May I just say that from this point on things will be a bit different to the film.

I lumbered inland. I noticed that these 'humans' have cities of their own. And, I will not lie, I was impressed. I decided to temporarily not go on a rampage so I could admire their work. Such tiny little hands had meticulously crafted such huge, beautiful buildings. I peered into one of them, and saw a human inside, watching me with shocked eyes.

I was quite depressed that I had to destroy all this. It must have taken hundreds of years to make all of this. But, I guess this was what The Creators wanted me to do.

Humans scurried away from me as I stomped down the road, knocking down buildings. I suddenly sensed something strange.

Some human had somehow connected his brain to another Kaiju. I could sense their existence, and decided to search for him.

I knew that he was underground, just beneath me. I clawed at the ground, ripping through the pavements. I could hear tiny screams from under the ground. I dug my head inside, trying to make the hole bigger by using my crest. I then stuck my head through the hole, and a small man was right in front of my snout, with the rest of the humans conveniently moving away from him (they probably knew he had connected his brain with a Kaiju).

He was standing there, terrified, blubbering some inaudible noise. He was strange, and how he had connected with a Kaiju I do not know. Although, his over-the-top reaction was amusing since I was not going to kill him yet he was still afraid.

I tried to sniff him, but the crowd around him screamed as if I was about to crush him.

Suddenly, I heard something behind me. I turned my head, and saw Leatherback limping towards me. His right arm had been blown off and was splattered in blood. Blood also trickled from a large, unrecognizable wound on his back. His teeth were chipped and shattered, and his mouth was covered in the liquid that once flowed through his body.

'Otachi...'

He collapsed to the ground.

'Leatherback!'

I ran towards him. He was breathing with so much difficulty.

'What happened?' I asked.

Leatherback coughed up some blood.

'Those...things...those...machines... there are more of them. One that... was not effected... by my EMP attack...'

'Leatherback! Why did you come here? Why did you not retreat back to The Portal?'

'I had to tell you about it... if I left, it would find you and kill you... It will come soon. You must get out of here.'

For the first time in my life, I felt water begin to form in my eyes, and drop to the ground. I felt devastated.

Apparently, when you feel so sad to the point when liquid trickles out of your eyes was called 'crying'. I had never experienced this before.

'I can't leave you... You are my friend...' I explained to Leatherback.

'You have to go.'

'I can't.'

How could The Creators do this to us!? How could they!? They lie to us saying that things will be easy! They don't even bother to warn us of the danger! They tell us they love and cherish us, but now I know that they were simple lies!

Leatherback weakly lifted his remaining arm, and tried to push me away.

'Please, Leatherback, don't waste your energy. I refuse to leave you,' I wept. He then placed his arm back onto the ground.

'Otachi... do you remember when we were kids?'

He was trying to think of something pleasant before he died.

'Of course I do,' I sniffed.

'Do you remember that time I gave you the Paravin?'

Paravins were a type of beautiful flower back at home. They were red and pink coloured, with many ruffled petals.

'Yes...'

'Well... I gave it to you because when I was younger I used to love you,' He smiled weakly, and tried to laugh.

I smiled back at him, trying to enjoy our last moments.

He suddenly saw something behind me. He pulled a worried face.

'What's wrong? Leatherback?'

'It's been great knowing you.'

Faster than light, he used up every bit of energy inside him to push me away from him.

I stumbled backwards, as to my horror, I witnessed orbs of plasma slam against his body.

Blood flew in every direction, as he drew his last breath of air. His flesh and guts rolled out of his body, and his rib-cage was gaping open.

'LEATHERBACK!' I screamed.

I rested my eyes on the machine that had murdered him.

It was blue, with a nuclear reactor embedded in its chest. I could faintly hear something speaking from inside the wretched piece of metal.

'Gypsy Danger has located Otachi'.

This made me come to two conclusions. The giant robot was being driven by humans, and they gave it the pathetic name of 'Gypsy Danger'.

It carried one of those giant objects humans used to travel over seas. 'Ships' I think they were called.

'You fucker! You killed Leatherback!' I roared, as lightning appeared in the sky, followed by the booming sound of thunder, and then rain, which fell onto my body.

'WHY DID YOU KILL HIM? HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DIE!'

I began to sprint towards Gypsy Danger. It quickly hit the giant ship against my head.

It felt like my whole skull was being shaken apart.

I forgot about my fear.

I forgot about my life.

I forgot about my baby.

I curled my huge, clawed tail around its arm, and began to constrict it, trying to crush it.

The machine then grabbed me by my crest, and twisted my head around, trying to break my neck.

I let go of its arm as I wrestled my head away from its grip. I then whacked my tail against its side, sending it tumbling to the right.

Gypsy Danger quickly recovered, and grabbed me by the back, and threw me away. I flew through the air, and landed on a building, which then crumbled into nothing.

'Enough is enough!' I growled, as I got up, peering through the debris to see Gypsy Danger scanning the area for me.

I pounced onto the robot, pinning it down with my hind legs. It struggled, but was too weak to crawl away from my grip.

I whipped my wings open, and roared, wrapping my feet around the machines waist.

I flapped my huge, grey wings and rose into the air.

I smashed the machine against some buildings, and then went up higher and higher, until I was soaring above the clouds. Gypsy Danger tried to grab my lower jaws, but I moved my head away from its reach.

Slow Motion scene

The robot slowly extended out its arm. A long, whip like object attached to its limb hung around limply in the air, but it began to harden.

This was no whip.

It was a sword.

Slowly, it moved its arm, with the sword slicing through the air, towards me.

'No...no...' I thought, as the words repeated in my head.

' Otachi... this is where you die. You and your baby.'

The sword ripped into my chest, tearing through my flesh.

I screamed in pain, as I felt its razor sharp edge cut through to the lower part of my body, only just missing my infant whom I could feel kicking in his womb in extreme fear.

Finally, I felt the sword leave my body, as my corrosive blood erupted out like a glowing waterfall.

I let go of Gypsy Danger, and we both began to plummet to the ground.

End of slow motion scene

There were ten seconds left until impact.

10...9...8...

I could feel the air rush against my body as I surrendered to gravity.

...7...6...5 ...

I wondered about what would happen to Slattern, Raiju, Scunner and my baby. Fear began to fill my heart, even if I knew it would all end soon.

...4...

My heartbeat accelerated.

...3...

I braced my body for impact.

...2...

I prepared myself for the end.

...1...

*Darkness*...

I hope you all enjoyed this! Please tell me what you think.

Note- The scene where Otachi is falling and it says '10...9...8' is inspired by a scene from the film 'Interstellar' (but it was used in a very different way)
