It was time for our first class with All Might.

He appeared in the room in a Silver Age costume, much to the excitement of the whole class. Then he told us we were to change into our own costumes, to do hero training. Of course, it was all chatter as we got moving.

We emerged at the fake city complex minutes later, all dressed in our costumes. Looking around, I thought a lot of people had very appropriate costumes, while others stood out a little more or were surprising. Yaoyorozu was showing a lot of skin, her red outfit barely keeping her cleavage contained. Is that for her Quirk? I thought dubiously, sweatdropping.

Pink fingers were snapping in front of me. "Tezuka! Attention!"

I blinked. It was Mina, grinning at me. "Checking out some of the girls?" she asked me.

"Gah!" I flushed red, and she giggled impishly. "Well, don't leave me out of it, then!" she took a step back and spun around in her costume, which consisted of a skin-tight bodysuit coloured purple and turquoise in a camo pattern. Over this was a cropped fur coat, and she wore a white mask on her eyes.

The costume showed off her body really well. I was glad I was already red from before.

"It's nice," I said. "You look good." That seemed like a safe, neutral statement.

Mina pouted. "I was hoping for more of a reaction. Though, I guess I shouldn't expect you to say anything too wild."

"Haha…yeah." I scratched the back of my neck, suddenly thinking darkly. Does she think I'm too boring? What will I do then?

Then she looked me up and down, her dark eyes flashing, her grin widening. "You don't look bad yourself, you know!"

"Thanks." My costume, like Mina's, was more clothing than armour. I wore a dark purple shirt, with black sleeves that I had rolled up past my forearms. The shirt also had an abstract inkblot-like black symbol on the chest, which I'd designed myself as a kind of logo. The top of the shirt had a metallic grey collar, with a wire that connected to a button on my temple. My pants were normal black cargo pants, and I wore dark grey boots.

"It's simple, but…" Mina bit her lip. "I like the logo on your chest. It looks cool!" Without even asking, she reached forward and put her hand on it, stroking the outline. "Where did you get the idea for it?"

I gulped, trying to keep my composure. A girl is putting her hand on my chest! "Uh, well…it's not really mean to represent any kind of idea. It's like an inkblot, you know, in psychology? Never mind, it's not important. I wanted something completely new for when I get out there in the world, so people will associate it with me!"

Yikes. I hadn't meant to spill so much out there. I winced, my teeth grinding together.

But Mina was grinning even wider. "That's awesome! Like I said, some people will say the whole thing is too simple, but…" She closed her eyes and tilted her head. "I think it fits you perfect!"

"Thanks, Ashido," I mumbled. "Now I wish I'd been able to give you more praise for yours."

There was a moment of silence.

We both looked up in confusion, and saw several of our classmates watching us.

Sero and Kaminari stood there, their mouths agape, while Uraraka seemed irritated at something. Iida, though his face was obscured by his helmet, coughed politely.

"Ashido, your hand is still on my chest," I told her, as levelly as I could muster under the gazes of several angry boys.

"Huh? Oh, ah…right." She receded, taking a step back, her pink face getting a little pinker than normal.

Midoriya emerged from the tunnel, and walked up to us.

"Hey, Deku-kun!" said Uraraka, bounding over to him. "Your costume looks great!"

Midoriya began freaking out, doing rapid, sheepish movements. "Ah! Yes! You think! Um! Yours too, Uraraka-san!"

For some reason, my fist was clenched.

"Oh, does it?" she asked in kind of a clueless way. "Eh, I wasn't very specific, so they made it skin-tight…" she looked down at her own body in an embarrassed kind of way.

The ear things on Midoriya's costume remind me of All Might's hair, I thought, although it wasn't particularly of note. Speaking of All Might…

"This will be an indoor battle trial!" the man himself announced to all of us, standing a ways down the street. "Imprisonment, house arrest, the black market…in a society filled with heroes, the smartest villains work indoors, in the shadows! So, for this exercise, you will be separated into teams of two! Heroes…and Villains!"

The class whispered and chattered excitedly.

"Are we fighting each other?" asked Tsuyu, her finger on her chin.

"Am I allowed to kill?" Bakugo demanded.

"Will we be expelled if we lose?" Uraraka asked timidly.

"How will our groups be divided?!" Iida inquired aggressively.

