Quinn POV
I woke up with hazel eyes staring at me. The sun was seep fleeing through the curtains in a delicate way. The sun brightens her elusive face, and I had to grin while she rubbed her eyes, adjusting to the light. Her small hand removes the hair that resting on my forehead and she furrowed her brows in surprise, when she noticed that there was still ice cream on it. Her smirk widens, as she touched her forehead.
"You didn't take it off." Beth whispered. I nodded and she moves closer to me. I opened my arms and she snuggled to my chest. She's cold and her short legs wrap around mine.
"Morning, beautiful. How did you sleep?" I whispered back, pressing my cheek on her temple.
"Great." She moved her head adorably and faces me. "Mom?" I stare at her, diverting my eyes to look at hazel orbs. I clearly loved the way she called me. I do not think I will get tired of it. Ever. "Did you know Santana's here, right?" She whispers, raising the bed sheets and looking down in between our bodies.
Santana's arm is wrapped around my waist freely, while my right arm is wrapped around Beth. All of us holding each other's. "Yes, darling." I whispered back and she chuckled.
"Thank God, 'cause what if you didn't know? Then you'll scream, and wake her up." She pushed her weight on her elbow and raised her head to have a better look of San. Beth smiled and lay back next to me. "She looks tired."
I nodded, kissing her head. "She came up last night, when you were sleeping. She's going to stay for a while. Are you okay with that?"
"Mhumm. I like her, and she makes you happy. Right?"
"Yes, baby girl, she does. But, you know who makes me happier?"
"Me?"
"Exactly." I hugged her closer and she kissed my cheek. "Want some chocolate chip pancakes?"
Her eyes widen. "With ice cream?"
"No, not again." I said keeping a straight face. Maybe I need to act more like an adult and resist her charm.
"Please, mom."
That's all it took me to say yes, a simple 'mom' coming from her. "Okay, but just a little."
"What is a little?" She opened her hand and put her forefinger and thumbs together. "Like that little, or like another pint?"
"No, maybe one spoon."
"Okay." She shrugged and started to move to the other side of the bed. "But I will pick what kind of spoon. It could be the big ones." Beth said walking toward the restroom.
I shook my head smiling, turning slowly in San's arm and she stirred a little. Her breathing was calm; I could tell she was tired. My lips found her forehead and I removed the bed sheets and covered her before leaving the bed.
I tiptoed to the restroom and found Beth brushing her teeth's. After we finished cleaning our sticky faces, we went downstairs and starting making pancakes. Beth ends up having ice cream, of course. There was something about her charm that I could not oppose.
"When am I seeing you again?" She said when I placed her plate in front of her.
I stood across her on the island watching her facial expression. She arched her brow and waited for me impatiently for an answer. I could noticed this subject was important to her, as much as it is for me. This just makes me happy. "Whenever you want, baby girl." I responded and she continued eating her chocolate chip pancakes. "It won't be too long this time. I promise."
She smiled. "Good. Plus I'll have tons of pictures to show you."
"Can I put them in my room?"
"Like in a frame?"
"Why not? I can teach you more and then you can be a professional."
"I'll love it."
"It's decided then."
She finished eating her breakfast and dessert. I gave her a piggyback ride to the dark room and we opened the door and stepped into the darkness.
"Where is the light?" She said, raising her hand. "I can't reach it."
"To your left." Beth grabbed the string hanging from the ceiling and pulled it slowly. The red dim light turned on and she squealed at the pictures in the chord.
"These are amazing, Mom."
"You took most of them, precious."
"No, you took this one." She pointed to the left. In the picture, Beth was smiling, there was a scarf wrapped around her forehead and she is flexing her not so big biceps. She laughed harder. "Look at my face. I tried so hard to flex my muscles."
"You are strong. Look at those guns." She chuckled and I move back, placing her on top of the table. "My guns are… not very big." I flexed my bicep and she covered her mouth, to prevent exploding in laughter.
"Mom, you don't have any guns."
"Really? I need your honesty, because I was ready to quit my job and start doing wrestling. As a profession. What do you think about that?"
"I am sorry to crush your dream, but you are an amazing photographer. You can stay taking pictures." She said with a nod, her left brow arched and a smirk on her face. Just like Quinn Fabray would do.
"Thanks for the advice. I'll think about it."
I turned and started to remove the pictures from the chord, and placing them in front of her on the table. She stretches her legs open and starts to arrange the pictures in the order we took them.
"Baby, I'll keep this one."
"Which one?" She asked, kneeling at the table. I turned the picture in front of her and she smiled. "I want that picture too. You can't have it."
I took the picture while she was putting ice cream on my cheek. "Okay, you can take this one and I'll duplicate the negative."
"Deal." She squeaked and kept looking through the pictures. "Oh my, this one is my favorite. No, no."
"All of them are beautiful."
"They are all mine."
I spread the pictures on the table and move close to her. "We can put them in an album, and then you can show them to everybody. They'll love it. I' am sure of it."
"You think so?"
"One hundred percent sure about that, sweetie."
Suddenly, a flash went off. We both looked toward the door and there was Santana, standing there with my camera in her hands.
"Can I have this picture? I think it will be my favorite." Santana said removing the camera from her face and entering the room. "Good morning, Beth." She placed the camera on the table, and directed all her attention to my daughter. I looked at the image before me. Santana and Beth, together in the same room. My heart beaded faster, this time with pure excitement and happiness. It felt different, good different. I was so used to having everything pressured, to rarely feel calm and easy. Today, I cannot describe properly how happy they make me.
"Santana! Good morning." Beth opened her arms and S pulled her in a hug.
"You are so gorgeous, just like-
"Just like mommy?" Beth cut her off. Santana arched her brow at the statement of Beth calling me Mom. I couldn't help but bite my bottom lip and enjoy the moment.
"Yes, just like your mommy." She caressed Beth's hair and moved closer to me. S extends her hand and I grab it. Automatically, goose bumps formed all the way down to my spine when she rubbed her thumb on my knuckles. Beth shows her the pictures on the table. "These are amazing. You took them?"
"Most of them." Beth responded by grinning. I move closer to San, holding her from behind. Her body was warm against mine and she melted at my touch when I kissed her cheek.
"Good morning to you, too, Q." San turned her head, arched her left arm and grabbed the back of my neck and placed a soft kiss on my chin.
"You don't have to kiss her there just because I am here." Beth said not removing her eyes from the pictures and Santana laughed. "Mom told me you two are together. I'm not going to judge."
"She did?" San said turning into my arms, smirk well- placed.
"Mhumm." Beth mumbled while she returned to the pictures.
"And, are you okay with that?"
"Yep. As long as you make her happy, and-
"I'm sensing something. Are we having the conversation?" She asked Beth folding her arms playfully in her chest.
"I've seen it in the movies, before." She chuckled, however in a second she put a straight face. "I guess this is the part when I tell you not to break her heart or I will kill you. But…" She opens her eyes wide. "I don't think I am able to say that. Plus it's rude, at my age obviously. I guess I'll say... Make her happy or we cannot be friends anymore. Was that okay? Or Mom is going to ground me?"
