Ch. 6
Note: Switched Point of View to the TARDIS, and the Doctor is a fan of Hetalia
On the TARDIS, a machine that can travel anywhere in space and time, the Doctor called out to his companions, Amy Pond and Rory Williams, "Hey Ponds, do you know about Hetalia?"
His companions shook their heads and wondered what crazy things he was talking about. Amy said, "Hey Doctor, are you sure that we would know about Hetalia? Is it even from Earth?"
The young looking Doctor, who was betrayed by his old eyes, laughed and blurted out "Yes, it's from Earth. Its web comic that was turned into anime and it's about all the countries that are personified into people or in some cases more than one. And the countries stereotypes are based upon the Japanese views of the world."
"Well, can you tell us anything about the plot?" sighed Rory. Rory was thinking about the all the weird and outlandish stuff that the Doctor has done in the past, like talking with babies and his blurting random stuff. Well, the doctor was from a different planet, before it was destroyed, so humans are probably weird to him, and it's not like the Doctor hasn't saved his life and his family's lives many times.
The Doctor thought a while, trying to figure out the best way to describe the crazy show. He finally had an epiphany and blurted out, "The show's premise is about the Axis Powers in World War Two, and sometimes fighting the Allies. The format of the show is many clips that are around one to two minutes grouped together into five minute episodes altogether.
Amy thought about that for a while, thinking that Hetalia isn't as weird she thought it would be and let out her breath to say, "So what do these countries do in the show?"
The Doctor responded rapidly, "They mostly fight among each other. The most famous rivalries in the show are France and England, England and America, Prussia and Hungary, and Prussia and Austria. The Axis powers fight because Italy is very lazy and a coward. Germany is mad at Italy for this and being Italy. So do you want to see the World Conference clip?"
The married couple* looked at each other and thought "What do we have to lose?" and nodded.
The Doctor turned on his TV and inserted the DVD for Hetalia: The Axis Powers and he went and picked out the first episode. They watched the episode, and the companions were silent from after the beginning because of the craziness of this show.
The Doctor started to run his mouth at the end, "Another thing that makes this show even more popular is all the ship tease there is. Some of the popular pairings in the English speaking part of the world are Germany and Italy, England and America, England and France, Greece and Japan, Austria and Hungary, Prussia and Hungary, Russia and China, and Poland and Lithuania."
Rory retorted, "That means that many of the fans of this show are very liberal, for picking out those sort of pairings." His wife secretly was into this stuff, so in her head, she was very ecstatic to see this show.
The Doctor teasingly said "Well last Centurion, you will be amazed by the Roman Empire. All he wants to do is fight, drink, and have sex with women. He is the father or the grandfather of the more romantic characters, like North Italy, France and Spain.
The Automon sighed, "Then how did he create such a massive empire?" He wore a tired mask at the Doctor's weird show. He tried to remember everything he knew about anime, but he only remembered Pokémon and Dragon Ball Z.
"Rome had help from his friend and bodyguard," the Time Lord suddenly stuttered because the TARDIS traveled into a crack in the universe. He shouted, "Germania!"
The time lord rushed around the TARDIS control center and was trying to calm down the TARDIS. He whispered to her, "What's wrong, sexy? It's going to be fine." The cloister bells** rang for the warning. The Doctor pulled the lever that made to TARDIS land, as someone would do if they were going to crash their car.
The time lord took a breath and try to calm himself down, so he can look at the damage report. The TARDIS landed and the Doctor looked to see where they were, the Time Lord's face was white as the moon when he saw the coordinates were Gallifrey's, the Doctor's home planet that he destroyed to stop the Time War, which was very bloody because both sides can time travel.
Author's Note:
The countries and the alien are coming back after this short break. For Doctor Who fans, we aren't on Gallifrey, but the Doctor is going to have face something sad about his path (a death).
*Amy and Rory are married and the parents in law of the Doctor.
