Genesis of the Guyver
ESKK: Hey glad to see everyone stayed. Anyway I hope you enjoy this overdo chapter of the EVA Guyver fic.
(Guyver Genesis has begun)
The female Guyver that was apparently Rei was standing near Misato as Shinji was ready for a fight as he knew there was no way Rei could have just happened upon a Guyver without Kronos's knowledge.
Rei then disengaged the Guyver as it too disappeared into its subspace storage as Shinji was shocked. He then walked over to Rei as he didn't look to happy. "Where did you get a Guyver Unit Rei?" Shinji demanded as he knew Rei had just gave up any chances at a normal life.
"That is classified information pilot Ikari and you don't have the clearance for it," Rei said as Misato was surprised if it was classified there was a good chance the Guyver might have been in NERV's possession.
"Really you're pulling the classified shit with me I also have a Guyver Rei so I want an explanation how did you get the world's most powerful bio weapon?" Shinji demanded as he was glaring at Rei.
"She got it at NERV after the Angel attack," came a voice as Shinji recognized it. Shinji and Rei turned to see a black Guyver with the two balls on his mouth side to side, spikes sticking out of his vents, four blades, spikes sticking out of his head, and the detectors on the side of his head standing on top of a small building.
"Guyver 3?!" Shinji said as the Guyver jumped down to greet Shinji.
"Hello Shinji, I see you met the new Guyver," the third Guyver said as Rei was surprised there were other bio boosted armors.
Misato looked at the 3rd Guyver user as she started too asked, "You're… you're the 3rd Guyver."
AS Guyver 3 looked at Misato he said, "I see Shinji have told you about me, and yes I am the 3rd Guyver or Guyver 3 as that is the order when each Guyver is activated."
Misato nodded as Shinji step forth and said, "You know NERV had a Guyver unit? Why didn't you act upon it?!" Shinji was angry as the fights were suppose between him, the 3rd, and no one else.
"Even if I did Guyver 1, I cannot make all of us enemy #1 out of all Guyver units. The unit was in the hand of NERV after the angel battle, by then it was too late to do anything, and now the Guyver 4 is active and we have to deal with it," Guyver 3 said to make the point as there nothing to do at that moment.
Rei look closely at Guyver 3 as he looked at her and said, "learn well of your powers and abilities, Guyver 4. Because not only the angel are your enemies, so is Kronos."
Guyver 3 jump into the air and landed on top of a building but before he vanish from site he said down below, "I'll be around to assist if you need it, Shinji Ikari." Then he was gone.
Shinji look to the roof top where Guyver 3 vanishes to, then Shinji punch a wall leaving a small web crack behind, as he was angry at the point there another Guyver, which mean Kronos will strike again soon, meaning more people would get in the cross fire, and more blood will be on Shinji hand as well as Kronos's.
Misato freak out when Shinji did that as she look what he did, he pulled away from it to show it didn't hurt him Rei look to Shinji as he turn to her and said, "I don't care what classified, and what not. Having that Guyver, Your life will change, and it will be nothing but hell, remember that."
Shinji walks off not caring to have a ride home or not, as Rei look to Shinji leaving she asked, "Does having a Guyver really change your life?"
Misato walk up and said, "Knowing Shinji, I bet he was a sweet boy before all this, but see what Kronos does, I wouldn't put it pass him."
For Rei, not knowing her own future as things changed for her, taking Shinji words to heart, if she ever can, her life will be forever changed.
(Scene break two weeks later)
Misato had enrolled Shinji into school. She knew it was against her better judgment but he needed a sense of normality in his life. He was hunted down like a wild animal by Kronos and if they were deeply rooted in governments if there activity was kept secret then there's a good chance some NERV personnel were Zoanoid agents waiting for the moment to strike. Shinji and Rei were also giving each other the silent treatment as Rei had attempted many times to get Shinji to talk to her but it seems that Shinji lost his trust in her.
"I hope I'm doing the right thing," Misato said as she was unsure of whether NERV can survive an all-out war against Kronos.
