FOURTH CHAPTER! :D

It was pretty early in the morning when we left the inn. So everyone was kind of dragging their feet across Route 2 rather than just walking. It must've rained last night because was morning dew on the grass. It smelled really nice out too. I don't know why, but I always liked the smell after after it rained. It just brought my at ease of whatever I was thinking about. After yesterday, whenever I look at Momoko, my heart starts to beat faster. Does that mean I like her? I don't really know. We kept on journeying to our next destination, Silver Town, we would be there by nightfall that's all I knew. The only thing that was really there was Sasha's Pokemon Contest. I've never even seen I contest before to be honest, but it was something that Sasha enjoyed, so we had to see her do it. After half-day of walking we decided to finally eat something. We let out our Pokemon, so they could eat. Rey bought the food from the inn this time, but it was in Momoko's bag because Rey forgot to get a backpack before we left on our journey. You're probably wondering why we have all this money. Well in the Ariecor region, if someone becomes a certified Pokemon Trainer they start out with 5000 pokedollars. Rey and I became certified Pokemon Trainers 3 days we started our journey. On the menu today was a Pecha Berry roll-ups, bread, ham, and had some water to wash it down. The Pokemon had Berry Juice and roasted Mago Berries, thank Asura for that. We were all happily eating.

"So Sasha what do you exactly do in Pokemon Contest?" Momoko asked.

Sasha swallowed her food and spoke "Well a Pokemon Contest are held in Contests Halls, they judge in two rounds, one is on the dress-up your Pokemon, and the other is on the display of you're Pokemon's moves."

"From what I heard don't you need a Contest Pass to enter?" I asked.

"Yes." Sasha said.

"Do you have one?"

"Of course I do dummy! I've had one for about a year now!" she cried.

"Then why didn't go on your journey a year ago?" Rey chimed in.

"Because..." Sasha's face started to blush, but still had an angry expression.

"Because?" Momoko asked.

"BECAUSE I WANTED TO TRAVEL WITH MY FRIENDS ALRIGHT!"

The Pokemon looked at her while they still eating like they were watching a movie or something.

"Well I don't know why you have to be embarrassed of that?" Rey said

"Well I don't always have say my reasons okay." she glared at him.

"Alright. Damn." Rey said.

"How about we explore the town tomorrow once we get there tonight?" Momoko asked.

"Sure!" we all said.

We packed up and started walking even more. Momoko was right it was nightfall by the time we got to Silver City. It was 7:41 P.M. It was a pretty quaint place. I couldn't really see what the town looked like, but there were some small and large buildings for sure. We checked into the Silver City Hotel. It was such a nice hotel, it had a pool, a video game arcade, a mini store, and breakfast in the morning. We were still in the lobby when we got our keys.

"Hey guys how about we have some fun before we go to bed?" I said.

"What do you mean by that?" Sasha said.

Rey knew what I was thinking "He mean's we play some video games, do some swimming, and I buy me a backpack."

"Sure I can do that." Momoko lightly chuckled.

"Yep I'm board with this." Sasha said with a thumb-up.

"Well then to the video games first!" I said leading the charge to arcade.

We rushed into the arcade. We couldn't believe all the games the hotel had. They had Super Spoink Bros., Super Spoink Bros. 2, PokeKart, Legend of Zygarde, Emboar King, and so much more. Luckily it didn't cost anything to play these games.

"Guys disperse." I shouted

"I'mma play me some that Pokemon Virtual Battle!" Rey said running.

"Pokekart, Pokekart, Pokekart!" Sasha said cheering while walking away.

Momoko and I were the only two left in the lobby of the arcade.

"So uh...what game are you gonna play?" I said blushing.

"Ummm...Probably Ludi Ludi Revolution. How about you?" she asked.

"Emboar King." I said.

"Fun game. Well...I'm off!" she said running to the Ludi Ludi Revolution machine.

