A/N: Hey! Well it's been a while guys! Sorry it took me so long to update, some people kind of made me angry by saying this story sucked and that Tori was a complete Marry Sue. She's not I promise. If she seems that way now she won't later, I don't see how she looks and acts perfect, she practically just got cheated on and the only family she really has hates her right now. If that's your definition of perfect, then I'm sorry you think like that. Whew! Now that I'm done ranting, Lily will show up later! I've got some questions about her and she will come around 7th year. She's my favorite character but I couldn't put her in the beginning or else it would mess up my plot! Also, James and everyone else will all be friends again soon I promise. If anyone is still with this story I can't thank you enough! You guys are awesome! So this chapter was kind of hard for me to write so I apologize for how terrible this is going to be. I'm actually writing this on my way to the city! Yay!

This Chapter is a graduation present to Casey! Are you happy now? I updated for you! I'm going to miss you!

Disclaimer: If I was J.k Rowling Harry Potter would never end.

Chapter 6: Full moons and Ministry escapades.

The day went by slowly for Tori. Every time she looked at the clock, time seemed to slow. Safe to say, she was pretty aggravated. The boys weren't helping either, since her meeting with Dumbledore she had still been avoiding them and they just kept staring at her. Well, more accurately her arm, she could feel the bandage wrapped snuggly around her arm as it rubbed against her shirt. She sighed happily as the class was dismissed. She grabbed her stuff and hurried out of the classroom.

Running up to the girl dorms she quickly threw her stuff on her bed, parchment flying everywhere. She jumped around the room trying to grab the flying papers before they escaped. After reigning in the loose parchment she practically skipped down the stairs. The day started out horrible but she was just so happy to be able to change again. The thought stopped her in her tracks. How would Remus react towards her tonight? Would it be worse when he couldn't control his actions and acted on instinct? She headed to the window seal in the common room, as she sat down and stared out at the tiny rain droplets that raced down the window, she realized gloomily, that her day was never going to get better.

She wasn't sure how long she had sat there when a hand was placed delicately on her shoulder. She turned slowly looking up at the new figure. He looked at her sadly, and she knew the words before they even left his mouth. She had been thinking them long before he had come. She sighed and closed her eyes.

"They don't want me to come tonight." She said trying to make it easier on him.

"We don't want you to get hurt, even Remus thinks it's for the best." Peter said quietly.

She nodded. She walked with Peter down to dinner, neither uttering a single syllable. When they walked in everyone was already seated and eating. She followed Peter over to her usual spot, the remaining Marauders, minus Remus of course, looked at her in shock. She couldn't blame them, she was well-known for how long she could hold a grudge.

"Are you going to let me sit here or what?" She said resting her hands on her hips.

Sirius scooted over, smiling as she took a seat next to him. They immediately resumed talking about the preparations for tonight. She just sat there not talking as she knew she wouldn't get to go. She stood up gaining the boys attention.

"Where are you going?" They all asked simultaneously. She wanted to laugh at their faces, they were all being so cautious around her, like she was glass.

"Just going to talk to Remus." She said smiling. "See you later runts." She said raising her right hand in the air.

"Tori!" She turned and looked at Sirius, "Promise you won't come find us tonight" He said with a pleading look, causing all his fan girls to swoon and glare at Tori.

"I promise." She said smiling as she walked out of the hall.

"Somehow, I know she's going to find a loop-hole." James said.

"Most definitely." The other agreed.

Walking down the hall, she noticed an orange head of hair walk around the corner. She called out, running to catch up.

"Josie!" She yelled as the girl turned around.

"Oh! Hey T!" She said smiling as the other girl caught her breath.

"Where were you? I was looking for you at dinner." Tori said with a questioning look.

"Oh... Ummm I was out with Justin" She said, her face matching the color of her hair.

"Ooooh! How sweet!" Tori said with a smile as she clapped her hands.

"Oh shut it! Now what were you looking for me for?" Josie said with an eye roll as she put her hands on her hips.

"Just wanted to give you these." She said as she threw a package into the air and walked off towards the hospital wing.

Josie caught the package and looked at the girl as she walked away. She glanced down and smiled a package full of her favorite spicy candies. She smiled and popped one into her mouth. She knew there was a reason she liked that girl so much.

Tori ran to the hospital wing. She pushed open the doors so hard they slammed into the wall, she cringed at the sound.