We both laughed and Beth nodded once. "I agree with your conditions, ma'am. I promise to make her happy every day. And," San put her right hand onto her heart. "It's very important now, because I want to be friends with you." Beth chuckled. "Plus in a few years, we'll have the conversation again, I'm sure that'll be different." San said quickly, in less than a second and Beth burst laughing. "Thank you, Beth." She hugged her and kissed her cheek.
"No problem, Tana."
"She approves me, babe." San wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed my lips softly. The simple gesture makes my stomach flip. Everything is perfect. "Now that we are good, I'll kiss her; because I've wanted to do that since I woke up." She kissed me again and Beth chuckled.
"Are you hungry? Want some breakfast?" I asked and San nodded.
"Breakfast? It's almost noon. She'll have lunch." Beth said giggling.
"Oh come on, it's not that late."
"Babe, it's eleven twenty." I said, looking at the gold watch around my wrist.
"Brunch?" San asked.
"Tana, Mom's pancakes are delicious. But it's a little late now."
"Late? Huh, okay." San moved to the table where Beth is seated and grabbed her. "Now, you are going to make me breakfast, because it's late for mommy to make me pancakes. Now I want yours." She held her by her waist while she tickled her other side.
"But I don't know how to make them." She complains, laughing hard. "Stop! Tana, stop! Don't tickle me."
Beth's legs moved back and forth while San left the room with my daughter in her hands. San held her close, there was a huge grin on her face, and she tickled Beth carefully, making sure she could breathe properly. My heart melted, she was everything I wanted. They are everything I need.
Beth's laugh echoes in the room. "Mom! Help me."
"Oh, I'm afraid that my muscles are sore. Remember, all the flexing we did in the picture, honey. I should rest. I need to train, remember?, Wrestling."
"You have no muscles!" She yelled. "Okay, okay. I'll make you breakfast, Tana." She said in between breaths.
"I guess I'm the one who has muscles here!" San yelled when she stopped tickling her. "Thank you, I would like to thank my guitar, my music, and my fans." San said placing Beth on the floor while she waved to the invisible crowd.
"Silly." Beth laughed.
They both opened the fridge and San took the ingredients and placed them on the counter. Beth grabbed the pancake flour and put some in the bowl Santana put front of her. I smiled. I would love to have this every morning. I need to thank Shelby, because this is simply amazing. She is giving me the opportunity to enjoy my daughter.
After I watched them in awe for a few minutes, the phone rang.
"Hello, Quinn." Shelby's voice sounded happy.
"Hey there, Shelby."
"How's everything? How's the little adult?" She chuckled.
"Everything's good. Our little adult gave Santana the talk. The one that says hurt my mom and I will hurt you." She chuckled.
"I told you, she is unbelievable. She's growing so fast."
"Yes, thank you for all of this, Shelby. You don't know how much this means to me."
"No problem, Quinn. Did she get to call you mom already?"
My cheeks turned red, I could feel them warm. "She did. Last night."
"How was it?"
"Not going to lie, best feeling in the world."
She chuckled. "I'm glad. I want Beth to express herself. I want her to be open- minded. The world, it's hard sometimes, you know." She giggled.
"Yes, and you are an excellent mother, Shelby."
"So are you, Quinn."
"Thank you." I chuckled.
"In other news, I got the job!" Shelby squealed.
"Congrats!"
"Yes, I'll give you all the details. I'm leaving the office now. Be there in an hour."
"We'll be here. Congrats again."
"Talk to you later, Quinn."
"Bye."
I hung up the phone and turned to my girls again. San was behind Beth, as she grabbed the pancake and placed it on a plate. She helped her with everything, like holding the cup while Beth pours orange juice in it. I was in love with Santana because of many simple things and this one was one of them.
Over this time, I have had the chance to pay attention to these things. These things were the ones that made me fall in love with her in the first place. She is caring; Santana Badass Lopez has a special side not many people get to enjoy. For me, all of this looks like a dream.
I used to concentrate on different things, I concentrate on what I could say; on what should I should say every time I saw her in the hotel room. We were so desperate to see each other. Our timing in the room was only good enough to repress our feelings and hide our emotions. To try to leave anger on the side so we could enjoy the hours we had left.
There was no time to watch a movie, to lie on the couch and cuddle while we eat popcorn. There was no time to wake up and enjoy breakfast, because I always found myself alone in the room. There was no time to enjoy the simple things in life.
I wiped my watery eyes with my sleeve and Santana furrowed her brows in concern. I smiled back at her, letting her know that the tears I was shedding were not caused by sadness. She winked at me and returned her attention to Beth.
Finally, I get to enjoy what she is.
San cut her pancake and Beth grabbed the fork and took a bite of it first. "Quinn, for when I die of food poisoning, I love you."
"Hey, I took a bite first. It's delicious." Beth pushed her shoulder playfully.
"So instead of trying the food yourself, you let my daughter try it? How selfish of you. If something happens to her, I would never forgive you." I said in my best HBIC voice.
"Mom, are you agreeing with her?"
"Never!" I walked behind them. San was laughing and I took a bite as well of the food my daughter made. "This is delicious, sweetie."
"Is it?" I nodded and San grabbed the fork to taste the pancake. Beth snatched it from her hands and ate the piece. "Now we are going to die of deliciousness." She giggled.
"You girls are horrible. Can I eat my breakfast?"
"Yes, babe, you can." I kissed her cheek.
After San left her plate clean and crowned Beth the queen of pancakes, we were in the living room, placing all the pictures in an album so Beth could take it with her.
Beth lies on her belly with the album in front of her. San is seated on the couch and I rest my back in between her legs. Beth is quiet, looking at what pictures should she put first. I can'not wait to see her again and she has not even left yet.
"Hey." S leaned forward and whispered in my ear. "I love you." My eyes shut for a second, her breathing felt like a feather in my ear and my stomach recognizes the emotion once again.
My lips found the corner of her mouth. She moved forward and placed a chaste kiss on my lips. "I love you, too."
She changes shifts her gaze from looking at my lips and into my eyes, her beautiful brown eyes look like they're shining. Her proximity makes me shiver comfortably, and my cheek gets warm when she placed a strand of hair behind my ear.
"I love to seeing you this happy. I've never seen you so happy in my life. Beth," She whispered. "She is you Q. Every single gesture, how she arches her brows, how smart she is… everything is you." I turned back to my daughter and smiled. She was focused on the picture, matching them by colors and sizes. "You don't know how happy I am. I love everything that you are. Now, I get to enjoy Beth and that it's amazing. I love both of you. Can we keep her," She giggled softly. "Forever?"
"I know, right?. You are correct, San. This is the happiest I've ever been."
"Wish I could get you pregnant." She husked before kissing my neck.
"This is how you tell me you want kids with me? How subtle."
"Well, Fabray, there's a first time for everything. I wouldn't mind having a bunch of flawless babies of yours."
"We can work on that in the future, Lopez."
"Really?"
"Yes, we can find a way."
"And we will. Thank you, Q."
"Thank you for making me happy."
She smiled warmly at me and stood. "I'm going to take a shower, and leave you time with mini Q, there. Be right back."
