A/N:

Hey guys, sorry about the wait. I had started school last Monday, so I was getting ready for that these last couple of weeks and I didn't have much time to write.

Hope you guys do enjoy this chapter. The next few chapters will be more dramatic and things happening. I do have a general story line which I am trying to follow, but I need to set up Link and Zelda's relationship before I can really get into how this story will play out.

And guys, please calm down. I get all these messages saying 'Continue please!', 'Continue?', 'Where are you?'.

Seriously guys I'm not dead I just have other things to do, like high school, helping my friend move to college, and all my friends are turning 16 this school year so I have to go to sweet sixteen parties.

So calm down, I'm not dead, I'm just busy. I'll get to the story when I get to it, I just have other obligations first.

Anyways, thank you for everyone who reviewed, favorited, and alerted. Means a lot.

Enjoy!

Link and Zelda's Apartment

6:32 PM

"Link, that doesn't go there."

"Yes it does."

"Since when?"

"Since forever."

"We haven't even been here forever!"

"It seems like forever when you're living with you." Zelda had thrown a shirt at Link.

"Shut up." Link just laughed as he folded the shirt. Link and Zelda were folding clothes on the snowy evening, having put it off the past couple of days.

"Christmas is in 10 days." Link stated.

"I know." Zelda said as she folded one of Link's old shirts.

"We have to go shopping soon, you know for everyone else."

"Well, tomorrow's Saturday, and I don't have school."

"I think I have work tomorrow but, I can take the day off." Link said as he shrugged, folding a pair of pants.

"You sure? I know you just got back to work and everything." Zelda said as she looked up at him. Link looked at her and gave a small smile.

"It's fine. Chief Gretzky said I could have as many days off as I need until the end of the year because of my injury. I think it'll be okay to take one day off so I can spend it with my lovely girlfriend." Zelda giggled and leaned over the bed to give him a kiss on the cheek.

"Thank you."

"But, if we're shopping together tomorrow, then you can't buy me my gift." Link said as he smirked at him.

"Then you can't buy me my gift either."

"I already did."

"What?" Zelda looked up at her boyfriend and raised an eyebrow. "When?"

"A week or so ago." Link shrugged like it was nothing. Zelda broke out laughing. "What?"

"You're such a good boyfriend." Zelda said as she pulled his collar down and kissed him.

Castle Town Mall

12:01 PM

Link crossed his eyes and rolled his eyes for what seemed like the umpteenth time that day.

"Zelda do we have to go into another one of these stores?" Link asked.

"I still haven't found Malon anything! Of course we do." Zelda turned, faced Link, and mimicked his appearance.

"But, Zelda-"

"Don't but Zelda me."

"Zelda, I still haven't found any thing for the guys yet." Link and Zelda had both agreed that Zelda would shop for the girls while Link shopped for the boys to make it easier on them and easier on their wallets.

"We'll go shopping for them after we go into this store."

"You're making this difficult aren't you?"

"Please Link." Zelda gave a pout that she knew Link couldn't refuse.

"Don't give me that face." Link said as he raised his eyebrow.

"Please." She then stood up on her tiptoes and kissed him.

"Fine, you win."

"I always win."

Link and Zelda's apartment

7:34 PM

Soon after shopping, Link and Zelda had gone out for dinner, which was against Link's will to say the least. Link was now sitting in their living room watching the news while Zelda was in their small kitchen doing whatever she was doing.

'In other news the Terminan High Court rules-'

"Link! Could you come in here for a moment please!" Zelda called from the kitchen. Link got up off the couch and walked over to the window in the wall that the kitchen was connected to.

"Yeah?" Link asked as he leaned on the windowsill.

"Happy Birthday!" She said as she held up a cupcake on a plate.

"Zelda," Link said. "Why is the candle a four?" Zelda turned red.

"I couldn't find any regular candles or any ones or nines." Zelda said as she looked down at the vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting and a number four candle. Link kissed her on the cheek.

"I still love it all the same."

"Happy nineteenth birthday, Link."

Sheik's basement

Ordon

8:20 PM

"Checkmate." Mikau said as Darunia looked at the chess board trying to figure out what had just happened.

"Damn." Darunia said as leaned back into the chair.

"What's that 10 to none?" Sheik said as he laughed at the losing streak Darunia had just had.

"Shut up." Everyone else had laughed along with Sheik's joke.

"So, Sheik I heard you and Malon had a little 'fun'?" Darunia said as his wriggled his eyebrows to make sure everyone got the meaning.

"Yeah, yeah, we did."

"Was she good?" Darunia asked.

"Are you really gonna ask that, Darunia?" Mikau asked.

"Why not?" Darunia had shrugged.

"Darunia, I'm not one to kiss and tell." Sheik said.

"Or fuck and tell." Darunia corrected. They all laughed.

"What about you Link?" Sheik asked as he turned to Link.

"What about me?" Link asked.

"Have you and Zelda had sex yet?"

"No. Why would we?"

"Well, you two are living in an apartment together, in the city, and it was your birthday last week." Darunia said.

"The answer is still no. The thought hasn't even crossed my mind." All the other boys raised their eyebrows at that comment. "Well maybe once or twice but, not a lot. My mind has been on other things."

"So, you've never even tried anything?" Mikau asked.

"No. She doesn't even seem like she wants to anyways."

"Wow. That's shocking." Sheik asked.

"What is?"

"You and Zelda not having sex yet. Are you still a virgin?"

