Maxim and Hiei burst into flames of rageful gold and shadow, exploding like comets off the building in opposite directions.

The twins grasped one anothers hands shooting straight into the sky at the incoming leviathan in a god-like deafening rumble of lightning and thunder.

Amni slowly rose form the ground hovering in place summoning every wire, electrical cable, cord, and powerline in the area amassing it all into huge writhing, sparking, wings with a total span of roughly 30 metres.

Tendrils of wires snaked at the bottoms shooting out and spearing anything in her radius. She floated outward through the sky like a glowing angel slaughtering hundreds of demons in her wake.

Gigantic explosions of lightning and thunder blasted everything as the rain began to fall harder, reducing visibility.

The dark storm was swirling as turbulent as an incoming hurricane now, the twins and hells snake battling it out above.

Chains of lightning webbed the sky, illuminating the massive serpents shadow as it coiled back from the brightest point of the lightnings origin screaming in pain and anger.

Frau took the east side, decimating everything in a whirlwind of black light and of thrumming ultra-violet light extended and contracted in irregular waves.

With every stretch they shot out in straight beams with the characteristics of a whip, they sliced and diced anything in the leaders 3 metre swinging circumference.

Frau was so fast his form could no longer be made out. He was a tornado of bladed light, flickering, slicing and launching anything he hit into pink mist.

Shun took the west end, plummeting into the turbulent sea of hell rising to consume him.
His black lion-like whip tail snaked behind him as the muscles in his wings strained to support him. Each beat splayed blood with every motion.
The Legna rose both his palms defensively towards the towers of his enemies. They collasped at his mysterious signals as Shun descended within
their leagues.

Landing heavily on one knee, he was short of breath.
Momentarily distracted he was suddenly aware of where he was, he looked up and everything around him mysteriously fell
dead upon eye contact.

The demons growled and snarled charging at him.
More fell motionless in their approach to the nephilim.

Wary in their advance, most dare not leap for their prey lest they end up dead.

Propping and flaring his wings menacingly in their joints, Shun created distance from himself and them within the 4m span of his bloody wings.
He walked over the increasing number of corpses with his chin to chest glaring at any who dared move around him.

Glazed in a mirror-like iridescent glow, his shimmering chrome iris's focused upon the wave of hellspawn blocking him in.

Shattered glass littered the streets glittering in the flickering of street lights shorting out in bursts of light and darkness around them.
The sea of demonic beings washed turbulently around him edging their way closer, searching for an opening, a lapse in the angels guard.

Little did the depths of hell truly understand of the Legna.

Shun had infinite control of the primary senses of all living and dead matter.
Motor, sensory and involuntary systems such as moving, seeing, hearing, feeling, breathing and even the rhythm of ones heartbeat and pressure of
the blood within their veins.

It was a deadly ability that no angel nor fallen could acquire, yet it placed a heavy physical toll on its user.

His enemies lives were laid out upon the whim of the black-winged Legna.

A few dozen desperately eager creatures sprung into attack around him seizing the opportunity.

"Idiots..", Shun yelled at them, waving a hand glaring as the leaping beings flew at him mid air.

All instantly became motionless, crashing and rolling no more than feet away.

The Legna was beginning to wonder when their leader would finally come forward.

Oni's, serpents, goblins, demons, giants, satyrs, zombies, akuma, necromancers, crazed criminals, hanyou, ghouls, sprites, minotaurs, phantasms, tengu's, and every other creature he could imagine would be tied to hell were crowded around him in all their grotesque glory.

Whether it be his fallen-like black wings deterring them or the large numbers dying at his feet, none dare approach him.

"You can either drag your leader out, or every one of you will fall until i find him", Shun threatened them, eyes glowing searing white.

The hellish creatures silently began to separate a path before him just as the sea had done Moses.

The few game enough to snap at the Legna, try to creep closer or continue snarling, he mercilessly laid his eyes upon watching them drop lifelessly to never rise again.

A wicked grin spread on the nephilims face as demons of all sizes began to flee terrified.

