And yes, Stiles still thought that he kinda scared him, but as Derek collapsed onto the pavement in front of the trusty, blue Jeep, Stiles briefly wondered what that other kind of fear he suddenly felt was. It sure didn't feel good as the chills raced up and down his spine and his heart felt like it was trying to pump its way up his throat and out his mouth. The realization hit him like a ton of bricks. It wasn't fear for his life, it was fear of the loss of another.
