragonborn are made. It's nothing special, except for the fact that it is a winding maze of rooms for teaching and training the mind and body and also it was ridiculously huge, so one lap around the entire thing seemed like running the entire village of Berk. All my trainee classmates and Toothless' dragon "friends" were running around the entire house and after about an hour and thirty minutes, we were finished and fell down flat on the ground.
"That *huff, was a *huff, terrible idea *wheeze." She said
"Well it *huff, was worth *wheeze, trying." I replied.
"What? *Huff, wasn't *huff talking to you *huff, Hiccup." Said Catherine and I blushed heavily in embarrassment
"Alright, all of you get up, I've got something to tell you. " said Thane and we all groaned, but got up anyways in fear of what Thane would do if we didn't. "As you all may know, your Green-Blue transition test is coming up in a few weeks…"
Everyone started whispering and chatting about the test, but a loud cough from Thane shut them all up.
"Quiet! Now as I was saying, your transition test is coming up, which means, if you pass, you'll be moved up from your civilian green status, to your soldier blue status, if you pass." He said, looking at me especially and I audibly gulped. "Considering that your test is coming soon, regular classes are suspended… (Everyone cheers, dragon and human), BUT, you all will spend the day training here for your exams."
Everyone was completely overwhelmed with happiness when Thane said that, considering that an entire day of training was better than an entire day spent with Thane screaming at us.
"*Sigh, at least I can get some training in before I completely fail." I said, solemnly walking over to a secluded corner of the house.
"Don't worry Hiccup, you'll get your shot sometime." Said Toothless
"*Sigh, yeah, sometime…" I replied absentmindedly, and because I was lost in thought, I didn't hear Thane the first several times until he came over and slapped me upside the head. "Ow!"
"Done daydreaming kid?" asked Thane, raising an eyebrow.
"I am now."
"Good, cause I need to talk to you." He said, leading Toothless and me to the secluded corner we were looking for.
"Uhh, is there a problem?" I asked, my legs slightly shaking.
"I'd prefer we speak so no one will understand us." Said Thane in Latin.
"Ok, but why Latin?" I asked
"Why not?" replied Thane
"Fair enough. So, what is this you wanna talk about?" I asked, trying not to show my fear, but my looks completely betrayed me.
"The test Hiccup. I'm worried." He said, his cold stone stare completely contradicting his worried tone.
"Thane, if I really had a problem, you'd be the first I'd tell. I'll be fine Thane, trust me." I replied and Thane rolled his eyes.
"That's what Crimson said at Fort Sinister, and we all know how that turned out." Said Thane and I chuckled on the inside. Whenever Thane mentions Fort Sinister, he means the time Crimson and him were on a "covert operation-turned-castle-siege" with half of the entire roman army, and that's not an exaggeration. The romans were invited to a party at Fort Sinister and Crimson accidentally blasted through the mess hall in an attempt to "quietly" escape.
"Relax, I'm not him." I said, running back to the training area, motioning Toothless to follow me.
"No, you're more like him than you think kid." He muttered, but I didn't really hear him as I ran over to the sword training area.
"You do know that you are hopeless at swordplay right?" asked Toothless as I picked up a sword.
"Yes I know, but it's worth a try to practice." I said, stepping over to the LMCD (Life Model Copy Doll)we use to train and gave a few swings. The first time I tried I actually hit the doll, but I didn't even scratch it. All I did was rebound the sword off its head, tilting it to the side a bit. The second time the sword literally flew out of my hands and almost embedded itself on Sky's head, earning a glare from Catherine and another slap in the head from Toothless. I chuckled nervously as Thane looked at me and shook his head. He came over and took the sword away from me.
"*Sigh, maybe I should show you a thing or two kid before you impale my sister." Said Thane, throwing me a wooden sword instead of an actual steel one.
"Told you, hopeless." Said Toothless, chuckling as I glared at him.
