The men in the room grew hushed as light footsteps echoed down the hall and touched their ears; the group starred expectantly at the heavy, wooden door, as the steps grew louder. The footfall soon stopped and a hollow echo of knuckles rapped at the door. Tsuna gave his consent of entry with a slightly flustered,
"C-Come In." The door opened with ease; revealing two figures framed against the hallway light, as they journeyed deeper into the dimly lit room. The men could see the exhausted faces of Kyoya and Frost.
Kyoya made his way to Tsuna whom was sitting at the head of the long table, nearest to the window; his worried eyes fixed on Kyoya's with anticipation. The Skylark turned to Tsuna and, without changing his stoic expression, he reported,
"After two hours of surgery, Iceis is now in intensive care. She's not completely healed, she still needs rest and fluids, but her life isn't in immediate danger." Tsuna sighed in relief,
"Thank goodness, I'm glad she's alright."
He looked up at Kyoya and gave a relieved, sweet smile as he took Kyoya's hand and gave it a thankful squeeze,
"It must have been hard on you," Kyoya's lips barely drew up, but it was there; a slight smile. Tsuna's cheeks flushed slightly as Kyoya released their hands and moved back a step; any sign of the smile was gone from his face. It was a smile only Tsuna could see; he hoped the poor lighting would hide his red face from his family.
With some of the embarrassment gone, Tsuna turned his head to Frost, whom still stood near the door,
"Thank you as well, Frost."
Tsuna gave a nod to both of them, in which they both decided to take a seat; Kyoya sat closest to Tsuna while a pale Frost took the seat next to Snowy.
Tsuna scanned the room of people; Nono sat at the other head of the table, smiling kindly at him. Mukuro stood against the far wall with his arms folded and his eyes closed; when the news of Iceis's condition had been spoken Mukuro had slightly shuffled and relaxed his shoulders, but he never looked up nor moved from his spot near the wall. Colonello and Lal sat to the right of Nono with Iemitsu in the middle of them; both having serious expressions as they took Tsuna in, waiting for him to speak. Takeshi sat closely next to Hayato whom sat to Tsuna's left, Xanxus sat to Kyoya's right with his left hand propped up against his cheek as he glared impatiently at Tsuna, Fang laid next to him with a penetrating, upward glare that was also directed at Tsuna. Frost had sat next to Snowy whom sat to Nono's left thus leaving Byakuran to float above his chair off to the side.
Kyoya had taken in his surrounding as well and right before Tsuna decided it was time to speak Kyoya cut him off with his sonorous voice,
"Where is Blizzard?"
His words were ice cold and an imposing aura floated around his being. Snowy stood up from his chair and looked to Kyoya,
"She's resting. She had a rough day today so I didn't want to wake her."
Kyoya narrowed his eyes at the boy, holding his gaze for a moment before breaking eye contact and turning to Tsuna with a piercing glare.
"Y-Yes, let's finally get started now that everyone is here."
Tsuna began shakily; Kyoya's intense glare made him break out into a cold sweat, he could practically hear him growling, "Get on with it, Herbivore."
Tsuna cleared his throat
"As you all know Xanxus and Fang were attacked by the Estraneo which lead Squalo to call Blizzard and Iceis to inform them of their brother's condition. Blizzard had left in search of Xanxus and Fang's assailants, she had confirmed their location four days ago when she contacted us and sent Reborn their location. Upon arriving at the instructed location, we found most of the men dead and that Alfonzo Estraneo was alive, he had re-started his abolished family. Despite the fact that there was only one base running, he managed to capture 50 children to continue his experimentation research. After Blizzard almost killed Alfonzo we managed to take him into custody with the help of CEDEF." Tsuna paused and took a deep breath, nearing his conclusion, "Mukuro helped rescue the children and Iceis covered Blizzard in the fight, resulting in her getting stabbed and shot twice."
When Tsuna was done, he noted the various faces of the people in the room; his Guardian's had a look of worry, Xanxus looked ready to kill, as did Fang. The members of CEDEF had invidious looks on their faces; they would be dealing with Alfonzo soon. Xanxus broke the silence by saying
"If you're done, trash, I'm going back to bed."
With that said both he and Fang got up and left the room. Tsuna said good night to the disappearing figure with silence as the reply, he smiled to the rest of his gathered family
"That's it for the field report", he turned to Iemitsu,
"Your people took Alfonzo to the underground prison, correct?" Iemitsu nodded
"Good, I'll leave him to you then. Everyone else can go to bed, I'm sure you're all exhausted." The room clattered as people rose from their chairs and slowly started to leave. Most of Tsuna's guardians came up to him and wished him a good night before departing, except for Mukuro whom just vanished after he was done speaking. Nono came up to him,
"You did a great job dealing with Alfonzo, sleep well." Nono's idyllic features weaved into a smile as he patted Tsuna's shoulder.
"Thank you, Grandpa." His voice was full of unease at the compliment. He watched Nono leave and after a moment, he noticed Kyoya was the only person left in the room with him,
"You should rest to, Omnivore." The unequivocal hint of compassion could be heard in his voice. Tsuna looked up to him,
"Thank you, but I still have some things on my mind that I need to work out. I'll rest soon though, promise." He gave a reassuring smile to the capricious skylark. Kyoya stayed by his side for a moment longer, not speaking or giving any hint of emotion until he brought his hand up and gently caressed Tsuna's soft, brown locks,
"Sleep soon." He gave that laconic sentence before leaving the room quietly. Tsuna listened to the now empty meeting room before putting his head against the cold table. The day's events were finally able to sink in. He could still hear Damon's voice echoing in the back of his mind, "You should have just kept them locked up like the monsters they are." He sighed, 'Monsters? Iceis and Blizzard? What do I not know?' he mulled over this for a moment before deciding. He looked to his left, seeing a phone he picked it up and called Reborn. After the second ring Reborn answered,
"Can I help you?"
"Reborn, how much do you have on the Snow Guardians?"
"Dame-Tuna, I'll have it on your desk in half an hour."
Exactly 30 minutes later, there were 6 files in front of him. Tsuna stretched his hand out to grab the first manila folder, but Reborn grabbed his wrist before it reached its destination. Tsuna looked up to see a very solemn look on Reborn's face,
"Everything you need is in these, but before you open them I'm going to tell you once: Open these and there's no going back."
With that warning Reborn left, leaving Tsuna with his choice. Tsuna ruminated his choice,
"They're already a part of my family, I need to know." He told himself this aloud to steal his resolve. Tsuna reached across the table and picked up the first file.