I giggled and move closer to Beth. "Whoa, you really know how to make this look perfect, darling."
"Thank you." She flipped the pages for me to see. "Mommy called you? Earlier?"
"Yes, she should be here any minute now."
"Oh, okay." She flipped the page fast, and if I knew my daughter well, I could tell that this is how she hides her feelings.
"Hey," I cupped her cheek and she looked down. "It's okay, I'll see you soon." As soon as the word left my lips, she smiled.
"How soon?"
"Maybe next weekend. I don't know if Shelby wanted to tell you this personally, but she got the job." Her face brightens and she clapped twice. "That means that she'll have to move to the city soon, and you know where I live?"
"New. York. City!" She responds and tackles me to the floor, hugging me. "I am no longer sad, Mom. I will get to see you every time then. Need to see you, and Tana." She chuckled. "And Puck and my sister Rach."
"You see, there are a lot of people who love you. We need to keep you around."
"Absolutely."
We laughed and I heard a knock on the door. "There she is." I said and Beth stood and, grabbed my hand, taking me to the door.
"Mommy!" She jumped in Shelby's arms giggling.
"Hey, kiddo. I missed you."
"Missed you you, too."
"Did Quinn treat you well? No ice cream at midnight?" Shelby asked looking at me.
"Nope, no ice cream." Beth responded nonchalantly. I held my laughter. Her last name could be Corcoran, but there was no doubt she was a Puckerman and a Fabray.
"Good, that deserves a trip to Basking- Robbins, don't you think?" She nodded and I winked at her.
The three of us turned around, when I heard a knock on the door. There was a tall man standing there grinning like a fool. His smirk well- placed and I arched my brow when I noticed him checking me out.
"Baby mama, looking hotter than ever."
"Hello, Puckerman."
Beth jumped from Shelby's arm and Puck spun her in the air. "Hello to my princess. How's my Bethzilla?"
"For the fifth time, Noah, don't call my daughter like that." Shelby said rolling her eyes.
"Sorry Shelbs, she loves it. Right, kid?" He asked her grinning.
"Indeed, Puckzilla!" Beth replied and I rolled my eyes as well.
"Oh my God." Shelby said. "Are they related?" She asked me chuckling and I laughed.
"I'm afraid so, Shelby."
We laughed and Puck narrowed his eyes at me. "You know we are a good team, baby mama."
"I told you to call her Quinn, Puckerman." Santana said entering the room. "Hello, Shelby, how are you?"
"Everything's good, Santana. Nice seeing you again."
"Likewise." San is wearing my clothes and she looks so sexy. Her amazing body is one of my multiple weaknesses.
"Quinn, you are drooling and I have our kid in my arms." Puck said excitedly, pointing to S. My cheeks were red in seconds. "Bro, why didn't you tell me Q was this hot lately? Now I understand why-
"You have seen her in the magazines. You know she changed." Santana said rolling her eyes. "She's my Q now. There's nothing for you to see."
"Oh, there's everything to see." He joked after wiggling his eyebrows. "But we'll have this conversation later," He smiled at Shelby who was staring at him, as a deer caught up in the headlights. "I don't want to get murdered here."
"Good for you, Noah." Shelby said getting into the living room.
I went straight to the kitchen and started to make coffee. Shelby told us the news and Beth jumped higher than ever. What else could I ask? San and Puck talked for a while in a corner and played with Beth for a while.
Shelby walks close to me, Beth's bag in hand and ready to leave. "Thank you for taking care of her. I'll see you next week. We are going to start moving. Thank you for Beth's camera, she loves it."
"No worries. Let me know if you need help with the moving truck and all of that."
"Sure, thank you." She turned her head and shook it slightly. "Beth, honey we are leaving." Beth burst laughing at something San said to Puck. Shelby turned to me and furrowed her brows. "That girl is so hyper, how much ice cream did she eat?"
I laughed and she joined me. "A lot, actually."
"Thanks, it's going to be an interesting trip back home." She laughed and hugged me. "Take care, we keep in touch. Also, congrats, Santana and you look so happy."
"Thanks."
"Okay, I need three hugs." Beth said opening her arms. "I'll see you soon, Mom. Thank you for Lucy and for everything. I love you." I bent on one knee and she hugged me like five times.
"I love you more, sweetie. See you in a week okay, behave and take tons of pictures. I want to see them all."
"I will." I stood and she hugged San. "Bye Tana, make mom happy, or… you know what is going to happen." San gave her a saluted and hugged her.
"I will, gorgeous. Take care." She said.
Puck gave Beth a piggyback ride and she squealed. "Okay, I'm going to go with you guys downstairs. Bye baby mama, bro, sees ya later."
"Okay, we'll keep in touch, bye, Santana. Bye, Quinn." Shelby said walking out my apartment. I ran a little and stopped Puck.
"Hey, Beth, I love you." I kissed her cheek and she grinned.
"Love you too." She kissed my cheek and waved. "Bye, I'll Skype you."
"Okay, bye. Thank you, Shelby, Puckerman, don't drop her."
"Chill Q, Bethzilla is in good hands."
I shook my head and waved again. They called the elevator and after plenty goodbyes, they left.
When I turned, I found Santana leaning on the door. She extended her hand and I intertwined our fingers together. She drags me inside and closes the door for me. Her hand shows me the way to my room and my heart ran in anticipation. She didn't say anything. She just dragged me upstairs.
Once we reach my room, S moved closer to me. Her scent invades my personal space and I love it. Her hair is down, her eyes are beautiful and her plump lips look so delicious. She caresses my red locks and slides her hands down my back. She cupped my ass and in a swift movement, my legs were wrapped around her slim waist.
"Hi." She whispered, moving her head forward to capture my lips. She pulled back and stared at my eyes, and then moved forward again. She placed a kiss onto my cheek, so soft, so tender.
My hands found the back of her neck and she growled at the sensation. My nails caressed her skin and she took a deep breath through her nose. "Hi back, my love." I mumbled in her lips.
She smiled and nibbled my bottom lip softly. I threw my head back at the sensation and she turned me and started to move to the bed. She slowly sat down at the edge, leaving me on top of her.
Her hands felt hot on me. She rubbed them inside my shirt, sliding them slowly until she reached my shoulder blades. In a swift movement, my shirt was off and she stared at my black bra. We looked at each other, differently, with love, full desire.
"I really love you, Q." She said diverting her eyes from mine, admiring my bare chest. Her hand caresses my hipbone and she presses her face oin my chest, leaving open –mouthed kisses. Her breathing picked up the pace, just likes my heart and I felt how desperate she was to kiss every inch of my body. It was too much, her hands firmly on my back, her fingers exploring my flesh, and her tongue licking my collar bone. "Now, it's just us." She says, kissing my chest. "Just you and me."
I couldn't take it anymore. My fingers found the hemp of her shirt and I pushed my body back a little so I could take it off. She smiled and pressed her body against mine. "Not going to leave you, babe." She said kissing my neck. The vibration of her voice made my stomach feel sizzling and her lips set my skin on fire.
