So did you enjoy the movie? He asked her, taking a sip from his coffe cup.
Yeah, pretty much! Thanks for the invitation, Tsubasa!
Actually I didnt think, it would turn out that good! Ive seen the old version of the movie.
There had been an old version? Madoka asked surprised.
Sure! My father had it, as video tape. Its a version from 1955!
Oh wow! That sure is an old version!, Madoka laughed.
Madoka and Tsubasa were on a date. They had been at the movies and now they were sitting in a cafe now, talking about the movie. Madoka had told Tsubasa, that she wanted to see that new movie, so they went there. Madoka really enjoyed the movie. And it was always nice, dicussing the movie afterwards with a cup of hot chocolate and a tasty piece of cake. Tsubasa really did know, where you can spend a nice afternoon. Madoka didnt even notice the cafe before. She always used to go to the same place, she went with Hikaru. Tsubasa showed her this place today and Madoka liked it pretty much.
While they talked, the weather started changing. Before the sky had been blue, but now many grey clouds were covering the sky. A thunderstorm was approaching. There was a strong wind, that sprung up. The people walking outside, started walking faster. No one wanted to be outside, when the storm was raging. Actually the upcoming storm could be sensed. It was as if the air was getting electrically charged. Tsubasa noticed the sudden weather change first.
A storm is approaching! He said.
Madoka turned around and had a look outside. She had been sitting with her back to the window.
Yeah, you are right! She was surprised about the sudden weather change.
Did you bring an umbrella? Tsubasa asked her, grinning.
No, the weather today looked so great! I didnt expect rain!
Mmmmhhh, me neither, he smiled. We should probably leave now, if we dont want to get drenched in rain. He sighed.
Okay! Madoka said. Tsubasa walked her home, as he always did.
They arrived at the B-Pit, before the storm started. They had to hurry a bit, since the first rain drops started falling down.
Dont you want to come in? Madoka asked, as he walked her to the door. She was worried, that Tsubasa would have to walk through the pouring rain.
No, its okay!
Are you sure?
Tsubasa smiled sadly.
Yeah, I still have to type my report for work. Please tell your father my greetings.
Oh, okay!
Well, then...see you! Tsubasa said, aiming to walk away.
Before Tsubasa could leave however, Madoka stopped him. She pulled on his shirt. There was something, she wanted to ask since a while ago. She blushed, when he looked at her surprised.
Madoka?
There has been something I wanted to ask...she muttered embarrassed. Suddenly she felt real intimate towards him and wished that she didnt bring it up.
Well...it is kind of too late now...
Tsubasa smiled gently at her.
What is it? He asked her friendly.
eh...well...ehm, Madoka felt nervous, still she asked. W-what is it, that made you fall for me?
There, she had finally said it!
Tsubasa looked surprised. He didnt expect her to ask that.
You dont see it, do you?
Huh?
Madoka heart started pounding, when Tsubasa gently stroked her cheek with his fingers.
I fall for you, because I love the way, your eyes shine, when you smile. I love your beautiful maroon hair. I love your blue eyes. I love the way you laugh. I love the way, you care about your friends and the way, you put all your heart into something. You care about other people, more than you do about yourself! You are kind, generous and smart! Simply amazing! I have never met someone like you...
Madoka felt really touched. She never expected that to be his answer. Tsubasa bent down to her.
Does that answer your question? He whispered right into her ear. Madoka couldnt help it, but feel a shiver run all over her. Her heart was beating so fast, that she had the feeling she couldnt breath anymore. She only nodded shyly. Tsubasa chuckled. Then he gently kissed her on the cheek, as he withdrew from her. Madoka froze in surprise. She didnt see that coming. Tsubasa had a very mischievous smile on his lips, as looked at her.
Im off, he murmured and walked away. Blushing, she touched her cheek, the place where his lips touched her, felt so warm...
Madoka looked at him, until his figure disappeared into the crowd. She noticed, that it had started raining. Then she remembered, that she could have given him- at least- an umbrealla from her home.
Madoka didnt know what to think, about what happened right now. It was as if her mind had completely gone blank. Feeling a mess, she entered the B-Pit. Her father was working on the laptop, as she entered.
Hey there! How has it been? He asked her, looking up from the screen.
The weather changed quite abruptly, right? Eh?
Mr. Amano noticed Madoka´s face.
Her face was red all over and she looked bewildered.
He got up from his chair and went over to her. Hey, honey? Everything alright?
Y-yeah...Im fine, Madoka answered quickly. The movies had been great!
