Areadbhair: Hi! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that at this stage in the Fairy Tail narrative, Elfman hadn't been able to master it and control it? Doesn't that only happen around the Phantom Lord arc? Sorry if I am wrong on that; I guess if I am, I'd explain it as Natsu being too quick for him to utilise this magic power.