"Hey, this goes for you too Night Fury, don't think I'll let you off so easily, your hunting skills and tracking still need work, now go join the other dragons." Said Thane. Toothless, although very reluctant, joined the other dragons to practice his tracking skills with Thorn, who was the best hunter-tracker. Thane picked up two other wooden swords, took his usual battle stance and beckoned me to try and attack.
"W-Wait, you want me to…?" I asked and Thane nodded. I visibly gulped as I got into a very makeshift battle stance and readied myself. Fortunately for me, Thane was "kind" enough to let me have first strike. I swung the sword in a wide arc, but Thane blocked it with ease and sent a clear stab to my heart, throwing me back a bit.
"You died, try again." He said, returning to battle stance. I groaned a bit and tried again, only to get knocked back on my arse, this time from a slash to the neck. And the cycle just went on and on, me attacking, Thane "killing" me, and repeats. This went on for about the entire training session and eventually attracted a crowd of all the others. Every time I got knocked down, everyone would laugh, even Toothless chuckled a bit, probably trying to fit in with the other dragons, right?
"No, wrong, he's mocking you… he's betraying you… thinking your weak…" voices pounded my thoughts as I was getting beaten to a pulp by Thane.
Stop it stop it stop it! I thought back, trying to block them out, but they just kept coming. Eventually, the next time I got knocked down I didn't bother getting back up.
"Well kid, at the rate you're going, you now have a minute chance of getting through the fighting part of the test without loosing a limb." Thane said and everyone burst out laughing. I looked around and saw Toothless walking over to me, looking at me sadly.
"Hiccup, are you ok?" he asked, letting his nose rest on my forehead.
"Yeah bud, *gulp, *hah, I'm fine." I replied, but Toothless didn't really seem to buy it. Suddenly the doors of the training house flew open, and in came Malthazar, Crimson and Ziva. Everyone, dragon and human, immediately stopped laughing and stood in attention as the three moved to surround me. I didn't budge, even as the four Dragonborn (Thane included) stood over me, mostly because of the voices pounding my head and wracking my nerves.
"I think he died." Said Malthazar, picking up my wooden sword and poking me with it. I groaned to signify that I was still breathing and very much alive.
"Nah, he's fine, I was just teaching." Said Thane
"Well if this is teaching, I'd hate to see what you do to punish the kids." Said Ziva, fixing a strand of blue hair that went over her eye.
"Hiccup, c'mon, get up, I've got something to tell everyone. Toothless, help me out." Said Crimson, grabbing my hand and yanking me up. I nearly fell, but Toothless caught me before I did.
"Th-Thanks bud." I said.
"Fake… He doesn't love you… No one does…"
"Stop…" I muttered.
"What was that Hiccup?" asked Toothless
"Uh, n-nothing." I replied, clutching my eye patch in pain.
"Hiccup, are you ok?" asked Crimson.
"Y-Yeah, fit as a fiddle!" I said a little too cheerful.
"Oook, well at least I can talk now. Alright listen up everyone, as Thane may have told you for the billionth time, your Green-Blue test is coming up." Said Crimson and everyone rolled their eyes in a "yeah, we got that" kind of way. "Wait, don't start groaning yet because I've got a very nice surprise for you all."
Now that got everyone curious, a surprise from Crimson is always the most random and least expected, sometimes in a good way, most of the time in a bad way.
"The person who racks up the most points, will become the leader of all of you and will be ranked up to Blue captain." Everyone was ecstatic. Anyone who ranked up to blue captain would have the same privileges and power over the other blue belts as a Dragonborn. All jaws hit the floor as Crimson pulled out a blue belt with a white stripe and held it up for us to see.
"I-Is that…?" asked Draco and his sister nodded.
"Oh yeah little brother, this is the belt you and Swiftwing are gonna wear if you pass this test." Said Ziva and both Draco and Swiftwing raised their heads up in confidence.
Just then, Crimson, Thane, Malthazar and Ziva's head perked up and moments later, a gigantic catapult boulder crashed through the roof and nearly crushed us. All the dragons and people dropped down in panic, but a slash from Thane and Malthazar turned the boulder into pieces.
