I know that we're already getting this country, but I did plan on doing the Italian GIS long before the Year 3 road map reveal. Though Goobysoft did come up with something better than me anyways, I still wanted to get this idea out there. As for these new OPs, I decided to try the longer stories again, be sure to tell me if you prefer those. Anyways, I enjoy spreading my ideas with the community and encourage others to do something similar, I hope to keep this going until I have a roster of my own. Would anyone be interested in seeing Greece by the way? Keep in mind that these operator's stories, gadgets, weapons, and stats can be changed anytime.
Rainbow Six Siege: Operation Dead Cell
Italy- Gruppo di Intervento Speciale
Dauntless, innovative, and quick thinking. This group of four are no stranger to tragedy and conflict, they've taken on all types of missions and their heroics have now caught the attention of Team Rainbow. This is the GIS.
Romeo Santoro- Codename "Volpe"
2 speed 2 armor
Nationality: Libyan-Italian
Birthplace: Unknown
Date of Birth: May 5th, 1986
Height: 6'9
Weight: 183lbs
Biography:
Born amidst the chaos at sea. Romeo was the last surviving member of his family due to a daring escape across the Mediterranean. Sea pirates had attacked their boat and caused it to over turn. His brother would drown in the chaos and be buried in a watery grave. His father would bleed out and die of his wounds days after the attack. His mother would paddle the unforgiven waters with him in the remains of the boat. By the time they were found by the Italian coast guard, his mother's body gave out and she drowned underwater. He was found by himself and sent to an Italian foster home. Romeo was adopted by the Santoro family who lived in Florence. As he grew up, he was raised as an Italian citizen but always felt different. At home, his foster brother and sister often chastised him for being adopted. This caused him to grow a clear disdain towards his siblings.
When Romeo was ten years old, he and his siblings traveled to Venice to stay with relatives. One afternoon, he was lead outside by his siblings and told they'd play a game. The brother and sister took turns beating the boy with sticks and pelting him with stones. The brother then mounted the boy and attempted choke him, Romeo grabbed a stone and with all his might he hit his brother as hard as he could. Once the stone hit his temple, he went limp, and his body fell into the water. His brother would die that day. His sister would say that her brother had a nasty fall and drowned in the water, Romeo would confirm this story out of fear. For the rest of his life, Romeo would carry this guilt. Two years later, the White Mask terrorist organization would attack Rome and would be defeated in a six hour stand off. After this event, Romeo would become infatuated with the GIS after witnessing their bravery. So after high school, he'd enlist into the military and after his service he'd join the GIS.
During his time in the GIS, his most notable achievement would be during Operation Night Hound. During a search and rescue mission off the coast of Libya. He and a four other soldiers would seize an attack on a large freight ship holding slaves. A brutal storm would hit the ship and separate him and thirty slaves from his team. Romeo would lead them in boats across the Mediterranean in brutal weather. He'd be promoted for his actions and would even catch the attention of Team Rainbow.
Psychological Profile: Described as a puzzle but missing multiple important pieces. Santoro has a severe disdain of water, how many people close to him have drowned in his past. Speaking of his past, he refuses to discuss anything about his foster brother. Romeo still feels the guilt of killing his brother, and often takes time to visit his foster sister when on leave. Santoro also has a soft spot for children, especially those who are orphaned. He's seen as a mentor in his community, and is nicknamed by many children as Uncle Romeo. When it comes to his leadership skills, he's proven himself time and time again that he can lead a team and act under pressure. Santoro is surprisingly charismatic figure when he needs to be, and a prime example of leadership in Team Rainbow.
Loadout:
G28- A semi automatic designated marksmen rifle. The G28 is a slow firing but hard hitting DMR, it's on par with Twitch's 417 rifle. Though the G28 is slightly less damaging, it can fire faster and has twice as many rounds in a clip.
