PS I think this'll be the last chapter… I apologize for what I'll do at the end in advance. And I'm not gonna tell you guys who formulated her revival because I honestly can't remember who I decided.

Kanda's POV

She slept on my shoulder as the train bumped along the tracks. I smiled, after losing her for so long maybe now we would get our chance to be happy… We arrived quickly, getting off the train just as the sun rose over the horizon, I swallowed, this felt wrong, the whole air of this place felt like death, anyone of these people could be an akuma, "There's no akuma here Yuu calm down…" Reena whispered, "They're all in the center of the city…" she took a step forward, I followed.

"There's something wrong about this place…" I whispered. She nodded, we both shuddered as we heard a scream, though none of the humans responded, save for a few who cringed at the scream, "We have work to do…" I whispered and she nodded again.

Reena's POV

We walked quickly to the center of town, each step causing the tension in my gut to grow, backup should be here soon, and how soon I was unsure. We stopped near the center to wait, soon the other exorcists, Lea included joined us, "I don't think I ever introduced you to Lily mom…" She gestured to her friend, "She is my best friend…" I nodded at the girl beside my daughter as we marched on the ark. I was afraid I really was, I did not want to see my daughter or any of the others killed in this war. I bit my lip, and everything began.

The fight raged on, explosions and screams echoing throughout. I saw my daughter, I saw her fall. I watched as everyone I cared about fell to the ground, lifeless, until it was only me, the Earl had been taken out by Lavi and Yuu earlier. I fell to my knees watching my world crumble around me, the innocence in the back of my hand falling to the ground, my sword crumbling, I crushed it with my foot to ensure this power would never be used again, the Earl, the Noah and now all exorcists were gone except me, who would not last much longer.

I stepped into the ark, I knew from the Noah formerly housed in my body how to do what needed to be done. I used the ark to travel back in time, back to before the two timelines of the world split, back before England and Amestris were two different places, I stopped the split, and prevented the creation of the first Noah. Our mother still died, my brothers still tried to bring her back, but Lily and I, me and my sister, we traveled, we lived for a time all over the continent, from Creta, to Drachma, even Xing. This is the last thing I shall write about this war, I am already dissolving with the ark, hopefully somehow the new me can still meet Yuu, and can still be happy.

New Reena's POV

I watched the sunset, a feeling of Deja vu washing over me. A raven haired boy, hair in a ponytail walked by me grumpily, complaining about the heat. He stopped turning his head towards me as he passed, "Have we met." I shook my head quickly, "My names Kanda, Kanda Yuu."

"Reena, Reena Elric."
