AN: I was gonna post this on November 31 until I realized that there is no November 31. Man I feel silly, guess I should check the calendar more often.
I make some changes, like putting this story on the crossover section, change the rating to M just to be safe, and a note on the summary.
Anyway, here is the sixth chapter.
Chapter 6: Whirlpool Country
Las Vegas
"Again!" Tsunade shouted as she throws another ball at Suzaku who uses Mokuton to catch it. When she's discovers that Suzaku can use Mokuton, she decided to keep it a secret from the Leaf village so the information won't be leaked to other nations. She manage to retrieve the scrolls containing the list of jutsus involving Mokuton. She's been training him since six years old, they've train in few locations, the basement of Tsunade's casino, the deserts, the mountains and few more.
"Am I doing well mother?" The young Senju said, catching his breath.
His mother smiled at the good progress he's making. "You did great." Tsunade walk to the table to get some refreshments. She tossed a water bottle at Suzaku who caught it with one hand. "That's enough training training for today Suzaku." Suzaku replied with a nod as he drinks from the water bottle.
The door to the basement opened to reveal one of Tsunade's gang members, Tommy. "Boss. There's a guy looking for you. His name is Jiraiya." He told her.
"Jiraiya?" Tsunade spoke in surprise. Not expecting her old team mate would come visit her in her own casino. "Let him in."
"Yes boss." Tommy said as he went outside.
After a while, Tommy comes back, escorting Jiraiya. "Tsunade! How are you doing, It's been a while hasn't it?" He said with a silly grin.
"It's good to see you too, but how did you know where to find me?"
"During my visit to see my godson Nathan. The Emperor told me about your casino. Which by the way, I'm impress that this casino working fine, considering your bad luck in gambling." Jiraiya liked Tsunade's casino 'The Green Leaf', not only It's a place for gambling, It's also have a fancy hotel, a shopping mall and a fine restaurant, four in one.
"I thank my boys for that." Tsunade said simply. Niko, Trevor and Tommy have better luck in gambling than her.
Suzaku steps forward to meet Jiraiya. "So you're Jiraiya. My mother told me a lot about you."
Jiraiya smirks and folds his arms and gets in a show off mood. "So did your mother told you how amazing I am."
"No. She told me that you're a big pervert." This just cause Jiraiya to drop his jaw in disbelief. "And my mother also told me too stay away and avoid contact with you in fear that you'll taint me with your pervertness."
Jiraiya couldn't believe what he heard. He turns to Tsunade who smirks, enjoying his reaction. "What? I'm protecting my little baby. I don't want him to be corrupted by you."
"Come on Tsunade, I'm not that bad. I make some good story book for children."
Tsunade turns to the clock and see that It's noon. "Save it for lunch Jiraiya. Me and Suzaku were training all morning." The trio left the basement, continuing their little chat at lunch.
Hinomoto. Near Whirlpool Country
Nathan awakes to the sounds of snoring near him. He guess that It's probably Elina or Aldra. He pulled the covers and to his surprise, It's Rias. "Rias?" His cousin woke up to the sound of his voice. She looks at him and smiles.
"Oh. Good morning Naru, did you sleep well." She said to him as she rubbed her eyes.
Nathan made an adorable angry face. "Don't call me Naru, It's sounds girly. I'm fine with Naruto." He said.
"What about Nana."
"What?! That's sounds even girlyer than Naru!" Nathan whined, not liking the feminine names.
"Alright. For now on, I'm calling you Nana." Rias said, enjoying the annoyed look on her cousin's face.
Someone knocked at the door and a man called out. "you highness and lady Rias. We're approaching Whirlpool Country. Your uncle has requested that you get ready."
They can hear the man walking away from the door. Rias turn to Nathan. "You heard what he say. Time to get up and get dress."
In the docks of Whirlpool Country, awaits a crowds of people, samurais and shinobis all gathered up near the port, the reason for the big crowd is because the son of Kushina Uzumaki come to his mother's birthplace. When the cruise ship arrives, the crowd cheers for the arrival of princess Kushina's son. Prince Nathan along with his cousin, uncle and aunt, went into one of the limo, waving along the way.
Nathan look out the window and the city. it was a busy city,
It didn't take long before they get to the castle. It was a traditional Hinomotoan castle fit for a lord of a country, there they went to the gates to be greeted by the Daimyo of Whirlpool, Genryusai Uzumaki. "Welcome back my child. I see that you a luxurious trip."