"Yeah." Link said, like it was nothing.

"That's even more shocking."

"How is that shocking? Isn't it only you and Darunia that has gotten with a girl?"

"Has Mikau gotten with a girl?" Darunia said as they turned and looked at him.

"Have you?" Sheik asked. Mikau nodded.

"Really?" Darunia said, surprised.

"Yeah, when me and Lulu were dating a while back."

"Well, that means it's just you Link." Everyone had laughed, except Link.

Sheik's Kitchen

Ordon

8:30 PM

"Malon, please don't add anymore cheese."

"It's mac and cheese, it's supposed to be cheesy."

"There isn't supposed to be that much cheese!" Saria said as she tried to get the cheese out of Malon's hands.

"Mac and cheese for dinner, at a Christmas party?" Nabooru had asked Ruto and Zelda, whom were all sitting at the table.

"Do you think any of us know how to cook anything else?" Ruto asked.

"Well, Zelda could have cooked chicken or something. I mean she's gotta cook for her man." Nabooru said as she raised an eyebrow at the blonde next to her.

"I don't cook for him every night. Sometimes he's at work and will just pick something up or he cooks." Zelda said as she looked at her friend.

"Shirtless?" Ruto asked as she looked up from her magazine.

"Why would Link cook shirtless?" Zelda asked.

"To get you in the mood."

"That's disgusting."

"Are you really telling me hes never done that?" Ruto said, shocked.

"No." Zelda stated.

"Wow, I love when guys do that. It's very hot, and it does get a girl in the mood." Nabooru had laughed at that.

"Why are we friends?" Zelda asked.

"Because."

"Have you guys even done anything yet?" Malon asked from the stove.

"No." Zelda answered.

"Really?!" Nabooru and Ruto said at the same time.

"What?" Zelda asked, defensively.

"You two live together, sleep in the same bed together, and you mean to tell us that you two have never done anything?" Nabooru said.

"Yes. Cause we haven't."

"Well you need to get on that." Ruto said.

"Sure I do." Zelda said sarcastically.

"Why don't you go call the boys up. Dinner's ready." Saria said.

"Finally something better to do." Zelda said as she got up and walked over to the basement door. "Guys! Dinner!" She screamed.

"Food!" She heard, then the pounding of steps on the stairs. Zelda took her seat in the dining room.

"Link loses!" Darunia screamed as the first three boys ran into the dining room, followed by Link.

"I would have won if Sheik hadn't pushed me down the stairs." Link said as he sat down next to Zelda.

"You deserved it." Sheik said.

"You're not hurt are you?" Zelda whispered to Link.

"No, not really. My arm hurts a bit but, nothing major." Link whispered while rubbing the shoulder that had been shot a month prior. Zelda had grabbed his hand under the table and squeezed it.

"You have to stop doing dangerous things. You could hurt yourself even more."

"I'll be fine, Zel. Really. It's just sore, it'll go away."

"It better."

Harkinian House

11:34 PM

"I never realized how loud Ruto and Sheik were." Zelda said as they pulled up to her parent's house, which they were staying at for the weekend.

"I think it's just because we haven't seen them in a month or so that they seem louder than they actually are." Link reassured. He put the car in park and turned to Zelda. "Zel, can I ask you something?"

"Sure, Link. What's wrong?"

"Are you still a virgin?" Zelda was taken back by the question.

"What?!"

"I was just asking. We were talking about that kind of stuff before dinner and I wondered if you were."

"Well, yes I am. Are you?"

"Of course I am. I haven't been with anyone long enough to get to that stage."

"Neither have I. Why were you wondering that?"

"I don't know. I think we're the only two that haven't had 'done it' yet." Link said.

"No, Saria and Nabooru haven't done anything yet. Sheik and Malon have and Ruto just does it with everything she sees!"

"Yeah that's true!"

"We should probably be getting inside." Zelda said. Link nodded and got out of the car. He opened Zelda's door and she said a quick thank you.

They walked up the steps to her front door. Zelda fished through her purse for the key and when she opened the door she was blasted with screaming. It sounded like her mother and sister were fighting in the kitchen.

"What's going on?" Link asked.

"No idea," Zelda said as she started walking up the stairs to the kitchen, Link in tow behind her.

"You're sixteen! This shouldn't be happening!" Mrs. Harkinian screamed at Crystal.

"Well it's happening!" Crystal screamed back. Link and Zelda stood in the doorway watching the scene. Crystal and Mrs. Harkinian stood in the middle of the kitchen, both beet red in the face from screaming at each other. Mr. Harkinian was sitting in his chair in the conjoined sitting room, and Zeke was sitting on a stool at the island.

"Jim! Will you get up and tell your daughter why this is so bad!" Mrs. Harkinian said to her husband.

"I know it's bad! I'm not an idiot!" Crystal screamed.

"Don't tell me you're not an idiot when this is happening!" Mrs. Harkinian said.

"Honey, I know this is bad but, it's happened and screaming isn't going to help our situation," Mr. Harkinian said very calmly.

"What's going on?" Link interrupted.

"Ugh!" Crystal groaned as she stomped out of the kitchen, shoving Zelda and Link out of the way in the process.

"What?" Link asked again as he watched her go down the hallway to her room.

"I'm going to bed." Mrs. Harkinian said as she walked out of the kitchen, more calmly, and walked down the hallway to her own room.

"Daddy," Zelda said. "What's going on?"

"Your sister is pregnant."