"Miss Tarbet!" Madam Pomfrey reprimanded

"I'm sorry Poppy! Is Remus still here? I have to see him." She said quickly.

"He's already in place Tori, you'll have to wait." Madam Pomfrey said sympathetically.

"Oh, alright." Tori said dejectedly.

"Well there goes the easy way out" She thought sourly.

The fresh air felt amazing to the small group of boys as they stealthy crept out of the castle and onto the grounds. The group was one less than normal that night, and even though they knew it was for the best, it felt a little different.

The walk down to the willow was fairly short, but to the three Marauders, it felt like an eternity. An eternity that couldn't be over quick enough. So once Peter had hit the knot on the tree, they all ran under the roots, and practically sprinted down the passage way. The stag kicked open the door at the end of the passage way and the dog was the first to enter, and the first to get pounced on.

The boys all wrestled with a newly transformed Remus. Once he was calmed down enough to recognize it was them, he attacked with less force. As they all lead him outside and into the forest they realized how faster it went with all four of them helping the werewolf. The boys ran with the wolf, keeping him as in check as they could. The scene was magnificent; at least it was to the young figure sitting on a hidden tree limb a few yards away.

She wanted to sit there for just a little while longer, watching from a safe distance. She almost did too, but as the group of misfit animals came closer, she knew she was about to be caught. She held her breath and sure enough, the werewolf stopped short of the tree. He looked up growling at the unseen figure. The others moved closer trying to figure out what was wrong. The stag taking the lead, took one step. Suddenly the figure dropped to the ground, stretching out in the moonlight. It was a white fox. Immediately everyone knew who it was. Remus attacked.

The fox dodged swiftly, getting a scrape here and there, the stag stepped in and head butted the wolf, trying to back it off. James turned and locked eyes with Sirius. Sirius nodded and ran over picking up the fox in his mouth as he ran off away from Remus. Once they were a far enough distance away Sirius dropped the animal and changed back into his human form swiftly, the fox doing the same.

"What do you think you're doing?" He yelled, his fists clenched.

"I was doing just fine! Why did you bloody carry me off like a rag doll?" The dirty blonde yelled back her arms crossed.

"We agreed that you wouldn't come! He's still angry Tori and you know that!" He huffed

"Angry or not I'm still-" She froze in mid-sentence. "Sirius turn back... NOW!" She yelled.

Suddenly Remus had busted through the trees and was running straight at them, James in hot pursuit. Sirius had already changed back and ran to intercept the wolf. The wolf attacked ferociously, trying to get to the girl.

"Screw it; we don't have time for this!" She yelled. "Transform!" She floated into the air a few feet and an eerie white light was glowing around the girl. She spread her arms out and threw her head back as the magic took over. When the light cleared she landed gracefully on the ground. She had changed into a light blue sun dress like item. Her blonde hair was tied into an intricate braid and a pair of nearly translucent wings protruded from her back.

"Want a fight cousin? Then I'll give you one," She spoke softly raising her right hand at the werewolf. "Wind spear" She muttered as the wind slowly gathered around her as the werewolf charged. Suddenly it all shot at the werewolf, throwing it aside.

"Earth trap." She spoke again raising both hands as the earth came up a bit, trying to trap Remus. He quickly cleared the wall and attacked, slashing her on her arm as she jumped back. Her eyes started to glow a blue hue as she put her hands together, her anger taking over. Suddenly a black figure rushed in between the two, growling. She looked down to see Sirius. He growled again, giving them a warning to back off. Suddenly the feeling left her body and she dropped her hands to her side.

The rest of the night went by quickly, the fight having worn the werewolf out quite a bit. A the sun began to peek over the horizon, four exhausted teenagers trudged their way into the common room.

"Well I'm off to bed, I have to meet Dumbledore soon." Tori said yawning as she began walking towards the staircase.

"Don't think you're getting off the case that easy, when you get back, you are getting it." Sirius said seething as he glanced at the girl. She grimaced and went up the stairs, taking two at a time, before collapsing on her nice bed. The hammock didn't seem like a good thing to do now with everyone angry.

She thought over her soon to be meeting with the Ministry. She'd have her mark soon. She was slightly terrified, she didn't like having her secrets on display, but she'd do it for Remus. That's just the kind of person she was. She sighed and closed her eyes, her thoughts being washed out by the deep inky blackness of unconsciousness.