ARX-100- The ARX-100 is a fast but accurate moderate damage assault rifle. The ARX is on par with such weapons as the R4-C, in some situations it even out performs the faster firing rifle. The ARX also has forty rounds in the clip, and has better recoil control. It's a pretty cool assault rifle, it also falls into the trifecta. Damage, accuracy, and fire rate are pretty much perfect. It's a stand out weapon amongst the other operators, when you detect an Outrider, you better hope he's running the G28. Because the ARX will tear you in half, it's a fuckin chainsaw my dudes.
Unica revolver- The Unica revolver is a hard hitting sidearm originating from Italy. When compared to other revolvers, the Unica is surpassed in damage and accuracy wise by the LFP586. But it outclasses the CIA's Taurus in almost every aspect.
Equipment: Breaching charge or stun.
Gadget: Volpe carries a pair of X-ray goggles. Now these pair of goggles are very similar to my previous goggle user Therma. While Therma's goggles can only see through walls depending on how thick it is. Volpe's goggles known as the "Fantasma", can active X-ray vision. He'd be able to see through unbreakable walls which Therma can not see through. Once deployed he can see the enemy operator and identify them, however it doesn't end there. When identified, he can see the enemy health bar. It doesn't mark them like Therma or Jackal. His counter is obviously Mute, when he's in range of the jammer the goggles begin to have the same jamming affect that drone's receive.
Appearance: Volpe wears the standard issue Bersaglieri uniform, consisting of the desert camouflaged jacket that covers the neck and pants with a bunch of pockets, along with the olive greenish ballistic vest. His Fantasma goggles are large and blocky, the goggles are always over his eyes and are activated like Jackal's. He wears a black balaclava and wears a standard issue Bersaglieri helmet, around his neck is a tan tattered cape that goes down to the middle of his back. On his wrist is a pad just like Echo's, it's how he operates his drones and accesses cameras.
Elite: Volpe's appearance references the Royal Italian Army from the first World War. He's supposed to be a member of the Arditi who were essentially Italian storm troopers. He wears an olive green and trousers, along with a pretty cool tan cape. He also sports an olive officer's cap that's branded with the Arditi sigil. The gadget is remodeled to look like a pair of old fashioned goggles. His victory animation is him performing the I'm watching you gesture, when the camera zooms in for a close up a jam visual effect temporarily obscures the screen. When it returns to normal Volpe is no where to be seen.
(Side note: Regarding Volpe's gadget, I have two alternate abilities in the works, one of them being an actual cloaking mechanic and the other being a sensor mine that seeks out Defenders within a certain radius. Depending on how well this ability fits the character I may change it.)
Trivia:
Outrider speaks fluent Italian, Afrikaans, and English.
Whenever Outrider kills a defending GIS member, he'll make a remark of some sort. When Killing Legion he'd make a friendly jab at the man, but when killing Fio he'd be very irate.
Outrider really dislikes water, a very easy way to piss him off is to whip a water bottle at him. But this prank is pretty dangerous, the operator has been known to "rough up" Recruits who think it's funny.
Outrider has a keen eye for details, which is why he gets along with a certain Slavic sniper.
Outrider has a five year old son residing in Florence with his foster family, the mother of his child left them not long after his birth. Leaving Outrider with a child he couldn't take care of at the time, luckily his family offered to take him in while he secured the Rainbow offer.
Outrider led a joint operation alongside the GSG9 which resulted in a horrific accident, said accident resulted in the amputation of one of his squadmates. After the accident he felt an extreme amount of guilt for his friend's injury, but the guilt turned into anger when he realized Fio was responsible.
Outrider can play the piano very well, a talent he often demonstrates during Team Rainbow's charity events for impoverished children.
