Chapter 6 - Specimens
"Petey, Doppel-chan! Let's get some ice cream over at that stand! ~Ooooh! They have my favorite flavor too!" Tio stated excitedly before scooping a surprised Spider-Man up bridal style, with a giggling Doppel jumping up quickly on Tio's broad right shoulder. Tio ran at full speed toward the Ice Cream stand, and the other pedestrians walking on the sidewalk had to quickly leap to safety to avoid the large dust cloud in their wake. Tio came to a sudden stop in front of the startled owner of the stand, but seeing Tio's friendly smile quickly put his fears to rest.
"Hello there! What would you like?" The old owner adjusts his circular glasses on his nose, and looks at Peter still being carried bridal style by a happy Tio. "*Ahem* We only take currency here. I'm afraid you can't pay me with that young man there." The owner chuckles a little at his own joke, and Tio remembers that she's still carrying Peter. "Oh, No~! I'm so sorry, Petey!" Tio blushed in embarrassment, and lowered Peter to the sidewalk.
"Don't be, Tio. I didn't mind being carried by you. You just surprised me, that's all. Next time, I'll carry you, how does that sound Tio-chan?" Tio looks down at Peter, and gives him a beautiful smile with her cheeks sporting an atomic blush. "Petey~! Yes, I'd love that!" Tio then begins hugging Peter tightly into her J-Cup sized breasts, and peppers the top of Peter's head with tiny kisses, Doppel is still clinging onto Tio's shoulder, and has a concerned look on her face. Doppel then hurriedly starts tapping Tio on her shoulder to get her attention. Tio takes a moment from giving her chosen mate affection, to stare curiously at her friend. "Did you want to kiss Petey too, Doppel-chan?" Doppel face-palmed herself, and ran a hand down her face to hide the faint blush on her cheeks.
"It's not that, Tio! Do you remember what happened the last time you didn't let Peter out for air from those huge boobs of yours?" Tio has a look of concentration, and tilts her head cutely to the left side. Then she begins to frown slightly. "Venom." Tio said with irritation, and looked thoughtfully down at Peter before releasing him from the hug. Peter takes in a large gulp of air, and lowers himself down to sit cross-legged on the sidewalk to catch his breath. "Thanks, Tio-chan. I love your hugs, but I love breathing just as much." Peter quipped while looking up at Tio with a blush, and cheesy grin. Tio giggled at Peter, and Doppel shook her head from side to side and shrugged her shoulders. All three M.O.N. Squad members heard someone clearing their throat, and turned their heads to see the Ice Cream stand owner's right eyebrow twitching, and a heavy blush all the way to his ears.
"Are you going to order something, cause if not, I've got better things to do then watch you get suffocated in your girlfriend's big jugs..." The owner was stopped from saying anything further when he locked eyes with Peter's cold gaze. "Watch your mouth! Don't ever talk that way about Tio-chan...ever!" Peter's civilian clothes start to transform into his symbiote costume before the now frightened owner's eyes.
Tio saw how angry Peter was, and placed a gentle hand on his shoulder, looking into Peter's white eye lenses on his mask. "It's okay, Petey...I'm...used to this." Tio looked off to the side with a sad expression. Suddenly, a beeping noise broke up the tension. "Sorry, Tio-chan...just give me a sec." Peter tapped a button on the earpiece that he wears. "This is M.O.N. agent - Spider-Man, what's the nature of the emergency?" Peter nodded his head. "I see...multiple people disappearing in the forested area outside of the city? Contact either Zombina, or Manako. This may require containment measures." Peter pressed the button on his earpiece to end the call. "We've got an assignment, and I'll fill you in on the details on the way." Peter's symbiote mask receded enough to show Tio he was smiling up at her. He grabbed Tio around the waist, causing her to gasp cutely, and held her close.
"Doppel...could you climb on my back? The quickest way there is to web-swing us to the location." Doppel grinned, and nodded her head. She then wrapped her arms around Peter's neck, and pressed her chest into his back. "I'd better hang on tightly to you then, you don't mind Peter?" Peter had a slight blush under his mask, and could hear his other hissing with laughter inside their mind-scape. Peter ignored this, and shot out a web-line. "Ummm...yeah. Not a problem, Doppel. Get ready, I'm about to start!" Peter jumped up high with all his strength, and caused the sidewalk to have a large impact area. Both Tio, and Doppel giggled, and laughed with excitement as Peter began web-swinging though the city.
At the Forested Area- Outside the City
Spider-Man landed in a clearing close to a pathway into the forest. Peter let Tio down, and released her waist area, and Tio pouted with her cheeks puffed out. Doppel giggled, and rolled her eyes at Tio before sliding off Peter's costumed back. "The reports say that the missing people were last seen in the southern section of the forest. Not only that, but the search party also was never seen after entering the forest, so stay sharp and don't get separated." Tio, and Doppel both nodded and followed Peter as he entered the forest.
The three were approaching the area where the people were last seen, when Spider-Man suddenly stops moving, and crouches low to the ground and motions for Tio, and Doppel to do the same.
"Do you hear that? It sounds like heavy breathing, but from multiple voices all at once." Tio nodded with a puzzled look, and Doppel's expression turned serious. "I know that sound..." Doppel trailed off, while Peter moved aside some tree branches to take a look. "This is...what are they?! This is not good!" Peter moves to the side, so that Doppel can see. "A whole glade of Alraune!"
Doppel watches as plant-like women with cute features and curvy bodies are having sex with the captive men inside their giant flowers. "Whose bright idea was it to plant Alraune this close to a heavily populated area?!" Doppel yelled, and threw her hands up in exasperation forgetting their close proximity to the Alraune. "Who is there? Come out!" A female voice from the other side called out.