But it came at a price..
A warm trickle of blood began to creep down the side of his mouth and the edges of his eyes began to grow weary and bloodshot staining his vision in blood.

Silver Phoenix had always faced impossible odds. It was part of their very reputation.

But this was by far the largest break-out of all of hells attempts so far.
Something they had thus far managed to contain between the 7 of them.

He continued down the demons walkway, killing the odd few.

Slowing before a huge creature standing in his way, Shun was surprised to look up into the towering boney form of a mighty ivory dragon.

It gave him no time as it viciously lashed out at him roaring angrily.

Shun reactively jumped, side-flipping the dragons claws brushing his wing tip against a bloodstained giant knuckle.

Narrowing his gaze, Shun got a direct line of sight between himself and its large ruby eyes.

Immediately its giant body shook uncontrollably, its eyes fighting to stay open, the Legna's gaze was unbreakable.
Shun toyed with the levels of pressure he was inflicting upon it before releasing the mental hold and letting it fall to its stomach, its stone-like head coming crashing down beside him cratering into the asphalt.

The dragon lie paralysed, puffing huge gasps of air as its eyes frantically searched for him.

Shun hadn't moved.

"You're not fighting heaven anymore, your fighting me, and if either you or the angels invade my world and pick a fight, i will be there and i will kill you just as you would me if i came to hell threatening you", the nephilims glowing gaze did not waver from the trembling reptilian.

"Now neither of us want to die here this day, am i correct?"

The Legna questioned the paralysed ivory dragon, placing a palm on its huge scaled shoulder.
It lifted its jaw tilting in a reluctant nod.

"I will let you live, but should you oppose me again, a fate far worse than death will await you."
Shun completely relinquished his control over its motory system.

The Legna momentarily felt the ground sway as the mighty bone-helmed dragon struggled to prop itself onto its hinds.
It looked down at him, an unrecognisable emotion crossing its face.

Without uttering a word, the dragon leapt into the air involuntarily flailing before regaining the familiarity of flight and disappearing through a large fissure in the main street.

Shuns breathing had become laboured and irregular. The nephilim could feel his strength dwindling, the strain of overusing his ability was taking its toll.

He pushed the physical warning to the back of his mind, promising himself it would be over soon.

It took the collapse of one more charging wave of bold enemies, before the swarm oppressing him fell into an uneasy submission backing away
from him cautiously.

His very presence silenced the snarls, growls, and roars of beasts and demons alike. They knew not how to confront such a mysterious and deadly
enemy now that their leader had fled.

Shun let his eyes dull as his ability wane away, staring them all down threateningly.

He took a hard, slow breath before addressing those that encased him.

Undoubtedly, they were eagerly awaiting that split second he would falter..

Shun could feel their hatred, their fear, their bloodlust emanating around him. Given the chance they would tear him apart, limb from limb, a
tortured savage nature did not bode well with a threat such as he.

"I grant you mercy as the slaves of the depths of hell, here is your one and only chance.."
He could feel his body aching in protest, nothing but sheer will held his weary body up.

"Return to your hell and you may live and hope.. hope to your god you never gaze upon my eyes again."

Snarls of protest and vicious chatter began.
He quickly cut them silent.

"If you choose to remain defiant you will die, you have destroyed enough of my world, you have hurt those dear to me and brought about suffering
unlike anything before and I swear to you by my very blood.."
He reached and smeared his blood from his wings between his fingertips before holding
it up to them, clenching his bloody fist closed.

"You will regret the day your claws ever touched my world", Shun spat at them, hatred tarring his voice.

Out of nowhere, a lightning fast small imp shot at him.
Its leathery wings caught him by surprise as it battered his cheek, slicing it open.

Its tiny claws snapped and tore something viciously from his coat.
The angel recoiled sharply hissing.

The demons circling him shot closer in seconds snapping, tearing, and fraying his wings forcing him to snap them in, thus reducing his defenses.
The angel cried out angrily, his ghostly eyes exploded into a searing light of rage.

