Hinata stared at Naruto, confusion apparent in her eyes. "What is it Naruto-kun? Yes, I can keep a secret."
Naruto grinned "Even one that would warrent your execution if you should ever hear it?"
Hinata gulped, she was curious but was it worth the risk. Then they felt a flurry of a shunshin it was Harry. "Naruto-kun, you can trust Hinata-chan. If you tell her, then she can tell her father this secret."
Naruto nodded "When the Kyuubi attacked, we all know the Yondaime destroyed it. It's a lie...You can't destroy energy or chakra and especially not a bijuu. Bijuu can be sealed, the more tails the bijuu have the less options to seal them so the kyuubi could only be sealed in a new born baby. It said that the Yondaime and I quote 'Would not ask someone to sacrifice something he wouldn't...I was born on when the Kyuubi attacked..."
Hinata's eyes widened she had seen the Yondaime's picture in the office and in her father's office. Her father and the Yondaime were on the same genin team. It didn't help that Naruto looked almost exactly like the yondaime... "Your otou-san is the Yondaime. The Yellow Flash. Who was your mother?"
"Uzumaki Kushina, the Red Got-Blood Habanero, Uzumaki Clan, Sealing, Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu mistress and Second Holder of the Kyuubi. She trained your sensei. Now we need to tell Tsunade and thats that."
Harry grinned at his two students "Naruto-chan, I created a jutsu that was derived from the rasengan and I'd be honoured if you learnt it."
Naruto could only stare, he had taught himself all of his jutsu from the library. Sure Jiraiya had helped him with his techniques, gave him some others and taught him fuuinjutsu for the most part his techniques and jutsu were his alone. "What is it sensei?"
Harry gave Izuna to Hinata, Shizune had headed home with Minato. Harry hadn't yet spent an entire day on his own with Izuna until today. "It's called Geiger Drill." He helt his arm out and he began the rasengan exercises.
Soon enough a vertical and rotating drill appeared on Harry's arm and with a colossal swing he drove it into the tree and to the young chunin's surprise it kept on going. It bore through seven trees until Harry's arm couldn't physically drive it any further then he formed a half tiger seal and the drill surged forward ploughing effortlessly into another three before flattening out and destroyed three trees in diameter and radius.
Naruto's eyes widened "That was the jutsu? It looked like the rasengan exercise.
"Based on the rasengan to make the drilling action but you need to stretch the rasengan to make it into a drill. As for making it detonate mine will be different from you. Naruto, YOU ARE NOT AND I REPEAT NOT to perform this jutsu without my supervision." Harry ordered his eyes flickering to his eternal mangekyo.
With that Harry took Izuna and vanshed again leaving the teens alone. "Lets get your fathers blessing." Naruto said with a foxlike grin, before he left he saw an envelope which had Hinata's name on.
Hinata opened it and inside was a slip of paper What would I never ask someone to sacrifice if I never had?
Hinata stared this was the clue. "Let's go Naruto-kun."
The pair left the training ground heading towards the Hyuuga Estate. Which slowly grew out of the ground with massive spiked wooden fences with one gate manned by four branch members of the Hyuuga clan.
"Hinata-sama, Hiashi-sama wants to see you right away. You're not allowed in." One of the guards said delivering his instructions and an insult at the same time.
Naruto shrugged "Hinata-chan am I allowed on your estate?"
"Hai."
"But Hinata-sama, he's the..."
"Hero that saved us sixteen years ago. You will know your place." Hinata replied coldly, making Naruto internally flinch at the sudden change in tone and attitude.
Naruto and Hinata entered the estate, Naruto splayed his fingers keeping a faster than normal rotation of chakra on his left hand ready to release a rasengan should he need to. "Follow my lead Naruto-kun. It's important that you do so."
Naruto nodded, Hiashi and Hanabi were waiting at the main house. Hinata bowed to her father, Naruto followed only to bow deeper. The lessons he had with Jiraiya on etiquette came flooding back to him. "Hyuuga-sama, my thanks for letting me onto your noble clans grounds."
Hiashi may have been a distant man at first but he cared and loved his daughters. He would do anything for them, even go against the elders who were trying to brand Hinata with the Caged Bird Seal and force her to stop seeing her friends.
"I, Hyuuga Hiashi welcome you Uzumaki Naruto to the Hyuuga estate...Tell me what can I do for you?"
Naruto had to fight to keep a grin off his face "I would ask you for your formal permission to date your eldest daughter. But you would refuse because I stand more to gain than she does but I ask you a question pertaining who I truly am."
"What is that question?"
"What would I never ask someone to sacrifice if I never had?"
Hiashi's eyes widened "In my office the both of you, Hanabi and Neji as well."
Neji, who had just finished teaching a group of the new branch members the basics of their jyuken stopped. "You wished to see me uncle?"
Soon enough the five of them were in Hiashi's office and the head of the Hyuuga clan was placing silencing seals around the office. Naruto was also layering his own on top reinforcing them.
"How long have you known, Namikaze Uzumaki Naruto? How long have you known the truth?" Questioned Hiashi seriously.
"I suspected since my Omega mission. Jiraiya-sensei only confirmed it on my training trip." Naruto replied calmly, but on the inside he was pannicing.
