"Elena!" Caroline yelled from the top of the stairs as she walked into Elena's house."Are you home?"she said climbing the stairs."How was your make up session with our sexy teach.."She began to say but saw her friend lying on the bathroom floor."OH MY GOD! ELENA!" she fell to the floor bringing her friends head in her lap."Elena, please wake up" she slapped her face lightly trying to wake her fumbled through her pocket fishing out her phone and dialed 911."Hi umm I need an ambulance to uhhh " Caroline tried. "She's dying" She cried please help!"Okay hun i need you to tell me the address"The girl on the phone said."Yea..318 maple street."common Elena she though shaking her friend. Caroline looked up as three men burst through the door getting right to work on Elena."Clear!" One of the men said as he shocked Elena's sat back in tears."Please Elena wake up" she whispered to herself. One of the men felt Elena's pulse."We have a heartbeat, we need to get her to the hospital now." Caroline shook her head as the men took of with Elena's body putting it in the back of the jumped into Elena's car to follow the ambulance to the hospital noticing Elena's phone she picked it up and dialed Stefan. "Elena! baby im sorry." Sir its Caroline." she said in tears."Caroline whats wrong ?""Where is Elena?"He was starting to worry. "On the way to the hospital she.. sheee" Caroline tried. "SHE WHAT CAROLINE!" stefan started to panic."She tried to kill herself stefan" She said calmly."Im on my way"He said hanging up the phone.
AT THE HOSPITALxxxx
Caroline and stefan have been waiting in the waiting room for hours now not hearing any news from the doctors."Elena gilbert" The doctor called . stefan was the first to stand"Yes.. How is she?"He bit his lip waiting for the news. "Shes stable actually she is awake .. Miss Gilbert took some strong pills we were able to get them out of her system but we are going to do some more tests in the morning" He said. "Can i see her?" Stefan said quietly. "Of course room 34B" The doctor said. Stefan walked into her room sitting down in the chair beside her. "Stefan.. what are you" she coughed."what are you doing here?" "Elena im so sorry I never meant to hurt you .. I love you so much I just wasn't thinking ." He said letting a few tears drop."Stefan.. They said I could have hurt not just me but the baby." She said slowly waiting for his reaction. "I know you could have died on me and.. wait what! the baby!" He looked down at her stomach. " I am a few weeks the doctor said, but yea im pregnant stefan and I still hate you for what you did but your going to be a dad .She looked up at him opening her mouth to say something else but he already has his mouth on hers."I love you so much and I know i fucked up but im going to make it right for us and our baby." He smiled placing his hand on her stomach."I love you too". She let the tears roll down her face smiling placing her hand on Stefan's. "I love you too" She repeated. Little did they know someone else heard their little confession and it wasnt caroline.. It was the Principal of their school visiting his mom who had cancer. He stood at the doorway stunned, Stefan was not just going to be fired and maybe even worse.