"Doesn't this cape look fabulous?" asked Aoyama.

"I CAN'T ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS ALL AT ONCE!" All Might shouted, still smiling but now appearing very strained.

Then, he pulled out a piece of paper…and began reading from it.

A few of the class gasped in surprise, or gaped at the ridiculousness of it. I noticed Midoriya smile, in almost a nostalgic kind of way. The hell kind of reaction is that?

"This exercise will consist of a battle inside a building!" All Might recited. "The Villain team of two will guard a nuke that they intend on launching! The Hero team must stop them before it's too late! If the heroes capture the villains or touch the nuke before time runs out, they win! If the villains keep them from the nuke or capture the heroes before time runs out, THEY win!"

"How very American," commented Yaoyorozu.

"The teams will be decided at random!" All Might announced.

"Are you sure that's the best way to do it?" asked Iida.

"Of course! In an emergency situation, you may not always have the best options for allies in your immediate area! You will have to make do with whatever heroes are nearby, leading to some impromptu teamups! This will simulate such a situation!"

I was sure that if I could see Iida's face, his eyes would be glistening. "Right! I apologize for my ignorance!" the boy bowed deeply.

The teams were drawn. I was on the first team, Team A…with Midoriya.

He seemed relieved with this turn of events, and approached me with an outstretched hand a smile. "Let's do our best, Tezuka."

"Right." I nodded and shook his hand.

Mina was on a team with Uraraka. "Let's do it!" they declared together, jumping up in the air and pumping their fists.

"Cute," I commented aloud without thinking.

Uraraka flushed and stuttered, but Mina only turned around and smirked at me. "Cute, are we? We'll see who's laughing when you guys get paired up with us and we beat you!"

"You're right," I replied, really wishing my mouth would stop moving. "You'll be too cute, and I'll get distracted. That's how you'll beat us, although…" I clapped Midoriya on the shoulder. "Midoriya's made of stronger stuff than me. I'm sure he'll be able to fight it off. Right?"

When I turned to look at Midoriya, his cheeks were flushed all the way red, his hair had cast shadow over his eyes, and he was vibrating. "Uuuuuuu…" he squeaked, embarrassed.

"Whoops," I muttered.

"The first battle will be!" All Might called, holding two slips of paper in his hand. "The Hero side! Team A! The Villain side! Team D!"

Midoriya suddenly went from very red to very pale, and shot his head up, whipping around in shock. I glanced in confusion at who Team D was.

It was Bakugo and Iida. Oh man, I thought. Those two have powerful Quirks, and they did very well in the entrance exam. This is going to be tough!

As the rest of the class talked about our battle excitedly, Mina and Uraraka came up behind Midoriya and I. "Good luck, you two!" Mina whooped.

"G-g-g-g-g-good luuuu…" Uraraka stammered, her hand shaking, as she avoided eye contact with me. Had I really managed to fluster her that much? "Sorry for calling you cute," I told her. "I'll avoid being so blatantly honest in the future."

That made it worse, of course, and Uraraka squealed, bounding away in a Tsuyu-like frog motion. "Tezuka!" Mina chided.

"Sorry, sorry," I said, laughing a little.

As I went to catch up with Midoriya, my thoughts stormed. So I am capable of banter, at least, if I put my mind to it. Although…I already felt tired, just from that short segment of interactions with the girls. This wasn't good. I needed energy for what was coming. I needed to focus.

Midoriya was talking to Bakugo, or at least, attempting to talk. "Kacchan, l-l-l-let's…"

"Shut up, Deku!" Bakugo growled, sweeping away. "I'll crush you!"

Midoriya reached out with his hand at the departing boy, and then lowered it, sighing.

"'Kacchan'?" I repeated aloud. "The hell? Also, why is everyone calling you Deku?"

"Umm…" Midoriya looked back at me. "It's a long story. Me and him were sort of childhood friends, I guess you could say."

I opened my mouth, and then closed it, swallowing. "Ah."

The timer started, and Iida and Bakugo went into the building to prepare. We, as the heroes, had to wait a little while before making our move, as the rules said. The rest of the class and All Might had gone to a viewing room.

As I looked up at the building, I reached up to the grey metal button on the side of my head, and hit it twice in quick succession with my closed fist. With a mechanical whirr, my shirt's metal collar extended and fanned out into metal pieces that unfolded automatically to create a shiny steel mask that fit snugly on my face, with holes for my eyes and mouth and a nose shape to let my nose fit.