"Indeed I have father. And I brought someone." Gremory gestured to Nathan.
The young prince take a low bow. "It is an honor to be in my mother's homeland."
Genryusai smiles as he approach his grandson and embrace him. "It is an honor indeed. Welcome to Whirlpool Country my dear grandson." He then gestured to the other notable individuals. "Now before we get inside. There are a few important officials who wants to meet you." He gestured to a group of people. A man accompanied by four other stepped forward.
"I would like you to meet Tohdoh Kyoshiro. The Samurai Commander of Whirlpool Country." Genryusai proudly introduced. "And the Four Holy Swords: Nagisa Chiba, Shogo Asahina, Ryoga Senba and Kosetsu Urabe,"
Tohdoh and the Four Holy Swords take a bow and greets the prince. "We are honored by your presence, your grace."
Genryusai then turn to other, looking at a woman. "And this is Shuri Himejima. Leader of the Whirlpool Shinobi Division."
Shuri Himejima hails from the Himejima clan, an influential and well respected clan in Whirlpool. Shuri is a beautiful woman with very long black hair that is tied in a ponytail and violet eyes, she have a buxom figure and wears a pink yukata with a red floral patern. Shuri is very elegant, kind and gentle, but in a fight she shows a frightening sadistic side, showing no mercy and remorse to the enemies she killed. She is a highly skilled kunoichi, deadly with shurikens and kunais, lethal with Lightning Jutsus, and what everyone feared is her bladed whip which she use with painful efficiency.
"It is an honor to meet you, Prince Nathan." She said with a sweet smile.
After the introduction of Shuri, another government figure approach to be introduced by the Daimyo. "This is Taizo Kirihara, Head of the Whirlpool Civilian Council and owner of Kirihara Merchant Guild."
Taizo take a short bow before he spoke. "It is a pleasure to meet you, son of Kushina and Minato." He greeted respectfully.
Once the introduction is over, they proceed with a tour of the of Whirlpool. There they toured through out all of Whirlpool. Whirlpool is small country, having five islands that are connected by bridges, they take a tour on the first one they're currently in, the Hanketsu Island which is the smallest island, this island houses the Royal family, Nobles, important officials and of course the Uzumaki clan, this is also the place were high class business and alliance meeting is taking place.
The second island which happens to be the largest is called Minkan Island, this is where majority of the citizens resides, It have buildings and homes both traditional Hinomotoan and western style. Next island they went is the Umi Island, this island is the second largest in Whirlpool, it had two sides, on the left side is the docks where all of the trading, merchants and business is and also the military docks, on the other is a beach that is a famous tourist spot.
Now they went to the next island that is more military oriented. Senshi Island, the third largest island, this is where they train samurais and soldiers, blacksmith and weapons smiths to forged their weapons, and also the newly constructed airfield and tank depot. Just a few decades ago Genryusai have purchased aircraft and armored vehicles from the Holy Britannian Empire, though the weapons that are bought are outdated, like the Sherman tank and Mustang fighter plane.
Now the last island they go to is Uzugakure or Village Hidden in the Whirlpools. This is the place where shinobi of Whirlpool are trained, Uzugakure are also the home of many shinobi clans, and relatives of Whirlpool shinobi can live in there as well.
Nathan get to know a lot of interesting people during this tour. During the tour in Senshi Island, He met the captains of the Samurai Division though he only remembers the few who stands out the most, like Byakuya Kuchiki the captain of the 1st Samurai Battalion Isshin Kurosaki, the captain of the 7th Samurai Battalion and his lieutenant Rangiku Matsumoto.
But there are a lot of interesting people in Uzugakure. He get to meet Shuri's daughter Akeno Himejima, the heiress of the Himejima clan who happens to be Rias closes friend, she inherit her mother's looks and personality, and also her... Sadistic side.
Nathan then met Yuroichi Shihoin, apparently the fastest woman in the village. It is said that when you see her from afar and blinks, she would be next to you with a kunai on your throat.
The next person is Akeno's other friend Issei Hyoudou, Now this got Nathan questioning on why is Akeno and Issei are friends, especially the fact that Issei is the most perverted boy in Uzugakure, peeking in ladies locker rooms and bathhouses, watching filthy junk. He is almost on the same level as Jiraiya. When he ask, Akeno simply answers that despite Issei's unusual lecherous behavior, he is a caring and protective friend. Nathan later learned that Issei save Akeno's life once during childhood and that's the reason why.
