What are they doing here? I asked Hiccup as Snotlout, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Fishlegs, Gobber, and Stoick strode into our village. Only Ruff, Tuff, Fishlegs, and Gobber looked happy to see us. Or… Hiccup and Astrid, at least. They have come to sign a truce and stay for a few months. Hiccup answered. Be on your best behavior while they're here. But be ready to attack if I give the signal. I warned my Dragon Pack.
Hiccup POV
"Dress Eclipse in black, Astrid. Put your black cloak on too," I told her. "Hiccup, the reason I came with you in the first place, and why I married you, is because I love you. I've had a crush on you since we were kids," Astrid told me. Love for my wife and daughter flooded me. "I love you too, honey," I replied. "Ready? Let's go give Stoick the surprise of his life," I said as we strode outside to meet the people who had tortured me my whole life with words and fists alike.
