Day 2, afternoon
So... Now there's four of us. We're in a café and just had a nice lunch. Marianna will be our Medic. She was found near the Yggdrasil Labyrinth a couple of weeks ago, with a serious case of Amnesia. Dr. Hofman, the 'leader' of Ceft Apothecary and main Healer of Etria, took her in and cared for her like she were the grandchild he never had. She has quite a sweet yet serious personality. Then there's our Alchemist... I don't know where Zihan found him, but he looks kind of creepy with his pitch black hair and blood red eye. His haircut hides his right eye from view... If he even has it... He's really damn quiet. He's been around for an hour or so, but all he's said so far was 'Veleno.' and only as a response to Mariana asking his name... From that one word though, I could hear he has a deep voice for one so young. He looks as if he, like me, only just came of age. Both Zihan and Mariana appear to be one, maybe two years older than us.
Talked about voices. I've always been told my voice is like salve for the wounded. It has a calming and soothing effect and at times even sounds like it belongs to someone of royalty. Zihan's sounds a bit as though he's been coughing a lot. And it's still changing. Mariana sounds sweet and dreamy, but I have a feeling that she's anything BUT dreamy. Veleno... Like I said, his voice is deep and has an odd hum to it. It seemed like, should I ever have trouble sleeping, I should somehow get him to talk for a bit and be able to drift of in minutes. Perhaps that's why he doesn't speak?
Anyway, after we finish our drinks we'll head down into the Labyrinth. Though the advice had been to go down with a party of five, we think we'll be able to manage with just the four of us.
