I followed him into the shop, then to a small room with a kitchen in it. He gestured me to sit on a chair, while he was prepairing coffee. „So, you play the guitar, eh?" I nodded. „Yeah … otherwise it would be strange to buy guitar strings, aye?" His cheeks went a litte red and he looked absolutely adorable. „Oh, yeah, right- " I grinned at him, though I hated it when people could see my bucked teeth. He grinned back. „Do you play any instruments?", I asked, trying to hold the conversation. „Yeah, I play keyboard and I sing a bit ..." „Mind playing a tune for me?" „Not at all, luv." I followed him back to the shop, and he turned on one of the keyboards. I curiously looked over his shoulder when he started to play. It was simply beautiful. The tune floated right through me and made my heart jump and give me chills down my spine. Then, all of a sudden, he started to sing. I never heared or later would never anyone hear with such a voice. It gave me goosebumps and made me want to stay here forever, just I could keep listening. To me it sounded like an angel who was singing, so melodic and soft, that I felt like I was lying on a cloud. I wasn't impressed easily, but this boy got me. Well, to be honest he already got me when he was looking at me. When he finished, he looked at me with a shy smile and I had really to hold myself back to don't freak out. „That was … awesome!" I couldn't find any other words to describe the feeling his playing and voice had brought to me. „Thanks, luv."„You should really do something with music, you're very talented", I encouraged him. „You … you think?" He looked at me unsure. „Of course!" I couldn't help but smile at him widely. He scratched the back of his neck, looking down awkwardly. „Ehm … Do you have any plans for tonight? Because eh – I thought we could sort of – you know … go eating something together ..." My heart started beating faster. „That sounds very nice …" I dryed my sweaty palms on my jeans. „Where do you want to meet?" „You know the little restaurant down the street? We could go there", he respond, now looking a bit more confident. „Or you could give me your address and I pick you up", he added with a smile. When I imagined him showing up at my house, with my alcoholic dad open the door and yelling at him to stay away from me, my stomach twisted. „Oh, thankyou but you don't have to, I'm a big girl you know." I winked at him. He grinned. „Fine! Let's meet at six." „Sure thing." I checked my watch. Damn. „I'm sorry, but I'm already a bit late … Uhm, see you later, Stu." He looked a bit disappointed but then he smiled. „See you then, Paul." I rushed out of the store with a wide grin on my face.
