A camera turns on and all you see is out of focus images, slowly coming into focus
"Use the lighter" a female voice says from behind the camera
"Where should we put it?" a male voice says as the view was coming into focus more, revealing it was filming a plastic inflatable woman and a kid flipping it around looking at it from different angles before he looked over to the edge of the railing on the roof top they were on
"I don't know this was Deuce's idea" the female voice replied "And why didn't he come? He should be the one up here not me and Rocky"
"Because he's sick, that's why Rocky's here to film so he can see what happened," the boy looked at the doll for a moment "Ok I got it here" the boy said as he flipped the inflatable doll around, looking at its back
"What the heck are you trying to do?" Rocky said as she continued to film, seeing the boy pull out 3 small bottle rockets from his pocket then some tape before he started taping them to the back of the doll "How many of those do you have?"
"Three? Only three?" the other girl said as she watched the boy tape the rockets to the doll
"That's all it should need" the boy replied as he finished taping the rockets to the doll
"Is this going to last much longer?" Rocky asked, getting impatient, "You know we could get in huge trouble for being up here"
"Ahh don't worry we'll be fine" the boy said as he got up to his feet, "Just keep recording"
"Is three going to be enough to make that thing fly?" Rocky asked
"Well it should considering they cost about 50 bucks… which we're going to split three ways"
"What? We never said that right CeCe" Rocky yelled to the other girl
"Yea Ty, we never agreed to that" Rocky said shaking her head
"What? We didn't?" Ty said looking at Rocky, "Deuce said you two did"
"Well if you would have said what we were going to be doing up here then maybe we would have chipped in" CeCe said
"Yea right CeCe, you know just as well as I do Rocky wouldn't have come or let us use the camera if she knew" Ty said as he adjusted the rockets on the dolls back, "Hey CeCe help me with this"
"Alright fine… Rocky keep filming" CeCe said before she rushed over to the railing with Ty, helping him set up the doll
"Why the hell am I even up here with these two" Rocky says to herself as she films Ty and CeCe
CeCe and Ty hold the doll in the corner railing, "You sure its not going to fall" CeCe asked
"Sure its fine" Ty looks over at Rocky, "Would you get over here?" he motions for Rocky to come closer, "Alright now I'm going to light these and its going to fly out over the street and you have to follow it"
Rocky just laughs "Yea sure, we'll see"
Ty groans then looks at CeCe "You record, I don't trust her"
CeCe just rolls her eyes before reaching out and grabbing the camera from Rocky as Ty pulls out two lighters and hands one to Rocky, "Ok you light this one I'll get these two" Ty said as he got ready to light the rockets, "Ready… one… two… three!"
Both Rocky and Ty start trying to light the rockets but they can't quite get the lighters to stay lit, "Come on, hurry up" CeCe said as she kept filming as the rockets finally get lit before Rocky and Ty step back along with CeCe and she films the rockets start going off but the doll stays in place, not moving at all before they explode, causing the doll to melt and deflate
"What the… Are you serious?" Ty says as he walks up to the doll
"Haha that's 50 bucks wasted" Rocky says as she laughs
"I can't believe this" Ty says as he holds up the deflated and burnt doll before dropping it over the railing
"You can be really dumb sometimes Deuce" CeCe says as she turned the camera to herself and looked into it before the sound of a helicopter suddenly approaches before a spot light shines down on the roof, causing the three teens to look up
"What's going on?" Rocky says with a nervous tone in her voice before they hear someone yelling to them
"Hey! What are you kids doing up here?" a group of men in camouflage suits come rushing around them, a few of them with sniper rifles, "We're evacuating the building"
"What? Why?" Rocky asks
The sniper just shakes his head "Move it… Now!" he yells before pushing the three teens towards the exit as CeCe shuts off the camera
CeCe turns the camera back on as the three are walking out of the building, looking at the one in front of them, seeing it being covered in plastic before she starts looking around at all the police cars, fire trucks and ambulances surrounding the building before she lands on a group of people with bullet proof vests, helmets and guns attached to their gear walking towards the entrance.
"What are they?" CeCe asks
"I don't know, SWAT maybe." Ty replies
"SWAT? Why?" Rocky says
"I don't know.. but something big is going down in there by the looks of it" Ty said as the three kept watching the SWAT members walk up to a few people and begin talking with them
"CeCe, CeCe look at that guy" Rocky half yelled as she pointed towards a man running up to the SWAT members holding a bag before a couple of police officers grabbed him and tried to pull him back behind the barrier of yellow tape
"Come on, let's follow them" Ty said as he started to head towards where the officers were pulling the man
"Hey!" another set of officers yelled as the three came out from where they were hiding "You guys can't be there move!" CeCe turned the camera off as they ran from the officers
CeCe turned the camera back as she made her way through some of the crowd trying to keep up with Ty, Rocky right behind her
"Come on guys hurry up" Ty said as he reached out and pulled CeCe towards where he was then points over to a fire truck where the man they were following was standing with a fireman, both men holding what looked like a map
"What is he doing?" Rocky said as she caught up with her two friends
"I don't know, but it looks like they're up to something" Ty said as he continued watching
"Ty!" Rocky yelled as she came running up to her brother "I called mom, she said we could go over to Auntie's place"
"You'll go, I'll stay"
"I'm not leaving without you, now come on" Rocky says as she reached for Ty but he waved her hand off as he looked over at the fireman who was getting some things from the fire truck "Look!"