"Whoa!" Midoriya said. "That's neat! What's it for?"

"I get nauseous if I teleport around too much," I explained, my voice now a little more resonant. "It helps if I breathe through my mouth instead of my nose, and I'm an unconscious nose breather, so the mask forces me to do otherwise. Also, it narrows my vision a little, which helps level out my information intake whenever I teleport and have to regain my bearings quickly. Downside is that I can't see things coming at me from the side as well."

"Wow. My mask is just there to look cool, haha…"

"That's alright, too," I reassured him. "So...hey, this Bakugo guy. Or "Kacchan" as you call him. You say you're childhood friends?"

"Sort of? It's complicated."

"Does that mean you know how he's going to act in this exercise?"

Midoriya looked at me, then nodded. "He's with Iida, and Iida's got an analytical, strategic mind. He'll want to play it smart, so Bakugo isn't going to work with him at all. They won't work together. That's our advantage."

"Why won't Bakugo be willing to play smart?"

"Because he's up against me. And he wants to fight me pretty quickly, I think." Midoriya's face had gone dark. "He wants to make sure I know my place."

I didn't particularly know what to say. There was just a feeling of a whole other person's history that was unreachable for me. Maybe if I can become friends with this guy, he'll tell me all about it. Someday.

The timer went off. We entered the building.

"So what's the plan?" I asked. "I don't think I'm very good with plans yet."

"Hmm…" Midoriya looked me up and down as we crept into the hallway. "All we have to do to win is to touch the nuke. Can you teleport the bomb itself?"

"I don't know where it is," I pointed out. "And besides, it's probably a little too big for me."

"Hmm…you could still teleport right up next to it, though…"

"Yes. If I could get a good look at it."

"Okay. I think our priority should be to get you to the bomb room as quickly as possible. But we might have to fight Bakugo on the way. He'll be hunting us."

"We have this Capturing Tape," I said, holding up the tape we had received. "If we can restrain him, and then move on to the room…"

"It might not be that simple. Say, can you teleport pieces of equipment off of their costumes? Like those gauntlets Bakugo's wearing, for example?"

I shook my head. "There are lot of limits to my power. If another living person possesses the will to wear something, I am unable to take it from them like that. And a good thing, too, don't you think? Imagine what kind of perverted antics I could get up to if I could teleport clothing…"

Midoriya sweatdropped, his face dark. "That's gross, Tezuka. You're lucky the girls in the viewing room can't actually hear us."

Whoops. "Sorry, hehe. Bad joke."

Midoriya smiled in an apologetic way and turned back forward, taking the lead in the hallway. "No more jokes, I think. Bakugo could be right around the…"

An angry, flying shadow came whooshing from the branch hallway in front of us, flying through the air right at Midoriya. In a panic, my partner slid back, causing Bakugo's fist to strike the beyond wall instead, crushing a hole into it and sending up smoke and flames. "DEKU!" the boy yelled. His amber eyes were alight with rage.

My feet slid on the floor, and I scrambled back instinctively, my mind a blur. I was panicking. I'd been so focused on the objective of getting to the bomb that I hadn't thought about the real reason for the exercise…fight training.

I'd never used my Quirk to fight before. I was about to have to learn very quickly.

Bakugo jumped off the wall with surprising catlike grace, and then swung furiously at Midoriya again.

Midoriya, miraculously, sidestepped him and grabbed his arm as he swung, using his momentum to throw the larger boy into the ground. I backed away another step, in shock.

"You always start with a right swing!" Midoriya declared down to Bakugo, who was now growling and seething on the floor. "You can't underestimate me any longer, Kacchan! You've called me useless all these years to belittle me, but I'm going to fight and try my best too! My Deku doesn't mean useless! It means that I can do it!"

"GAAAH!" Bakugo launched himself up for another attack, and it seemed as if it would be another right swing. He's angry and unfocused, I thought. Midoriya will just do the same thing as before, and…

Bakugo created another explosion to launch himself higher at the last second, going over Midoriya's head, and then creating another explosion to blow Midoriya back to the floor.

