"Right everyone let's have a warm welcome for out new students from the Palm Woods!" Everyone clapped as Ms Vende lead them to their seats. "Right, today class I have decided that you will have a new school project!" Tori and Andre looked at each other and both groaned, after all they still had they're project for 'Advanced R&B' to finish. Ms V ploughed on, ignoring the displeased expressions of her students, "I'm going to put you into groups and you'll have to perform a song per group… I've been watching 'Glee' re-runs a lot recently and I want your performces to be show choir-ish. Does everyone understand?"
They nodded, rolling their eyes at the old womens obsessional personality, thinking back to the time she'd asked them to sing only songs from beauty and the beast because she'd become obsessed with Disney movies. She grinned and picked up a clip board from her desk, "Okay, now don't worry I've added in the new students as well. In group one we have: Jade, Andre, Logan, Tori and James"
She stopped to allow the students to sit together. Before going to sit with her group, Jade turned to Beck with a sarcastic smile, "This day just keeps getting better and better! Not only do I get James in my group, but Vega as well! And to make it even more amazing, I'm in a show choir! Yay!" She said, venom lacing her voice. Under usual circumstances, Beck would chuckle at Jade's sarcastic ways, but not today. Not when she was off to spend a lot of time with him. Once she'd gone, Beck kicked a chair angrily. Why was he suddenly getting so jealous? He asked himself as he apologised to Robbie for 'accidently' kicking him out of his seat in his rage.
"And in group two," Ms V carried on, oblivious to Beck's previous anger, "We have Camille, Robbie, Beck, Jo and Sinjin." Kendall sighed, annoyed that Jo wasn't in his group, but he was happy that at least Jo and Camille had been put together. Lucy glanced at Kendall's expression and felt her mood deteriorate even more. When Kendall had asked her to come with him to Hollywood Arts she'd thought it was because maybe he liked her as more than a friend, but it turned out that it was only because she was friends with Camille. Lucy hated to admit it but, she knew deep down she had a crush on Kendall and there was no denying it. Lucy wasn't exactly friends with Jo, but she was defiantly a little bit jealous of her relationship with Kendall and her flawless looks.
"And in group three we have Cat, Lucy, Kendall and Carlos." Lucy couldn't help but grin as she walked over to her group. Could she have got luckier? Of course she wasn't going to try anything, Kendall and Jo were obviously very much in love and she's feel really guilty if she were the one to change that, but she couldn't stop herself from adding a little extra skip into her step.
Ms Vende carried on reading out the groups. She finished and asked them to discuss a song choice. Suddenly Trina burst in to the room closely followed by the school guidance counsellor, Lane. "Ah, Ms Vende I've been asked to bring you Trina Vega. She's a senior at Hollywood Arts, and she recently failed her Singing exam so we've had to move her down to this class. Is that Okay?" Trina scowled in her Gucci boots. Ms V ignored her expression and cracked a warm smile, "The more the merrier! Trina you can join group three and they'll explain the project to you. Take a seat." She gestured to Kendall, Carlos, Cat and Lucy who were sitting together, glancing, annoyed at the new comer… Well as annoyed as Cat could ever manage to look…
"Right, There are only a few rules when it comes to this project, at least three members of your group have to sing and the performances must be apporiate for younger audiences… let's say 10 plus." Ms Vende added, glancing at Jade as she remembered the gothic girls performance of Thriller…