Appearance: Short, spiky, black hair and blood red eyes. His typical outfit is a black Varia jacket with a white shirt, black jeans, and black boots. (Red sash)
In Wolf Form: large black wolf, Blood red eyes, and has a piece of his left ear missing.
Attitude: He's very cold and hot tempered to everyone around him, but he is very loving and protective of his two sisters and his boss; Xanxus. He can be very violent at times and the only person who can reach him when he's in this state is his sky.
Weapons: His S-Guns and in extreme cases Hand to hand.

Bio: Lived in Namimori until he was 6 years old; that's when he met Xanxus, whom was looking for people to join the Varia. At the age of 11, the Vindice took him because they saw the snow users as a threat plus Fang Hibari was planning to break into the base and kill the Estraneo family.

Appearance: Shoulder length dark purple hair and light purple eyes. Her typical outfit is the standard D.C Uniform, but for important meetings she wears a black skirt with an ice blue shirt. For formal events, she wears a black suit jacket and a light purple dress for parties.
In wolf form: Dark purple fur, light purple eyes, and her Vongola Gear turns into a Collar with charms of the Vongola Crest and a fox.
Attitude: Very kind to most people and loving to her family and boss.
WARNING: Hurt someone she loves and you will learn not to piss off a snow flame user.
Relationship: Frost Gesso (boyfriend)
Bio: Lived very happily with Kyoya and Blizzard until she was 6 years old and Blizzard was taken. For three years, both she and Kyoya trained their bodies in order to save her, but at 9 years old she too was taken. The Vindice had decided that the snow users were to dangers to be roaming free.

Attitude: Very cold and snappy with everyone but her Family and boss.

Bio: Ran away from home when he was 15 and met Alaude a few mounts later. When he was 17 he met Giotto and G when the Vongola first started. When Alaude created CEDAF Icey stayed with Giotto until the day came that Spade betrayed them.
Death: Died at the age of 26 with the rest of Primo's family

Attitude: Very harsh to new recruits, respectful to Tsuna and the 10th generation, and disregards anything Iemitsu says. When he feels comfortable around someone he will be very calm.

Relationship: Blizzard Hibari (girlfriend)
Bio: At the age of 6 he worked with Lal and Colonello until The Gathering of the Strongest Eight. After the Strongest Eight was decided he left with Lal to join CEDAF until he was taken by the Vindice at 10 years old along with the rest of the Snow users.

Attitude: Very laid back, likes to play tricks on the Vongola, but not on Iceis. He values her with his life.
WARNING: Do not disrespect Iceis in his presence.
Relationship: Iceis Hibari (girlfriend)
Bio: Lived with Byakuran his whole life and helped him build Gesso. At the age of 10 he was taken along with the rest of the Snow users

Note: there's mention of another family with ties to Vongola that also has an eight flame but nothing has been found as of this time.