"Never?" I breathed into her lips. She sucked my bottom lip and that's all it took for me to finally press my lips with hers. I wanted her so badly. I could feel her heart beat thumping in her chest. Our lips felt like a blur, as they just met. There was no rush. Those kisses are not desperate. No more anxiety , because I would don't know when I was going to kiss her again. There was no fear. We could be truly free. We kept kissing, coordinated, perfectly. Her lips felt like so kind and I felt like I was at home.
"Never." She kissed me hard. I couldn't hear anything else in the room except the sound of our lips. Our breathing, her whimper, our desperation.
Her tongue slide across my lips and a moan escaped my lips. I was feeling everything, but at the same time my body was dazed at her touch, I felt like I was floating. I had to stop kissing her because I just couldn't help but to smile. Santana is the only one who knows how to evoke these feelings.
She chuckled and I pushed her to the bed. I removed my bra and the tingle sensation in my stomach grew at how she looked at me.
I crashed our lips together, she moaned while I pushed her further up the bed to remove her bra. She turned me and advanced to straddle my hips. She moved down to kiss me, her hair descend onto me and I move it away slowly. Her locks fell to her side and she kissed my hand lovingly. My arms snake around her neck and we kissed once more.
Kisses weren't enough. Our breathing was uncontrollable and our chests were rising up and down. We wanted to do so much to each other, that we couldn't control our touches and the burning sensation in our stomach. I turned her on her back and remove her pants. Mine couldn't stay about either, she laughed and sat on the edge of the bed and pulled me closer. I pushed her and knelt in front of her. She looked at me and raised her head to take some air.
I slid her underwear and caressed her tight. She whined and fell back onto bed. I kissed her knee and I kept moving slowly up, kissing and licking her tan skin. I looked up and saw how her stomach jumps up and down, anxious for my touch.
I kissed her all the way up to her obliques and pushed her down with my hand. Her abs contract at my touch and I did not wait any second later. I slid her legs open and licked from the bottom to the top of her clit. San cursed in Spanish and my lips found her hard nub. With every kissed I pressed there, her body felt tense. The muscles on her thigh flexes, moans echoed in the room.
My mind was going irrational. Her scent was intoxicating. I wanted her desperately. I pressed what where she needed; I licked where she was craving. I did everything to make her feel how much I loved her. I looked up and she has her hands covering her face. Her mouth open, breathing heavily, looking for air.
"Q?" She barely said. I smirked and hummed while I was slowly sucking.
"What's wrong babe?" I said barely inaudible. She moaned and moved her legs.
"Nothing…" I kept looking at her face, my stomach flipping up and down. "Nothing's wrong." She managed to say. She held her body on her shoulders and smiled at me. I arched my brow and sucked harder and she threw her head back. "Te amo." She husked.
I beamed harder. My heart explodes with love. Santana could say many things in Spanish, cursing is her specialty. However, I knew perfectly its meaning. I always wanted to hear her say that to me, at least in Spanish. My cheeks burned and my hand shakes for a moment. I removed my mouth from her clit and she growled.
I jumped onto her. Our naked bodies collapsing with each other's. I kissed her hard and she wrapped her arms around my neck. "I love you more, San. So, so much."
She kissed me, pulled back and licked her lips after crushing them together. Without a warning, she found my center and I moaned loudly. She introduced two fingers and I lift her leg and did the same. We kept kissing, our bodies moving without any coordination. Our moans contradict our movements; we couldn't avoid it. There was too much to feel, too much to explore.
My hair falls on top of her face. Her eyes are almost closed, looking at mine. She pushed me down with her hand and there was no strength left in us to hold it in anymore. Our body tensed at the same time, she held me still while I keep her in place. There was no more second guessing, no more questioning, uncertainties of her love for me.
We stood laid still, breathing heavily, kissing sloppily. Our bodies felt disoriented. Rested. Amazing.
San pecked my lips a few times and I rested my head on her chest. She kissed the top of my head and wrapped our bodies with the bed sheets over us. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
Three months later
Alexis laughed hard. I turned, to find the reason of her laughter. She shrugged. I'm fixing the light in the pictures I took earlier today. I have a meeting with Cosmopolitan at two and I wanted to present these to them. Everything was good for the past three months.
The paparazzi have followed Santana and me everywhere. At first, it was a little difficult. We needed to hire extra bodyguards. Never in my life had I thought about hiring security, but being Santana's girlfriend brings a lot of attention from the media. First, they started following me to work; there were pictures all over the media. Then they started snapping pictures of San entering my building. Then Same when I visited her in her studio or when she came here at my office work.
It was hard to go out to eat, or go and take have coffee together. We kept mostly hidden for three months now. Of course, the media never stops talking about us. We were the number one topic to talk, internet, magazines, everywhere.
The first month was everything about Gabrielle and me. The second month was everything about San is moving on too fast with her high school best friend. Now they follow us everywhere, individually. I am happy.y, believe me. However, sometimes it's overwhelming.
Santana is everywhere, supporting equality campaigns and preparing her new album. I have a lot of work to do. We are busy, but we managed to sleep together in the same bed. Every day. That just makes me happy.
"Why are you grinning like a dork?" Alexis asked from across my office.
"Nothing."
"Are you listening to me?"
"No, sorry. What were you saying? Reading some bluff from the media?" I asked her and kept fixing the pictures in my computer.
"But it's funny. Listen: How long do you think, till singer Santana Lopez and photographer Quinn Fabray y will go out in public? Clearly, they are avoiding events, and everything that could lead to knowing more of the duo. Something intrigues me about them, and I am sure everyone else feels the same. Famous people trying to keep their lives as a "mystery"; some of them are just left them exposed. Nevertheless, these two beautiful women are leaving us all in hesitation. Are they going to marry? Who is going to propose whom? What happened with actor Gabrielle Jenkins? Whose wears the pants in the relationship?" Alexis laughed. "Huh? Who wears the pants, Q?" She said wiggling her brows.
"What? That doesn't make any sense."
"It does. I think Santana wears the pants." She sings sang. "Plus, you are a softie."
"I think we are just two women in love."
"I might need to write that one down. Santana may include it in one of her new songs. That was beautiful, Quinn." Sarcasm clearly present in her statement.
"Oh shut up." I kept fixing the pictures while she laughed unbelievably again. "What are you doing?"
"This video is my favorite one, Q."
I heard paparazzi's yelling my name. "Quinn, Quinn!"
"You look amazing."
"How do you feel about all of this?"
"Is Santana planning to go back to Gabrielle?"
"When are you going out to a public event together?"
"This is my favorite part; you walked right through them with the sassiest smile ever." She clapped in emotion. I rolled my eyes, Alexis was too much. "I am proud, Fabray, I am proud."
That happened last week, as I was trying to enter my building. I don't know how she finds this amusing.
"Oh come on, Q. Are you going to the VMA'S tomorrow night?"
I sighed and smiled at her. "Yes, I am. I mean, there's nothing we could do to prevent it. I think we are having all of this attention because we have hidden. I know that as soon as we tell them about us, they will stop following us as much. Of course they'll want to know more and more."
"That's true."
