Hey guys I'm finally updating! Yay I'm so happy that so many of you are following this story, I didn't think it was that amazing but after reading it a couple of times I agree it's alright
Oh and I recommend listening to "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan, as that was what I was listening to while writing this.
Anyways on to chapter 4!
Castiel awoke that morning bright and early, he ate some toast, grabbed his bag and made his way to Chuck's house. He walked up the stone path to his front porch and knocked once.
After a moment or so Chuck opened the door smiling.
"Hey Cas, you ready to go to school then?"
"Yep let's go"
They walked in silence for about 2 minutes until Chuck spoke.
"So could you explain to me again what you said to Dean?"
"I whispered in his ear, I know you want me" Cas smiled
Chuck shuddered.
Castiel laughed.
"Hey you asked, don't ask if you don't wanna know"
"I know, but I'm actually interested in this, I mean freaking Dean Winchester might be gay, and you might be the one he's gay for!"
They entered the school building and made their way over to their lockers.
"I mean who wouldn't be interested?"
Castiel was about to speak when Chuck fell.
"Chuck, are yo-
Gabriel had tripped Chuck and had thrown his bag to the other side of the corridor.
Uriel grabbed the scruff of Castiel's collar and shoved him up against his locker.
"What's going on between you and Winchester?" He whispered.
"I don't know what yo- ahh" Castiel gasped out in pain as Uriel punched him hard in the stomach.
Dean walked over to them.
"Oy mate leave them alone, they didn't do anything"
Uriel threw Castiel on the floor.
"You like him then do you?"
"No, I'm just sayi-
"WELL DON'T JUST SAY!"
Uriel stormed off and Gabriel followed.
Dean offered his hand to a winded Castiel.
"Tha-nks" He coughed
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah I should be now...Um I'm going to go now thanks Dean"
Castiel helped Chuck with his things and walked down the halls with him, leaving Dean standing.
Dean sighed and leaned against the locker door, he watched Castiel walk away.
He had no idea what to do, he really did like him, but he noticed that he didn't notice any other guys, the thought that he was only gay for Castiel actually comforted him.
Dean's POV:
The day seemed to drag on for Dean, Cas was the only thing that was on his mind. He had to do something about it. He was afraid of what his friends would think of him.
He decided to ask Sam about it when he got home.
~school activities~
Dean walked home listening to Metallica on his IPod; it made him feel ready to talk to Sam. He walked inside, threw his bag in the corner of the room and went to go sit on the couch where Sam was sitting.
"Hey Dean how was school?" Sam was home sick with the flu.
"Um...it was good"
Sam noticed the worry in Dean's voice.
"Dean is something wrong, you can tell me anything you know"
"Sammy, Um I think I like someone"
Sam smiled
"That's great...isn't it?"
"Well, it's a guy"
The room became silent.
Dean waited impatiently for Sam's response.
"So...you're gay Dean?"
"Well that's the thing actually, I still notice girls...you know in that way"
"So you're gay for this guy then?"
"I suppose"
Sam's face suddenly turned into a mask of disgust.
"It's not Gabriel is it?"
"No" Dean said surprised.
"Oh good" Sam smiled
"Why?"
"Oh no reason"
Dean shook off his brothers odd question and continued with the current subject.
"Wait so you're okay with it then?"
"Dean you're my brother I'll love you no matter who you are, or who you choose to be"
Dean threw his arms around his little brother.
"Um Dean...can't breathe"
Dean laughed
"Sorry, I just didn't expect you to approve is all"
"I'm hurt Dean" Sam said jokingly.
After doing his homework Dean went over to his bed and fell asleep.
Dean's Dream~
I was walking through an empty park when I saw Castiel walk up to me with a smile on his face.
"Hey Cas"
Castiel didn't speak instead he pressed his lips to mine. I took in the taste of honey and vanilla, I was for the first time...happy. I pulled him closer and knotted my hand's in his thick black locks, just like I did last time. I pulled away but kept my arms around him, I looked at him and smiled, he smiled back.
We stayed like that for god only knows how long, just staring at each other smiling, it was the kind of moment where there was no need for words.
"Dean you have very pretty eyes" He said in that rough voice that was somehow also sweet.
"You do to" I replied.
"Dean"
"Yes"
"DEAN"!
Dean awoke quickly realising it was his brother talking.
"Dean you're gonna be late hurry up"
Dean smiled after his brother left his room, if he was that happy in his dream then he was bound to be ten times happier if it was real...it had to be real.
Dean was going to make it real.