Blood trickled down the side of his mouth and neck.

The Legna was straining himself beyond the limits of his abilities and they were taking their toll.

Most of the demons enclosed around him were immediately terminated, yet a few made it through risking his lapse of concentration to attack.
A coyote spirit demon closed the gap, leaping off his chest, spinning and latching its jaws around his left thigh mid air.

Shun cried out in pain as he felt his tibia snap like a twig.

Still off balance, he had managed to fall into the arms of a large horned minotaur.
It had his wings and arms pinned tightly in a crushing bear hold as it lifted him from the ground, the coyote still latching on firmly.

Gasping for air, Shun looked on horrified as a thin pale dark elf leapt straight for him running him through the right lung with a twisted blade.

The Nephilim involuntarily doubled over gasping to breathe, panicking as blood flooded his lungs and the blade twisted deeper.
He cried out in agony.

The laughter of the minotaurs chest on his back crushed him in its grip, his ribs began fracturing with loud snaps and cracks.
Shun couldnt see, such intense pain and the overwhelming shock as the elf drive its blade deeper had blinded him.

"No.. not like this, i refuse to.. not like this!"
They had got the better of him.

Shun clawed at the air before him willing his sight to clear, to focus on the narrow silouette of the demonic elf before him and choke the oxygen
from its blood cells, crush every internal organ it possessed.

The black angel latched onto all the strength he could muster, willing his wings to snap open and break the minotaurs rib crushing hold.
..Allmosst..

Its hold did not falter.
Shun could feel his body breaking, he had to calm down and focus on sensing the minotaur, if he could just hear it breathe over his racing heart,
he could kill it.

The Legna gave up struggling and went limp in its tightening stranglehold. It took every ounce of willpower to ignore the pain raging through his
body like wildfire.

He heard the snort of the bull a few seconds later immediately crushing its source.
The minotaurs breath seized and he felt its lungs collapse within its chest, its grips broke as it fell to a knee suffocating in horror.

Shun fell to the ground hard landing on the coyotes twisting body, it yelped tearing open his broken leg.
He didnt give it a second thought before imploding its organs and willing all blood to explode out its orifices.

This left the lone dark elf pinning him to the ground.

The daggers tip scraping the asphalt beneath the Legna's bloody back.

He lifted a hand to its shocked chest willing its heart and lungs to explode.
It doubled over on top of him soundlessly screaming, feeling the very crippling pain Shun was experiencing.

The Legna kicked it off and struggled to unsteady feet gasping, knowing if he did not stand now, he never would again.

Staggering shakily, he flared his wings out to their full span this time screaming at the hellspawn charging him.

"You're all DEAD!" he cried ragefully.

A rippling opaque bubble of light exploded from the nephilims body, expanding in all directions through the city.
Remains of glass windows, stones, steel, street lights, and debri exploded in a blinding, ear-splitting shockwave decimating everything in the nearby
radius like a ball-bearing bomb.

The nephilim fell to his knees and collapsed utterly exhausted.
The blood of hundreds of demons bathed everything around him in red.

Blinding pain overwhelmed the injured nephilim.
Shun struggled to get up, willing a strengthless, struggling body to move to no avail.

He had gone well beyond his trained limits.
He could do nothing but lie there trying to breathe coughing up blood and heaving for air.

His entire body was shaking violently, hitting the borderline of shock.

Everything was blurred, he could feel his consciousness dropping in and out of awareness.

Unlike the immortals such as the Angels, Daemons and Fallen, time eventually killed Grigori and Nephilim.
Despite their unique abilities, great endurance and unusually long lifespan, they were mortal.

Shun knew if couldn't heal himself at an accelerated rate very soon, the wounds would prove fatal and he'd most likely bleed to death.

Struggling against the darkness rising up to consume him, he focused on the dwindling essence of his power, directing a small portion to the tissue
of his torn leg, willing it to mend.

The rest he willed to his punctured lung and chest cavity hoping against all odds it was enough to quell the bleeding as the city fell to ruin around
him.