"Yes, we talked about this last night. People will relax when they see us. They'll talk more, but we will be able to go places with a little less security and be just be… us. They just want to know things, and in this profession, we need to do it. Even though we want to stay hidden, it's better, like that. They'll get over it."
"So Kevin's idea worked? You guys staying hidden but not hidden for three months, until things got smooth again? At least Gabrielle it's not a bitch."
"Mhumm. Things are perfect in between San and me. We work; we go home to each other's arms. We wake up together, we have lunch together, either here or in her studio, but we have. It's just a matter of time; we need to do things well, no rushing."
"Yeah, you can't say that when you have all media right up your asses."
I chuckled. "We'll figure."
"I know. Plus, you have new lady lovers now." She said reading from a magazine she didn't have in hands a few minutes ago. "If the gay community was going crazy when lesbian singer Santana Lopez started dating the beautiful Gabrielle Jenkins, you cannot imagine how much attention photographer Quinn Fabray has brought.
The hazeled –eyed beauty is a mystery everyone wants to resolve. Definitely, we want to know about every detail. Who made the first move and who invited whom to a date. Sources say the former head Cheerleader was straight until her college years. Apparently, Santana Lopez spreaded her lady loving to Quinn Fabray.
How did it happened? Obviously, we will tell you. It started at her Glee Club teacher's wedding. Lopez knew what she wanted and directed the fellow captain cheerleader to her room." Alexis finished reading.
"Come on, they cannot even get the facts right. I was the one who started flirting with San all night long. I was the one who made a snarky comment about how much I hated men, and how "She was killing it in that dress." It was all me. I even dragged her to my room that night." I smiled, not diverting my eyes from my work. "You should have seen her. She was so beautiful. I couldn't think straight."
"I'm pretty sure if you drag another girl in your room, you are not thinking straight, Quinn." Al's said laughing. "Who kiss whom first?"
"She closed the door. I was shaking, she knew me all too well. She identified I couldn't move, so she cupped my cheeks and kissed me."
"Were you drunk?"
"I made her believe that, and Santana acted as well. We have been drunk before and that day was not anything like it. We knew what we were doing."
"How did it feel? The first kiss?" She asked grinning. I smiled at her and then I looked back at the computer, hiding my red cheeks.
"Like fireworks."
"Perfect." She said and I looked at her. She is writing on a paper.
"What are you doing?"
"Sources got it wrong right? You know how much money they will pay when they hear your version?" She laughed. "Imma be rich."
I shook my head. "You, my friend, are going to be fired." "I laughed.
"Q, but I need to tell them you saw fireworks. Fireworks!"
"Your face is going to see fireworks when I punch you, Alexis." She raised her hands in surrender and chuckled.
"I love to see you laugh like that. So happy." She said moving forward to me. She placed her hands on my shoulders and turned my chair. I was facing the wall. The big wall is almost full of pictures. Pictures that Alexis took every time I was sad. The following day she quoted herself after attaching the picture on the wall. 'Tomorrow you'll see that you made it through today.' She said she wanted to cover the sad pictures with happy ones. Every time she sees me this happy, or every Tuesday morning, she'll take a picture of me and covered a sad one.
She smiled at me and grabbed the camera from my desk. "It's Tuesday, and today is an important day, because there are just two pictures left to cover. Moreover, in a few seconds, there's going to be just one. We should probably save it for a special occasion."
I sighed and smiled. We covered the pictures in these past three months. There were no more puffy eyes, no more forced smiles. There has been only happiness. Alexis placed the camera facing us and she snapped the picture.
She kissed my cheek and shook the picture back and forth. As soon as she saw the picture in her hands, she faces me. "Quinn, why in the world does your eyes looks like crying?"
I laughed. "Sorry, I'm just happy."
"Good for you, boss. Now don't mess your make up. You have an appointment at two."
"Okay, I don't know why you made me dress up this fancy, though."
"You don't think an appointment with Cosmopolitan magazine is important?"
"Yes, I just look ready for a big event."
"Then you reached the goal."
"Shut up and let me finish this." I turned and proceeded to work back again in at my pictures.
Alexis left the room; she picked up her phone and kept working. I looked at the bottom right of my screen and noticed it as almost twelve. I checked my phone and I had a text message from San.
I will be there at twelve.
I smiled and finished the last picture. I heard a knock on my glassed door and my heart automatically beaded faster. Santana was there already, food in her the hands and dressed beautifully. Her hair was loose; she was wearing my gold watch, a sleeveless white button down, with khaki trousers.
"Good afternoon, mi amor." She said placing the food on one of the other desks. "You look stunning." She said moving closer to me. I looked up at her body and bit my lip. She was perfect.
"You are gorgeous as well. Where were you? You didn't leave home dressed like that." She kissed my lips and hugged me tight. "Photoshoot." She simply said.
"I don't remember you having a photoshoot today."
"Last minute."
I chuckled and kissed her lips again. "Either way, you look beautiful."
"No, you look amazing. Actually, I' am jealous; whom are you meeting in Cosmopolitan today? A woman or a man?"
"A fifty year old man."
"Should I be worried?" She teased.
"Absolutely." She kissed me again and sat on my lap.
"These are amazing. You need to photoshoot me, babe."
"Ugh, Santana you know that I don't like to use photoshop." She frowned and giggled afterward.
"Please, Fabray, you know I am flawless."
I laughed. "Yes, we are. Tell me when and I'll do it for you. That'll be interesting." I said hugging her.
"Tonight, naked." She wiggled her brows while she caressed my cheek.
"I can work with that."
"Perfect." She gave me a chaste kiss. A simple and beautiful kiss that Alexis interrupted.
"Seriously, you guys have kissed five times in less than three minutes."
"Oh, you have to see us at home then. We do more than kissing." Santana says opening her hand. "Living room, bathroom, couch," "she counted with her fingers. "Bed, closet, floor."
"Closet?" Al asked surprised. I slapped S's thigh playfully and she chuckled. "Too much information."
"What can I say? I'm a charmer."
"Babe, don't flatter yourself." I said shaking my head.
"It's the truth." San said kissing my cheek and standing up from my lap. "I'll be back, babe. Restroom."
Alexis and San left my office and I opened an email and wrote a new appointment on my agenda.
I notice that on my desk, there was the picture Alexis took earlier. She forgot to pin it to the wall. I grabbed the picture and smiled at it. Look back to my desk, I grabbed a tack, and placed the small-squared picture onto the wall. I smiled and touched the picture that was left. It was a happy one, but I wasn't that happy compared to now. I will need to cover that one too.
I jumped when I felt Santana's arms snaked around my waist. She held me close to her from behind and pressed soft kisses on my shoulder.
"I like this wall." She kissed my shoulder again and then my neck. "It's like you can tell a story about with it."
"Yes, definitely has a story, babe." I chuckled. "A beautiful one."
"With a happy ending."
"With a happy ending." I repeated and she pressed her lips on my neck and slid her nose from the crook to my ear. I moaned and she growled. "Sorry, I couldn't resist. You smell so damn good."
"You shouldn't apologize." I simply said and she kissed my cheek.
"I know, but we are in your office. There's people working back there and you have no privacy, this room is made of crystal walls."
