Hope you are enjoying what I have wrote so far, I know been long while but I'd like to to write this story as not had time before please check out Draco's hidden secrets before reading this has it going to be leading on from that. Also, I have another story out named awake if you would like to please check it out hope you enjoy anyway.

Chapter 4

Narcissa sat at the table in Harry mostly clean kitchen. Teddy had dragged Sirius upstairs to his new room the moment he stepped over the threshold to the house. Harry was wandering why Teddy had never mentioned Scorpius and Sirius in letters he sent from Hogwarts. It made Harry feel guilty for not asking had he not put enough effort into ask? He promised himself he would ask more in the future and should not have let his problems from Ginny take time away from him writing decent reply's to his god son and the letters he sent to him once a month. Teddy lost both his mother and father at such a young age so similar to his own situation but he promise Teddy when he was a small baby in his arms that he would be there for him through everything like Teddy's father had been for Harry whenever he needed a father figure.

He promised himself quietly he would never do that with James, Albus and lily he wanted to know every detail of their Hogwarts life.

Narcissa looked down at her pale hands and the tea Harry had placed in front of her apart from the quite mummer of thank you she had not uttered another word or looked into his face yet.
Harry asked,
"So, Mrs Malfoy how can I help you today?"
Narcissa looked up. Her once bright blue eyes now lacked life looking dull. Lines had appeared on her face he never seen before and seemed to be biting her tongue so stop her from talking. She opened her mouth to speak but closed it again looked back down at her tea. She said quietly,
"I think I should apologise for my son's actions and harsh words yesterday."
harry wasn't sure what he excepted to hear possibly an explanation about James's name change. He gave himself a mental shake that was none of his business he reminded himself. He replied with a smile,
"It's fine Mrs Malfoy he was clearly upset."
Narcisaa nodded in agreed and responded,
"The last 12 years has been hard on us both and Draco has taken the brunt of the problem. Raising two boys isn't an easy tasks."

Harry nodded he agreement thinking about his own two James and Albus. They would constantly fight, they reminded him fondly of how Fred and George were but he was thankful for small mercies they did not look the same so he could tell them apart.

Harry answered,
"I must admit I was shock when I heard the news that Draco was leaving the magical world especially with his young twins Scorpius and James."

Narcissa sifted in her seat at the mention of James. Harry quietly corrected himself,
"Sorry i mean Sirius."

Narcisaa smiled at his apology and answered,
"Yes well Draco decided the boys should spend their time in a more normal and friendly environment until school age. I believe you were engaged to A miss Weasley at the time of this."
Harry could tell by the skills in learnt through interviewing in Auror department that Narcissa was not telling him the whole truth but he had to bite his tongue as Hermione's words ring through his ears. He replied,
"Yes I did indeed marry Ginny Weasley. I believe we all deserve a second chance in this world Mrs Malfoy. Unfortunately it didn't pay off and we separated."
Narcissa eyes looked sad at this news of his and Ginny's break up. She answered,
"That is terrible new Mr Potter. I'm sorry to hear such news."
Harry wasn't sure if Narcissa was now trying to interview him. He tried to keep the emotion out his shaky voice and replied,
"No we decided it was right thing to do. I do not regret my time I believe I spent it wise and have three wonderful children, James Sirius is my eldest then Albus Severus and then my beautiful little girl Lily Luna."

At the name James Narcissa looked down as if it reminded her of something bad. She then looked up in shock at the name of Severus. Then she most likely would have encountered Snape in her school years and once again once she married that death eater Lucius Malfoy.
She repeated,
"Severus?"
He nodded she had heard him correctly.
She commented,
"I never expected to hear that name for you Mr Potter."
Harry again had no idea why he felt like he wanted to explain to her but he still did,
"Well James and Sirius both lost here lives in the wars against Voldemort one of them I believe against one of your sisters, his own cousin. Again, Albus and Severus lost their lives again at the hand of Voldemort but they were two of the greatest headmaster I believe Hogwarts had ever seen."

Narcissa wasn't sure how to respond to this, she had never thought she near Harry Potter speak about Severus Snape with high honour and give his middle child his name. That moment an owl swooped in through the open kitchen window scaring them both half to death. Harry untied the letter quickly, the owl hooted gratefully before taking off back into the sky and out of sight. He watched it fly away remembering how graceful his own snowy companion had been. What had brought Headwig to mind he thought maybe bringing up the war with this woman.

Harry Picked up the letter to see to was addressed to Mr Teddy Lupin detailed all the way to which bedroom. it was written in green ink. Harry knew what it was before he turned it over in his hand to see Hogwarts crest and seal on the back.

Harry called up the stairs,
"Teddy your Hogwarts letters are here!"
There was clambering on the stairs and two boys appeared in the kitchen doorway. Both with blonde hair and grey eyes. Harry felt a twinge in his hearts at the sight of the two of them. He remembered a time he longed to look into those same shade of grey eyes on a boy only few years older than Teddy and Sirius were now.