Benicio de'Acone- Codename "Legion"
Position: Defender
3 armor 1 speed
Nationality: Italian
Birthplace: Tuscany, Italy
Date of Birth: April 13th, 1955
Height: 7'3
Weight: 230lbs
Biography:
Born to a wealthy family that resides in the beautiful region of Tuscany. Benicio was the third oldest of eight, brought up in a home with conservative catholic values, his father was a preacher. Benicio was raised to love thy neighbor, but he felt otherwise. He woke up in the morning with the intent on finding someone else to fight, he was the bully of the little town he was in. Due to his actions, this caused his siblings to become targets. Benicio hated having to take care of his siblings, and now that they were being bullied it only meant he had to watch them more. Benicio slowly shifted from bully to a protector, and this lasted up until his high school years. His family moved from Tuscany and into the city of Naples, He struggled with adjusting to city life. which was a stark contrast to the country life he was accustomed to.
Benicio maintained his delinquent behavior, skipping classes, vandalism, fighting, and some more fighting. Fed up with his unbearable behavior, he was expelled after inciting a gang fight during school hours. The school weren't the only ones fed up with his actions, the community and even his own family had enough of him. A few weeks after his expulsion, he was then thrown on a bus and sent off to a military boarding school. The boy struggled at first, he grew up most his life as a rebel who went against the establishment just because he could get away with it, but now he had to force himself to do the one thing he never could do. Change. Eventually, he'd remodel himself as a star student and after graduation he'd wish to return home. Benicio was later convinced to join his friends in the military, he served as a training instructor along his many friends at a boot camp. As years went by and the cold war blew over, he decided he'd retire and go home.
But before he could return home, news of a terrorist attack in Rome would catch his attention. The rage that he and his fellow comrades felt would motivate him to enlist in the GIS, after another lengthy basic training program and psychological evaluation he joined the Special Forces department of the GIS. He saw combat in multiple theaters, he was present in Operation Alba, Operation Ancient Babylon, and assisted in the Kosovo war. As for his involvement in the war against the White Masks, he participated in many operations, but most notably Operation Sawtooth, where an unknown act of heroism caught Team Rainbow's attention.
Psychological Profile: Benicio has become much more humbled and kind in his older years, he serves as a pillar for his team. Whether it be through his dad jokes, not so motivational words, or letting his fellow team mates know that he's there to protect them. He's very popular amongst his peers for being such a team player, and often takes the jobs most people wouldn't take. He's willing to hold down objectives rather than go out and seek kills. On another note, he's also a highly religious person and finds comfort in prayer when in times of high stress.
Loadout:
MP7A2- This variant of the MP7 comes with an integrated grip for improved accuracy. The main difference between the two weapons is the clip size. The A2 variant holds only 20 rounds but makes up for it with accuracy and damage. It falls short when it comes to fire rate and range, especially the range, the weapon is more suitable for firing down hallways instead of spawnpeeking across the map. However, you can equip this weapon with an ACOG sight, so take that Bandit mains.
Fabram FP6- This small and light weight shotgun is good for really close encounters. It's no sniper rifle so don't even think about going for long shots, but if you can get close enough to someone, you can one shot them with no problem.
Unica- Just like Volpe he uses the Unica.
Equipment: Bulletproof cam or deployable shield.
Gadget: Legion wears the heavy duty Damascus riot control body armor, this armor is incredibly tough and durable but slows him down incredibly. When pressing the action button, Legion pulls down the face shield on his ballistic helmet and fastens some straps, he enters Fortress Mode. Whilst in Fortress Mode, he gains 100 extra health and protection against ballistics towards the face. The major downside of Fortress Mode is the major hit to his movement speed. Legion is confined to walking only, and his walking speed is equivalent to a one speed operator moving in barbed wire, meaning he's confined to one spot. Fortress Mode can only be activated once per round and can not be deactivated, meaning you need to activate it at the right time. The point of the ability is to hold down an area, meaning you need to set up at the right place at the right time. Another major feature is the "protection against ballistics towards the face", I can hear the collective brows being raised. In a game designed around headshots, why would you have an Op with facial protection? Well, he isn't completely invulnerable to headshots. He still takes damage from them, and when shot in the face enough, he gets a disoriented affect meaning that his face shield is broken and with one headshot he can be killed. Another drawback, is the activation time for Fortress Mode, taking up a whole ten seconds. Meaning that you can't panic activate and will most likely be shot in the face. Another drawback, is the fact that you're pretty much locked in one place, you're incredibly slow and can't move worth shit. So if you're flanked you're fucked. But despite those drawbacks, he's an operator that can clutch a game if played right.
