As Naruto and Maikeru walk home
Maikeru notices Naruto Tense up
"What's up?"
"I'm picking up a Chakra Signature in the Hyūga compound that's not native to that location"

They arrive to the sight of a masked character making off with an Unconscious Hinata in one of said characters arms

"My Nephew will get you ready for it" Maikeru said with a Snap of his finger
Before He could say or do anything he felt a foot hit the back of his head
Naruto had kicked him with some extra chakra help
Just then Hiashi showed up
"You're late for the party" Maikeru said to Hiashi
"There was a party?"
"Yeah with a classic game of 'bash the kidnapper with a foot' " Naruto said pointing at the down would be kidnapper with the Unconscious Hinata in his arms
Soon the Anbu Black ops had arrived to the scene
*Later in T&I department*
The Masked character was unmasked as the Head Cloud Ninja from the Land of lightning and he was regaining consciousness
"… uh where am I"
"Torture and Interrogation" said a familiar voice to him
"What"
"I did say you had a date I didn't say it was with me" Maikeru said to him
"It's with me" said another voice
"Ah Ibiki Right on cue"
"I'll leave you to him"
Ibiki smiled darkly at the Ambassador as he cracked his knuckles. Maikeru walks out as the screams of pain from the Ambassador cried out into the night.
*With Naruto*
~Naruto's perspective~
I walked back into shitty apartment and instantly I sense someone and I draw a kunai and instantly I throw the kunai at where I felt the chakra source but the person blocks the kunai then he steps forward and the light and then it reveals it was Itachi.
"Itachi-sensei what's going on here?"
"Naruto after tonight you won't be seeing me any longer, however I have taught you all that I can you've been an excellent student, but always remember the sharingan is only a tool it doesn't make you invincible and should you ever have need of information on your bloodline go to the Uchiha clan compound and go to the clan's dojo, head to the main hall, beneath the seventh tatami mat from the far right, and walk all the way down there you will find the terrible truth of my clan's history." Itachi then vanishes and knocking me out with a chop to the neck and the last thing I hear before losing consciousness was. "Naruto forgive me but what I'm doing is something that must be done."
~end Naruto Perspective~
*With Mikoto*
As Mikoto gazes out into the night sky
She can't help feel uneasy as she remembers what happened a week ago.
*Flashback*
Mikoto and Fugaku were gathered before the rest of the clan.
"In four days we, the Uchiha, shall rise up and take our rightful places as the rulers of Konohagakure No Sato and then the whole village will bow before the Uchiha and I shall rise up as the Hokage and lead the Uchiha to true glory." Fugaku said to the round of thundering of applause and everyone activated their sharingan and started laughing like maniacs. If anyone was looking at Mikoto they would see regret in her eyes but she still acted like she went along with it.
*End flashback*
"Itachi I hope that you don't have to get involved this." Mikoto said to herself then went back inside to deal with her scheming husband and started making dinner.
~With Maikeru and Itachi~
"So you're really gonna go through with it" Maikeru asked as he and Itachi stood above the Uchiha clan compound.
"Yeah" Itachi responds sadness present in his tone
"I Promise… No I Solemnly swear, that Danzo will get his, on that you, the Uchiha, and He can depend"
"Thank you, you best go now"
"Your Mother and Brother will be in good hands, I swear on my name as Namikaze" Maikeru says as he flashes away. A little later Itachi jumped down Upon the Uchiha Compound and drew his Katana from his back and he activated his sharingan. Several clan members smiled at him but then Itachi hardened his heart and start killing them slicing and throwing shuriken taking down more and more of the Uchiha. Each kill left a burning hole in Itachi's heart then just a member of the police force went to kill Itachi but then a sword ran him through from behind.
"Thank you, Madara-sama."
"Let's move forward we don't have a lot of time."
"Just remember your restrictions don't hurt my little brother or anyone else from the leaf."
"I remember." Then the two of them spit up and start slaughtering the clan. After a while Itachi lands on a telephone pole and he sees Sasuke running towards where their house.
"I'm sorry Sasuke, sorry that I didn't tell you everything." Itachi thinks then he vanished and reappeared behind his father.
"So you have decided to side with the village Itachi." Fugaku says looking at his oldest son.
"Yes I have father."
"What have you done with Sasuke? He hasn't returned home yet."
"Sasuke is an innocent and will live."
"I see and I assume you won't kill Mikoto."
"Unless she sides with you I won't."
"Even though I don't agree with your decision I still support you Itachi." Itachi starts crying as the emotions of the night then he runs his father through the heart. Then Itachi walks into the shadows drying his tears. Just then Sasuke walks in and sees the body of his father. Then Itachi walks out of the shadows and looks at his brother his emotionless look returning to his face.
