Allison sat on the step outside of her house; gazing at the night sky where the stars glimmered brightly. They were beautiful to her, and she smiled slightly as she sighed. All her life she felt alone; almost as if she were missing something in it. She didn't know what it could have been, but she knew there was something she was unaware of. What could it be? What was exactly missing in her life?
She continued to think about it, hearing a jet roar in the distance. Glancing up, her blue eyes watched as the jet soared on by. Having perfect vision, she noticed something on the jet. It was markings of some sort, and they were very familiar. Allison suddenly gasped as her head ached in pain. Those markings—she had seen them several times before. Her blue eyes widened as she remembered seeing them before. The woman's blood. It was a disgusting color of red. A bright, red liquid that was sticky. It stained Allison's clothing and she screamed out in horror. Then she heard the sound of static and her gaze flickered upward. It was a robot of some sort. The fiery scenery disappeared and had been replaced by a fog that surrounded her. Allison ignored her surroundings and gazed up at the robot. There was distinctive colors on the metal; those colors being blue and red. His blue-robotic eyes flickered down towards her and he spoke. "Sam, you saved us once again," he murmured. Allison noticed a man kneeling on the ground. A familiar man. He looked up at Optimus and replied, "For my world, I had to do something to help." "If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be here. Sam, our trust relies in you. We share a bond like no one else has before," said the robot. "I am in your debt." "It's not necessary," replied Sam quietly, a small smile forming. "I'm glad we are friends. But I have a life I should be living. It was my mistake to try and join your team, when you don't even need me. But we will be friends, still, won't we?" "Of course." The robot blinked gratefully. "We will protect you at all costs. The Autobots have left the planet and your world is saved. If you are ever in need of help, don't hesitate to come to us." "I will keep that in mind," laughed Sam sadly as he stood up. "Thank you, Optimus."
Fire surrounded her as she cried out in agony. The sound of metal stomping onto the wooden floor came closer and she continued to cry out. Allison fell to her knees, covering her face as the fire grew larger. Her blue eyes darted around rapidly until she spotted a limp body several feet away from her. It was the body of a slim woman who had gorgeous blond hair. Her emotionless blue eyes stared into nothing as the loud footsteps grew closer. Blood spilled from the woman's forehead and Allison realized she was surrounded in a pool of blood.
"Optimus…?" she whispered, gazing at the sky. "Was that a dream…?"
Allison glanced around; realizing that she was standing outside of her house. So it must have been a dream. Or rather, a nightmare? The last part didn't seem frightening at all. Instead, it seemed sad. But who was this 'Sam' and 'Optimus'? Sam was familiar to her, yet she couldn't remember him. It frustrated her.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, the roar of the jet returned; causing Allison to look up again. Her blue eyes widened as the jet soared straight towards her. A scream escaped her lips as she jumped aside as the vehicle crashed into the street. She had landed on her knees and scraped them terribly, but the moment she turned around to face the crashed jet, she found a robot standing in its place. Car alarms went off and the night sky was filled with barking dogs and whatnot. People were shouting from the window of their apartments as they looked outside; only to gasp in astonishment at the sight of a robot.
Allison stared at it in bewilderment. Never before would she have thought to see a robot. That's when she remembered the robot in her dream; it was similar to this one. The robot glanced at her and spoke in a synthetic voice.
"Are you the guardian of the Allspark?"
"What…?" she whispered in horror.
The robot's crimson orb-like eyes glared at her as it analyzed her being. She took a step back as the robot stepped closer. "The guardian of the Allspark; is that you?"
"Allspark?" she repeated, her voice cracking. "I don't know what that is…"
The robot's large hand swung at her; sending her flying back several feet until she landed on the street; gasping in pain as her back ached from the force of the hit. Allison trembled but forced herself into a sitting position. Now the robot was aiming a fairly large gun at her. She screamed and stumbled to her feet as she began running away as fast as she could. The people watching from the windows were now dialing the police as they watched the robot chase after her. The robot blasted at the ground beneath her and sent her flying once more through the air with the rubble.
Unexpectedly, she landed in a large metallic hand. Her hands trembled against the cold metal and she looked up; recognization hitting her. Unlike the other robot she saw, this one had the distinctive colors of red and blue; just like the one in her dream. Its blue orb-like eyes glared at the robot that attacked her and Allison whimpered in fear. Would this robot hurt her as well?
"Sunstorm," said the synthetic voice that belonged to 'Optimus'.
"Optimus," greeted the robot known as Sunstorm. "What are you doing here? This has nothing to concern you—"
"You called her the Guardian of the Allspark. How did you find this out?"
"Isn't it obvious?" challenged the other robot, its crimson eyes glaring at Optimus. "The power of the Allspark is coming off from the human girl."
Allison's eyes widened in puzzlement at what he said.
I'm the Guardian of the Allspark?