(On the way to school)
Shinji was walking to school as he didn't look to happy. He gave off an certain Aura that showed he wanted to be alone not out of fear but out of keeping other people out of his bloody battles. As he walked he arrived at his school seeing Rei there as she turned to him hoping to get Shinji to talk to her.
"Ikari-kun I'm," Rei began but Shinji just upright ignored her before entering the school. Rei and Shinji were the only ones in the school this early as Rei finally had enough of Shinji's silent treatment. "Shinji-kun stop ignoring me and acting like I don't exist!" Rei yelled as Shinji stopped as he heard Rei. "I can't understand what you've been through or understand what the power we possess is but... I can't take this silence between us anymore. To think we might never communicate to each other and be on a bitter hatred between us for the rest of our lives scares me," Rei explained as her hair shadowed her eyes. "But if you truly hate me for intruding in your battles then I'm sorry... but I didn't decide this path but it's one I will walk till I reach the end so please... please say something," Rei said as a single tear fell from her eyes which Rei was confused as to why she was crying.
"Rei... I just need to know, are you prepared for these battles where any human you meet could be Kronos are you prepared to go through pain you have never felt before and know you can never live a normal life again so long as you wield the Guyvers power?" Shinji asked as Rei looked at him.
"I am prepared I shall walk this path until my dying breath," Rei said as she knew so long as she wielded the Guyver then she can never be replaced.
"Ok then... sorry for upsetting you," Shinji said before he walked into the building as Rei could tell they were on better terms now.
(Scene break during class)
Shinji was sitting in class not paying much attention knowing that the constant lesson on Second Impact was being taught again as he just didn't care for it anymore. Shinji was always weary of the adults in the school sense he knew none of the students were capable of becoming Zoanoids. As Shinji waited the teacher soon stopped real quickly after looking out the door.
"Ok class before we continue the Student Council president has been going class to class to seek out members for the Student Council he is right out the door so please give him your undivided attention," the teacher said before he motioned for the student to walk in. Soon the new student who had enrolled as third year walked in. He had a muscular build with carefully brushed hair that went to his neck he had brown eyes as he was wearing the school uniform.
"Hey that's Agito Makishima," one student whispered as they saw the student council president.
"Yeah sense Hikari is the class rep she's basically on the student council so I heard he took the seat after the previous Student Council President family moved away cause of Angel attacks," another whispered as Shinji could hear them all.
"Settle down, and let the student council president speak!" As Hikari yelled out to the class as they did quiet down Agito said to Hikari, "Thank Class rep."
Hikari put a smile on and said, "My pleasure Makishima-san." As he nodded and Hikari step back Agito began to say, "thank you for having out of your busy time so I'll make this blunt, I am looking for two volunteer for the student council Treasurer and safety committee Head, if anyone want to Volunteer or can recommend someone, and to be fair for everyone one male and one female, it would be very appreciated at this time."
For a lot of people they didn't' want to be the Treasurer or the safety committee Head as both are difficult jobs and people just wanted to be lazy, not that it matter to Shinji , he just look out the window and try to ignore everything he can.
For the girl side, thinking about who would be the unlucky girl to get the spot, most thought were about Rei as most people think of her as the weirdo as she never hang out with no one, to be one of the smartest girl around, and never say anything to anyone other than Shinji, as one girl whisper to another they began to agree that Rei would be it as one girl stand up and said, "Agito Makishima, on behalf of the girls, we would like to recommend, Rei Ayanami."
For the boys they agreed, for most single thought idiots thinks Rei is a cute girl and would be good on the student council, For Rei is taken surprise at all of this and before she could say anything Agito says, "Alright then, I would agree, do you Miss Ayanami?"
As Rei didn't know what to say about this and most eyes were on her to put on a bit of pressure she says, "Its I must, then I will." Agito smile at that and said, "Thank you Ayanami-san, now I need one more volunteer. Does anyone on the boy's side want to say anything?"