Teddy tore the envelope off with glee and an excited look on the boy's face. His hair turned from white-blonde to Purple-blue as always when he was happy and excited.

After reading the letter through and the new equipment needed he passed the letters to Harry. Teddy asked quietly,
"Uncle Harry can we go to Diagon Alley Please?"
Harry shook he head and told him,
"Not today you have to pack as you staying at your Grandmothers tonight because I'm at work tomorrow."

Teddy pouted, except for Teddy now Purple hair he still looked like a Malfoy. Harry wasn't sure if he could deal with a pouting Malfoy this moment.
Narcissa answered,
"I am planning to go this weekend with Sirius for his new things. You and Teddy are welcome to join us."

Sirius nodded and Teddy gave Harry a pleading look. Harry knew he couldn't say no to both excited faces looking at them.

Harry answered a grin spreading on his face,
"If you keep your room tidy and do as you told between now and then for me and your grandmother we can go Saturday."

At this Teddy's grin appeared on his face along with his Malfoy features and hair turning to smaller version of Harry without a scar in his forehead.

Soon after this agreement Narcissa left with Sirius in tow. He was still no closer to finding out why his name had been changed, he been very open with his life in the hope she would be forthcoming to but instead it had led his to a dead end.

He appeared in Andromeda's living room with the sound of a crack. She was sitting him the fire sorting through papers. She turned and her face lit up and the sight of Harry and Teddy in the room. Teddy ran over to receive a bone crushing hug followed by one for Harry too. Harry felt so silly he once accused this woman of being Bellatrix. She very much shared some feature of her late sister with dark brown eyes but Andromeda's were full of warmth and love and care instead of as cold as steal with no humanity left in them. Her hair in soft brown curls to her shoulders with was growing grey with age. This was the first time he noticed the shape of her eyes, her nose and shape of her lips was so very similar to her younger sister Narcissa who he had been sitting with just a few hours ago. She always was growing old gracefully along with her sister.

Andromeda asked,
"Have good time?"
Harry nodded and smiled not wanting to upset Andromeda by mentioning the Malfoys. Teddy jumped in and replied,
"Yeah, Harry stopped me from being run over and Scorpius Malfoy got ran over instead. My cousin was there and his other son from Hogwarts they want us to go to Diagon Alley on Saturday and Harry agreed."
Harry answered,
"I said we could go to for your new school things if you managed to keep yourself out of trouble and your grandmother agreed."

He turned to Andromeda hoping she wasn't upset. Her eyes had narrowed at the mention of the name Malfoy but the look it was gone so quickly, if he had blinked he would have missed it he was sure.
She said kindly,
"It's fine I wouldn't mind to tag along with you all."

Teddy face was more excited and eager than ever. He had not seen him look so happy since his first letter to say he been accepted to Hogwarts. Teddy ran to hugged Harry and said quietly,
"see you Friday night."

Harry smiled at the pair of them before disappearing and landing back in his living room.

The few hours to pass before bed time made Harry realise how lonely this house was without the children around. He always had Ginny around then there 3 children and half of Teddy's custody he spent with Harry. He hoped for his own sanity next few months at work made up for his stupid mistakes and he could win more custody of his three children.

Draco had finally arrived home from work and visiting Scorpius in the hospital. He was very sulky about having to stay in until the weekend. Draco mood was not improvement when over dinner his mother announced she was going to be taking a trip to Diagon Alley this weekend with Sirius, Teddy and Harry.

The rest of Dinner was held in silence. Draco asked Sirius to go to his room. After watching that Sirius did go upstairs Draco stormed back into the kitchen locked the room and speaking in rushed voice. He asked,
"What on earth made you want to go to Potter and invite to a trip to the magical world with a family who resigned there magical citizenship?"
Narcissa put a hand on his arms and answered,
"Draco darling, we can't keep the children away from magic anymore, there place will be in the magical world once they leave Hogwarts. We knew a day would come when we would have to reembrace magic. You have to remember Voldemort's gone they are safe."
Draco paled and replied,
"Yes mother he's gone but his blood line runs on in this very household. What would that world think if they knew the truth. You know i left the world behind not because of father but for my children safety of they found out they would burn them alive!"
Narcissa answered,
"No they wouldn't Draco like Potter said earlier all deserve a second chance in this life time. They can't be held responsible for their father's crimes."
Draco balled his hands into fists his knuckles going white and was holding back tears by this point,
"That man was nothing but a monster! He raped me leaving pregnant with twins boy for a sick and twisted punishment there no second chance for him and his blood lines. And what about James there no second chance for him is there?"

Narcissa gave him a sad look at these words. He unlocked the kitchen door run as fast as he could to the bathroom throwing up his last meal. Potter had broken his heart once after he had poured out his heart and soul to him, next thing he knew he was jumping in bed with the Weasley girl who had made their life hell for the year he dated Harry. Potter couldn't know what else Voldemort did to him and what happened to his James.