"Big brother what's going on…why is father dead and why is the clan dead who could have done this?"
"Foolish little brother." Itachi throws a shuriken and it cuts Sasuke's left arm.
"Big brother why?"
"To test the limits of my abilities."
"You mean you slaughtered out clan and father, everyone we ever cared for just so you could find out how strong you are?" Sasuke said his rage growing as his sharingan subconsciously activated and it started spinning.
"It is of vital importance to me."
"YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND!" Sasuke roars and charges Itachi but Itachi side steps and punches Sasuke in the stomach then he locks eyes with Sasuke.
"Mangekyō sharingan." (A/N: Tsukuyomi goes as cannon) Sasuke runs out of the house screaming and fleeing for his life.
"STOP IT I DON'T WANT TO DIE!" Sasuke runs then Itachi appears right in front of him.
"Foolish little brother you're not even worth killing so by all means flee cling to your retched life."
"Why exactly have you done this?"
"As I told you it was to the limit of my abilities and I wanted to make myself as strong as possible and I wanted to find a worthy opponent and I believe you have that potential, I have acted like the older brother that you desired for one purpose, because you have the ability to bring out my maximum potential. You've been jealous of me and you have resented me. You've harbored hopes of surpassing me that is why I'm allowing you to live for my sake if you wish to kill me hate me resent me living in such obscurity so run and keep running and one day when you have the same eyes as I do come before me." Itachi turned around flashing his Mangekyō sharingan, foolish little brother." Itachi starts crying which doesn't escape Sasuke but he thinks it nothing because of the fear and rage he's feeling. Then Itachi disappears and knocks out Sasuke much in the same way as he had knocked out Naruto.
(Time Skip 8 hours later)
Sasuke starts waking up to the sound of nurses talking outside his room.
"Did you hear the whole Uchiha clan was murdered last night?" One voice outside his room says
"There are only two survivors. Sasuke and Mikoto." A second voice responds.
"Mom is still alive?" Sasuke thinks to himself hopefully. Just then a voice Sasuke recognizes come from other side of the door.
"Let me in I want to see him."
"I am sorry Mikoto-sama he is still asleep and he needs his rest."
"I don't care my son is in there and I am going to go see him with or without your permission now let me see my son." Mikoto snaps.
"Yes Mikoto-sama." Then the door opens and Mikoto Uchiha walks in
"MOM!" Sasuke says getting up and running over to his mother and hugs her, then starts crying. "I thought Itachi killed you."
"It's ok sweetie mommy's here." Mikoto strokes Sasuke's head
"Why did brother Itachi do it mom?" Sasuke asks
"I don't know sweetie." Mikoto shakes her head. "Damn it Fugaku must have tried to go through with the coup. Itachi I am so proud of you and I understand that you must be feeling unbelievable sorrow, but you defended the village and I hope that Kami-sama is merciful on you when you die." Just then two more voices Sasuke recognizes call from the other side of the door.

As Kami heard Mikoto's Thought
"given the circumstances I'm willing to give some level of leniency towards Itachi come judgment day for him"
(back in the mortal plane)
"Let me in Sasuke needs his friends besides and if you even dare calling me the name you're thinking I will have you arrested for violating an S-ranked secret." Naruto's voice calls from the door. Then it opens and Naruto walks in with a somber air about him.
"Naruto you're here." Sasuke says in confusion
"Yea I heard what happened and went to check on you to see if you were ok." Naruto says
"Am I Alright, Lets Recap I Just Saw my Big Brother Butcher my Clan and our parents in front of me for reasons I've yet to figure out."
"Hey" Mikoto said lightly bopping him on the head "What does that make me"
"Okay our Father, and to top it all off I am really angry."
"That's understandable Sasuke I know what you must be feeling." Naruto smiles at his friend.
"How you never had parents?" Sasuke glares. Naruto starts shaking with rage and looks Sasuke in the eye.
"Shows what you know Sasuke."
"You're right Sasuke I never had parents and I never knew them." Naruto's look darkens. "It's only recently that I learned I had any family to begin with!" Naruto's eyes flash in fury. "All my life I wondered if my parents hated me I grew up with nothing and you dare to stand there and say I never knew suffering!" Naruto took several deep breaths and then look lightened. "But what I really wanted to know is, are you alright?"
"Well you need some time to mull things over so I'll leave you to it." Naruto walked out then Mikoto looks at Sasuke and starts stroking Sasuke's hair as he cries into her clothes.
"There, there Sasuke." Mikoto says soothing her son.
"man I thought I had Naruto Figured but man do I owe him an Apology"
*with Naruto*
"That was a little on the harsh side" Minato said from within his head
"Trust me Dad if you were in Mom's Position as a former Jinchūriki you wouldn't hesitate to agree with me"
"Oh yeah" Minato said looking at a rather annoyed Kushina
"How could I forget that?"