Many of the boys saw Shinji as a loner type and had seen enough Animes to know the loners always get all the girls so if they want a chance at getting girls to date them they decided to put Shinji in the job that requires the most work. The boys seeing they were in agreement nodded. "Ok Makishima-san we the boys decide to recommend Shinji Ikari the Safety Committee Head," the boy said as Shinji was shocked as he didn't want the job.
"What?!" he yelled as he now knew he had no choice.
"Well Mr. Ikari I agree now do you?" Agito asked as Shinji sighed knowing he was put into a tight spot.
"Ok," Shinji said as he had no choice but to agree but on the bright side he can stay hidden from Kronos.
"Very well," Agito said as he took out the handbooks and handed them to Rei and Shinji. "Out meeting are held every Friday after school and on the first of every month at 3PM sharp please be sure to come on time," Agito said as Shinji and Rei nodded. "Thank you for your time," Agito said before he left as Shinji sighed.
'I pissed off some deity that has to be it,' Shinji thought as he really hated his life.
Class soon carried on as Shinji was on his computer during the teacher's endless lectures on Second Impact. 'It's almost like some underground organization want humanity to think there is no hope,' Shinji thought as he soon saw a PM on his laptop. He opened it up and saw it was asking a question.
"Are you the robot pilot Y/N?"
Shinji saw the Y/N part was highlighted as if he can send a reply through those. Shinji would rather keep to himself so he went to click no but you know how sometimes you think you're on no but the mouse is on yes well it's one of those moments because Shinji clicked it and saw Yes changed color and not no but it was too late the reply was already sent as Shinji's eyes widen.
'Yea a God must really hate me right now,' Shinji thought as soon the class crowded him asking him question after question pertaining to the robot or if Shinji was single.
For Shinji the only way to escape the crowd of students, he just stood up suddenly with a look in his eyes, as if looks could hurt or kill, the entire class room would be dead right now, as the teacher look to Shinji, he asked, "Is there something wrong, Ikari?"
Shinji looked at his teacher and said, "Nothing wrong, I just need to use the restroom." Not wanted to start trouble or anything like that Shinji make up the excuse as the teacher nodded and said, "Go ahead, and make it quick."
"Thank you," Shinji said as he walk off and out of the class and down the halls, as out of the all the students around, one student wearing a jocks uniform had angry in his eyes making Shinji the target if his anger. With Shinji as he succeeding escaping the crowd; now all he has to do is finding the restroom and wash up.
(Little later in the rest rooms)
At the sinks of the restrooms, Shinji just cup a handful of water and splatter on his face, rubbing down his face and at his nose, wipe away any water near his eyes. Soon to hear the doors opening, he didn't bother turning around as the mirrors were right there to look back to see who it was.
"Funny seeing you here Ikari-san," Agito said as he walked to the sink and begin washing his hands.
"Yeah what's up Makishima-san," Shinji said as Agito smiled.
"Oh just the basic of a student council president plus there's also the fact we have to make up for many of the students who moved away to avoid the angel wars," Agito said as he went to dry his hands.
"I see," Shinji said now knowing why the seats needed to be filled.
"But tell me Ikari-san why do you pilot the robot?" Agito asked as he was done.
Shinji was surprised but sense he was the Student Council president it wasn't too surprising. "I pilot to survive for humanity," Shinji partially lied as Agito nodded.
"Well keep up the good work both as the Safety Committee head and an EVA pilot," Agito said as he left.
"He seems like a nice guy," Shinji said before leaving the bathroom himself.
(Little later)
Lunch came around as Shinji ate up on the roof tops to look over everything down below just in case Kronos made a move, he'll see it, if not then the space on the roof top would be a great advantage as he can fight in close quarters, or he can go off in any direction if he get over power or make sure people are out of his way.
As Shinji was finishing up some bread he was having, the roof doors open as Shinji turn his head and saw two guys, both he knew was in his class to the geek looking guy with glasses, and the jock guy wearing sweat pants and the jacket he was wearing.