"But it looks fancy."
"We can get fancy courting to cover your office."
"You just want to have your way with me."
"Not going to lie." She chuckles and I keep looking at the pictures on the wall while she presses her cheek to mine. "Which one is your favorite one?" She asked.
I pointed to the right; there was ato the picture of Beth and me. Then, I pointed to the left and pointed the last single picture that was not covered. "And the picture I will place there."
"Interesting. When are you planning to take that last picture?"
"Next Tuesday or when Alexis decided that I am so happy it deserves a picture." Santana kissed my neck.
"What makes you happy?"
"My daughter and you."
"Oh, does that mean I need to do something to make you happy? Or Beth?"
"No, you see, in these pictures you are the main reason of my happiness."
"How beautiful."
"Dork." I shifted my head and kissed her lips.
"But what if I want to take that last picture today?" San said caressing my forearms.
"Then you need to tell me that you love me."
"That's it?" My body felt hot, it's amazing how she makes me feel. I loved the way her skin felt against mine.
"Pretty much. I am happy." I threw my head back to rest it on her shoulder. She kissed my cheek several times.
"You are my happiness, Q. There's no wall for me to cover all the love I feel for you; there's nothing that can start describing how much I care for you." She caressed my cheek with her nose and I kept her close to my body, hugging her arms. "You breathe, I love it. You smile; I am like a dork staring at you. You laugh and my day gets better. You kiss me and my worries go away. Currently, when you make love to me, you makes me the luckiest woman in the world." She brushed her lips to my ear and whispered. "When I'm with you, I don't need air, don't need everything but you."
"I want to spend the rest of my life with you, San." I whispered, shutting my eyes. Her lips found my neck once again. Her fingertip caressed delicately under my bra. I felt hot, everywhere.
"You do?" I nodded. Santana frees her left arm from around my waist and brings it back in front of me. I could feel tears forming in my eyes. There was a small velvet box in her hands. I could not breathe. My lungs were not reacting. She flipped the box opened and the tears I kept at bay fell rapidly. There was a diamond ring, princess cut, attached to a silver band. It wasn't too enormous or too small unimportant. It was the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I couldn't keep my tears hidden no more. I did not know what to do. Was this really happening? "I just have one more thing to ask you, Quinn Fabray."
She turned me in her arms and kissed my lips tenderly. "Marry me, babe?" There was no time in the room. There was no sound besides the pounding of my heart in my chest. There was nothing else that diverted my attention from her beautiful eyes. I was crying. How could couldn't I? Santana knelt on one knee, with the box in her hands. "Lucy Quinn Fabray," She said taking a deep breath. "Will you marry me?" She whispered and my heart melted. I knelt down in front of her and she wiped my tears. "What do you say, beautiful?"
I nodded. I nodded faster than ever. "Yes!" I wrapped my arms around her neck and kissed her lips. She was crying and I was a mess. My blood rushes through my veins rapidly. My skin is sensitive at her touch and I felt like I was going to throw up because of my feelings. San stood and she kissed me deeply again.
"I love you." She said.
"I love you more."
She looked down, removed the ring from the box and I opened my hand. My fingers were shaking and she held it firmly for me. Santana slid the ring onto my finger and I kissed her again. Suddenly, I heard a round of applause and I turned slowly. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Alexis was crying on the left. Next to her were Shelby and my daughter. Puck was whistling next to Roberto and Maribel. Frannie was clapping next to mom and dad.
"Congratulations!" They yelled and I looked back at San and laughed. "You planned this?"
She nodded. "For how long?"
"Three months now. Remember the first morning I spent with you and Beth. When she made me pancakes?"
"Yes, how could I forget that day?"
"Well, I ordered the ring and Puck showed up at your apartment the next morning and gave it to me."
"Oh, sneaky." Alexis entered the room and San held me from behind. "You knew?"
"Of course. Congratulations! Oh, you do not have any appointments today. It' is on Friday. "I left my mouth agape and she grinned. "Blame your fiancée. Gosh, that sounds good. Fiancée."
Alexis grabbed the camera and I opened my left hand and placed it next to my face, showing the ring. San pressed a kiss to my cheek and Alexis took the picture. Santana's lips found mine again; it lasted for a few minutes until our bodies decided we needed to breath.
"We are officially engaged, mi amor."
I giggled and hide my face in her neck. "We are."
Alexis gave San the picture and she pinned it on the wall. "Now we can start a different story."
"Yes, how will you name it?"
"The adventures of Santana Fabray." I laughed and she gives me a searing kiss.
"You are becoming a Fabray? I love it."
"Yes, and I can't wait." San pecked my lips and a little one ran into my office.
"Mommy! Tana, congratulations." She said hugging us both.
"Thank you. How's my baby?" I said and she grinned.
"Happy." I kissed her cheek and Frannie entered and hugged San.
"I don't need to have the talk with you." Frann winked at San and she shook her head.
"Little Q here, made it clear what will happen to me." She chuckled.
"Congrats, sis." Frannie hugged me tight and I didn't know how much I've missed her until now.
"Thank you. I love you." Frannie inspected my ring in awe.
"Love you more, Lucy." She cleaned wiped a tear from my cheeks and hugged me again. "Santana, great choice. That ring is beautiful."
"Oh, I've been crying since I left home, Flaca." Maribel said hugging her daughter. "I am so happy."
"Yes, baby girl. Congratulations." Roberto hugged me as well. "I have a new daughter now."
"And she is a special one." I turned and Russell was right behind me. He hugged me and kissed my cheek. It was a surprise seeing him here, but I guess this is another topic, for another day. "I love you." He said and turned to Santana. "You are taking care of her, right?"
San blushed and nodded. "Yes, Sir."
"Russell. We need to leave formalities to the side now. We are a family."
I raised my brow in surprise at Mom and she grinned, hugging me and kissed my cheeks. "This is the beginning of your life, Quinnie. Congrats." She hugged San and carried Beth in her arms. "Beth needs a sister or a little boy now." I have never in my life thought Mom would say something like that but it happened.
"I know. They need like eleven. Beth needs more siblings. Rachel is not enough." Shelby said opening her arms. "Congratulations to both of you."
"Thank you."
"I am ready if you guys need my help to form beautiful kids." Puck said caressing Beth's cheek. "Quinn knows I have the great genes here."
"Yes, because Beth is so you." San said rolling her eyes. He pulled her into a hug and she hugged him tight. "Stay away from my future wife."
"Wife." I whispered and San turned and kissed my lips.
"My. Wife." She repeated.
"Thank you for this. Thank you for bringing my family. This is perfect. Our friends, your parents."
"It's our family now."
"Okay, picture time." Alexis said, camera in her hands. We took several pictures and one last one with the insta- camera. Santana pinned the photo to the wall right below the last picture that was covered.
"We can start our life, babe."
"Our happy ending."
Santana's POV
I turned to her. She was looking outside the car window. I looked up and down at her. She is wearing a gray high skirt and a white short blouse. She has her chestnut hair pulled up in the back. Her make up looks natural, yet so beautiful.
