Ryder and Zuma story package!

26. "Watch your tone."

"Wyder, can I pick the movie this time? Wocky picked last time, and his movie sucked tennis balls."

"Yes you can, and watch your tone." Ryder said, looking out at the lab from calibrating the downstairs video screen after their last mission.

"Sowwy Wyder." Zuma said, before grabbing the first movie that was within reach of his paws and the dashing up the elevator.

27. "It's movie night!"

"Hey guys, let's get this movie night stawted!" Zuma called, the movie in his mouth as he walked out of the elevator.

Rocky grabbed the movie from him with his pinsor. "Old Yeller? What's that about?" He asked, putting the movie in the DVD player.

"I don't know. But I'm cuwious." Zuma said, sitting on a cushion beside Rubble as Robo Dog putting snacks in front of them.

"Yeah! Let's see." Chase said, clicking play.

28. "Pillow fight!"

"It's time fow a pillow fight!" Zuma said, grabbing a pillow in his mouth as Ryder left downstairs with a toolbox to fix the monitor downstairs.

Soon the pups were running around the room with pillows in their mouths while trying to hit the others.

They stopped soon after, panting and slightly hungry.

"What do you guys want to do?" Rocky asked, laying beside Marshall on the pillows.

"Let's watch a movie! I'll ask Wyder if we can!" Zuma said, before rushing downstairs to ask Ryder.

29. "The storm can't hurt you."

Ryder heard six high pitched howls that resembled screams of terror from upstairs, causing him to hit his head on the panel in his scramble to get to the elevator and see what was wrong with his pups.

"What happened?! Are you guys okay?" Ryder asked, bursting into the room, through the elevator with his flashlight in his hand.

The pups rushed to him, howling in terror. As the electricity went out and lightning struck.

"It's okay pups. The storm can't hurt you." He said, now on the floor with the pups on top of him in an effort to get comfort as the storm raged, assuming that's what was wrong.

All of them were too afraid to tell him, and Ryder decided to sleep with the pups in the lookout that night.

30. "There's a monster in my closet."

Ryder was sleeping in his sleeping bag on the floor of the lookout when he felt something tapping his shoulder. "Hmm?"

"Thewe's a monstew in hewe.." Zuma said, eyes wide from fear and tears.

"Oh. Well, come here." Ryder opened his sleeping bag. He felt Zuma climb in only to turn around and crawl up so his head was outside of the bag. "There. You safe now?"

"Yeah Wyder. I just had a bad dweam. I had wabies and Fawmer Al had to.." Zuma dissolved into whimpers as he buried his face in his paws.

"It's okay, Zuma. You pups have a very small chance of getting rabies, and I won't let anything like that happen to you." Ryder hugged the pup as he yawned again. "I love you Zuma."

"Love you too Wyder.." Zuma said, snuggling close to him as sleep took over him as well.