Cece points the camera to the fireman and the other man "What are they doing?"
"They're coming over here" Ty says as the two men started heading in their direction, cutting through other people that were around them, passing by the three kid then started down the street "They're definitely up to something.. we gotta follow them.. Come on CeCe" Ty starts cutting through people trying to follow the two men
"Ty! Ty don't you'll get us all in trouble!" Rocky runs after him, CeCe following
"Rocky! Rocky wait up!" CeCe called after her friend as she worked her way through the crowd, trying to keep the camera up to film
"Come on!" Ty called back after the two girls before CeCe finally put the camera down and cut it off
CeCe cuts the camera back on and looks around the alley the three had gone down before looking at Ty who was moving a partially opened sewer lid
"They went down through here" Ty said as he opened the manhole completely
"Are you sure?" CeCe asked from behind the camera
"Of course they did, why else would it be open?"
"Ok what are we going to do then?"
"Go in, duh" Ty said before he got down on his knees and started making his way down the sewer opening
"You can't be serious Ty" Rocky said as she watched her brother start to climb down "We're going to get in so much trouble"
"Rocky come on, this is a chance to get whatever is going on inside on film, we'll be famous" CeCe tried to convince her friend
"No I'm not going" Rocky shook her head
"Fine then, run over to auntie's we'll meet you there when we're done" Ty said before disappearing down into the sewer
"Rocky come on.. We'll go in then come right back out and we're done" CeCe said in one last attempt to convince her friend
"You guys are so stupid, first the doll and now this?" Rocky protests
"Ok fine, we'll see you when we get finished" CeCe says before she starts trying to navigate her way down to the sewer
"Wait" Rocky says then comes up to CeCe and takes the camera from her "The camera is mine, I'm out" Rocky starts walking away with the camera
"What? Rocky wait!" CeCe gets up and starts going after Rocky "Rocky come on, Ty a little help!"
Ty comes back up seeing what's going on "Rocky come on, don't go"
"Rocky… Rocky!" CeCe calls after her before the camera cuts off
The camera cuts back on then pans around, seeing nothing but darkness with a little light just ahead but not enough to illuminate anything
"Oh wow" CeCe says from behind the camera
"What?" Ty asks as he feels around to keep his bearings
"I just thought it would be worse down here"
"Ugh!" Rocky groans as she bumped into something "This place is gross and I can't see anything"
"You know I thought it would be worse than it actually is down here" CeCe said as she keeps filming, Rocky and Ty slowly starting to come into view the closer they got to the lite part of the sewer
Rocky turns to CeCe with a look of disbelief "Worse? I'm about to get sick in here"
"Shh, shh" Ty says trying to quiet the girls "Do you hear that?" all three stay quiet and they hear the sound of dogs barking in the distance "CeCe give me the camera" he says as he takes the camera from CeCe before slowly walking up towards an intersection in the sewer and peeking around it seeing some police officers holding flashlights and the dogs they were hearing before one of the officers turns and spots him "Cops run" he says just loud enough for the two girls to hear him before they start running down another direction
"This is crazy" Rocky says as they keep running
"Shut up they'll hear you" Ty motions for his sister to stay quiet before he hears the dogs getting closer "They're getting closer"
CeCe looks around then sees an opening on the side of the sewer wall "Here there's a ladder"
"Go quick!" Ty says as he turns and sees the officers and dogs coming their way, yelling at them to stop
"We're going to get into so much trouble" Rocky says as she follows CeCe down the smaller tunnel to the ladder
"Just hush and go" Ty says as the two girls make their way up the ladder before he follows, cutting the camera off as he climbed
The camera cuts back on, seeing Rocky and CeCe looking around where they came up from the sewer
"I think we're in the building" CeCe says
"We've gotta go back and get out of here before we get in trouble" Rocky half yells
"Rocky we can't, they saw us they're probably waiting for us down there now" Ty says as he looks over towards a stairwell, "Come on.. this way"
The three make their way up the stairwell until they come into a back room, seeing police lights outside all the windows "Well we're definitely in the building now" Ty says as he looks around the room
"Ok fine we got in, now let's get out of here"
"Wait Rocky, dang you're a pain sometimes" Ty says as he keeps looking around
"Guys!" CeCe half yells motioning for her two friends to come to her "Look" she kneels down and picks something up, holding it between 3 fingers away from herself, showing Rocky and Ty a gun
"CeCe, put it back down" Rocky said trying to get her friend to put the gun down
"Whoa, let me see it" Ty says as he zooms in on it with the camera
"Its heavy" CeCe says as she turns it
"CeCe, please put it down" Rocky says in almost a desperate tone before she hears voices behind her and turns "Oh god… I told you guys we're going to get in so much trouble"
Ty looks over where the voices came from, seeing silhouettes through the window "Its that guy and the fireman" Rocky and Ty make their way towards the window quietly "Can you see anything?"
