Me: Hey there all! Sorry for the really late update! I've just been so busy with school and work and stuff that it has taken forever to get sometime to actually work on this story. Well I hope you all really like this chapter, I've actually had it sitting around collecting dust for a little while and am finally digging it back up! *dodges flying objects* Sorry! Anyway please read and review!

As soon as the boat touched the dock a group of nurses swarmed onto the boat. Mimi and Damion helped them lift the still unconscious Allen onto the gurney they had brought. One of the nurses asked what his name was and Mimi told her. The blond woman looked at her for a moment surprised. With a light shrug she wrote down his name and ordered the other women to take him up to the infirmary. With a few quick "Yes ma'ams!" the women look off. Once they were gone the head nurse turned to Mimi and Damion.
"Where did you find him?" she asked looking a little suspicious.
"We were out on harbor patrol and Mimi spotted him in the water, Matron." Damion replied, gesturing at his teal haired partner.
"Oh? Really? You just found him floating in the harbor?" Matron asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Yes. I was doing a scan of the harbor when I saw him. Well, I saw this bright light first. Then I saw him. He was just floating there." Mimi said, putting a hand over her right eye.
Matron leaned back slightly. Mimi couldn't be lying; she had a special contact made of Innocence. It was made to be able to detect anomalies as well with providing her with Foresight. This had to be an anomaly because it obviously wasn't Foresight. If it was she would have reported it. Nodding she turned and started walking back to the infirmary. A hand on her shoulder made her pause. Turning back she gave Mimi a raised eyebrow.
"Umm… You will tell us if he wakes up, right?" the woman asked.
"I will," Matron replied gently shrugging Mimi off, "Now, I have to go check on him and see what I can do for him."
Mimi nodded and stepped back. Damion put a hand on her shoulder and she looked up at him. He nodded as the blond nurse walked away. The teal haired young woman nodded at him before looking after her. Allen would be alright, she just knew it.
-Meanwhile-
Allen slowly became aware of a bunch of people moving around him. They were all moving quickly and seeming to speak even quicker. Silver eyes fluttered slightly as he tried to figure out what was going on. A hand came down to rest on his shoulder and someone spoke to him. Unfortunately he couldn't understand what they were saying; it sounded like they were talking through water. He just lay there and tried to make his eyes focus. Fate was so not on his side, because as soon as he was able to pick out that the person hovering over him was a nurse he blacked out again.
Matron cursed silently as he passed out again and her head snapped toward the monitors. Thankfully everything was normal; he had just passed out again. they had managed to get a special medication into his system by way of an IV. It had started working maybe ten minutes after the initial dose. The medicine was designed to send shocks through the system to change the heart's rythm. It was only ever used for people who had Heart Trauma. It was a rare condition that only a few people got. the only ways to get it was to either be flung through a large amount of space, a huge segment of time (virtually impossible though), or having a run-in with a certain class of Akuma. The first option was higly likely but Allen had an advanced case of the condition so he had been through two of the three possible aquissition methods. At least two, anyway. He had some minor cuts and scratches but none from the specific class of Akuma. That left being flung through time and space.
Sighing Matron picked up a syringe and administered another small dose into the IV. they had taken away the large doses as soon as it was clearly taking effect. There was still a need to give him the medication, though. His heart was changing rythm slower than most and required more than normal. This was a little worry some but Matron knew what she was doing. sighing again she remembered what Mimi had asked her. With a small smile she told one of the younger nurses to watch Allen while she made a phone call. Walking away she pulled out her small, silver cell phone and called Mimi. The girl answered on the second ring.
"Hello?" she asked, sounding a bit apprehensive.
"Mimi, it's Matron." Matron said, leaning against the door frame with her blond hiar bunching up behind her.
"Oh, Matron. How is he? Is he alright?" Mimi asked, clearly worried.
"He's fine. He woke up for a few seconds but he's back under right now. I have a feeling we won't be seeing him fully conscious untill his heart rate changes." the blond replied, blowing a stray ringlet out of her face and flipping through a small booklet.