I went to the Emboar King machine. The objective is that you play as a Spoink and you're supposed to save this Jynx from Emboar. He has all the way at the top platform and you're supposed jump on platforms and climb ladders to get to the top of the platform. The thing is though he's throwing barrels at you as climbing or jumping, so it makes the game harder I guess. I grabbed the joystick and pressed the start button the title screen faded to black and the level popped up. I started jumping and climbing while dodging those barrels. I got to the top and the Emboar moved its arms up and down and took Jynx to the other level. The difference between the levels are the upped difficulty. Twenty minutes passed and I was on Level 15.

"Yo what up?" Rey said out of no where.

"Ah dammit!" I exclaimed.

"Did I scare you?" Rey said laughing.

"Yeah you did asshole. Aren't you supposed to be playing PVB?"

"Kind of got bored."

"You kept losing on the highest difficulty didn't you?" I asked while still playing Emboar King.

"Go hard or go home right?"

"Yeah I guess." I snickered.

"So?"

"So what?"

"So what's with you and Momoko."

I got flustered and looked at him. I heard the losing theme in the game.

"N-n-n-nothing dude why?"

"Well I'm just saying I know you pretty well, were like brothers. The stuttering means you're nervous."

"Well I mean there's nothing going on with us."

"Would you like there to be?"

"Well I...don't...know."

"I know what that means bruh. Wait right here." He said while running off.

I put the pieces together and ran after him. I saw him run to the Ludi Ludi Revolution machine and saw Sasha and Momoko playing.

"Hey Momo-doh!" That's all Rey said before I tackled him to the ground and put him in a headlock. Momoko looked confused and Sasha was angry.

"What are you two idiots doing here?!" Sasha screamed.

Still had Rey in a headlock, I said " Well it's time to go swimming."

"Oxygen...losing...it." Rey said.

"Why did you tackle Rey?" Momoko said.

"Well...um... I wanted to tell you guys." I said smiling nervously.

"Oh grandma...is that you?" Rey said.

"Boys are weird. Well then let's go change Momoko." Sasha said.

"Alright." Momoko followed.

"Aren't you guys going to go change?"

"Yeah just got to talk to Rey." I said.

"Okay see you two in the pool." Sasha said. After the walked

"Damn are your arms part Seviper or something?" he asked while rubbing his neck.

"Don't ever do that again okay?" I shouted.

"Damn...Okay sorry." he said.

"No I'm sorry I shouldn't have-"

"Bro it's okay I understand." He said patting my back. After to that talk we changed into our swim-trunks and went swimming the girls. I let out Azure so he could swim in the pool. We were at that pool for two hours and then we got out dried off and changed back into our normal clothes. After we changed we went to the mini-store. We walked around the store and couldn't find any backpacks, so we went up to the guy at the counter. He had his brown hair combed to the left side, had brown eyes, and was wearing a store clerk outfit.

"Hello sir." Rey said.

"Yes what do you need?"

"I need me a backpack."

"Oh sorry we ran out of them yesterday."

"Are fucking kidding me?" Rey said a little bit annoyed.

"No sir I am not, but this a store that opens at 7:00 in the morning that specializes in selling backpacks."

"What's it called?" I asked.

"The Pokepack Emporium." he said with a smile.

"Where is it?" I asked.
"Right down the street from here you'll able to recognize once you walk out the hotel lobby doors."

"Okay, so Rey wanna try that out tomorrow?"

"Sure I guess."

"Thanks." I said.

"You are welcome." the store clerk said. We then left the counter and the Rey and I went to our room and the girls went theirs. I fell asleep as soon as I hit the mattress.

We all got up and had breakfast at 6:45. We all ate and talked until it was 7:00. We headed out and once we got out the doors I looked to my left and saw a huge building with red and white and with a Pokepack Emporium sign on it. "Hey guys it's down there." I pointed. We all started walking down there the closer we got the bigger it became. We walked through doors and looked there were rows of backpacks for miles and miles.

"Holy shit! You guys wait here." Rey said excited. He then ran off and waited for about twenty minutes.