Rocky shakes her head "No, I.." Rocky screams as she hears a gunshot go off before looking at CeCe who was shaking and looking at the ground where the gun she was holding now laid
"What the hell CeCe" Ty yells
"Sorry it slipped out of my hand" CeCe explained before jumping when she heard the fireman come from around the corner
"What's going on? Who are you kids?" the fireman asked as he came closer to them, CeCe back up towards her friends
"We haven't done anything" CeCe said, her voice still shaky from dropping the gun
"How did you get in?" the fireman asked still walking closer to them
"Th.. through the sewer.. like you did" CeCe replied
"What are you doing here? It's not safe, you shouldn't be in here"
"Oh yea? Well what about you two?" Ty says from behind the camera
"Come on, let's go" the man says as he tugs on the fireman's jacket
"Wait just a minute" the fireman says before turning back to Ty "What are you doing with that camera? Give me it" starts coming towards Ty, almost shoving CeCe out of the way and she accidentally kicks the gun on the ground, causing it to go off again
"Shit.. where did you get that?" the fireman picks up the gun
"It.. it was on the floor" CeCe says, her voice more shaky than before
"It looks like its police issued.. must be from the first group that came in" the fireman said as he looked at the gun before ejecting the clip then looking at the three kids "You three need to get out of here now!"
"Why?" Ty says
"Because there is an infection in the air, it's not safe in here!" the fireman yells
"Oh you think we're stupid? Why aren't you wearing masks?" Ty yells back
"Ty stop let's just get out of here" Rocky says trying to get her brother to leave
"They aren't any use to us come on" the man says to the fireman
"Shut up!" the fireman yells at the other man
"But its true!" the other man yells back
"Just shut up!" the fireman yells back then looks at Ty "And you three get the fuck out of here!"
"Ty come on!" Rocky pulls Ty's arm towards the stairs where CeCe was already heading
"No! Why do we need to get out of here?"
"Fine we're gone" Rocky takes the camera from Ty "Come on CeCe" Rocky goes with CeCe and starts down the stairs
"Ty come on" CeCe tries to get Ty to follow them
"I said get out of here!" the fireman yells in Ty's face
"And what if I don't huh? What are you going to do shoot me? What are you going t.." Ty stops when the fireman slaps him, making everyone go silent for a moment before he starts heading towards the stairs
"Ty.. Ty… CeCe hold this" Rocky passes the camera to CeCe before she runs after her brother "Ty come on" she puts her hand on Ty's shoulder only to have Ty swat her arm off
"Leave me alone!" Ty says before heading down the stairs
"Ty.. come on wait" Rocky goes after him CeCe right behind them
Ty gets down the stairs first and grabs the handle of the door that covered where they climbed into the building from and pulled but it wouldn't budge "It's locked!"
"What?" the fireman yells as he rushes down the stairs past CeCe to the bottom of the steps
"It's locked and its hot around the edges of it" Ty said as he pulled his hand away from the door when he felt the warmth
"No" the fireman said as he started pulling at the door "Fuck! They welded it, we can't get out now!"
"What? Why would they do that?" CeCe asks
"Why? Because they followed you assholes that's why!" the fireman yells at CeCe, making her back away
"Hey don't yell at her!" Rocky says, "There has to be another way out somewhere"
"Another way out? Another way out? Where?" the fireman yells at Rocky "They have orders to shoot anyone that tries to exit the building, they aren't going to let anyone just walk out of here!"
"Hey don't yell at my sister!" Ty says as he pushes the fireman back
"Ok we just need to stay calm" CeCe says trying to keep everything peaceful, "Ok what do we do now?"
The fireman takes a deep breath then looks at CeCe "Now.. you do exactly what I tell you to do.." he looks at Rocky "Understood?" Rocky nods her head then he turns to Ty and says a little louder "Understood" Ty nods his head then the fireman turns to CeCe "And I told you turn that fucking camera off!" he grabs at the camera and it shuts off
