Oh god, I'm so sorry for not updating this, I kind of lost inspiration for it as I haven't seen the show in such a long time. This will be the last chapter, however, but I'll try and make it as long as possible for you!
Thank you for all the amazing and helpful reviews, and it was 2011 when I first started working on it, who knows how long between working on it and actually uploading it, and I just wanna say that I was 13 when I wrote it. My grammar wasn't great, neither was my spelling, and I of course didn't know how to write properly.
However, if you've read any of my new stories, you'll notice that I've improved and that this chapter will be better! Thank you for waiting for so long for a new chapter!

Buford walked into Phineas and Ferb's backyard looking a bit nervous; that's what Phineas picked up on immediately. He was sweating a little bit and his hair was wet, indicating he had been near water recently. The triangle headed boy narrowed his eyes at the neighborhood bully and walked a few steps towards him.
"Were you at the pool?" He asked in what would have been a casual question if not for the slight growl in his voice and the glare in his eyes. All the bully could do was nod, not trusting his voice. "Oh? Did you see Isabella?" He asked before taking a few more steps forward.
"Y-Yeah, b-but I left before she did." He said. It wasn't a total lie, but he would never tell the protective likes of Phineas and Ferb the truth.
"Yeah? Did you happen to see an ambulance go by while you were leaving?" He asked with a more apparent growl. Ferb, at this point, had taken it upon himself to hold back Phineas by his elbows to prevent any fight that might break out.
"N-No?"
"Is that a question or a statement?"
"I don't know, why are you asking me?" Buford asked while stepping back away from the brothers. Phineas growled and charged at Buford, not seeing or hearing their gate open again, throwing a first punch that landed on the bully's face.
"Phineas!"
Just as he was about to land another punch while fighting back Ferb, he spun around to see Isabella looking frightened, her hands over her mouth. He got up and broke Ferb's grip, his expression melting into concern easily as he approached her.
"Isabella, are you okay?" He asked, completely ignoring Ferb helping up Buford.
"Yeah, Buford saved me, actually." She immediately regretted saying it when she saw Phineas get a dark expression and rounded on said bully so fast, she would have missed it if she blinked.
"YOU LIED!" He exclaimed as he began charging again. Isabella help him back this time, and it seemed to cool him off a bit, but not enough to stop his anger. "You said you left before she did!"
"What?" Isabella was confused. "No, he saved me when I started drowning!" She knew she shouldn't mention him being the reason she nearly drowned, it would throw him off the rail she was barely keeping him on.
"You…" Phineas paused and relaxed into Isabella's grip. "You saved her? Well why didn't you just tell me that!"
"Because I was afraid you would strangle me for not telling you it happened!" He shouted right back.
"Let's just calm down! I'm fine, okay?" Isabella told them. "Buford saved me, I was discharged from the hospital, and I'm fine." Phineas calmed down a bit more and walked to the other side of the backyard, away from Buford, who left the yard altogether.
"Phineas," Ferb caught his attention. "I know you're angry, but violence has never been the answer for you."
"Yeah, I know. I got a little protective." He said with a sigh. Isabella went over to him and put an arm around his shoulders.
"I love that you're protective, but you don't need to punch the biggest bully on the block just to prove it." She told him with a slight laugh, yet a serious voice. Phineas gave a weak smile back.
"Yeah, sorry you had to see that. I don't really like that side of me."
"No one likes that side of you, Phineas." Ferb told him.
"Yeah, I know."
"Phineas! Ferb!" The boys turned to the back door to see Candace standing there, anger and confusion on her face. "What's going on out here? You build a roller coaster and everyone isn't in the back yard? What's wrong with you two? I can't bust you for this!"
"We'll dismantle it in a minute," Phineas said. "After tonight, I don't really want to ride the coaster."
"Awe, but Phineas, you spent so much of the morning on it!" Isabella exclaimed, feeling terrible. "I still want to ride it, don't just take it down because one thing happened." Candace was beyond confused now, and decided to, as usual, try to get to the bottom of it.
"What happened?"
"I nearly drowned at the pool, Buford saved me, Phineas didn't know that when Buford came here so Phineas nearly beat him up." She summed up. Candace's eyes widened.
"Wait you nearly drowned?! Are you okay, do you need something?" She asked, not knowing what to do. Her eyes widened more as she registered the part about Phineas. "Wait, Phineas, you nearly beat up Buford?!"
"What was I supposed to do?!" He asked in frustration. "I said I was sorry, what more do you need?" Candace backed up at his attitude, but his brother and friend didn't.
"Let's just go on the…" Isabella looked behind them to motion at the rollercoaster, but when she turned around, it was gone. "Nevermind…"
"What?! What did you guys do with it?!" Candace asked when she noticed it was gone as well.
"We… didn't do anything?" Phineas asked in confusion. "We were talking to you when it disappeared, remember?" Candace groaned in frustration and went back inside the house, everything else forgotten.
"Well," Ferb began, "What do you want to do now?"
"We could go inside and watch TV like normal kids for a change?" Phineas suggested lightly. "A bit too much excitement for me for today."
"Sounds good." Isabella said as Ferb nodded. They were all in agreement as they went back in the house and sat on the couch, Phineas turning it on with the remote and putting something on that they all liked.

Okay so it wasn't as long as I would have liked, but I can't think of anything else to write and it's literally one in the morning, so I'm gonna call it a night. I don't like working on things for multiple days when they've already been put off for this long. I like to get them done in one sitting or I'm afraid I'll forget about them again.
Anyways, thanks for watching! Again, this is the last chapter, but look at my other stories! Who knows, maybe another P&F one coming soon! Currently working on Supernatural, Redakai, Victorious, and Big Hero 6 fanfictions!