Bakugo loomed, his arms flexing, his eyes scrunched up, his mouth twisted into a toothy leer. "Try your best?! Try your BEST?! You'll NEVER compare to me, Deku, you piece of…"

His threat was cut off as I took action on a whim.

I teleported forward and hastily pressed the Capturing Tape to Bakugo's back, moving sideways, trying to wrap it around his front. Bakugo's head whipped around, reacting.

Midoriya gasped. "No, no, Tezuka, wait…"

"Oh, don't YOU get involved in this, you damn extra!" Bakugo yelled at me, sending out a casual right backhand at my face, turning out of the tape as he did so. Seeing the hand come at me, I panicked and teleported backwards a few feet, but in the process, my grip on the tape vanished, and he came free easily.

Bakugo leapt forward like a mad dog out of hell, suddenly gripping my shirt, and I felt the charging heat from his gauntlets. Oh god he's going to THROW me…oh no no he's not going to just throw me he's going to LAUNCH me I…

"TEZUKA!" Midoriya screamed, jumping to his feet.

Bakugo tugged me forward, beginning his move, and I reached out with the Capturing Tape again, trying frantically to wrap it around his gauntlets. Our hands struggled and grappled with each other. He was glaring demonic daggers into my face. My heart was about to explode with fear. I can't teleport away if I want to restrain him I have to do it by force I have to… "HAH!" I shrieked, bringing my free right fist around, and socking him as hard as I could in the face.

His grip on me barely slackened as we slid forward together from the force of the punch, and his head turned back forward, his face a mixture of dumbstruck and pure rage. In that split second, I realized that no one had EVER dared to punch this guy before. I was the first.

"Hey hey look chill out it's just an exercise we can…" I frantically tried to begin, but then he drove his gauntlet against my chest, and used his explosion.

A searing heat erupted against me, and all three of us were blown away from each other. Fire and smoke blocked my eyes, and the pain coursed through me, biting and gnawing, as I flew through the air, and hit the floor.

My face and chest were stinging like mad. Parts of my clothes were singed, or burnt through. My mask had been sent askew and now sat funny on my face. My eyes were crying. My heart pounded. I could barely see, there was so much ash in my vision.

"Tezuka, let's run!" Midoriya declared, suddenly appearing blurrily in front of me and taking me by the hand. We ran down the hallway, me stumbling and coughing and clutching my chest, away from Bakugo. Just a moment. Just a moment's respite.

I realized I'd never been quite so furious in my life.

When we stopped, Midoriya looked at me and said, "That went too far. Surely All Might is about to stop the…"

"You keep that one back there busy," I growled, and my partner's green eyes widened in fear. "Wh-what are you g-going to do?"

I stood up straight and wiped the soot off my face with my arm, and then adjusted my mask. "I'm taking the bomb."

In the viewing room, all the students of Class 1-A gasped as Bakugo and Tezuka began to struggle intensely. All Might watched with the rest. This isn't good, thought the Symbol of Peace. I knew that Young Midoriya and Young Bakugo would be a difficult pair, but I never dreamed that Young Tezuka would get involved like this…

But it had seemed like a spur of the moment decision, not the move of someone who had everything together. Tezuka was panicking, still trying to restrain Bakugo with the Capturing Tape even as his opponent was literally grabbing him and preparing to throw him.

"Oh no!" gasped Toru.

"GAH! Come on, come on, come on!" Mina yelled, pumping her fist emotionally.

"What's Bakugo gonna d…" Kirishima was cut off, and the whole class went "WHOA!" as Tezuka frantically punched Bakugo in the face.

The dark-blonde boy seemed utterly regretful almost at the instant, his face awash with fright, while the light-blonde boy seemed even angrier than before.

Then Bakugo lit an explosion against Tezuka's torso, and the whole class erupted.

Ochaco screamed.

"KYOUSUKE!" Mina shouted, stepping forward.

"Bakugo, you…"

"I can't believe!"

"You have to intervene at once!" Momo said to All Might, her voice breaking. "That's…"

"Hold on…" All Might mumbled. "Just…" I don't want to stop it. Not yet.

"That was brave of Tezuka," said Sero.

"Stupid," Momo corrected. "He clearly didn't have a plan."

Todoroki only stood silently in the back, his arms crossed, watching carefully.

As the smoke in the screen cleared, the class saw Kyousuke and Izuku running away from the scene, as Bakugo regained his bearings. Mina gulped, not realizing that her fists were clenched, her pink skin going white from lack of bloodflow. Please be okay please be okay.

