So, this is the last chapter of this story. I hope you guys have enjoyed what I wrote so far and I hope you will enjoy the final round. I'm sorry for the seriously long wait but I haven't written much at all lately, to be honest but I just decided to finish this one off. Alright, so, here goes..
Amy walked to her locker, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath to herself. She wanted nothing more than to go to Bumper and tell her all the things he'd said were the same things that she had been feeling from the very start but she was afraid.
What if he didn't love her? What if he was lying? What if it was a joke? Or a bet? What would she even do with herself? She would be torn to peices, she knew that.
A soft sigh escaped the blonde's lips as she thought about all of the possibilities that could happen. Maybe, the two of them could even be happy. That's what she wanted. As far as she knew, that's what he wanted too. So what was stopping them? She was..
The thought brought Amy to a halt as she realized that it'd been her fault they weren't already together. Sure, he'd said that it was nothing but she just walked away from their friendship like it'd been nothing and she hadn't given him even half a chance to fight his way back into her life.
Guilt began to overwhelm her at the single thought.
She threw all of her things inside of her locker before slamming it and hurrying off down the hallway and towards the cafeteria. She looked around the room, trying to spot Bumper. She spotted both Stacie and Donald but no Bumper anywhere.
She took a small breath before she headed over to the table, sitting down. "Where's Bumper?" She asked, looking at the two of them.
Donald looked up at her, a smug smirk invading his features. "The dorm." He said, nodding towards the hallway. "Use protection, make up sex is the best." He added teasingly.
Amy growled in disgust, rolling her eyes. "Shut it, Donald." She warned, getting up and heading off towards Bumper's room.
She heard laughter from the two behind her but she decided just to ignore it for everyone's sake.
Amy approached Bumper's dorm, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath before knocking on the door softly. She paced back and forth nervously before she heard the door open, turning to look at the person who'd opened it.
"Bumper.." She mumbled softly.
Bumper had to fight off the urge to smile, studying the girl that he had grown to love curiously. "Amy." He said softly, hugging her tightly.
Amy was shocked for a second before she hugged back, closing her eyes and offering a small smile. This is all she'd wanted for weeks, and finally they were reunited. The amount of relief that she was feeling couldn't even be summed up.
She felt Bumper's hold on her loosen before she found herself looking straight into his eyes.
"I have always loved you, Amy.. I will always love you. And I will spend forever trying to prove it if you don't believe me." He said softly, cupping her cheek in his hand.
Amy stared up into his eyes before she offered him a small smile. "I love you too, Bump." She said with a nod.
A grin spread across Bumper's face. He thought for a moment before nodding to himself and leaning in before softly kissing her on the lips. It was like time stopped in that moment. It was the best kiss either of them had ever had, there was no denying that.
Amy wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him a little closer to him before Bumper wrapped his arms around her waist. As they pulled away from breath, Bumper couldn't help but grin slightly.
"So, how about some ice cream tonight?" He teased, playfully wiggling his eyebrows at her.
Amy bit down on her lip, smiling slightly before nodding her head in approval. "It's a date."
So, that's all. What do you think? It was a little rushed, I know, but I'm not really interested in this story anymore. But, I don't like disappointing people who actually likes my stories so, I've delivered.
