Hey everybody! I've been working on other things sorry. High school stinks...
Leaf and Gary had buried the little Zorua near the edge of the forest. Marking the grave with a stick cross. Currently they were sitting on chairs at Prof. Oak's lab.
"What did the Zorua say to you?" Gary asked, breaking the silence.
"He bit my wrist and poured his blood into the wound he created." She said simply.
Gary was looking at her oddly, however the expression disappeared and was replaced with disgust as he looked at the clock. It was 6pm. Leaf had specifically asked to go home before 6, but things happened. Getting up, he led Leaf to the door and walked beside her as she started home.
When they got there, Leaf had said a short goodbye followed by a quick hug and a peck on the cheek with a soft thank you.
Gary was used to girls kissing him and never really felt anything with it. But that kiss from Leaf made him feel giddy. He wanted to hold her close and whisper sweet nothings into her ear. He wanted to protect her from her father. He felt as though he would anything to help Leaf in anyway he could. Thinking about what just ran through his head, Gary shook his head and walked off. Silently hoping no harm comes to Leaf tonight.
With Leaf
She didn't know why she kissed him, something just came over her and she couldn't control herself. As soon as she stepped inside she hung her head in shame. Slowly and quietly, she made her way upstairs to her room. Careful not to wake her father who was sleeping on the couch. Laying down on the cold floor, she pulled the blanket around herself and closed her eyes.
It was morning when Leaf woke up. Sadly yesterday was Friday and today is Saturday, making her stay home today. She silently hoped for Gary to ask her to hangout with him, but she knew that wouldn't happen.
She froze as she heard her father's footsteps nearing her door. As he walked in, an evil grin was perched upon his face, making the room seem colder than it was.
"You shouldn't have run away like that bitch. You're mine!" He snarled at her.
As he made a lunge for her, she froze. Not knowing what to do.
He grabbed her roughly by the shoulders and slammed her into the wall. As he went to take her shirt off, she felt something inside her snap.
She stiffened and looked him in the eyes. To his surprise her eyes narrowed into slits. With force, she had pinned him to the ground. Her nails had seemed to grow longer and sharper in an instant. Making the situation even more dangerous. After he got over his initial surprise, her father rolled them over and pinned her down. She kneed him in the stomach, making him roll off of her. She swiped her nails toward his shirt, cutting him deeply. After giving him 6 deep cuts, she got up and ran out of the house, horrified by what she did. Sure, she hated the guy, but she never wanted to cause anyone harm. Even if they deserve it.
Without knowing, she had arrived at Prof. Oak's lab. Looking at the door, she knocked, hoping Gary would answer.
As the door opened, Gary's sleep face appeared, but that face changed into worry as he saw the look on her face. He quickly ushered her inside and had her sit down next to the fire. She explained everything that happened to her. And Gary just sat there, absorbing the information.
"Leaf, you didn't do anything wrong. You attacked in self defense. He would've raped you again if you hadn't done that." He said, breaking the silence that appeared when the story was over. She looked up at him, happy she was trying to make her feel better.
She stood up and moved towards him, he did the same. As she got closer, he wrapped her in a large hug. When he let go, he absorbed her looks.
She was wearing the same outfit as last night's. Her long brown hair was a bit disheveled because she hadn't got a chance to brush it. On her head little black ears were sitting there, twitching at every hidden sound. A large black and red fluffy tail protruded from her tail bone. And her blue eyes seemed a bit lighter than they were before. All in all she looked norm-
He gasped and stepped away from her, astounded. She looked up at him, slightly hurt and very confused.
Grabbing her hand, he looked into her eyes.
"Leaf, you have little fox ears on your head and a tail on your butt." He said.
