Rainbow Dash sees Terra like her as a speedster but from a different dimension.

Rainbow: "who are you, where are you from? Why are you faster than-"

Derpy: "Rainbow…"

Terra: "*chuckles* it's ok Derpy, don't worry about it ok? *looks at Rainbow Dash* my name is Terrance McGinnis, but people call me Terra, where I'm from is a future more advanced with technology basically took over in my earth, and why I'm faster than you, is because I've been having these abilities since I was like 8 years old, it stopped coming at age 10, they came back when I was 16 years old, and now I'm 25 still practicing my speed abilities."

Rainbow: "that…is awesome!"

Derpy: "unfortunately, we're not here for her backstory, where is everyone Rainbow?"

Rainbow: "*sighs* everyone, is hiding somewhere safe in their homes. What's going on?"

Derpy: "I don't know, you tell me."

While the two anthropony's talk it out, Terra sensed something familiar in this place, like someone in her past was here in this dimension, so she walks around the planet without Rainbow or Derpy even noticing. She kept walking until her hand starts to vibrate very quickly, she looks around the area.

Terra: "what is…"

When she hears a speed sound, she starts to run ahead towards it quickly, she stops and looks at the edge of the window, seeing the one person that put through her the immortal experiment, Paul.

How Paul got here was confusing at first, but he realized since Terra put her into the speed force jail, he was in prison there for months, but in reality it looked like years since he changed. Terra groans, runs towards him quickly and pins him to the building.

Terra: "how the fuck did you even escaped after 6 months?!"

Paul: "that's my secret to know, and yours to find out."

He realized that he wasn't hallucinating, he can see Terra and then growls in an animalistic way.

Paul: "how exactly did you get here Terra, powers malfunctioning again?"

Terra: "again…what are you- *realizes something* you knew I can't control my powers. How did you even know that, no one doesn't know except-"

Paul: "your father, Bruce, Lani, Alfred, Nightwing, and your little brother. Shame it can't kill you, but it can-"

Terra: "don't you dare finish that sentence you piece of shit!"

Paul: "me? I would never, poison you…"

Terra growls and her eyes turn purple, she smashes his head into the wall hard, and he screams in agony seeing a gash now on his forehead.

Terra: "don't make me take your speed again, last time it was temporary, but this time it'll be permanent to the point where you'll just die."

Since she was the guardian of the speed force, she has gained lots of abilities from the speed force which is also blamed for not letting her control her speed to the point when she runs, no one will actually see her run.

Paul: "ok, ok! Why am I here you may ask? Well, you let me out."

Terra: "wait, what?!"

She looks at Paul and then she realized it was her fault.

Paul: "when you ran into the speed force, well…that was my escape out of that place, except now I'm here."

Terra glares at Paul.

~later~

Derpy and Rainbow look around the area for VP Luna, but so far they didn't find her or the captor who took her and they both sigh.

Rainbow: "this will take forever, so far we found no new clues or even a trace of her captor."

Derpy: "or Terra, are you sure you couldn't see the person?"

Rainbow: "he ran faster than me, he was like a blur to me, I couldn't keep up with him."

Derpy: "a blur…"

Derpy thinks of what Terra said before they're teleported on this planet.

~yesterday~

Derpy: "so, how come I can't see or hear you when you run?"

Terra: "some speedsters can run as quiet as a ninja, and why you can't see me when I run is why I need something to help me contain my existence when I run. Some speedsters run so fast you can't even see them."

Derpy: "so, like a necklace or something?"

Terra: "well, no. I need something like a necklace, but can also harness some of my speed, last time I ran that fast, I almost ceased to exist from my dimension."

Derpy: "*sighs* unfortunately, we don't even have something that advance technology you have been telling me about, maybe in a different earth might have it, like you said."

~present~

Derpy: "what if…"

Rainbow: "*looks at Derpy* what if what?"

Derpy: "what if the captor wasn't an alien, what if it was a speedster."

Rainbow: "like Terra and I, is that possible?"

Derpy: "she said there are more speedsters out there in different earths and dimensions, humans, aliens, and possibly even gods."

Rainbow: "huh, you're might be right."

They kept walking until they hear someone's voice.

Derpy: "what was that?"

Rainbow: "I don't know, but I hear it from our direction, come on!"

Rainbow runs in a rainbow blur while Derpy crystal surf towards the noise.

~with Terra~

Paul put Terra in a chair, tied her hands together on the chair and she keeps struggling, she sees VP Luna in a cell, watching Terra and Paul talking. She glares at Paul.