Hmm...her father still looked suspicious.
So how was your day? Madoka asked him, in an attempt to change the topic. Did you eat? Or shall I make you something?
Im fine, thanks! I already had some rice balls!
I see...
What about you? Are you hungry?
Madoka shook her head. She didnt feel hungry at all. All she wanted, was to go to her room.
Im a bit tired, she said and went over to the stairs. As she passed the working desk of her father, she noticed that Pegasus was still there. Her father had helped her repairing the bey and yesterday they got finished. It is quite weird, that Ginga didnt come around the past two days, Madoka thought . Normally he would come around two times a day, to ask if his bey is finally finished. But now?
At the beginning, he even stayed at Madokas place, when she repaired his bey. That was quite abnormal for Ginga! Madoka couldnt help it, but feel a little bit worried.
Ginga, didnt come around today, did he? She asked her father, even though she already knew the answer. If he really had been there, his bey sure wouldnt be laying on the desk.
Ginga? No, he didnt... Her father answered her.
Hmm...Madoka frowned. She went upsatirs. It was making her feel uneasy. Yesterday she tried callig him, but he didnt answer. Madoka decided to try it again. She changed her cloths and wrapped herself in a blanket. She didnt know why, but for some reasons she felt cold. Then she sat in her favorite spot in her room, on the window board of her room. The board was wide enough, so that you could sit on it and watch the street in front of her house. She got her mobile phone and tried calling him. Normally she didnt call him at all! Since he came to the B-pit nearly every day. Just what happened to him? Madoka felt really worried. Again he didnt answer her call. Sighing Madoka put the phone beside her and looked out from the window. The strom was raging pretty strongly outside. From time to time, there was the sound of thunder. Rain was hitting her window violently. The wind was howling loudly.
Madoka thought about what happened before. Tsubasa kissed her cheek! For some reasons, she couldnt feel happy about it. She had a bad conscience. Tsubasa was the perfect boyfriend. Tall, handsome, intelligent, kind, considerate, fun, loving, dependable, responsible...she could go on and on enumerate all his virtues. And he was trying so hard for her! Why only couldnt she simply fall for him? She liked him. She really liked him a lot. But she knew that, she didnt love him. Not yet. She thought that Tsubasa is everything she wants for a boyfriend, why cant she accept his love now that he confessed to her? Isnt that what she always wished for? Well...not really, every time when she pictured herself together with her boyfriend, she always had the picture of another person...a red- haired guy, with warm golden eyes and a dimpled smile...
Frustrated, she hit her head against the cold glass of the window. Im soooooo stupid, she thought furiously. When am I finally going to accept reality? Ginga doesnt like me this way! I have to stop thinking about him! Suddenly she noticed someone walking in the street. It was already dark outside, the thunder had gone away...but it was still raining hard. Who the hell was out there in such weather? Madoka looked curiously out of her window! Hmm...no way! She didnt believe her eyes! Speaking of the devil...It was Ginga! He didnt even have an umbrella!
Madoka rushed downstairs, as fast as she could. She slipped into her boots and took her rain coat.
For some reasons, she felt really excited. It had been a while ago, since she saw him. Why didnt he answer her calls? Did he come here to get his bey?
She opened the front door, calling out for him. It was pouring with rain.
Surprised he turned around, when he heard someone call his name. Madoka went after him. It didnt look as if he had wanted to go to the B-pit. He had already passed it and continued walking.
Ginga! Wait!, she cried, against the wind. The wind was blowing very strongly. The cap of her coat was thrown back, since the wind was that strong. Her hair was starting to get wet, but Madoka couldnt care less. She really wanted to see him. Why didnt he come to the B-Pit?
Ginga looked surprised, as he realized, that it was Madoka. He stopped at the roadside. Madoka arrived there, panting a little. She just realized how much she missed him, when she saw him again.
Her heart started pounding strongly, as she looked at him. His hair and clothes were all wet, because of the rain. It was the first time, she saw him like that. He looked incredibly handsome... water poured down from his head, down his neck, in a hot way. The white fabric of his shirt clung to his chest in the most appealing way, the pale fabric almost see-through, granting her a teasing glimpse of his muscled chest. Madoka found it hard to concentrate back on the things, she had wanted to ask him, since her heart thumped unsteadily inside her chest at this sight.
Eh...ehm, I stammered, taking a tentative step towards him.
What is it Madoka? He asked brusquely. Why do you look at me like that?
I blinked, snapping out of my trance abruptly and blushed, when I realized I had been caught.