The next person the prince took notice is Kallen Kozuki, she is still a young kunoichi in training, but Yuroichi told him that Kallen is a gifted and talented girl, able to throw shurikens with precise accuracy at the age of five and learn several Jutsus at the age of six. Kallen also had an elder brother who is very talented with a sword, Noato Kozuki who is currently serving as a samurai in the Samurai Division. Both siblings come's from the Kozuki clan, a very small clan but was renown for it's men being gifted samurais and women being talented kunoichi.
Speaking of clans, the prince now get to know the other clans which is not that many like the Leaf Village. there are some clans that are too small or not well known, but there is another clan with great fame, the Mugen Tenshin clan. Nathan was introduced to the heir, Hayate and his youngest sisters Kasumi and Ayane.
Then comes the Hayabusa clan, another prominent clan in Whirlpool. They were renowned for fine assassins and fighter. The heir of the clan Ryu is betrothed to Kasumi to make the relations of the clan stronger.
After the long day meeting new people Nathan and the others return the palace where they have their supper. after their bountiful meal and long night of celebration and talking, the prince and many others' went to sleep.
Hinomoto. Iron Country
Mifune, a samurai, general and leader of Iron Country, the man of great skills with the 'Way of the Sword', known for his confrontation with the famous Hanzo of the Salamander. He and his bodyguards were in a small clearing near a fortress, soon a Britannian transport aircraft arrived, and coming out of it is Andreas Darlton, a man with great deal of fame and respect from his peers, a well known brigadier general of the Britannian Army.
"Welcome to Iron Country. My old friend." Mifune greet the Britannian general. The two met during the Third Shinobi War were they created a mutual respect and became friends.
"And I'm very honored to be here. Mifune." Andreas greeted back. After the greetings, they went to the fortress to discuss some things. "It's been a long time hasn't it? I was wondering why you suddenly requested our aid?"
A samurai hands an object to Mifune as he shows it to him. "We want your help... Because of this." He opens it to reveal a rifle, a bolt action rifle.
"That's a Russian weapon." Andreas recognized the origin. "Mosin Nagant, a bolt action rifle, holds five bullets, excellent in all ranges, but this is very outdated. Where did you find this." He asks the samurai.
"A battle. We have a traitor who believes that our current culture is dying. He thinks that we are weak for refusing to change and be modernized." Mifune explained all the events that leads to battle with almost a hundred deaths.
"So they use guns? Isn't firearms banned in Hinomoto?" Andreas thinks of the 'No Firearm' Policy, which simply states that no samurai, shinobi or any other kinds of warrior is to used this type of weapons in Hinomoto. All of the Daimyos of that time is heavily influenced by samurais, as result they created that law. They fear that this weapons can heavily change the way of the samurai.
"Time has change. That law is slowly crumbling since more Lords and Daimyos are increasingly wanting to become modern like the outside world, people back then is afraid of the outside world, but now they're desiring change." The Samurai general spoke. "We don't want the samurai culture to die, but if we are to change it and become modern like Britannia or Russia, we must do in our way."
"I understand." Andreas agreed with every word the samurai said.
"I glad you do." Mifune smiled, happy that he have a good friend. "Now. On to business." His became serious as they now discuss the current situation. "We believe that this ronins and insurgents are obtaining their weapons from a black market. Though it'll be very difficult, but with your aid, we can make things a little more easier."
"I'm glad I can help." The two generals are now making their next move against ronins who seek to make chaotic change in Hinomoto. And plans a much more peaceful way of changing the entire country.

AN: Okay, chapter is done. Sorry for the short chapter or if you feel this chapter is rushed. I try to make a longer chapter next time.

Occupation: Samurai, Commander.
Info: He was born from a small family. At age five he trained to become a samurai, showing great talent resulting in becoming a Samurai Lieutenant at the age of sixteen. During the Third Shinobi War, he and a small platoon of samurai encountered the infamous Seven Swordsman of the Mist. Knowing that his comrade is going to be slaughtered, Tohdoh told them to get help while he stay to fend them off. He fought the Seven Swordsmen alone and he fought hard, he manage to kill one and wounded another one before reinforcements arrive. After the fight he was nicknamed Tohdoh of Miracles, because he is one of the very few who able to fought all Seven Swordmen and live. He achieve many amazing feats, and later on he became a Samurai Commander.