Trivia:
Legion is the oldest OP in Team Rainbow, he's currently 63 years old.
Legion has two children of his own, presumably in their 30s, and several grandchildren.
Legion's wife, Angela, actually works on base as a nurse. The woman has very friendly relationships with most of the other operators, except for Bandit since he won't let go of his drug habits.
Whenever killing fellow GIS operator, Volpe, he'd make a friendly jab at the younger OP. But when killing Spyglass he'd express remorse, and make a remark about never wanting this.
Legion is a big fan of Greek epics, his favorites are Antigone and the Divine Comedy. The man even started his own book club on base, but there's only about two members in the club. One of them being Lord Tachanka, and the other is Bandit...he only comes for the drugs.
Legion and the GIGN operator Oliver Flament often share stories of their delinquent days.
Legion is a nudist, he believes the human body is beautiful, and if you got it flaunt it. 230lbs of big and strong Italian man suddenly appearing naked in front of his colleagues is normal for the GIS unit. But it's not normal for everyone else though...
Has an ACOG, eat my ass Bandit!
Leonardo Falcone- Codename "Spyglass"
Position: Attacker
3 speed 1 armor
Nationality: Italian
Birthplace: Rome, Italy
Date of Birth: May 4th, 1990
Height: 6'4
Weight: 165lbs
Biography:
Born in an upper class family, Leonardo grew up a only child in a household that valued technology and innovation. Meaning, he had his hands on all the newest gadgets before anyone else was able to have them. This is what developed his passion for technology, the only thing that rivaled his love for technology was his love for animals and insect. As he studied technology, he'd often explore the country side and study animals with his tutor. Though Leonardo loved animals, he loved insects more, they were so abstract and peculiar compared to the other forest dwellers. As he older, the boy took up coding and robotics as a hobby. During his high school years he was offered a full ride scholarship to a technical/robotics institute when one of his inventions caught their eye. After high school he'd later on enroll into tech school and receive a Master's degree in robotics engineering, and would later on pursue education in other forms of computer sciences. He was unsure where he'd apply his knowledge beyond college, he could always work for the family business. But that was never the life meant for him, he was called one day by his cousin Rodolfo and convinced to join the Carabinieri, since they were experimenting with a new cyber security force.
After a few years as a part of the Carabinieri, Leonardo had been promoted and transferred to a new unit. He'd foiled numerous cyber terrorism schemes, which earned him a shot to work with the big dogs, the GIS and the Italian Armed Forces. Leonardo would provide overwatch through drone support for numerous operations around the globe, his keen eye for details and ability to act under pressure made him a great asset. On one fateful mission, Leonardo would provide drone support for a joint operation during Operation Sawtooth, during this mission the GIS and Team Rainbow were caught by surprise. During this ambush, Leonardo provided support as he also monitored the helmet cams, which gave him a first person perspective of Rodolfo being shot and killed. Though Sawtooth was a success, he felt as if he failed to protect Rodolfo, but unbeknownst to him, he was in for a major promotion.