Staring at you like what? I asked nervously.
Like you have never seen me before, he answered, with a hint of regret in his voice. He didnt seem to be in a good mood at all.
Not like this, I havent, I mentally agreed. But that didnt sound like something Madoka would say to her best friend, Ginga. So I didnt voice it aloud. Instead I remedied it for something a little more appropriate and Madoka-like.
Because I have been worried about you, I answered hesitantly. At least it wasnt a complete lie. I was only omitting the other, less acceptable response. You didnt come around at the B-Pit anymore...I tried to reach you on your phone, but you didnt answer!!
Well...I had been busy lately. That is why I didnt make it to the B-pit, he shrugged his shoulders, as it was nothing.
I frowned. Somehow I had the notion, that he was angry about something. Did I do something? It wasnt like him to act that way! Since when did he get that busy, that he didnt even care about his bey anymore? Suddenly I noticed bandages around his hands. Shocked I reached out for his hand, taking a closer look. His hand was completely covered in bandages!
What happend to your hands? I exclaimed. It looked painful. When did you get that injured?
Stop yelling, he drawled. It is almost healed! Just a normal injury, everyone gets from time to time.
Dont brush it off like its nothing, Ginga! I snapped irritated that he was trying to play it off.
I know you too well. You are not okay! What happened to you, that you dont tell me anything any longer? I asked sadly.
Oh yeah, he smirked coldly. I was surprised to see him look so angrily. Look who is talking! When were you going to tell me about you and Tsubasa?
I froze in surprise. The rain still hadnt passed away. Both of us were still standing on the roadside, soaked, looking at each other. I didnt know, what to say, feeling my face getting red.
Wh-what? How did he know?
That has nothing to do with you...I answered him, my voice shaking. He was the one, who rejected me after all!
Ginga´s eyebrows twitched and a hint of scowl twisted in the corner of his mouth.
That is right. Im just glad that you found someone else. He snarled fiercely. Didnt you just confess to me a few days ago? Seems, as if you were real lucky, to find someone as replacement. He said, eyes blazing.
I couldnt believe this...did he really say that right now? Did he lose his mind? Did he even Know, what he did to me, when he rejected my confession? I felt anger built up in me. Who was he, that he thought he could speak to me, that way? Tears prickled in my eyes.
You dont understand anything, you know that? I screamed angrily. I hate you, you idiot! You big beyblade jerk! You baka! I cried out, hitting his chest with my fists. I was feeling so angry and frustrated right now, that I lost all control. Tears ran down my face, but I didnt care.
Do you even now how I felt? YOU STUPID, STUPID, STUPID IDIOT! I continued hitting him.
Ginga tried stopping me by taking my hands. His hands closed around my wrist, preventing me from hitting him.
Stop crying, he begged.
NOOOOO! LET GO OF ME! I exclaimed, trying to pull free. LEAVE ME ALONE, BAKA!
I was trembling with anger. I just couldnt hold back anymore. Tears were streaming down my cheeks. I managed to free one of my hands and started pulling him away from me.
Stop crying! He demanded angrily as he caught my gaze.
Before Madoka could react, Ginga crushed his mouth over hers, absorbing whatever words of protest that Madoka may have. Madoka´s eyes widened in utter shock. Ginga had closed his eyes, as he kissed her hard.
Madoka tried to struggle, pushing him off with her free hand but Ginga didnt seem to mind her weak punches. Instead, he snaked his other hand around her waist slamming her body closer to his.
Ginga deepened the kiss urging her to respond to him. Madoka felt her defense weakening against him, she closed her eyes and found herself surrendering completely to the kiss. They were kissing each other under drenching rain. Madokas body tingled with exhilaration, shocks of electricy shooting through her. She never thought that a kiss could feel like this!
Ginga lifted his lips from hers, but continued to hold her in his embrace. Madoka opened her eyes and blushed deep crimson, as she realized what had transpired. Her hands that had been previously on Ginga´s chest and were trying to push him away, were now snaked around his neck. Damn!
Ginga continued to trail kisses to her cheek, then when his mouth reached her ear lope, he whispered, So you have finally stopped...
Madoka needed a few seconds, to understand, what he was talking about. He meant, that she stopped crying! Ginga looked at her, his golden eyes shining brightly. Then he suddenly released her from his embrace and went away. Madoka wasnt able to move at all. It was as if her mind had stopped working. She just stood there, stunned and completely soaked. She had a feeling, as if her lips were burning.
Sorry for the wait! I hope you enjoyed!