"Hey guys what do you think of my new backpack?" he asked proudly. It was a one strap black backpack with red zippers, three pockets.

"Whoa sweet!" I exclaimed.

"That's cool!" Momoko shouted with awe.

"Meh." Sasha said.

We all looked at her. "Meh?" Rey asked.

"I've seen better." she said.

"Please don't start with me woman."

"Yeah yeah."

"Alright guys let's go." Momoko said.

We all walked out the doors. When we ere outside we saw a small, white squirrel-like Pokemon with a faint blueish tint and a light blue stripe starting from its forehead and goes all the way down to the tip of the tail with deep gray eyes and a yellow circle on each cheek. Its tail is almost twice as big as its body, with three spikes at the top of the curl running by us.

"Catch my Shocky!" someone said. We saw an old man with white hair on the sides, blue eyes, and a yellow suit with a green tie and a white undershirt. running and then stopping in front of us.

"Are you okay?" Sasha said.

"Yeah sweet-cheeks just not as young as I used to be." he said.

"Sweet-cheeks! Now you listen here you old bas-" Sasha couldn't say anymore because Momoko's hand was on her mouth.

"Sorry she doesn't like that kind of stuff." She while letting go of Sasha's mouth.

"What were you doing chasing after that Pokemon?" I asked.

"Well sonny, I'm Earl Mon, most people call Oldman Mon for short and I am the president of the Pokemon Fan Club! That Electric Type Pokemon, Pachirisu who I nicknamed Shocky ran from a wild Pokemon in the alley that scared him."

"Well anything we can do to help?" I asked.

"Yeah I need two a ya to help me get back to the Pokemon Fan Clubhouse and the other two get Shocky."

"Sasha and I will help you Oldman Mon. Armin and Rey will go get Shocky. " Momoko said.

"What!?" Sasha said.

"Just do it!" Momoko shouted.

"Arceus fine, but no calling me sweet-cheeks ok?" Sasha shouted.

"Deal doll-face!" Oldman Mon said with a smile. Sasha's face turned bright red with anger.

"So Oldman Mon where did Shocky go before you stopped running?" I said.

"Towards his happy place I reckon."

"Where would that be exactly?" Rey asked.

"To the park which is two blocks east of here."

"Where's the Pokemon Fan Club? So we can return Shocky." I asked.

"Across from the Silver City Hotel."

"Really!? How come we haven't noticed that before!?" Rey said confused.

"It was a point of interest until now that's why. Alright see you guys soon. Let's go Rey." I ordered. We started to run towards the park.

"He may try to fight you! He knows Tackle and Thunderbolt!"

"Alright!" I shouted back. In a few minutes we were at the park. It was a huge park with green grass, trees, water fountains, and swings.

"Alright Flytrap come on out!" I shouted.

"Beeeeeeell!" He shouted.

"You had the same idea as me. Asura!"

"Teeeeeeepig!" Asura shouted.

"Let's split up and find Shocky alright?" I suggested.

"Alright and good-thinking." Rey said.

"Thanks." Then him and I went out separate ways. Flytrap and I walked for a few minutes and couldn't find a trace of Shocky anywhere. Then we heard a noise behind us. "Ha! Gotcha!" I shouted. It turned out it was a plastic bag flying through the wind. We walked for a few more minutes and nothing! Flytrap and I sat down under a tree to rest.

"Well this search isn't going well is it Flytrap?"

"Bell Bell" he said.

"Where do you think he would be?"

"Bell Bell Sprou."

"Hmmm I was thinking in the-" I was interrupted by the sound above us. Flytrap and I looked in the branches and we saw something scurring on the branches then jumped onto the grass. It was Shocky! He looked at me and Flytrap.

"Hey Shocky." I said creeping closer towards him not trying to scare him away.

"Can you come with me, so you can be back with Oldman Mon?"

"Pach Pach Ris Risu." He said and then his cheeks started sparking.