He was transferred to the GIS unit of Team Rainbow led by Romeo Santoro. At first he continued providing drone support for the three other members, but soon he found himself itching for actual combat. So he was mentored by Romeo and after a few months he deployed along his squadmates. However things would take a tragic turn during Operation Firebreak, the GIS and GSG9 had engaged the White Masks in a high speed chase down an autobahn highway system. The White Mask had hijacked four fuel tankers and attached explosives to them, the two CTUs were tasked with hijacking the trucks after roadblocks continued to fail. Neither unit accounted for the amount of White Mask also in cars protecting the trucks, resulting in a high speed chase and shootout down the autobahn. The first truck would be neutralized by Jaeger and Bandit, while the second was taken by IQ and Blitz, Outrider and Legion were closing in on the third. Leonardo and Fio were closing in on the final truck, but since it had the most explosives and higher amount of fuel, they were told to wait for assistance. However Fio disobeyed orders and pursued the tanker, and whilst Leonardo was attempting to board the tanker, Fio would attempt to ram it off the road. This slammed him up against the truck nearly causing him to lose his grip, but then the tanker returned the ram back. Sending them spinning towards the median, the SUV they were in slammed head first into it and Leonardo was flung forward, the tanker would then explode as well.
Leonardo would wake up a month later from a coma, the first thing he felt was confusion, he didn't know where he was or what happened to him. But then after being caught up to speed by the doctors he was shocked. He'd suffered near fatal injuries during the mission and was immediately sent to intensive care after evac. He suffered many broken bones, bruises and gashes, and two nasty scars to his face, one going down his right eye and the other going down his lips. But the next emotion he felt was a mix of dread and shock, when he turned to his right to notice his right arm was missing from the elbow down. He thought things would never be the same, he thought his career in Rainbow would be over, he never expected Six to invest in the most cutting edge in robotic prosthetics out there. He would be fitted with a bionic arm and would enter a lengthy period of therapy to get him accustomed to the arm both physically and mentally, however, even though he was able to function effectively with the arm, he would always feel that piece of him missing.
Psychological Profile: Headstrong and a keen eye, Leonardo has always made a perfect gatherer of intelligence. He obsesses over the smallest details and hates information being withheld from him or others. Leonardo is also known for being quite nosy and has been nicknamed Six's "little dossier" by Thatcher due to him being tasked with keeping tabs on Team Rainbow's newest members. It's also known that Leonardo has unknown methods of accessing information on certain operators, despite said details being covered in black ink. Other note worthy topics would be his discomfort with the bionic arm he has. Though through physical therapy he's grown content with it, it's been reported to his doctor that he can't shake the memories of that day whenever he looks down at the arm. Though the memories keep him up some nights, or he'll experience sudden flashes, he hasn't had any serious negative effects in or out of combat. Nor does he hold any ill will towards Fio, despite her being the cause of his amputation.
Loadout:
M16A3- The M16A3 is an accurate fully automatic assault rifle, with a moderate fire rate and moderate recoil. As for the positives, it's a very easy to use weapon that could even be used without attachments or just a scope. It's a very versatile weapon that can function in a number of different uses, this weapon's hip fire accuracy isn't the best but if you can land hip shots then you're gold. However, it falls short when it comes to prolonged fire at longer ranges. Which is nothing that an ACOG and grip can't fix, asides from that there's not a lot of cons. It's a weapon that when used a few times, can easily become a favorite amongst the community. Possibly rivaling Jaeger's 416-C, Ash's R4C, and Twitch's F2. The amount of one tap montages with this thing would make heads spin.
AR70- The AR70 is a nice weapon, that's about it. It's not a bad weapon, pretty accurate and does decent damage. It's recoil isn't horrible but with the use of an ACOG and grip it'd be a lot easier to use. But the biggest con that this weapon has, is the fact that it isn't the M16A3. M16A3 out performs this weapon in almost every aspect and some, it's like using the G36C over the R4-C, or GEO's shotguns instead of their dope ass regular weapons. The AR70 could be a really good weapon, but the M16 is way better.
Unica- Just like Volpe and Legion, Spyglass also uses the Unica.
Equipment: Frag grenade or claymore.
