The Replica Theory
Chapter 6- The ailed Replica
I woke up to Repliku telling me that I'm going to be late.
"RIKU GET UPPPPP!"
"Shit, I'm late..." I sighed deeply.
I had ten minutes to get ready and run to where Sora was waiting.
I hastily got ready and skipped breakfast. Then, i quickly ran out the door.
Dang it... I'm never late... I hope Sora didn't leave yet... What if he came early for once?
I actually woke up early for once, without Roxas waking me.
Ahaha, amazing. This is a first.
I was about an hour early, so I took my time getting ready. After about 30 minutes, I went out and started walking to where Riku and I meet up.
I noticed something really strange.
Riku wasn't there.
Where is he? I am, like, 10 minutes early, so maybe that's all. But... What if he's late? Or absent? No, he's never been absent. That means he's actually late.
Damn.
I saw Sora standing at where we normal meet.
Dang, he's actually here... Early... I'm so foolish.
Sora looked back and smiled at me.
"Gee, this is a first, I'm early and you're late." He chuckled.
Oh, how the tables have turned...
"Yeah... So... Sor... Sorry..." I said, gasping for breath. I never realized how out of shape I was.
"Ahaha, it's okay! Come on, let's go!" He said and then started walking towards the school.
"Al... Alright..." I followed, close behind.
Kairi and Namine already were at classes, probably guessing that we were just late today.
Well, I mean, we are pretty late... Makes sense.
Other than me being late, school carried on as normal. By the end of the day, Kairi asked if they could come over again and I told her no because Mom and Dad would be home earlier than normal today.

I got home and was greeted by a really happy Repliku.
"Hi, Riku!" He was bubbling over with excitement.
"What's up, Repliku?"
"Mom and Dad told me that I have to go to another party in place of you! It's hosted by Nami's parents!"
Now I see why he's happy.
"I think it's on the 4th, today's the 1st right?"
"Oh? That's amazing!" I was being honest, I was happy for him. "And, yeah, it's the first."
I'm glad he gets to spend time with Nami. They're actually really cute together.
We continued our day as normal.
I went off to bed after doing my homework.
I slept pretty well, after all, I'm really happy.
What am I going to do... The day I have to kill him is drawing near...
"Sora, you look upset. Are you alright?"
"Hm? Oh, yeah, Rox, I'm fine. Thanks." I gave him a weak smile before walking up to Master's room.
"Sora, you know what you must do soon, correct?" Xeha spoke, slowly.
"Yeah, I know." I assured him.
"It's on the 4th. Don't forget."
"I know. Kairi in invited me, so I don't have to sneak in, I just need someone to gas the place."
"That's good. I'm glad she invited you, makes things easier." He smiled deviously.
"It is."
After that conversation he told me I had no mission tonight. It worries me now that I don't get missions, what does Xeha have planned?
He better not hurt Rox. He'll pay if he does. It's bad enough that he keeps Rox locked in here because he has "big plans" for him.
I'll kick his ass.
I will.
"What? You have nothing to do today?" Roxas was pretty surprised too.
"Nope, I have absolutely nothing. Amazing, right?" I gave a slight laugh.
"Yeah! You can hang out with me for the rest of the night!"
"Yup!"
I was actually really happy.
I love hanging out with Rox and seeing him smile, especially since he's always inside.
Amazing.
Tonight is a happy night.
But, soon...
Soon...
He'll be gone.
Everyone I love.
Damn.
The next few days went on as normal.
Up until the 4th came.
It was a beautiful Saturday morning, when all hell broke loose.
Roxas found out about me going to have to kill Riku so he stopped talking to me. he did because I always told him about how much I could never have a better friend than Riku.
"YOU'RE BETRAYING YOUR BEST FRIEND!"
His words still echo through my head.
I screwed up...
Everyone I love...
They won't matter after today...
Except...

"Roxas, please..." I was about to cry. I've never cried in front of him.
Never.
"No. Go away." He stared coldly at me. "Leave me alone."
"O... Okay..."
I walked up to my room and I contemplated whether I should kill Riku.
Damn it.
Repliku woke up and didn't bother hiding his happiness. Today was going to be the best day of his life.
"Riku! This is gonna be so fun!" He smiled at me happily, then he looked sad all of a sudden," I'm sorry you can't come..."
"It's fine! Don't worry! I'll be fine!"
A few hours later they left, and I saw them out, waving to them good bye.
"See ya later, guys."

I was about to leave for the party, and so I then went to say good bye to Roxas, who didn't reply.
I'm sorry Roxas...
After Sora left, I quickly left the house, quietly.
No one seemed to notice.
Roxas, you have to warn him! Even if you can only warn his replica...
After all, the replicas know best.
I got to Riku's house and I walked up to the door, but I was too shy to knock.
Instead, I climbed up the house.
Having a family of pro assassins comes in handy.
I can scale walls like a spider.
I knocked on the window of the room that Riku was in.
He looked at me, almost looking scared and confused at the same time.
I don't blame him.
After about 30 minutes, I hear a knock on my window.
What?
Who?
I looked over and saw someone who looked a little bit like Sora.
But, that can't be... Sora's supposed to be at the party. He doesn't know I stay home... He thinks I still go to the parties.
But, that doesn't look exactly like him. Sora's hair is brown, his is blond.
I opened my window and helped him in.
Why am i helping him in?
Actually, I should be asking, how the hell did he scale the house to my room on the 5th floor?
"Hey, I am really sorry, I got scared so I used the window instead of the door... I'm not use to people.
"Um... It's... Okay?" I said to him.
"Okay, thanks..." He looked like he really wanted to tell me something. Something important.
"Listen, I gotta tell you something..." He paused,"... Wait, are you the real Riku or the replica?"
How does he know about Repliku?!
"Uh... I'm the replica." I lied, scared that he would kill me.
"Don't worry, I'm here to help the real one." He gave me a gentle smile.
"Help?" I was honestly really confused.
"I know this sounds stupid but... Sora is going to kill Riku!"
My eyes widened," What? Sora would never!"
"I know, I told myself the same thing, but he is!" He was pleading for me to believe him. "Please, you have to believe me!"
"Okay..." I didn't know what to do...
Damn it! Today was supposed to be the best day of his life!
"We have to get there and stop him!" He said, pulling on my arm.
"Yeah, let's go!" I didn't think, I just went.
I can't let him die. Not today.
I was pleading for Riku's replica to come with me.
I am so glad he is going to save his other half and not leave him to die.
I know what it's like after all...
After all, I'm a replica...
A failure.
I'm a failure.
I'm the failed replica.
So, they then made you and got rid of me and Sora...
We were left on the streets to die.
But Sora thinks we were left in an orphanage, but Xeha screwed with his memories.
Xeha wants Riku's replica to himself, so he's going to kill Riku to cause a distraction big enough to let him kidnap the replica.
All because I'm not good enough to be the Leader of the Revolution.
Screw the Revolution.
I'm helping them.
No matter how big of a FAILURE I am.
