An: There really is no excuse for not updating for so long. I am sorry though. I had Spanish class (I got a D), I had to find a job to pay for classes (didn't happen) and then a wedding to attend out of state so I was under stress for a while. For those that asked for the non-edited last chapter from my other site, probably read this chapter already, thanks! As I type this, I am brainstorming the next chapter. So we will see if I will have the next one uploaded by the end of the week!

Sheldon woke up yelling "Danger danger" He looks around and realizes that he was in his room, in his bed. He sighs and runs his fingers through his hair. He looks at the clock and realizes that it is only 3am!

'So much for my REM sleep cycle! Guess I should go get some tea to help me get back to sleep' Thought Sheldon as he slowly gets out of bed and puts on his housecoat.

It's been the same dream for the past 2 ½ weeks involving Penny and it revolves around him winning that award! He doesn't remember anything about that night after the speech but the dream he has been having played into his feelings for Penny and involves him having sex with her. He knows the social conventions about going after your roommate's ex-girlfriend but he just can't help it! He first realized he was falling for Penny, was when he was taking Penny to the doctor for her dislocated shoulder. When they got back, he sang soft kitty to her and watched her sleep.

He quietly steps out of his room and heads to the kitchen to make tea. While he waited for the water to boil, he hears Leonard getting up also. Sheldon sighs. He rather not deal with Leonard asking questions as to why he is up so early. Sheldon is usually really quiet making his tea at this time of night. Despite him being a terrible liar, he has kept the truth that he wanted Penny and was losing sleep from his friends. But it was taking a terrible toll on him. He needed to get rid of this dream by talking about it with Penny, but because she was with Bernadette for a while, he just kept it to himself. His Vulcan hearing picks up Leonard leaving his room to come to the kitchen. Sheldon turns his back to tend to the hot water pretending not to hear Leonard. Leonard turns the corner.

"Sheldon what are you doing up? It's three in the morning! We have to give presentations to upcoming students tomorrow!" Yelled a frustrated Leonard

"I know what time it is Leonard. I just wanted something to drink. I still don't understand why I have to give a presentation tomorrow."

"We have been over this so many times Sheldon! Dr. Gablehauser said if we want to keep our funds and our jobs, we must do this! This isn't like you to be up this early. Are you okay? I heard you yell 'Danger danger' from your room a couple of minutes ago."

"Yes Leonard I am fine. I just had a bad dream about me being Spock and getting it on with one of the ladies from the Orion system." Lied Sheldon

Leonard watched to see if Sheldon had a tick. Seeing none, he sighs and shakes his head.

"Okay. You need to stop watching Star trek before bed. Now drink your tea and go to sleep Sheldon or else everyone will see your weird Uvula and we both know how you feel about people seeing your weird Uvula when you speak."

"Okay Leonard, go back to bed now. We also don't need you being crabby when we present, which will bring up your bad childhood to the students and we don't want to scare them."

"Yea yea. Goodnight Sheldon"

"Goodnight Leonard"

Leonard turns around and heads back to his room. Once Sheldon was sure Leonard was in bed sleeping, Sheldon headed to his spot on the couch and looked at the blank screen on the tv while he drinks his tea. Even while drinking his tea he is still troubled.

'This dream is starting to take its toll. I need to talk to Penny when she gets back. I hope she gets back soon. I know once she gets back and we talk about it, everything will be fine and I will get over whatever it is that is plaguing me. Now I better go to bed.'

Sheldon downs his teas and slowly heads to his room. Once he was settled in, he lets the tea sooth him and slowly drifts off to sleep.

Pennypennypennypennypennypennypennypennypenny

Penny sat on the couch in Bernadette's house. Bernadette was asleep in her room. True to her word, Penny hasn't had a drop since she came to be a guest here. But she really wants one. She's been going through the motions since she has become pregnant. What made matters worse, is that her boss found out and limited her hours and told her she will be working behind the bar till she is ready to pop which will make it hard to pay for her bills, her doctor appointments and upcoming hospital bill. She Also asked her boss to assign someone else to take over the table on Tuesdays so she didn't have to see Sheldon and them and answer their questions. The boss agreed but warned her that if the crazy guy makes a fuss for his customers, she will have to only take care of them and she will lose the two extra dollars for that day.

When she is back at Bernadette's house, the doorbell has been ringing off the hook with either Howard coming over for some sexy fun time, or trying to see if Penny and Bernadette getting it on, or Leonard being his whinny self and wanting to see her, or Amy trying to initiate 'girls night' with sleepovers and going out to drink. Amy finally got the message when Bernadette yelled at her a couple of hours ago saying that it wasn't going to happen and to give Penny space. Penny laid her head down on the right side of the couch pretending that she laying her head on Sheldon's spot. She smiles for a minute before the tears start to silently fall down her face and onto the carpet. After 20 minutes of silently crying, penny gets up and heads to the kitchen again to make some tea. This makes her tear up again. She drops the glass into the sink and runs to her room to cry on her bed.

'I miss everyone. I wish I could go back in time and not have sex with Sheldon or Leonard!'

Penny cries herself to sleep.

Bernadette hears the crying from her room and sighs. She knows that in a couple of days that she needs to go back to her apartment but she's worried that she might do something drastic. All she can do it pray that Penny doesn't do something stupid. Bernadette sighs again and lays down.