Gadget: After collaborating with Emmanuelle Pichon of the GIGN, Spyglass was had built a highly advanced spider drone. The drone can maneuver around extremely quickly, making it a pest for any defenders. It can climb up any surface and position itself in a rather clever hiding place, weather it be on the ceiling or underneath a shelf. The drone also has one more extra neat ability, if the drone is completely still it can activate active camouflage hiding it from any nearby defenders. It's last little trick is a farther scanning range, making it even more useful than the regular attacker drones. It can't jump, but it doesn't really need to since it can go up walls. During the drone phase, Spyglass automatically uses his drone, and if it's ever destroyed he can deploy a second one. Now what can counter this drone, you ask? Well, an obvious counter is Mute. When in range of a jammer the drone is jammed and if cloaked it's immediately visible. The same rule applies even if it's on the ceiling, it would fall from the ceiling and lay on it's back wriggling its legs. Another counter would be Vigil, because he'd be "invisible" from the drone, even though you know he's there, good job Ubi. An unlikely counter would be Echo, if he's ever using Yokai and comes across the spider drone, he can use the blast and disrupt the active camo revealing the drone to anyone nearby. Spyglass's drone is also quite noisy, whenever it moves you can hear a mechanical "clink, and when pressing down on the sprint button for a speed boost, it'll make an even louder noise.
Appearance: Spyglass goes for an undercover type of look, he wears a hooded leather jacket with the GIS insignia printed on his right shoulder. He wears a pair of sunglasses with a blue feed displayed on the right lens, similar to how the sunglasses in Ghost Recon would look. It'd display his HUD and how he watches his drone's live feed while he controls it with wrist pad built into his arm. Speaking of said robotic arm, it's a sleek matte black bionic arm, unlike the bionic arms of today it's not clunky looking at all. It's built and functions like how a regular arm would and built into it's forearm is a wrist computer. He wears a pair of black jeans and a pair of running shoes
Trivia:
Spyglass' has nicknamed his drone La Vedova, which translates to Widow in English.
He and the fellow operators, Grace Nam, and Steven Clarke have formed what they called the Hackerman Trio. Where the three of them regularly prank other operators by hacking technology. That, and they're apart of Team Rainbow's expiremental division, ECID (Elite Cyber Intelligence Division), which includes them and two other operators. One from the Estonian Special Operation Forces, and the other from Delta Force.
Spyglass is a big fan of American hip-hop, something he and Clarke often talk about.
Spyglass and Paz Adler once competed for the affections of Elżbieta Bosak, it ended in a win/win situation for them both.
Knows Dean Martin's "That's Amore!" by heart.
When using the Operation: Dead Cell uniform, a reference to the popular Metal Gear franchise is included. His once gray robotic arm would be resprayed red and along the forearm the words "Cani di diamanté" is etched into his arm. When translated, it comes out as Diamond Dogs. So Spyglass must be a fan.
Fiona Lucrenzia- Codename "Fio"
Position: Defender
2 speed 2 armor
Nationality: Italian
Birthplace: Milan, Italy
Date of Birth: June 9th, 1989
Height: 6'2
Weight: 163lbs
Biography:
Fiona Lucrenzia spent her life trying to get others to notice her. She was born to a neglectful pair of parents, she was never paid any attention and sought attention elsewhere. She started acting out in school at a young age, often lashing out against her peers in fits of rage. Her middle school year she was suspended when she threw a staple at a classmate's head. She was never disciplined, making her feel as if she could get away with anything. Nearing the last few months of her preteen years, she started to dabble with drugs and alcohol, then was initiated into a street gang on the eve of her 13th birthday. She'd spend many of her teenage years prowling the street looking for people to mug or beatdown, she carried a pocket knife that she only had to use once or twice. When she was fifteen, she and a couple of friends were suddenly attacked by a rival gang members. Nearing the end of the brawl, she drew her knife and managed to stab multiple attackers. To this day she still recounts the story with a wolffish grin on her face, and shows the knife to others.