"Oh crap!" Before I knew I got Thunderbolted. I stood there in pain a bit.

"Flytrap use Vine Whip!" I shouted.

"Bell!" He then whipped the Pachirisu.

"Pach Pach Pachrisuuuuuuu!" he let out another Thunderblot.

"Flytrap dodge!"

Flytrap got out of the way quickly.

"Flytrap use Sleep Powder!" Then green powder came from him. The Sleep Powder actually put Shocky to sleep. Flytrap return and there he went back inside the pokeball. I picked up Shocky and searched for Rey. I found him and Asura sitting on the swings.

"Hey got Shocky!" I shouted.

"Alright wait up! Asura return." He put the pokeball back in his backpack.

"I fucking love having a backpack."

"I know you do. Let's go." We walked back all the way to the Pokemon Fan Club. We opened the doors and saw Momoko holding back Sasha who was yelling at Oldman Mon.

"Don't look at my butt again old bastard!"

"At least he didn't touch it Sasha." Momoko chimed in.

"S-S-Sorry doll-face." Oldman Mon said.

"We're back with Shocky!" Rey shouted to stop the fighting.

"Oh Hurray! Thank you!" He grabbed the Pachirisu from my arms.

"No problem old timer." Rey said.

"You're welcome." I said.

"You two wait here." He went into the back room and came back with two pokeballs.

"What are those?" I asked

"Well pokeballs silly." Oldman Mon said.

"I know that, but what Pokemon are in them?" I asked.

"Eevees in both pokeballs and they're for you two!"

"Sweet!" Rey exclaimed.

"One is female and the other male. The both know Swift and Sand Attack."

"I'll take the one on the right." I said.

"I'll take the one on the left." Rey said.

He handed us our pokeballs. "Armin you got the male and Rey you got the female one."

"Okay." We both said.

"So what are you going to nickname your Eevees?" the old man asked.

"Kuro because I want him to become an Umbreon." I said

"Mine will be nicknamed Azula. I don't care what it evolves into." Rey added.

"Very unique nicknames."

"Thanks." we both said.

"Well guys let's go." I said.

"See ya later kids and comeback anytime!" he shouted as we walked out the door.

"See ya Oldman Mon and we will!" I shouted back.

"Oh no we won't!" Sasha said. We laughed. We all went back to the hotel and got the rest of out stuff and traveled to the Route 3 gate. We passed through it. Route 3 had a bunch of grassy plains, barely anything anything except little rock formations. We walked for a few hours. Then we saw a person ahead of us. We walked closer and it was Xavier!

"Hey! Xavier!" I shouted.

He turned around. "Oh hey losers."

"Hey watch it." Rey said threateningly.

"Yeah okay. So how is your guys' journey?" he asked.

'Great! I have Azure, a Bellsprout named Flytrap, and got an Eevee named Kuro."

"I have still have Rook, a Tepig named Asura, and an Eevee named Azula."

"I've be-" Sasha was cut off.

"Yeah yeah. I still have my Fennekin. Then I caught a Geodude and Poliwag."

"Hey!" Sasha shouted.

"What!?" Xavier growled.

"Why did you cut me off?"

"Because I'm not interested in a bitch that is always being stuck up and quiet shy girl that does whatever she does."

"I want to be a Pokemon Nurse asshole!" Momoko chimed in. That was the first time Momoko ever swore I think.

"Why you little douchebag you know what Me, Momoko, and Armin are gonna battle you if don't take that back."

"I regret nothing." He grabbed his pokeballs.

"Fine!" Sasha grabbed her pokeball. Momoko did the same.

"Wait don't I have choice?"

"Fine then! Armin tag in Rey!" Sasha said.

"Rey your up." I told him.

"Alright!" Rey said with excitement.

"Go! Fennekin! Go! Geodude! Go! Poliwag!" Xavier shouted.

"Go! Tinkerbell!"

"Go! Happiny!"

"Go! Rook!"

All six Pokemon were ready to battle.