"Oh no, not again!" shouted someone and when I looked, I saw a young blue belt soldier and his dark brown Gronkle flew in and landed right in front of the Dragonborn. He immediately bowed, pretty much hitting the floor and was apologizing without end.
"Whoa whoa whoa, what's all this?" asked Malthazar, pointing to the pieces of boulder lying around.
"S-Sorry s-sir, w-were fending off a-a-a few r-romans and one o-o-of the c-catapults got a shot out of our line!" said the soldier, still bowing.
"Hmm, romans you say? Well, this is my lucky day. Tell all your friends to back off, I wanna handle this attack." Said Crimson, putting on a grin that puts Malthazar's to shame.
"Y-Yes L-Lord Cromson, I-I mean Crimson!" Said the soldier getting back on his Gronkle and hovering back to relay the message to all the soldiers.
"Uhh, Crimson, you do know that the guard can handle it right?" asked Thane
"Yeah, but I'd like to show off to the kids ya know, just to give them a heads up on what they'll be when they grow up. Besides, Furious hasn't had the time to stretch out his wings so I'd like to get that down as well." Said Crimson grinning.
"Yeah well, if you find yourself in a pinch, don't bother calling me. I'm outta here the moment you get stabbed in your tiny little heart." Said Ziva, sitting down.
"Then it's settled, kids, get to the roof of the house and watch old Crimson do his job." Said Crimson, winking as he did a super jump out of the hole in the roof and towards the shore. Everyone got on their dragons and flew up into the sky, but not before I saw Catherine give me an annoyed look as she flew away. I sighed and got on Toothless, fixing his artificial tail into gear and flying up onto the roof.

Sammen Town, Roman Invasion
No POV.
Roman legionnaires flooded the shores of Sammen Town, shocked at the sudden retreat of the enemy. A single general attempts to rally the troops and give them hope, which results in the courage-filled shouts of the romans. All of a sudden, a figure dressed in plainclothes appeared in front of the romans, between them and the town.
"Excuse me, but this is private property. Leave now or die now." Said Crimson, crossing his arms.
"Look men, a feeble attempt at defending the rightful property of Rome. Stand aside and you shall not be harmed." Said the Roman general, pointing his sword at Crimson.
"Nah, I'd prefer to stay." Replied Crimson. All of a sudden, one soldier, his armor missing, bags under his eyes and matted hair screamed and ran over to Crimson. He immediately dropped to his knees and begged for mercy and prayed to spare the lives of his comrades.
"Oi, what are you doing, get back!" Shouted the general, angry that the soldier would bow to someone other than him.
"AAh, you must be from the thirteenth legion, the one I let go. And the used to say that thirteen was unlucky, alright, for that, you survive, the rest of you, I can't grantee you'll get out with all limbs intact." Said Crimson, stepping over the soldier who hid in the sand.
"St-Stay back!" said the general and all weapons were pointed at Crimson.
Hey Furious, what do you think we should do? Thought Crimson to his dragon Furious.
"I think it's time for the 'Wrath of The Gods'." Said Furious and Crimson grinned.
"Romans, just so you know, none of you will survive." Said Crimson, inhaling. When he exhaled, instead of air, a wall of dark red fire as high as a mountain surrounded Crimsonand engulfed him. The romans fell back as their general, caught in the flames was burned to ashes in an instant. The roman soldiers were terrified and leaderless as they contemplated running to their ships; gigantic blasts of fire cut them off with a wall of dark red flames. All the romans quaked in fear as a pair of gigantic legs the as wide as five men stepped out from the flame. Soon enough, the head that went with them, poked out, giving a deafening roar, dissipating the flames and revealing a dragon, as big as a mountain, it's back and the top of it's wings a deep red. It had about four eyes, two on each side that were situated near its head where two gigantic horns protruded. The jaw looked like it could crush a boulder in one crunch with its razor sharp teeth and putrid breath that smelled of gas and brimstone. The scent of fresh blood and guts filled the air, making the romans flinch.