The slackened cage with a more patient and friendly kyuubi wasn't helping. Meanwhile Neji was trying to put everything that he had just heard together. "Naruto, are you saying that what the Iwa nin said that you were is true?"
"You mean the fact the Yondaime is my father, then yes it is true. It warranted four Iwa shinobi deaths and a six day concussion and a cracked skull."
"Six day concussion and cracked skull?"
"Jiraiya-sensei was rather fond of hitting you over the head when things went wrong. The strength of the hit depended on what you screwed up on, note fuuinjutsu screw ups tended to end in a concussion or at least dazed. What was your six days for?"
"Learning to be subtle."
Hiashi stared at Naruto, the more he stared the more he realised that the blonde was the son of his deceased team mate and close friend. "I have no problem with you 'dating' my daughter as teenagers call it these days. The moment you get permission from Hokage-sama to announce it to the world that you're the son of the late Yondaime, I want you to challenge the elders for the right to court Hinata. Do we have an accord?"
An accord meant deal, one of the many terms Naruto had picked, he bowed in respect "We have an accord Hyuuga..."
"Hiashi, please call me Hiashi."
"Hiashi-sama we have an accord."
Naruto grinned, bowed and formed a tiger seal and the smell of summer breeze swept through the office as he shunshinned away. The Hyuuga's stared at the place where the blonde was.
Naruto crashed down expertly on his bed. Thanks to some seals his clones had placed around his apartment he could shunshin to them in a heart beat. It wasn't a hiraishin, it was more of a homing shunshin where the target was a seal.
Harry was up, busy burping Minato. It was now late afternoon and early evening. Shizune was out babysitting for Kurenai and Asuma, Kakashi was out with a few friends at the ANBU training grounds and he didn't trust many of the genin not to look after his children. Out of the three of them he barely got to see his daughter.
Then he heard the knocking on his door. He settled Izuna in his crib, grabbed his katana and he made his way to the front door.
(Same time)
Deep beneath Konoha, on old man stood in the middle of what could be described as a briefing room. He was surrounded by ANBU, this would have been normal had it been the ANBU centre which was located in the basement of a supposed 'abandoned factory'.
Most ANBU facilities were located on the out skirts of the village, save for the 'roost' which was where the Rapid Assassination Squad and Hokage Guard ANBU stayed when off duty but still on shift.
The ANBU worked on a rotary shift operating with around forty ANBU at anyone time. Each shift lasted three months each with twenty on twelve hour shifts and twenty off. The difference beween the two ANBU units one lot had animal masks and the other ones of horrific monsters that only children could dream of.
The latter ANBU were gathered around the man. The man was called Danzo Shimura, the Darkness of Konoha. He had created the Foundation as his own personal army. "It had come to my attention the Hatake Clan has three new members, your orders are to deal with all opposition and claim them for the Foundation."
With that the forty Foundation members left. Generally it would normally take a team four to achieve the objective normally. They needed thirty for the Hatake clan house, the Hatake's not known for large reserves made up for it in attrionising and escalating any sort of engagement.
"KATSU!" The Foundation member murmured and the oaken door disentegrated and they stormed the house.
At the same time across the other side of the village Shizune scooped up Furawazu as Kurenai and Asuma's flat door blew open. Shizune was in the nursery when the door blew open "DOKUGIRI!" She yelled as she jumped out the nursery window. Her destination the Hatake house, which was located fifteen minutes chakra run away in straight line, suddenly the ground windows blew out.

"KATON: Grand Clearance!" Snarled Harry as he exhaled an extremely heavy petrol and oil vapoured breath before striking his katana against a piece of chakra stone and a spark was created.
Harry jumped back as the entrance hall exploded into flames taking two of his attackers straight away. "FOOLS! DANZO-SAMA WARNED US THIS WOULD HAPPEN!" Shouted 'Commander'. Harry didn't care for names, he gave all of his victims names such as 'charcoaled 1' and 'charcoaled 2' for the two bastards caught in his fire storm.
The commander had given him all of his information. "Danzo...Why is he doing...Furawazu-chan! Minato-kun! Izuna-kun!" Harry gasped.
"Surrender the children Hatake-Uchiha sampai and this is all over." Called slashed throat 1.
Harry spun on his heel and vanished with a crack, he reappeared with a bang behind Slashedthroat with a kunai in hand. Heart cut moved to intercept but Harry was already moving like a spectre of death, his katana buried deep within Heartcut and his kunai biting in Slashthroat's neck.
Harry jumped up the stairs emptying a cache of kunai and shuriken at his attackers who had now occupied the entrance hall. Cappedone to three fell next as their titles suggested by Harry taking out the knees one with a wandless nonverbal knee shattering hex, another with two kunai and the third simply had everything below the knee removed with his katana. "Six down, unknown how many remain. I have to check on Furawazu."
"Fuuinjutsu: Shrapnel kunai!" Harry shouted launching six kunai into three more who were using cabinets as shields. They did no good as Harry laced all his projectiles with either wind or lightning chakra, the result was the projectile was going through the defence to make a mess or make a mess in general.
Shizune was panting, she had snuck into a back alley only to find it was blocked "We have you now Shizune..."
She turned and their surrounding her and coming out of the wall were horrific masked ANBU, their presence making Furawazu beginning to bawl. It was then Shizune got a good look at her attackers "Root." She whispered, Furawazu was placed on her back and from her dress slid two kunai.