"Alright. Please keep me informed." the other said.
"I will. Oh, and I managed to confirm his identiy. the old Order was surprisingly good at keeping thier medical records, at leat the European Branch was."
"He really is who he says he is, then?"
"Yes. He really is Allen Walker. I sent a message to the generals and they will probably want to talk to you and Damion. Be ready." Matron said pushing herself off the door frame.
"We will. Thank you, Matron. I owe you one." Mimi giggled, almost feeling giddy.
"You owe me more than one, Miss Steal. You owe me quite a lot actually. I will be calling to collect soon, mind you." the blond said with a smirk playing at her lips.
" Alright, alright! No need to be intimidating!"
"I was just stating a fact, Mimi Steal. Be prepared."
"Fine. I'll see you later, Matron." Mimi said hanging up.
"See you later, you little snot." Matron said, the last bit coming after the click.
Smiling softly Matron walked back to Allen. He was still asleep, mostly due to the drugs in his system. Leaning over the monitors she did a few minor checks before telling the other woman she was free to go. With a small nod she left to tend to some other patients.
After about two hours, and a few more gradually decreasing doses of medication Allen woke up for real. He blinked slowly into a seemingly empty room. At first his body didn't seem to register that he was awake. It was totally numb from about his neck down. right as he was about to force the rest of his body awake a tall, semi curved blond stepped into his field of vision. She was wearing a green detailed skirt, a black shirt and a white lab coat. the coat was shorter than the standard lab coat and had the Black Order symbol on the lapel. It also had a name tag right under the symbol. Allen snapped back when a manicured hand waved slowly in front of his eyes.
"Hello? You awake in there?" the woman asked leaning back.
"Umm... Yes. I'm awake. Where am I?" Allen asked turning his head slightly to look around.
"You're in the infirmary in the main Black Order branch. I'm Matron Livelia, by the way." Matron said.
"Allen Walker and did you say Black Order?" the silver hiared teen asked, a little confused.
"Indeed I did, Allen Walker." the blond replied with a nod.
Allen looked up at the ceiling with his eyes narrowing slightly. Matron watched him for a few minutes before she got up and walked over to the monitors. She could feel silver eyes following her as she moved but she didn't react. Reaching out she began pulling up the information she needed while Allen watched. Nodding to herself after a few moments the blond turned around again. Smiling softly at Allen she reached out and touched a button on the side of the bed. Allen's eyes widened as the top of the bed lifted, taking him with it. In a matter of seconds he was sitting up with a smiling blond beside him.
"What just happened?" he asked, still a little stunned.
"I just raised the bed. Is there something wrong with that?" Matron asked, tilting her head to the side a bit.
Allen shook his head slowly and looked down at his lap. His two tone hands were folded in each other there. and he absently fingered his left hand. Matron saw this and put a hand on his shoulder. Silver eyes snapped up to her green ones. There was a silent question in the others eyes that made the blond smile.
"Don't worry about your Innocence. As far as I can tell it suffered no damage and will work just fine. WE just need to get you back on your feet before you mess with it though." Matron said gently rubbing the teen's shoulder.
Nodding Allen gave the woman a grateful smile. Green eyes widened at the brilliance even though it was a close-lipped smile. She'd been reading through the records while he was asleep and discovered that his smile could melt even the coldest of hearts. At first she hadn't believed it but now she was seeing it first hand. It was true; even his smallest smile could melt the hearts of people around him.
Smiling back the blond stood slowly. Allen gave her a quizzical look and she told him that she had to call someone really quick. Allen nodded and settled back into the bed. Matron walked over to the door and glanced back at the silverette. He was looking out the window and seemingly lost in thought. The blond shook her head and turned away. Pulling out her silver and black cellphone Matron called Mimi.
"Hello?" Mimi asked, having answered on the first ring.
"He's awake." was all Matron said.
"I'll be down right away. Oh, and the generals are coming too." Mimi said sounding slightly apologetic.
"Shit..."
