Well, in my hurried panic that I wasn't going to finish this by the time I wanted to, I finished early. Whoops! So, this is a Huntlynn fic. And, the third True Hearts Day webisode isn't up yet, so this is my prediction of what should happen. Enjoy!

It had been a day. One whole grueling day and Hunter knew he would never be over her. Well, at least, he thinks. Hunter tried everything that he could think of but nothing got Ashlynn Ella out of his head. He tried doing extra homework with Dexter and sparring with Daring. He even started a in-dorm garden, that is, until Dexter's allergies started acting up. But it was useless. Ashlynn was his world and she was all he could think of. No matter how hard he tired though, she couldn't get out of his head.

Sighing, Hunter flung himself down onto his bed, burying his face in his pillow. There was no Dexter in sight, so he could sulk in peace. Even a walk around the forest couldn't help him clear his mind. Every path he took seemed to lead him back to his and Ashlynn's old meeting places or his and Ashlynn's picnic areas. It was as though she was everywhere.

That was when the thought hit him. She was everywhere. She was all over his cloths that didn't seem to want to give up the smell of her perfume. She was all over his room with pictures and gifts that she gave him. She was all over him, and that was why he couldn't get her out of his head. And, for the first time in the last hour or so, he liked it. He loved it. He thrived on it to the point where he was smiling and laughing to himself over all their past times.

With a sudden compulsion, he reached over to his bed-side table and pulled a small notebook off of it. Black leather bound the pristine white pages and rich black ink was scrawled all over it as his excuse of handwriting. Flipping to the first blank page he could find, he began to pour all the wonderful memories onto the page. Soon he had gone through a page. Then two. Then three. A final fourth and he was finished. Smiling again, he signed his name along the bottom and reached for an envelope. Tucking the pages into the green envelope, he wrote a name along the front; her name.

With that, he set off again. This time not to get the girl of his dreams out of his head, but to let her know that she was all he could think about. Coming to a familiar door in the girls dormitories, he placed the note on the ground tucked under the welcome mat (Briar said it made it feel more homey). Knocking twice he swiftly turned and walked away. As he rounded the corner, he heard to door open and stayed long enough to hear a gasp. Smiling once more he returned to his room in peace.

A light streamed through the windows in his dorm, Hunter woke with a smile on his face. By now, his love letter will be all around the school and for once he wasn't self conscious about it. He wanted to whole school to know how much he loved Ashlynn, even if it was forbidden.

Staying in bed for another few minutes, basking in the warmth of pride and his blankets, there was a soft knock at his door. Dexter made a sound similar to grumbling for Hunter to get it. Giving a sigh, he broke the cocoon of blankets and stumbled sleepily to the door, after throwing a pillow in the direction of the future king, that is. Opening the door he was greeted only by a cold wintery breeze and the morning sun. Hunter looked around, trying to find the source of the knocking but came up with nothing. Giving a second sigh, he rubbed sleepily at his eyes and made to go back inside. That was when he saw it. A small baby blue envelope with delicate handwriting on the front: 'To my Hunter.'

So there it is! I'm not a huge Huntlynn fan, so I hope I did the couple justice. In case you didn't guess, they went back to secretly dating. So there! I will see you guys real soon with a Swan Thief one-shot. But for now: Bye!