"Hey Naruto" said a voice for him at a training ground
"Hey Uncle What's Up?"
"I'm going to teach you a few things."
"Like What for example?"
"The art of sealing so that you can do…" Maikeru says as he disappears in a yellow flash "This" he says again only this time he was behind him.
"Ah dude that's awesome."

"Simple, Your Shadow Clones are more than just you; they are also those yourselves that can go places you normally wouldn't risk yourself going into"
"If you wish to experience what I have in mind, Clone sign plus Soulless Shadow clones plus an image of the soul you want to appear equals…" Maikeru says gesturing Naruto to complete his sentence via action
"Soulless shadow clone jutsu" as Naruto said he had focused on who he wanted to appear the most
As the clouds of smoke appeared Minato and Kushina showed up
"Alright bro, Lets teach your boy the jutsu which froze the blood of our Villages enemies"
"You took the Words right out of my mouth, Let's do it"
*Start Narration*
They took the better part of that night teaching him the ins and outs of the Hiraishin from writing the shiki Formula, having it be deployed to a location via hand contact during the heat of battle, and creating the kunai to end night time session. Just as Naruto had Finished learning the Hiraishin
He then Started Kenjutsu training with his Mom
And by the time That Training was complete since shadow clones had helped with his Hiraishin
Naruto might as well be in a class of Jonin Kenjutsu users
It was Madara's Turn to Teach Naruto something
And it took him the better part of all day to Enhance his Speed to make his Sharingan even more deadly as well as get an education as per the Sharingan's capabilities independent of What Itachi has been teaching him
He then went on to teach him some Fire style jutsu, Great Fire Destruction, and his Signature Move the Great Fire Annihilation, Both were relatively easy to learn thanks to the Sharingan
As the training went on Naruto Went on to learn the Wood Clone (Multi and Regular) Jutsu, Great Forest Technique, Triple Rashōmon, and Deep Forest Emergence From Hashirama and
As the day drew to a close
~Naruto~
"Well Naruto there is literally no way you're not going to Pass the teamwork field test" Said Kushina
Minato does a grin like smile
"The Teamwork field test?"
"it's something the Jonin do to filter new Graduates from those irksome Fan-girls from Genin who deserve to be amongst our Villages Regular forces"
"So what happens to those to fail?"
"They fail and are sent back to the academy or dropped from the program all together."
"What do you mean?"
"If you are deemed unworthy or unfit to be a shinobi of Konoha your chakra will be sealed off and any memory of the shinobi program erased from your memory."
"But we all know that you won't fail." Kushina said comforting her son.
"Don't worry young one you will do fine." Madara said.
"Yeah." Hashirama said
"Anyway back to training." Minato said a sadistic smile on his face. Naruto gulped at the smile on his father's face.
*Later at the Hokage's Office*
"Picking the teams lord third"
"That I am"
"Need a secondary mind to add perspective?"
"Yeah sure why not"
"I'm Confident in my decision but there is the matter of this batch of candidates" Hiruzen says displaying Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kiba, Shino, and Hinata's files
"Well what did you have in mind?" Maikeru says curious sitting across from him
"Well at first I would have thought putting Naruto, Sasuke and Hinata on the same team but a team with three Dojutsu might be a bit over kill and even though we aren't at war such a team would be over powered. So even though she has been displaying rather unfortunate attitude towards Naruto team 7 has to be Sakura Haruno, Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha." Hiruzen finished.
"Well with the three Doujutsu in these three, If we Were at war for Arguments sake This sort of Team would indeed create an enormous Splash" Maikeru said pointing Naruto Sasuke and Hinata's Pictures
"I do not want to give Council lady, Haruno the satisfaction She got away with spoiling her Daughter via getting her paired up with , But the only clear choice for Kakashi's Team 7 are these three"
Ugh Tell me about it, her mother was a true blue pain in the ass back in her day I have pity on Naruto and Sasuke to be stuck with her."
"Tell me about I remember CJ backhanding her into a wall Once upon a time."
"And the other teams?"
"Hinata Hyūga Kiba Inuzuka and Shino Aburame under Kurenai Yūhi they will specialize in a tracking team because who knows when you will need a team like that?" Hiruzen says to the sight of a nodding Maikeru
"And the new Ino-Shika-Cho team I understand is in the care of your Son Asuma Yes" Maikeru said
"That's right" Hiruzen said
Maikeru stands to walk out
"Maikeru"
"Yes lord Hokage." Maikeru said standing sideways to him
"Thank you for the advice Maikeru and if I need anything else I will call for you good night Maikeru."
"Good night Lord Hokage." Maikeru bows and then walks out.