"Shinji Ikari, that Robot pilot?" The jock asked with Shinji replying saying, "Yea?" The jock walk up to Shinji, as he saw this, he saw the look in his eyes and his movement as he saw just a piss off teenager coming at him for any reason he didn't know, but Shinji isn't in the mood for these kind of things.
As the jock got close enough to Shinji, he throws a punch at him, with Shinji raise his hand and catch the fist in his palm. Between the two of them it was a test of strength, but for Shinji nothing but kids play, as the jock try to try his hardest to get the hit in, Shinji just push him back as he landed on his back.
Grunted in pain a bit the Geek guy was surprise to his look, as the jock got up he said, "You baster." As he got to his feet fast he yelled out and ran at Shinji, trying to punch him in the face as that where he was aiming.
Shinji just sighed and said, "I don't have time for this." As the fist, came again, instead of blocking it with his palm again, he grab the jocks arm then twist it around his, behind his back and force him on the ground. "Are you calmed down yet?" Shinji asked as he had a strong grip.
The boy grunted before he had enough. "Ok let go I give," he said surrendering.
Once the boy was free Shinji looked at him. "Ok what's your problem?" Shinji asked as he walked over to the edge.
"You're the problem you got my sister hurt with your lousy piloting!" he yelled as Shinji was now guilty.
"Then I'm sorry I didn't mean for her to get caught in the crossfire but just be glad she's alive with you now and not dead. It's better to be alive and a cripple then dead," Shinji said as he began walking away.
"You son of a bitch!" as the jock yelled at Shinji as he got up and rand up to him only to get sock in the gut by Shinji as he collapse to the ground. "Baka, don't waste my time fighting me, I'm not your enemy."
As Shinji walk away again with the jock trying to get on his feet again, he soon hear Shinji as he said, "I pity you, you have family waiting for you, if they are hurt you should with them then trying to fight a losing battle. Take my advice as I will say this… Revenge is not worth it."
Shinji walks away through the door as he close it, the geek boy said, "Cool."
With Shinji as he walks down the halls, Rei came running up and said, "Shinji, NERV want us to report in, an angel appeared."
Shinji put on his game face and said, "Let's get moving then."
The pair ran through the halls of the school as Agito was walking out of the student council room with papers in his hand, he saw Shinji and Rei running up as he asked, "what the rush?"
"Get to the Bunker," As Shinji said to him as he ran pass Agito with Rei, as Agito smile and said, "Those two are going to be keep busy."
(Scene break)
Shinji was in Unit 1 as he was being launched. Luckily the reformatting of Unit 1 was a success as it now had what Ritsuko called the Guyver Mode as its power was also enhanced. The form on Unit 1 was now more bulky as the Guyver Armor was hidden underneath. The Entry Plug was also modified so the blast field caused by the Guyver being summoned wouldn't destroy the plug. There was now vents on the EVA's moth area, there was holes on the forearms most likely so the High frequency blades could be summoned, there was also some more armor around the forehead most likely to protect the EVA Guyver's greatest weakness, around the EVA's body was lines that showed where the Armor comes off to reveal the Guyver armor as the only thing from the Guyver Armor that was visible was the gravity controller on the buckle. In this form the EVA was slower but more sturdy and is able to do everything a regular EVA can do and a little more.
Everyone was amazed at Ritsuko's work as the EVA looked to be the most advanced EVA out there and a lot of them didn't know that the power was drawn from the Pilot. Currently this form the EVA was in was known as EVA mode and it can turn into its Guyver form and back at the pilots will which Ritsuko was happy at her handy work.

"Ok Evangelion G1's first field test I hope your ready Shinji," Ritsuko said as she seemed a bit over exited to see her greatest masterpiece on the field of battle. "Ok Shinji anything feels weird or out of place?" Ritsuko asked as Shinji looked to the screen.
"The new plug suit is giving me kind of a wedge," Shinji said as Misato laughed a bit seeing Shinji pulling a joke.