As the end of her senior year drew closer, she was introduced to what taking a life felt like. She was walking down an empty street during a downpour, she was attacked by one of her greatest enemies, Fiona was caught off guard and was being brutally beaten. In a desperate attempt to save herself, she plunged the knife into her attacker's neck. When she came to the realization of what she did, she found herself frozen in shock, watching as they slowly died. Though she felt disgusted and incredibly sickened by her actions, she gained a wicked high from killing the attacker. She would go the rest of her high school years seeking this sense of empowerment and seeking a proper outlet to take her mind off these urges. Fiona would surprisingly graduate from high school, but had no clear direction on where to take her life, instead she continued her life of crime. She'd become too accustomed to the hustling life, she had already killed and wasn't afraid to do it again. And she did, she had killed two more rival gang members during her time on the streets. Until she was busted for possession, but due to lack of evidence she was let go, that's when her parents had enough. They sent her off to a military boot camp where she'd hopefully be straightened out, she would train at the boot camp Benicio would teach at.
After her time in boot camp she'd be deployed in Afghanistan, Fiona was apart of the Paratroopers Brigade "Folgore". Three months into her tour she found herself bored with the soldier life. Then the opportunity of a life time had came her way, some of her squadmates were planning on deserting and approached her. She along with the four of them deserted and left the base, they would join the PMC a week later. During her time as a mercenary, she exceeded standards for FNGs and impressed commanding officers, but her brash and impulsive nature kept her from promotions. Fiona would never reveal the circumstances behind her recruitment into Rainbow, partially because she was told not to, but her recruitment was a rather bloody one. And it also keeps her in line.
During her early years in Team Rainbow, she participated in Operation Firebreak, and made one of the worst mistakes in her career. Whilst in pursuit of a tanker she attempted to ram the truck off the road, this maneuver nearly got Spyglass killed, but the worse had yet to come. When the tanker returned a ram back, the SUV was sent spinning out and Spyglass was sent tumbling down the highway. When the vehicle hit the median, Fio slammed her head into the steering wheel extremely hard, this knocked her out cold. When she awoke in the hospital, the first thing she felt was the overwhelming amount of guilt for her comrade. She and him shared a room, and everyday she'd watch him in a vegetable state. The other operators blamed her for what happened, which she completely understands, Spyglass might never see combat again. And though she did put up a front at first, she took a liking to the younger op, and costed him something that can't be easily replaced.
Pride.
Psychological Profile: Asides from the impulsivity and unquenchable blood lust, Fiona doesn't really value team. She's willing to do absolutely anything to get the job done, even if it's at the expense of her team. Which is a reason why she's disliked by her team so much, because she sabotaged Operation Firebreak when she disobeyed direct orders.
Loadout:
Magpul PDR- The Magpul is a thirty round bullpup SMG, let's get straight to the point with this thing. It's a close quarters combat weapon so range is obviously lacking, but it makes of for the lack of range with its chainsaw fire rate. It's like Ela's pre nerf SMG and Mira's vector had some fucked up incest baby. Honestly, this thing is fucking gross, you'll be hosing people down as soon as the Action Phase starts you're going to be the most toxic in the game. If the ARX is a chainsaw, then this shit right here is a fucking laser blade chainsaw. The TTK on this thing is fucking redonculous, don't get me wrong Goobisoft, cocaine is amazing (Bandit can confirm) but dial it down a bit. Ubisoft actually put out a study themselves, actually showing that Fio mains are the most toxic players in Siege. Anybody that uses this weapon are either teamkilled, or often left alone due to their team wanting nothing to do with them. Well...I don't think the weapon choice really matters, anybody who plays Fio gains a negative reaction from their team. True to the character at least.
Remington Model 48- Honestly I only put this here because I couldn't think of any other weapons I'd want, that and trench guns are pretty cool. But I'll keep it brief, it's fucking good.
Fio's knife- Unlike any other operator, Fio can use a knife as her secondary that allows her to move slightly faster and it attack faster than a standard melee. Now this isn't encouraging you to bum rush your enemy, but it does encourage a Cav style gameplay. Her melee animation is different as well, instead of slashing, she thrusts her blade into attackers. If it connects it activates a unique animation of her grabbing the shoulder and pulling them further into the blade. Knife kills also grant bonus points!