"So much for the element of surprise." Peter thought blandly, and stared at Doppel who sent an apologetic look to Peter. Peter jumped over the thick branches into their view. One of the Alraune stared with longing at Spider-Man, and began speaking as she was having her way with one of the men. "Aaah~! Aaah~! Yes! This one I like better than my current lover. Ooooh~! May I have him, Adrianna? Aaahh~!" The Alraune was speeding up her thrusts in anticipation of her release.
A larger Alraune with an air of authority answered her back. "You may not, Hyacinth! That man over there is to be mine, and mine alone!" Adrianna's mood shifts when she looks over at Peter, and releases a rose colored mist from her flower. "Come to me, and I will satisfy you beyond your wildest fantasies!" Adrianna blushed, and opened her arms wide to hug Peter to her.
Peter smirked under his mask, and folded his arms over his chest. "No dice, Adrianna! Whatever aphrodisiac that your secreting from your flower has no effect on me. My mask filters it out." Peter taps on his masked cheek making Adrianna frown. Tio, and Doppel both join Peter standing on either side of him with angry expressions. "You are in violation of the Inter-Species law, and will be taken into custody!" The Alraune started to panic, and began to close their flower petals around their human lovers, and themselves.
"You can't! This is our nature! It is as much a part of us as drawing nutrients from the soil!" Tears were streaming down Adrianna's eyes. "The law dooms my race to extinction! This is the only way we can survive." Adrianna lowers her head. "You are my chosen one...there have been no others. Please, spare my people and take me instead." Peter had a conflicted look under his mask.
"This is nuts! Why am I hesitating?! **** ****** ***** "Okay, she does raise a valid point, but what about the families of the people they abducted? These men could have wives, and families that would be torn apart by their actions! **** *** ** ***** **** ****** "Lonely Otaku's? Well, yeah...they don't look like they get out much...but that's beside the point!" ******** ***** ****** "Whoa! Whoa! If I did that Tio would kill me! *********** ********** "No! No way...too risky!" ********* **** *Sigh* Fine. We're in agreement. This is the only way to drive the point home."
Peter exited out of their shared mind-scape, and saw Tio, and Doppel staring at his mask with their faces close to his own. "Is he asleep in there? Let me pinch his cute little butt, that will wake him." Doppel smiled, and made pinching motions with her fingers. "Noo~! I haven't even done it yet! No fair!" Peter then waved his left hand at them, startling both of the M.O.N. Squad members.
"Hi. Sorry about that. Just having a debate with my other." Peter said as the symbiote costume receded from his head to stop at the shoulders. Tio, and Doppel have shocked looks, and Doppel starts shaking Peter in panic. "Peter, stop! If you do that, then the Alraune nectar in the air will effect you too!" As soon as Doppel finished her sentence, Peter's eyes took on a hypnotic appearance, and he began making his way to the Alraune.
Both Tio, and Doppel grabbed Peter's arms to pull him away, but his strength was much greater than their own. "*Uuuuuffftt! No, Peter! Don't...you can't! I...I love you, Peter!" Doppel cried out in desperation. "Petey! Stay with us! We need you!" Tio was digging in her heels, and making large tracks in the soil. Adrianna blushed, and smiled when Peter was coming in her direction.
"Yes! Please~! I...I want you so badly!" Adrianna's nectar was flowing out of her in anticipation. What surprised her was when Peter passed her to move to another Alraune, who was welcoming him into her flower. "No! This isn't what I want!" Adrianna stated in anger. "You there! Give me my chosen one!" Adrianna pointed at the Alraune grinding against the lower half of Peter's costume.
"He came to me, Adrianna. My nectar is sweeter, and he is mine now." Adrianna had a look of determination, and shook her head. "I don't care about the nectar! I've chosen him, and you will let him go!" The Alraune scoffed, and was about to continue when Peter's body started trembling, and increased in size. His hands became claws, and a mouth appears on his mask with serated teeth, and a long dripping tongue. The Alraune is startled, and released him from her flower.
"We are Venom, and you are not our type, little weed!" Venom turned his head to look at Adrianna, who was shocked at his appearance. "Do you now see? This method of finding a mate is flawed! This law will not always exist, but for the moment it exists to stop extra species from doing as they wish with the humans, and vice versa. We understand your plight, and will speak to our superiors...but this must end! If you do not release the humans into our custody, we cannot be held responsible for what fate awaits you."
Venom hisses out a warning, and takes a battle ready stance with his claws out. The Alraune look at each other with worry, and fear. Slowly they begin to release their captive lovers...much to the protest of the men in question. Venom lumbers over to where Tio, and Doppel are standing with expressions of relief on their faces. "I never thought I'd be glad to see you, Fangs." Doppel said with a touch of reservation.
"We feel it necessary to tell you that our host was against this plan. We convinced him it was the correct choice. He didn't want to make either of you sad." Venom stared again at Adrianna. "Our host even felt guilty when he hurt the plant woman over there. He confuses us to no end!" Venom is surprised when Tio walks up to him with a big smile, and tiny sparkles around her head. "What is it...you are creeping even us out." Venom is shocked when Tio starts to hug him.
"You didn't have to tell us that it wasn't Petey's idea, but you did anyway! Thank you so much~!"
Tio continued to hug Venom, who was trying to escape her hold. "You are hugging us! We do NOT hug! Release us at once! Doppel was laughing so hard that she fell over, and started rolling on the ground holding her stomach. "Ha-hah-a-hah-ha-ha...*huuugh* Can't...ha-hah-aha! Breathe!"
Venom was not amused in the least, and decided to give Peter back control. The symbiote costume changed back to it's original state, but that didn't stop Tio from peppering Peter's masked face with kisses, and telling him how happy she was to have him back.