"W-What is that monster?!" asked one roman at the very front.
"Who am I? Who am I you ask? Hehe, my name is Furious, nice to meet you romans, and welcome to hell." Said Furious, grinning and exposing even more rows of teeth. Gas built up in Furious' mouth as he roared upwards, shooting a jet of flame that turned the sky orange. He then proceeded to step on the romans, swinging his club-like tail and blowing fire everywhere. The romans could do nothing as one by one they fell. Meanwhile, the people left behind at the training house watched in awe and amazement.
"Whoa, so that's what Lord Crimson's dragon form looks like, it's the first time I've seen it!" said Bomber, looking amazed.
"Hey Rayne, isn't that a Seadragonus Giganticus Maximus?" Asked Ryne, looking to his twin head.
"Of course it is dummy, what other dragon do you know that's that big?" replied Rayne, head-butting his other head.
"Cool." Said Draco, admiring Furious' strength as he crushed the remains of a roman battleship with his foot.
"Amazing." Said Sky with Toothless scoffing.
"*Scoff, I can do that." He said, arrogantly puffing up his chest, almost falling off the roof as he did so. Sky promptly ignored him and returned to watching Furious work. However, there was one who simply stared and yawned while romans were burning and dying in the distance.
"Hey, Hiccup." Said a voice and Hiccup turned around to see Catherine standing over him, slightly blocking out the sun.
"H-Hey C-Cat." Stuttered Hiccup slightly confused as to why his crush was suddenly talking to him.
"Only my brothers call me Cat Hiccup." She stated, her face contorting to anger.
"S-Sorry, I didn't know." He said, turning red as a cherry and playing around with his eye patch.
"*Sigh, it's fine. But I have a question for you." She said, sitting down beside him, but Hiccup moved away just an inch to try and avoid his red face being shown.
"O-Ok, what is it?"
"Why do you seem so… bored? Normally a spectacle like this would drive anyone mad with excitement, so why do you seem so bored?" she asked.
"W-Well, I've seen Crimson a hundred times so…" started Hiccup, but Catherine smacking Hiccup upside the head shut him up.
"Hey, don't address him like a common man, it's Lord Crimson remember." She said, but Hiccup seemed unfazed.
"Sorry. Force of habit, I do live with the man so it's kinda automatic to call him in a casual way. But if you want me to call him Lord Crimson I have no problem doing so." Said Hiccup, but Catherine looked at him confusedly.
"Wait, you live with Lord Crimson?" asked Catherine.
"Uhh, yeah, since I was thirteen. You didn't know?"
"No, I've only been to Lord Crimson's house once, and that was before you arrived. Thane doesn't bring me around much, and Malthazar always tries to bring me somewhere like a volcano." Said Catherine, her tone becoming sad, but immediately covering it up with another question. "So you've seen him in this dragon form?"
"Yeah, he shows off a lot. Not really a common trait from my family." Said Hiccup, again confusing Catherine.
"Wait, your family? You and the Lord are related? Thane really doesn't tell me anything." Said Catherine as an explosion from one of the last roman ships rang through the air.
"Yeah, he doesn't do well in the conversation department." Said Hiccup, earning a glare from Catherine for insulting her brother. "W-Wait, i-it was just a joke!"
But it was too late, the young girl stood up and walked away, a look in her eyes that Hiccup couldn't really see, but knew it wasn't friendly.
Great, ruined another conversation. Way to go Hiccup. He thought. Thanks Uncle Crimson for the old "Hiccup Horrendous Haddock" luck. *Sigh, stupid family line. Thanks Crimson the Red Skinned, A.K.A my great grand uncle Hiccup Horrendous Haddock II son of Grimbeard the Ghastly and supposedly dead for a few decades, thanks for your stupid dumb luck.
A roar from Furious symbolized the end of the battle. The romans were gone, either they found a way to escape or they were burned to ashes. All the people and dragons on the roof were escorted home, Hiccup still disappointed on how the conversation went.