Equipment: Impact nades or barbed wire.
Gadget: Fio's gadget is the Zolfo-X56, the Zolfo is a wall mounted launcher that when activated, launches detonates two different grenade types. If selected, it can fire one big grenade or the big grenade will break apart and become a cluster. When the grenades strike the ground, depending on which mode it fired, a large area or multiple areas will be covered in napalm. She's a useful Defender when it comes to entry denial and catching Attackers off guard. However, the gadget can be countered by Thatcher and IQ of course, and if Twitch shoots the X56 with her drone it'll detonate early.
Trivia:
Fio is actually a very skilled CQC special, she's greatly skilled in Krav Maga, Karate, and Judo. In the hand to hand comabat department, she's ranked third on the leaderboard.
It's very well known around base that Fio's true feelings come out when she's drunk, during a Halloween party, Fio made a handful of sexually aggressive comments directed at operator Miles Campbell and his cousin, Steven Clarke. After that expierence, several reports were filed against Fio, most of them from Clarke. She didn't see a problem with what happen (even though she denies it), she's just a little bit infatuated, what's the problem with that?
When Fio was involved in the "Firebreak Incident" (how most operators reference the operation), when the SUV slammed into the median and she was knocked out, she actually suffered permanent damage. Fio receives reoccurring migranes that vary in pain, though it could've been worse and she got off easy, she wants to desperately stop this. But according to Doc, her troubles now are only a smaller part of a bigger injury that will reveal itself in time.
Fio's default party trick is the five finger fillet, blade juggling, and knife spinning. This caught the attention of Maxim Basuda, who challenged her to a knife juggling contest. The winner of the contest was never decided since everyone left before it ended.
Rumor has it that Fio has familial ties to an infamous Vinciguerra mob, though there is very little evidence asides her striking resemblance to a well known member. She has no obvious ties to the mob in question nor is she recognized by any remaining Vinciguerras. But it could be possible for her to be a bastard child of sorts or the result of an affair.
Now that we've finished the information segment, let's run these guys through a combat situation to get a feel of their playstyle. Introducing a new game mode called Operations, you'll be able to play as both new and old Operators in a narrative experience akin to Outbreak. In this Operation, Dead or Alive, you can play with as a team of four players or with three AI controlled partners.
In this Operation, The Outbreak Saga continues, and this time they've evolved. When an old and wrecked tanker washes up ashore on the coast of Italy, shortly after a mysterious mist creeps over the fictional coastal town of Segreti. All forms of contact with the town is cut and all forms of entry to the town is closed off, and Team Rainbow is immediately mobilized. During briefing, it's revealed that UAVs have captured footage of what was assumed to be White Mask, but upon closer inspection the Masks weren't the only ones there. The briefing comes to a sudden end when a distress call comes in from a stranded soldier in need of medical evacuation, which is what springs the GIS into action. The GIS deploy outside the town, once the players drop in they're staring at a giant cloud of mist where the town lies inside of. Once the player enters the mist, it becomes very evident how easy it is to get lost. Secrets is quite the open map, and for the most part it's covered in mist. Things start off quite slow since it's a mystery, what happened to the squad? Where's the soldier? Why is the town empty? But things that take a wicked turn when a mysterious noise draw the infected to their current position, and the infected start pouring from every corner. The GIS have unknowingly walked into a death trap, with infected closing in around every corner and the only option being to complete the objective. This unit of operators embark on their most dangerous mission yet, and for those unlucky enough...their last.
Hope you enjoyed this very very very late chapter, I plan on revising the CIA operators. Think of it as my version of a mid-season reinforcement, also I'm interested in doing some expirementation with this story, but I'm not too sure what I'd like to try. Anyways, thanks for reading and stuff...
Bye?