Terra: "you killed them."

Paul: "*chuckles* it was easy when I told them I knew someone of their kind with a human. This place though has advance technology not even our earth even has."

Terra noticed he is holding something that she needs and she struggles to get free, she also noticed he has a tachyon on his chest.

Paul: "*chuckles* don't even try *puts the necklace around my neck* I knew you were looking for something to harness your powers, I thought you already knew how to do that, but then again *looks at Terra* that's how you lost control of your abilities."

Terra noticed she is about to ceased to exist again and she gasps, Paul smirks at her.

Paul: "you know, I thought I would have to find your weakness to stop you, but I realized why bother doing the work, if your powers can do that for me."

Terra: "let me go! You of all people should know I have ways to come back to existence."

Paul: "*scoffs* of course I do, but not if I rewrite your history, stopping you from being born, and hell maybe even killing your loved ones."

Terra keeps trying and she growls in an animalistic way, and he chuckles.

Paul: "see you when you get back, or never!"

He starts to run more quickly than usual thanks to the tachyon, and he goes through the portal and it closes behind him. Terra tries to phase and heck even vibrate her way out of the rope, but nothing works and she sighs, knowing this will be her faith. Luna looks at Terra, noticed she gave up.

Luna: "I don't know what the hell is happening, but I do know one thing."

Terra: "and that's what? You heard him, I was a mistake to even being experimented on back then. I get angry easily, I can't even control these abilities anymore. *sighs* I thought, her after all these years I could finally control my hyper speed, but look where that took me. I let him escape."

Luna: "all I'm hearing is you're giving up, I may not know where you're from, but I know there is something inside of me, telling me you're a hero from your dimension, sure he is doubting you and your abilities, but that doesn't mean you give up. That's what he wants you to think Terra, he wants you to fail. He's not letting you fade away from existence, the only person that can do that is…"

Terra: "*realizes* m-me, this whole time…I've been doubting myself ever since I had these abilities in my dimension before I came here. Ever since…"

~17 years ago~

Terra and her father Warren are on the track and field at Memorial Hamilton high. An 8 year old Terra is running faster than the speed of sound and she tries to stop herself, but she couldn't.

Terra: "stop, stop, stop!"

She is having trouble stopping herself running, Terra looks around to see anything that'll help her stop, she trips over herself and falls and tumbling and she sees her knees scraped and are bleeding, she starts to cry. Her father runs to her, crouch to her level and hugs her.

Warren: "it's ok sweetie, sometimes you'll get hurt."

Terra: "b-but I can't s-stop running when I want to stop daddy. I-It hurts…"

Warren: "sometimes, you have to practice and be patient with yourself, once you get use to the pain, you'll be able to stop running, ok?"

Terra: "*sniffles and wipes my tears away* o-ok."

Warren: "good, I think that's enough practice today, lets go home and make a PB and J sandwich."

Terra: "*smiles* yay, PB and J sandwiches, my favorite!"

She runs off and Warren chuckles.

Warren: "one day, she will be able to control her abilities, and I will be cheering her on and be proud of her…"

He runs after his oldest daughter to the car.

~present~

Terra: "8 years old…"

Luna: "you don't need to hide your abilities Terra, you need to accept them and yourself."

Terra: "you're right…"

~later~

Rainbow sees the captor and she glares at him.

Paul: "well what do we have here?"

Derpy: "who are you? Where's VP Luna?"

Paul: "the name is Paul, an evil speedster from another dimension."

Derpy: "earth 12.5…"

Paul: "that's right."

Before she could even continue asking questions, Paul runs towards her and elbows her towards the building. Rainbow runs at him, but he teleports quickly and she gets confused.

Rainbow: "what the?!"

He teleport behind her and kicks her up in the air, he teleports again in the air, and kicks her to the left, he kept doing that until Derpy shoots him with her crystals but he kicked Rainbow into the crystals and Rainbow Dash screams in pain.

Derpy: "Rainbow!"

Paul: "this is too easy."

He teleports to Derpy and was about to punch her, but before he could do that Terra runs towards him, without even hearing or seeing her and she punched him hard in towards the wall. Paul hits the wall and he groans, feeling bruises. He growls and teleports to Terra.