Shinji was in fact wearing a new plug suit as he the arms around the risks were now more bulky as it was also slightly more bulky in the area where the growths were on his back most likely to send the transformation single from the Guyver to the EVA. "But all in all it's not bad," Shinji said as he did a little stretch.

"Good to hear Shinji now then prepare for launch we're equipping you with a Gatling gun let's see how you manage the big boys," Misato said as Shinji nodded on screen.
"Ok and one more thing Shinji the Plug was also modified so when you enter Guyver Mode the Plug will shift into a gyro spear and your synch will increase but the drawback is that in Guyver form depending on the damage your more sustainable to receive physical damage instead of a phantom pain," Ritsuko explained as Shinji nodded again.

"Fight, kill, survive. Fight, kill, survive," Shinji repeated the mantra to himself as he needed to survive to defeat Kronos.

Rei watch from the distant of the corner area to see how Shinji would fight. He is more advance to the Guyver than she knew of, even with the fight between her and the Zoanoid, there are still things she didn't know of, watching the fight she may understand and hearing what Shinji was saying, prove with every fight he goes through, he won't hold back.
With Maya as she check the screens she said, "Path way clear, ready for launch!" Misato nodded and said, "Alright, good luck Shinji. Eva G1 hasshin!"
Soon enough the Eva was shot up like before in its first battle.

Shinji felt the G-Force pushing down on him, but it was nothing new it seems for him. Closing his eyes for a moment, he feels the present again like before, that caring feeling that keep him feeling safe and protected.
AS Shinji open his eyes, he said, "Let's do this."
(Battle field)
The Eva reach to the surface, with an Eva size rifle on the side, as the lock disengage, the Eva fell forwarded just a bit before Shinji took over and started to walk.
(Battlefield)
The Angel looked like a massive centipede with bone like legs under its body as the EVA was ready. Shinji came out of his hiding spot before firing at the Angel as he fired he didn't stop which caused the Angel to have smoke cover as he had a plan already.

"Shinji what are you doing your giving the Angel Cover," Misato called as Shinji smirked.
(Entry Plug)
"No I'm blinding it," Shinji said before he started his plan.
(Battlefield)
Unit G1 threw its rifle into the air as the Angel launched its tentacles at where the EVA used to be and only hit the weapon. When the smoke cleared Unit G1 was gone as the Angel looked around trying to find its opponent.
It turned left nothing it turned right once again nothing that was when from behind the EVA jumped in and got on the Angels back and began to reach for its S2 core. The Angel saw what Unit G1 was doing before it started grabbing the EVA's hands and used the momentum to swing the EVA off of it and when it was flying went for the neck but Unit G1 dodged and was flung to the hill.

Shinji looked and saw to his shock Toji and Kensuke there as they looked scared making Shinji's eyes widen. "Shit," he cursed as he activated the comm. links. "Misato we have civilians in the crossfire," Shinji called as he was wondering if they had a death wish.
(Central Dogma)
When Misato got the message, the screen change view to what the Eva was seeing and saw the two boys as Misato said, "Shinji classmate?"
For Misato she try to think of a plan and then it came to her as she said over the comm. link to Shinji, "Shinji can you get over to them and get them into the plug?"
When Ritsuko hear that she look over to her friend and said, "What are you doing, Bring civilians into the plug? They might mess with the sync or worst make it impossible for the Eva to move."
"It's a risk I'm going to take. Shinji can you do it?" as Misato said over the link with Shinji replying, "I can try but the angel isn't letting up."
(Battlefield)
As Unit G1 was trying to get close, the angel won't stop attack, as the Eva was slam back down into the hill
Soon enough the angel brought out its own weapon that look to be energy whips as they pierce the gut of unit G1.
Soon he became a struggle battle between the two
(Plug)
Shinji was feeling the pain and said, "D-damn it, I can't get close, and the angel pin me down."
As Shinji look back on the screen to see his classmate were trap where they were as Shinji saw this he said, "I can't to them."