Izuku said something to Kyousuke, and then the whole class gasped as Kyousuke's response was heard in the room.

"You keep that one back there busy," said the voice. It was undeniably Kyousuke's, but low, guttural, metallic. Angry. Like a growling cat, or a beast.

Izuku said something else, not heard.

"I'm taking the bomb."

The class gasped again, and began talking at once.

"How did we hear what he said?" asked Kaminari.

"There's a purple aura around Kyou-chan's mouth," pointed out Tsuyu.

"Did he teleport his voice?"

"It didn't seem like it was on purpose."

That wasn't mentioned in the file, All Might thought, worried. Young Tezuka may not even realize that he can do it, or when he's doing it. He might only be able to do it under extreme duress.

"Look how injured he is," Ochaco said softly. "His clothes and face are all burnt up."

Mina continued to watch, her heart racing, her ample chest moving up and down with her breathing, unable to tear her eyes away.

Having split up, Midoriya and I continued to use the communication devices, and now we had something resembling a plan. I just needed to get to the bomb.

I arrived at a hallway on the top floor, only to find a door guarded by Iida.

"Ahahahahaha!" Iida laughed, pointing at me. "So you've finally arrived, hero! Well, you're not getting to our bomb that easily!"

"You're really taking this villain thing all the way to the bank, huh?"

"But of course. And I know your weakness, Kyousuke Tezuka. You cannot teleport to something that you cannot see! So I will make sure you never reach the bomb!"

Dammit. I never mentioned that to anyone, and he figured it out? He's quite smart. The door behind him was closed. If I could just teleport to it, and get it open in time…

"I guess I'll just have to capture you instead," I told him, holding up the Capturing Tape.

XXXXXXXX

His face and clothes are burnt up, Iida thought in disbelief, glad that his face could not be seen. Did Bakugo do this? I can't believe I got such an unruly partner! Oh well. I just need to keep him busy until the timer runs out.

XXXXXXXX

I teleported forward and made a feint punch at Iida's face. When he raised his forearms to block, and I punched him in the chest with my other fist, using the tape roll as improvised brass knuckles. Of course, Iida's costume was hard; it was basically armour…but I did surprise him enough there to teleport behind him and run for the door.

Iida whirled. "Oh no, you don't!"

I managed to get a grip on the doorknob and turn it, bringing the door open to an ajar position, before Iida grabbed me and threw me back down the hallway. Ah! He's strong! A lot stronger than me! I hit the floor hard, and then Iida dashed forward at me with his engines, trying to wrap Capturing Tape of his own around my torso.

Panicked, I teleported away, and then forward again to the door, but too quickly. A wave of nausea passed through my system, and I overestimated the distance, causing me to run into the door like an idiot. It creaked open a little further from the force.

I shook my head hard and whirled, trying to clear up as Iida dashed at me again. I teleported backwards, and then backwards again, into the bomb room. Iida's engine dash was still headed straight for me, so I teleported sideways, causing him to brake himself by sliding sideways, his feet scraping across the floor.

He came to a stop and turned to look at me. "So you got in here, huh? No matter, you're no match for me, hero! AHAHA!"

I heard screaming and grunting through the communication device. "Midoriya! Are you okay?!" He's fighting Bakugo…it'll be my cue soon.

I saw the bomb across the room. It was taller and wider than Iida, so MUCH taller and wider than me. I couldn't really teleport things bigger than myself without expending considerable effort. I would just need to teleport right up to the…

As these thoughts raced through my head, something slammed into me from the side with extreme force. POW! I ran into the back wall hard, as Iida brought up the Capturing Tape again, trying to wrap it around me. I teleported away again, and then tried to teleport to the bomb, but Iida fired up his engines and hit me again, in a split second.

I teleported away again, and then to the side, and then towards the bomb. He dashed and hit me again. He's…too fast…

My entire body was wracked with pain. I knew I couldn't go on like this much longer.

Iida dashed at me again, and this time, I was knocked to the floor. "You're putting up a brave fight, Tezuka," he said. "But now I have to capture you."

I could barely think, it hurt so much. Iida kneeled down and began to wrap the Capturing Tape around me.

