That night ulrich went to sleep with mixed emotions. He didn't know what to feel, think, at times he felt angry , but why? He loves yumi. He couldnt deny. She was all he ever wanted. He blamed himself for not pouring his heart out when she was still at kadic. That day she left, he felt his heart sink. He felt this pain from his heart to up to his lungs to his throat to his mouth , stopping his ability to speak , swallow. He was mad. He felt a big knot form in his stomach. He couldn't believe it. Why would she do this? What did he do wrong he thought. Did she not care how much pain she would cause him . It's worst then death. When you die you just feel nothing ... But a broken heart? You feel paralyzed , you can't move. You can feel. You can't think . You try to put the pieces back but you can't ? Their breaking even more . Tears fall from his eyes. From being tragically sad and fucking angry at the same time . He couldn't even breath, sobbing uncontrollably.
You can't fix a broken heart , only happiness can .

Yumi didn't know what she was doing .
She needed peace, to be alone, time to think. She was unhappy , with everything . She didn't know why. She felt unlucky , depressed , sad, more depressed. There were days she wanted to die. She didn't want to feel anything anymore. She wanted to run...run and run and scream and after just collapse, she pictured herself in a farm like scene , with flowers , soft grass, looking up to the blue sky.
She felt alone . Why? She didn't know . She asked the same question everyday. She had great friends , her best friend (ulrich) to talk to. Was Ulrich the problem ? YES and NO she thought . She wanted to lock her self in a box in a corner away from light , sound . She wanted to be in the dark . She had to space she thought . Her situation with her parents only made it worse . Her mom would always pick a fight with her . Her dad would fight with her mom . They were getting a divorce. Her little brother was becoming dark, abusive to himself . Started using drugs, alcohol . He loved it . He introduced Yumi to it . She loved some Mary Jane . It made her forget all the problems she had. She used heroin , this made her calm and made her sleep thru the night . Her friends didn't know . Aelita swore she saw her one day in the bathroom shooting up up morphine . She told odd jeremie, and ulrich . Ulrich was the most affected by it . They noticed Yumi change . She became dark and cold . She didn't give three fucks about the world . Ulrich tried and intervention . Yumi felt bad and tried to stop. She couldn't. She was to addicted to it. She was hurting them, HIM with her problems. She ain't want that. So one day, she just left . Didn't tell a soul about it. She didn't have a soul anymore . Nor a heart . She was empty . She felt betrayed by everyone , by Ulrich . Her heart was broken .
Nobody could fix that.