Terra senses him and she moved to the side and kicks him in the stomach, they kept combating each other with kicks and punches. Paul is putting out sloppy punches and kicks making Terra dodged all of them, and in an opening, Terra punched him on his ribs, hearing them crack. He screams in pain, Paul punched her again, but this time she grabbed his fist and crushing them feeling his bone cracks, and he screams in pain again. She lets go of his fist, takes the tachyon off his chest, and touches his chest, her eyes turn white and his eyes turn yellow, meaning she is taking his speed away, permanently, once down. He falls on his side and she noticed white lightning appearing on her body and her eyes change back to normal. Paul on the other hand is scared now seeing Terra took his power and ability away from him permanently and her voice has changed.

Terra: "you Paul are lucky I'm not killing you for what you did to me back then, I always thought you were worth being killed back then, but now *scoffs* I see a man who is blind by power and greed, you don't deserve these abilities ever, I can't put you back in the speed force jail, but I can take you back, and the FBI will arrest you for all your past sins before and after me."

Before he could say anything, Terra snaps her fingers and he was teleported back to earth 12.5, she noticed Luna and she nods. Terra smiles and noticed Derpy and Rainbow are in pain.

Luna: "come on, lets help them up."

Terra nods, and carries Rainbow while Luna carries Derpy, both adults walk towards the teleporter and they got teleported back to earth.

~earth~

It has been a week since Derpy and Rainbow been unconscious, in a hospital Rainbow and Derpy wake up and they see Terra and VP Luna talking, once Terra sensed they're awake she nudges Luna and she looks at the students/pegasi.

Rainbow: "w-what happened?"

Derpy: "yeah, the last thing I remember was… *realizes* Paul!"

Terra: "whoa there you two, take it easy, don't worry about him, he is now back to my dimension, facing federal charges, you guys were obviously hurt and the doctor said it'll heal in about a week or so."

Derpy: "can't you just heal us?"

Terra: "no, sorry."

Rainbow: "so, are you going to go back to your earth, or what?"

Terra: "well, I can't teleport back because teleporting for me will take all my energy out of me, so I guess I keep running until I'm in the right time or dimension."

Derpy: "simple enough."

Terra tosses Derpy a dimensional device and she catches it.

Derpy: "what's this?"

Terra: "a dimensional portal, it's when you need my help or just want to say hi and hangout with me."

Derpy: "seriously?"

Terra: "yeah, I mean we will cross paths eventually, right?"

Derpy: "*chuckles* yes, yes we will."

Terra: "also, *looks at Derpy* Celestia came, she wanted to make sure you're ok, make sure you tell her when you're ready, I told her you were stressing yourself at school since you have a lot of homework."

Derpy: "thanks *looks at Luna* so, uh…"

Luna: "we'll talk about it later about you and my sister dating, ok?"

Derpy: "o-ok."

Rainbow: "what about my friends?"

Terra: "I told Twilight, AJ, Fluttershy, Pinkie, and Rarity you were stress because of what Spitfire trained you at the wonderbolt academy, and trust me, Spitfire made me do a lot of exercises to the point of exhaustion, so you're welcome."

Rainbow: "*chuckles* thanks."

Terra: "welp, I think it's time I finally go."

The three of them said bye and Terra walks out of the room and out the hospital. She looks up in the sky and noticed it is now night time and she sighs.

Terra: "jeez, I was gone for that long?"

She starts to run and the portal is summon, she runs into it and it closes behind her.

~earth 16~

Terra noticed something different about this speed force and she gasps when she sees someone, running trying to get out of the speed force. She gasps when she sees a 21 year old Wally West aka the first kid flash.

Terra: "Wally?"

When he heard his name, he stops and looks at Terra sensing some familiarity.

Wally: "Terra?"

XLR8: I'm back, and I'm finally on Spring Break woo hoo! I can now get focus on my stories. I'm starting to write one of my story chapters in my notebook, but I'll be doing Batgirl Beyond on google docs. As for which story I'll write in my notebook is Purple beetle. So Terra is now off MLP and is now on earth 16 seeing her best friend Wally West. I'm bringing him out of the speed force since it clearly states in young justice season 3 he is not dead, he is actually in the speed force probably running around in it, and also, Wally's voice actor Jason Spisak is still on the show voicing Forager and the monkey god who gave Beast Boy his ability to turn into any animal. So it is actually unknown when Wally will come out of the speed force, I hope it's in the other half of season 3 or the beginning half of season 4, since Jason got his memories back and we saw Damien Wayne I'm hoping it will be in the other half of season 3 by it's earliest. Since Bart Allen is now kid flash II, if they brought Wally back, he will have the mantle of the flash in his red suit that is close to his kid flash suit. Anyways, I don't want to guess because I might doubt myself if they don't bring him back in those seasons I put on here, anyways…as always have a wonderful day/evening/night dudes and dudettes, peace!