"I'm about to need you, Tezuka!" a voice crackled through the com, desperate and pained. "Get into position! You got this!"

It was Midoriya. That's right. I can't let Midoriya down. I have to win for him, so he can show that prick Bakugo that he IS worth something compared to him.

I sat up, and screamed into Iida's face, as loud as I could. "AAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Iida jumped away, taken aback at the random action, which was exactly what I wanted. I teleported up and away, and this time, when Iida turned to dash at me, I managed to warp out to the side, and grab his arm, using his momentum to throw him past me.

"GAH!" Iida slipped, nearly losing his footing as he slid to a stop, before turning and charging up his engines again. "That was a smart move, screaming like that!" he told me. "I'll give you that much!"

"I'm not the only one with a move," I replied.

Then…right on cue, the floor exploded.

I teleported into the air, grabbing onto a bar fixture on the ceiling and hanging from it. The floor and walls shook, material falling off and sliding into the collapsed hole at the center. Iida slipped and slid, falling on his ass, trying not to get caught up in the landslide. "What…you…"

Great work, Midoriya, I thought with glee. And now it's time to win.

I warped from the ceiling to the bomb, just as the object began to slide down to the center of the collapsed room. I hugged the nuke, grasping it as it fell. "Bomb secured!" I announced, partially to Iida, partially to Midoriya down below. Then, in a last ditch effort, I warped up to the edge of the room, where the floor was safe and not collapsing.

XXXXXXX

"Heroes win!" All Might announced.

Kirishima gasped. "Look at how messed up Midoriya is…"

The entire class was buzzing about Bakugo and Midoriya's intense fight, but on the other camera, Iida and Tezuka had been having a fight as well.

Uraraka had been torn between watching both of them, her hands partially covering her eyes in fright, while Mina had been locked into the fight in the bomb room, rooting for Kyousuke.

She watched him now as he leaned against the window at the edge of the collapsed room, breathing hard, his costume all torn up.

"Kyou-chan got hit a lot, ribbit," said Tsuyu. "I do hope he's okay."

"The heroes really put themselves through the ringer there," commented Sero. "Compared to the villains…"

Mina blinked. "Please be okay, Kyousuke…" she mumbled.

All Might, after going in to clean up and break up the fights, returned to the viewing room. "All four of them are recovering! They'll be rejoining us soon!"

The entire class breathed out in relief.

"We'll start the next match in a minute, but…" All Might looked out at the class with a teacher's analytical gaze. "Would anyone like to tell me who did the best out of those four?"

Momo raised her hand. "It was Iida."

"Huh?" Kaminari gave her a look. "But the villains lost…"

"That may be so," Momo told him, nodding, "but the heroes sacrificed their bodies in order to win. Midoriya's entire arm was broken, and Tezuka was burnt and bruised from fighting both the villains. In a real situation, after they'd secured the bomb, they would have needed to keep fighting off the villains who were in much better shape than them at that moment. The heroes took advantage of the rules of the game, knowing all they had to do was to secure the bomb, so they sacrificed everything to just do that. That wouldn't have worked in real life."

"Very well put, Young Yaoyorozu!" All Might praised. "And as for the villains?"

"Bakugo went off on his own without even considering making a plan with Iida," Momo said, crossing her arms. "He let his personal grudges get in the way of trying to win. He was much too focused on beating Midoriya. If he'd bothered to help with a plan, the villains might have won. Meanwhile…Iida was able to analyze Tezuka's Quirk, knowing that Tezuka would be able to get to the bomb very easily if he let his guard down. So he kept dashing him and hitting him, over and over again, trying to subdue him before he managed to teleport to the bomb. Considering the speed of both of them, it's astounding that Iida managed to keep Tezuka busy for as long as he did. Without Midoriya's punch at the end, I think Iida would have managed to keep Tezuka away from the bomb before time ran out, no easy feat."

All Might nodded throughout her explanation. "Very good! Very good, Young Yaoyorozu! I couldn't have put it better myself!" Literally, I don't think I could have, he thought to himself, a drop of sweat going down his face. "Well, let's start the next match here!"

He drew two more slips. "Team B! Young Ashido and Young Uraraka will be the Heroes! Team G! Young Aoyama and Young Sato will be the Villains!"

Mina walked over to her partner. "Let's do it," she said.

Uraraka seemed worried about something. "Y-yeah."