(Toji and Kensuke)
"Why isn't he fighting?" as Toji asked as Kensuke notice around and said, "it because of us, we are in the way and now we're trapped."
Toji looked as he saw they were and said, "Oh crap, great plan Kensuke. Let go see the fight, nice plan dumbass."
"You went along with it!" Kensuke said, as the two went on argue with each other, the angel came around and hit into the build that was near them.
As they hear the crash with the ground shaking, they look up to see the falling debris, with them trap between the wall of fallen building and the battle they have no place to run to.
As they scream out, something came in fast as an energy blast of some sort, blasted the entire falling debris from the skies.
Toji and Kensuke had cover their eyes and when they uncover them, they saw they wasn't in trouble anymore and a voice spoken out to them, "Shouldn't you two be at the bunkers."
The boys frozen in place to hear the voice, as they turn their heads slowly, their eyes widen to see what was before them.
The man in the dark armor, the spikes around, and the control metal on his forehead, Guyver 3 stood there with Toji and Kensuke stood in fear.

As Shinji saw the blast, he knew there were only a few things that make that kind of force of power as he can create one himself as he look back at Toji and Kensuke, he saw, "Guyver 3?"
(With the trio)
"Don't worry EVA pilot I shall get them to safety," Guyver 3 said before he grabbed Toji and Kensuke.
"Hey let go!" Toji called as Kensuke couldn't get a proper shot at Guyver 3. The Bio boosted warrior then jumped and flew to the bunkers to get Toji and Kensuke where they need to be.
(With Shinji)
"Ok then time to finish this," Shinji said as he grabbed the controls before beginning his counter attack.
(Battlefield)
Unit G1 then grabbed the Angel before pulling it closer and kicking it off. The EVA then jumped to its feet and took out a progressive knife. The EVA then charged at the Angel ready to finish it off.
(Plug)
"DIE!" Shinji roared as the EVA slid down the mountain ready to kill the Angel to ensure his own survival.
(Battlefield)
The EVA then stabbed the Angel in the S2 core trying to kill the Angel and ensure humanities survival as well as the pilots.
(Central Dogma)
With Maya going over the scan with the Magi, she started to announce, "Blue pattern is dissipating the angel is dead!"
Everyone in the room began to clap as Misato nodded and went to the comm. link and say, "Angel is down, Shinji. Good job. Just bring it on home."
Rei watch the whole fight from her place, even if Shinji didn't go Guyver mode, she saw there was no use for it and began to understand how Shinji would fight… but not why he fights. She knew he wanted to Survive, but for what and to what end.
For Rei she left and hope to know the answer to her questions.
(Plug)
Shinji was taking a breather; he felt the tumors on his neck pulsing, but nothing new for him.
Shinji look back where Guyver 3 was, and started to wonder why he came out for, why did he help saved his classmates. Question without much of an answer is always a bother.
Shinji shook his head of the thoughts, and get the Eva back to its place.
(Later)
Shinji was in the showers with the warm water hitting him on the back of his neck, as he put a hand to his gut where he felt the stab from the angel.
Soon enough Shinji hear the door opening, as he jerk his muscle Misato voice spoken up saying, "It just me Shinji."
Shinji stood stiff for a moment before he relaxes in the showers and said, "What's up?"
Misato clear her throat a bit and said, "Well I just wanted to say, even if you couldn't get to your classmates, they are safe, and I also wanted to saw, good job out there. You save the day again, like a real hero would do."
For a moment as Shinji hear that, he just said, "I'm no real hero Misato, I'm just me."
Misato knew what Shinji acted this way, but wanted to show him there is more to him than just beating the angels as she said, "Even if you don't see yourself as a hero, you are too many other, including me… that all I wanted to say." She left the shower room.
As Shinji showered he reached for the growths on his back as he knew so long as they were upon his body he would always be Kronos target. The Guyver had put Shinji's life out of control now all he can do is fight and survive that was his purpose in life to fight, survive and defeat Kronos.
"Guyver, Out of Control," Shinji said as he finished up his shower.
