'Help!'

'Help!' Me and inner thought together as we got surrounded by darkness as the shadow hit me.

I heard both Naruto and Kakashi call out for me but could not see them as I was engulfed by darkness. I felt frozen in time, but also like the space around me as speeding through it unlike me. From the darkness came television sets that all floated around me. On these screens, images and videos flashed a played as the screens slowly began to spin around me. They were gradually getting faster besides for one that sat before me. The scene that played on the screen was one I could never forget even though I wish I could and have tried. It was so fresh in my mind; the pain, the smells, the words, everything that was around me and the cold snow and wind that nipped at my flesh. The memory began to play in my mind as the screen that displayed it joined the rest and spun around.

My neck began to burn at the thought of what Danzo had done. The speed of the televisions spinning around me was becoming nauseating as they became blurred lines of colors. The spinning brought on a feeling that I was falling. My chakra was zapped completely so that my reserves were almost completely empty. It was dangerously low. In a moment of weakness, I muttered out a plea for help, but it was no use since I had been in a state of unconsciousness.

P.O.V Change: Shisui-

My cousin and I had been traveling for the past week as we made our way home from a S-ranked mission. The Hokage had assigned us specifically. On our way home we felt a large surge of chakra as if four or even five anbu level shinobi had all of a sudden drained their reserves completely. We rushed towards it, towards the unfamiliar chakra source, and saw her laying there. Looking at one another we stared at one another then back at the girl. She had mid-back length bubblegum pink hair, a red vest that revealed an anbu tattoo, black shorts and a pink apron(skirt) covering with black gloves. The suspicious part was that her hair was being held back by a leaf headband, but neither one of us could recognize her. Both of us are anbu and yet we have never seen her in anbu briefings or around the village.

Looking at Itachi I saw confusion cross his face briefly but then he went back to his stoic expression. I took a closer look at the girl. Upon further examination I noticed she looked vaguely familiar but I could not place her and there was a package lying on the ground to her side. We both then activated our sharingans and examined the girl as she laid on the ground unconscious. Unsure of the girl and what she was capable of, Itachi grabbed the girl's wrists and inserted some of his chakra around her wrists to keep her from performing jutsus to possibly assault us if she awoke before being properly restrained at the hospital for a check up since she was unhealthily low on on chakra. Her chakra reserves were huge. I have never, not once, seen chakra reserves that large in all my years as a shinobi.

I'm 16, in anbu and have been for a year and a half a year into my time as anbu Itachi got accepted and we were put onto a team together for two reasons. Reason number one was because we both were working privately for the Hokage in an effort to keep the Uchiha clan from starting a coup against the leaf village. Itachi is only 12 but I fear he may become even more damaged than he is now. Since a young age he became open to the stress and nightmares of the life of a shinobi. I wish he hadn't of had to, we met just after the war and he was fairly damaged, but he still had moments where he would act like a child. That changed though as his father began to hound him to get better and to become stronger. Itachi had always been a prodigy in the clan but it was the reason for his stress. He was the heir and being a prodigy as well only brought him more responsibilities and expectations that his father put on him. His body bears the marks of his father's, and the clan heads', expectations that left scars from missions, training, and stress. His face had stress lines that were getting deeper and bolder each month as the weights put on him increase after each milestone was passed. I want to remove his stress because no child should be forced to endure that kind of hardship.

We then began to head straight towards the village hospital to drop the girl off. Itachi had decided to carry the girl in his arms so before we had left I collected her weapons pouches and settled them into my pockets. They were stuffed beyond average capacity for someone of our standing which only increases my suspicions towards the girl. We entered the ate rather easily and were able to get to the hospital in a decent amount of time. We provided a medic with the minimum amount of time required, got the room number she was assigned to and a list of the medics tending to her, and then went to report to the Hokage about our mission and the girl.

When we entered his office the Hokage had been sitting at his desk looking into his crystal ball as he did everyday. He seemed to like to keep an eye on the village as much as he possibly could. He'd still go out and walk around the village a few times a day but as he filled out paperwork and did the rest of his job he'd have it nearby surveilling his village and the people he swore to protect.

"Lord 3rd." We both said as we kneel before his desk. A soft smile came to his face. He always gave us that grandfatherly look when we'd visit him. We both stood and, as I stayed in my place, Itachi took a step back.

"Lord 3rd. Our reconnaissance mission was a success we were able to compile a fairly large amount of information on the rogue groups plans and about their members as well. We were able to record the information on this scroll" I said as I pulled a scroll out of my vest pocket and placed it in his hand he brought to meet mine halfway. "On our way back to the village we came upon a strange girl. She was passed out a mile and a half away from the south gate of the village. She had this package with her and" I pulled her pouches out of my pockets. "These pouches as well." I said as I sat her goods onto her the front of his desk. As mission captain I was to provide our mission report. Normally Itachi was captain but due to an injury on our last mission he took a step back on this mission and any we have for the next month. Our hokage raised his eyebrows as he looked at the package. He flipped it over and read the text aloud.

" 'To our princess Sakura Haruno… Happy 16th birthday.' Well well well. Seems I need to go great our guest. She wasn't injured was she? We don't need a diplomatic issue on our hands now do we?" He asked as he stood up and grabbed all of the girls belongings.

'Princess… Oh god not another one' I thought to myself as I remembered the last time I was in the same room as a princess. I had began flirting with her, just playfully, and she was flirting back. I wasn't intending to actually make anything of it. I just know girls like to be complimented and flirting is a great way to make a girl feel good about themselves. But then she began to push for more than playful flirting and PG13 jokes. She began pushing me to go with her to her bedroom, saying she knew how to pleasure a man, but I didn't like the idea of a quickie while I was on her parents' payroll. I told her that and she began to tell become crabby to say the least and began to act like a spoiled brat because I told her no. I shook my head at the memory and looked at Itachi who acted like he could see what I was thinking as he gave me a look with laughter in his eyes.

"Let's go visit our honored guest. I've been waiting a long time for her visit." The Hokage said as he began to exit his door with us in tow. We left the room and behind us the Hokage performed a sealing jutsu on his door to prevent any unwanted entry. We then flash stepped behind the Hokage to the Hospital. When we arrived at the nurses' desk he asked if the girl was in her room. I then asked if she was still in room 313 and they confirmed that she was and that she would probably be up here in the next half hour because her chakra was replenishing nicely. Even with the chakra restraints Itachi had put on the girl. Itachi seemed to be surprised seeing how his restraints even gave me a shake for my money when it comes to keeping my chakra from replenishing itself. Took me a good two months to get a decent amount of chakra to break it.