Everything was perfect in between us. I looked down at our intertwined hands and caressed her knuckles then moved her ring slowly. She chuckled and turned to face me. Her expression was calm, but I could tell she was nervous, very nervous. However, today it' was going to be the first time we are going together in public, to an event. It's not a simple event; there is all the media possible involved.
"Are you okay?" I asked and she shifted closer to me. I opened my arm and she cuddle to my side. My right hand went straight onto her back and I pulled put it inside her shirt and started caressing her skin slowly.
"I am. A little nervous." She said wrapping her right arm around my waist. "You look beautiful, though."
I scowled. "You look amazing." I move closer to her ear and whisper. "If we weren't a few minutes away from the red carpet," I kissed her earlobe. "Or we were in a different car, blocking the view from the chauffeur; I would show you how beautiful are you."
She hummed and slid her hand on my side. "We are not having this conversation again. We can go home as soon as you win an award."
"Yes, babe." I looked outside and the car slowed down. We were waiting until the people in front of us make their entrance. "Hey, you sure you want to do this? We can go back home." I kissed her forehead. I could see many people outside, paparazzi's and the camera crews. I was happy no one could see inside the car.
"No, I'm good. I wouldn't forgive myself if I make you go home. I know you are going to win an award, and I want to be there."
I chuckled. "I'm going to win?"
"Yes." She pressed her lips on my neck. "I'm ready, just nervous. I love the cameras, photography and all of that. It freaks me out a little when I am not behind them."
"Just be yourself. My fans love you; yours loves you as well. There's nothing to hide no more. They will talk, indeed. Nevertheless, we are just going to let the world know that I'm going to be Santana Fabray soon."
"How soon?" She whispered and my stomach flipped. Her raspy voice kills me sometimes, and it is hard for me to concentrate on things.
"Sooner than you think." I kissed her lips and the car made it stop. I could see the cameras a few meters away from the door of the black SUV we're in. There was no doubt that as soon as I open that door, the flashes would blind me.
In addition, there is nothing that to lets them know that I am here. Inside this car. Therefore, when they see me, they'll get what they were waiting for months.
Q pulled back and kissed my lips. "You look amazing. They'll love you." She nodded and Michael opened the door for me. I smiled widely and left the car. Instantly, flashes covered my face and I smiled harder for them. The cameraman followed what I was wearing from head to toe. I waited two seconds and turned. I put my right hand inside the SUV and Quinn's left hand grip mine. I gave it a squeeze and she smiled from inside. Her ring was visible and beautiful. There was even more flashes when she grabbed my hand.
In seconds, she placed one leg outside the car and then the other one. She stood straight and I held her hand firmly. Camera flashes went off, everywhere. Quinn arched her brow and smiled at me. I move my body closer to her and smile to the cameras.
Michael closes the door behind us. "Ready?" She nodded and I started walking the red carpet along with my fiancée. Camera flashes blinded us for a second. The crowd yelled our names in unison. Quinn was smiling hard and laughing.
"Babe, this is insane."
"I know." I pulled her close and kissed her cheek. The crowd went crazy and in seconds, there was a tall man in front of us with a microphone in his hands. The camera was right in front of us. Quinn squeezed my hand and I rubbed her knuckles.
"Good evening, Santana Lopez and Quinn Fabray. First of all, I want to say you both look stunning." He said opening his eyes wide.
"Thank you." I said chuckling.
"How's the most famous couple right now?" He asked. "First appearance in an event."
"We are good, thank you. Everything's good. We decided to leave our secret cave." I said pulling aside the hair wind blew on my face.
"Yes, we were waiting for you two. Moreover, I have to admit that it is good to see you together. You make a great couple. Both of you are amazingly talented, and beautiful." I nodded and looked at Quinn. She was blushing slightly. "Let's talk about your new disk, Santana. When can we have a preview of your new single?"
"It will come out in a month. I'm excited." Quinn caressed my hand.
"It sure will blowup the radio." He chuckled. "I know Quinn was your fellow Glee club member, can the fans can expect a duet?"
Quinn laughed harder and I turned to her. "What was that about? We have sung before?" The reporter laughed and Quinn wrapped her arm around my waist.
"I haven't thought about that." She said.
"Would you consider it?" He asked Quinn and she shrugged.
"Whatever she wants." She said smiling.
"You are too cute." He said grinning. "Do you often get into arguments?"
Quinn smiled and shook her head "We are a couple and we disagree on a few things, but Santana's a great woman. We've known each other, for so long that we know how to resolve any issue." She said calmly and freely, I could tell she wasn't nervous no more.
"She gets whatever she wants." I said and the reporter laughed. "Our relationship is not new. Like Quinn said, we know each other and we understand each other, perfectly."
"I am glad. Young talented artists like you two, normally get overwhelmed because of the press. What's your new plan? Will you give us something to talk about?" He asked excitedly.
I smiled at Quinn and she scratched her forehead with her left hand. The reporter eyes widened, instantly he squealed in emotion.
"Ladies and gentleman watching at home. Santana Lopez and Quinn Fabray are engaged!" He jumped again and Quinn held her hand still for him to see the ring. "You saw it first here first." He motioned to the camera. "Congratulations! When did this happen?"
"A few days ago." I said and when I turned to Quinn, she was blushing. "I cannot wait to marry her." I move closer to Quinn and kissed her cheek. The crowd went crazy; flashes were all over the place.
"Thank you very much for the insight. Congratulations." He turned to the camera. "There you go, there was the newly engaged couple, hitting their first event." We turned to the camera and waived goodbye. "Thank you ladies, have a great evening."
"You too."
I turned to face Quinn. "We survived."
"We did." She said pointing to my left. When I turned, I saw people calling us waving their hands up in the air. "Babe, your fans are calling."
I walked toward them and they screamed louder. I released Q's hand to sign a few autographs. She smiled kindly and started taking pictures with her fans.
"Santana, are you going to marry Quinn?" A fan asked me.
"Yes, I just proposed." She screamed and I laughed.
"Who's the boss in your relationship?" Another fan asked and I turned to look at Q who was a few feet's away from me. "She is." They giggle and I sign some more autographs. "She is so cute, right?"
"Gorgeous." I took a picture with a few and said my goodbyes.
When I turned, Quinn was no longer close to me. A woman appeared in front of me with a microphone in her hands. "Santana, you look stunning. I love your dress. Who are you wearing?"
"Um." I said, turning to look for Quinn. "I'll be right back." I said to the reporter and she nodded.
I went through the crowd, flashes and cameras and reached Q. I grabbed her hand and she smiled at me.
"I though I've lost you for the night." She said in my ear. I caressed her back and kissed her cheek. "I was ready to freak out."
"No, we are going through all of this together."
"Thank you."
We walk back to where the reporter was. She smiled widely when she saw Quinn. "Sorry, they were harassing my fiancée down there. Had to save her."
"Did you just say fiancée? Congratulations!"
"Thank you."
The night went on perfectly. We repeated the story again, again and again. They seem pleased, and we were happy. Finally, they have something to talk about. Finally, I can start my life with Quinn. Publicly, out and not hidden in a hotel room.
Three years later.
Cold hands touched my face and I knew it was time for me to wake up. I felt another poke on my chest, then on my stomach, nose and cheek. I growled and she laughed triumphantly.
I opened my eyes and found a pair or hazel eyes staring at me. I rolled my eyes and pushed her a little to the side. "Go away."
"Wake up, lazy."
"Leave me alone."
"No." She said and I pulled her in for a hug. "Look, mini Q. I fell asleep late last night, because your mother and I… um, had a discussion about something." She tried to release herself from my grip but I kept her close to me. "It's Sunday, tomorrow I have to go back to work. Your mother does not have to, because she is the lazy one, she does not work on Mondays. However, I have to work, so please leave the room and let me sleep." I wrapped my arms around her tight and she struggled.
"Tana, you are the one who's holding me. Let me go."
"Oh my, go away mini Q. The only way I am going to let you go is if you tell me that my breakfast is ready. And when I say ready I mean prepared by you, and not by big Quinn." I said kissing her forehead and she shrugged.
"Are you calling me fat, Santana?" I heard Quinn yelled from the other room.
I laughed. "No mom, she's calling me mini Q again. Like every day." Beth yelled back.
"Okay, I was ready to file the divorce papers." Quinn said.
I turned to Beth and she snuggled closer to me. Quinn and I have been married for two years now. We can enjoy our life, and we are truly happy. Yes, people still talking about us, but we are able to go out and enjoy, like before. Shelby became a Broadway star, so Beth spends most of the nights with us, and the weekends. I am more than okay with that. We are a family. Beth is eleven and spoiled as hell. What can we say, she has three famous moms? How many eleven year old you see in the magazines? Every time we go out, she smiles and does unique faces for the camera. She is so smart and so beautiful. She is tall for her age, just like her mother. When paparazzi's follow us, Beth takes out her camera and follows them. I am always laughing with her. Our fan calls her No Fear Beth.
I love seeing her happy, and I love my family.
"Are you ready for today?" She whispered and I nodded.
"So ready."
"You are not ready. You do not want to wake up. And yes, Tana, I made your pancakes." She rolled her eyes and I glared at her.
"Good girl, mini Q."
"Hurry," She said jumping off my grip. "We need to go." She left the room.
After I took a bath, I was ready to go. I went downstairs and found mini Q and Quinn watching TV. Beth was on the couch while Quinn was watching through the kitchen.
"Every morning I wasted without not waking up next to you. For every I love you I did not say. I vowed to love you for the rest of my life. Until death till us apart."
I hear and when I turned, I noticed what they are watching our wedding video. I stood there watching carefully at the two woman in the room. Beth was smiling hard, while Quinn was silently crying.
"Santana Marie Lopez, do you accept Lucy Quinn Fabray as your wife?"
I walk closer to Quinn from behind and snaked my arms around her. She took a deep breath, relaxed at my touch. "I do." I said at the same time I said it on the video.
I move my gaze to the screen. Quinn dyed her hair back to blonde the day of our wedding and I was drooling like never. I loved her chestnut hair, she looks beautiful anyways. Nevertheless, there is something about her natural color that makes me love her even more. It reminded me of everything, from since the bitch Quinn Fabray to the woman I love.
Quinn's hair was up in a bun. Her long white dress was beautiful, she was stunning. I could not describe how beautiful she was that day. She's still beautiful. She is the hottest twenty- six year old ever.
I turned back at Q and kissed her cheek. She smiled and wiped her tears away. "I'm sorry." She said and I kissed her neck.
"Don't worry." I removed her blonde locks from her neck and kissed it a few more times.
"Do you know my daughter is a few feet's away from us?" Q whispered.
"I know baby, I thought you could lose some stress."
"I am not stressed."
"Sure?"
She sighed. "A little."
"Everything's going to be okay."
I move my hands up and rest them on her fourth month belly. I caressed her tummy slowly, pressing slightly to see where my baby was located was. Quinn grabbed my hand and directed me to where it was, I giggled like a dork when the baby moved.
"My little baby is okay."
"I'm all over the place. I have way too many baby hormones."
"You are fine." I turned her and kissed her.
We talked about having a baby a lot. We were able to go to the doctor, took my ovule, my fecundation eggs and mixed them with Quinn's. It took many tries until my eggs joined with Quinn's, but after a year of trying, they finally combined. The only thing that was left was the male egg. We thought about it, long and calmly.
Who could it be our guy? Let's face it. We're famous, clearly, we have money. We needed someone who we knew that wasn't going to backstab us, or tried try to get custody over our child and something like that because of money. We needed someone trustworthy. Someone that if my kid wanted to go and have a relationship with him in the future, he wouldn't be a dick and a gold digger.
Noah Puckerman.
Beth have an excellent relationship. He has his life formed, he is healthy and a great dad. In addition, we look alike a little. Obviously we joined our eggs; there was something of me in the baby. But I was calm that Puck gave us the sperm, not someone we don't know a stranger of that are who's only interested in our money.
Puck doesn't need to worry; Quinn and I will have full custody of the baby, but it's better if he is part of his or her life as well.
"You look so beautiful." I whispered on her lips and she smiled.
"I though you called me big Quinn earlier."
"Oh, shut it, babe. You know, mini Q, big Q."
"I know." She smirked.
"Okay, so let's go and find out if we are having a girl or a boy. Or better said yet, if we are having a Lucy or a Sebastian?"
"Yes, Lucy or Sebas." Quinn said grinning.
"Finally." Beth said rolling her eyes.
"Okay, Mrs. Fabray are you ready?" The doctor said putting the cold jelly on top of Quinn's stomach and she flinched.
I turned to Beth and she smiled widely. Quinn's hand is firm in mine. I kissed her lips and she relaxed.
"I love you." I said and she nodded.
"I love you." I kept staring at Q's eyes and the doctor started the sonograms. I saw my baby in the screen and I wanted to die of happiness. It was so little, so beautiful.
"Doctor, I want my daughter to tell us what it is. Can you tell her so she can tell my wife?" Quinn said slowly and calmly. She turned to me again and I removed my eyes from the screen to find hers.
"We are having a baby." I said and she smiled widely, tears in her eyes.
"We are my love. We are."
"Okay, come over here girl. Are you ready?" The doctor said and Beth walked closer to her. The doctor whispered in Beth's ear and she covered her mouth in emotion. She was jumping up and down.
She squealed and moved in front of me. My heart was racing; I was so nervous and ready.
"Go on, baby girl; tell us what we are having."
"Sebastian, I'm having a brother!" I froze for a second. My heart seemed to stop working. I turned and give Q a searing and passionate kiss. The doctor applauded and we found lost in each other's eyes.
"A baby boy." Quinn said with watery eyes. "We are having a baby boy."
I kissed her again. "Sebastian Fabray."
Beth went to hug her mother. I was crying and everything was beautiful. I was married with the most amazing woman ever, I have an eleven-year-old kid, and a baby boy in a few months. There was nothing more important in my life. If I knew, my life was going to end up like this, this perfect. I would never have waited five years to be with the love of my life.
However, destiny brought us back together and there is no daylight that could ever keep me away from Quinn Fabray.
