CH6..THREE KENPACHI'S?
A Garaganta opens inside the confines of las noches as unohana, isane, yachiru, hanataro, mayuri, nemu and byakuya exit. The group surveys the area but mayuri and nemu vanish immediately, followed by byakuya when he sensed rukia's reiatsu dip, "Hanataro..please follow Captain Kuchiki" unohana states and hanataro nods. Isane looked around and felt a familar reiatsu, "captain..its one of the humans" she states and unohana looks in the distance, "let us go" she states and the three vanish. A group of similar arrancar stand at attention as their leader stands over a fallen chad and his opponent. The leader looked up to see unohana and company appear, "It would seem appropriate for a captain to appear before us...I am Rudbornn Chelute..Identify yourselves" he states. Unohana keeps her gaze on chad, "Captain of the goteijusantai's Squad four..Retsu Unohana" she states. Yachiru places her axe next to her, "Yachiru Kusajishi...Squad 11" she chirps. Isane stands firm, "Lt of squad four Isane Kotetsu...we have come to heal the injuries of everyone" she states. Unohana glances isane's way, "We do not wish to fight you..so as long as you do not raise a sword to us..we will not attack" she states. Rudbornn looks them over, "Its seems a wise captain is before us" he states but raises his hand, "Pull back" he adds. Isane stand shocked as the group vanishes, "isane please heal the human..I will heal the arrancar" unohana orders and then turns to yachiru, "please provide us with protection" she adds. Yachiru hoists her axe up, "you got it" she smiles, hopping atop a rock.
Isane kneels next to chad and starts healing him while unohana kneels next to the arrancar, "come to kill me soul reaper" the arrancar stated, opening his eyes. Unohana kneels next to him, "No...I have come to heal you...can you tell me your name" she smiles and he sighs, "Privaron Esapda...Gantenbainne Mosqueda" he states. Unohana places her hand on his abdomen as her hands glow, "my name is retsu unohana...lay back" she states. Gantenbainne sighs softly, "tell me mr Gantenbainne...do you know someone called kenpachi zaraki" unohana asked and he nodded, "yea he's a blood thirsty man...he mangaed to kill Espada 5..Nnoitra Gilga with just one arm but Lord aizen gave him a new one" he states. Minazuki mentally nods, "Score one for mitsuomi..he went down fighting" she states and unohana nods. Isane finished healing chad but he soon rushed off to find ichigo but suddenly they felt hanataro's reiatsu drop. Isane turned to unohana, "go ahead isane...please assist captain kuchiki and hanataro" she orders and isane vanishes. Gantenbainne soon sat up as unohana finished healing him, "it seems I should say thank you...even though we are enemies" he stated, standing up and bowed. Unohana rose to her feet and returned the bow but as Gantenbainne turned to leave, a figure landed in front of him and drove a hand through his chest. Unohana gasped as the figure threw Gantenbainne aside but her eyes narrowed, seeing the shark like grin on the figure's face. Yachiru landed next to unohana, "Kenny..is that you" she states. Kenpachi smirked flexing his new arm, "the one and only...you've changed too yachiru...unohana" he states. Kenpachi had shed his bells leaving him with mid back length slicked back hair with a bone fragment in the shape of his old eyepatch, his clothes were now a white hakama tucked into his boots. A white zip up vest and worst of all wearing mitsuomi's blood stained hoari, missing both sleeves and the squad 11 symbol sliced. Unohana noticed that kenpachi once jagged and chipped sword looked brand new, "So you sold your soul for power kenpachi" she questioned.

Kenpachi hoisted his sword on his shoulder, "So what if I did...with this body...I fight to my hearts content now" he smirked. Yachiru took several steps forward, "kenny..even so...why did you have to kill smiley" she asked. Kenpachi looked up at the fake sky, "aizen wanted him dead..didnt tell me why..besides he owed me a rematch but he was too busy..Fucking the captain of the nurse squad" he states. Yachiru gasps slightly but unohana remains collected as kenpachi grinned, "whats wrong...its a fact of life..you know it well yachiru...the weak die and strong live...Mitsuomi was strong but he let himself become weak...by associating himself with weakness...Squad 11 is about the battle..the feeling of cutting down your enemies...the thrill of the fight but he concerned himself with useless things and that got him killed" kenpachi stated. Unohana tilted her head, "you're talking alot today...you are usually taciturn but thats good..keeping talking because this single scar will not stop throbbing" she states, loosening her scarf to reveal a single scar on her chest and her reiatsu rising. Kenpachi pointed to the scar on his face with a smirk, "I'll tell ya...You're not the only one...Whose wound wont stop throbbing...Yachiru Unohana!" he shouted. Yachiru looked at unohana in shock, "but thats my name" she stated and unohana glanced her way, "and a strong one it is..long ago I called myself that after learning all the swordmanship of the world...however now is not the time to go into great detail" she replies, slowly drawing minazuki but yachiru raised her axe. Yachiru pointed her axe at kenpachi, "kenny..I trained to face you in battle..now i will" she states, vanishing.
Yachiru appeared above kenpachi with her axe baring down but he blocked with his hand and used his sword to block unohana's attack from the side. Kenpachi flared his reiatsu pushing unohana back and tossed yachiru aside, "Hahaha...good power" he howled. Yachiru recovered and charged while unohana took a battojutsu stance, "Ha..thats his move" kenpachi grinned, pointing his left hand. A gold cero suddenly charged and fired at unohana as yachiru swung from the other side but kenpachi blocked again. The cero charged unohana like a rocket but she sliced the cero half with a quick draw and vanished. Unohana appeared above as kenpachi brought his sword upward to block but unohana vanished and sliced his side. The blood spurted as the wound soon closed but kenpachi swung his leg up, however unohana expertly dodged and landed with a skid. Yachiru charged with rapid swings as kenpachi smirked, "you're unfocused squirt" he shouted, swinging her into the air. Kenpachi quickly turned as his and unohana's swords collided, displacing the air and sand, "thats a serious look on your face...if your little nurses saw you now" he smirked. The blades scraped against each other but unohana managed to create a gap and slashed kenpachi across the chest and another to send him backwards, "You are weak" she uttered. Kenpachi cackled as he stood, "Hahaa..this is great...no one has been able to wound me like this" he stated, as his reiatsu flared more and more. Unohana charged with her sword to run him through but kenpachi took the attack, "Hahaha..got you" he howled, grabbing her sword arm and slashing her shoulder. Yachiru appeared from behind with her axe high but she hesitated, when she saw the squad 11 symbol. Kenpachi swung backwards knocking yachiru to the ground but that one moment of hesitation cost yachiru. Yachiru returned to her normal self and her sword sealed, "I told you one slip and its gone" a voice growls and she sighs soflty, "I know" she thought.
Kenpachi glances back to yachiru with a smirk, "though the fight was short...you did good kid" he states and turns to unohana as she utters, "Bakudo #61...Rikujokoro" as the six rods of light trap him. Unohana raised her right hand, "Bakudo #62...Hyapporankan" she utters as a hundred rods pierce him, "Bakudo #63...Sajo..Sabaku" she adds. The yellow chain wraps around kenpachi, "I know this will not hold you but it will buy time" she states, appearing next to yachiru. Yachiru got to her feet as unohana got in front of her, "yachiru...you need leave this fight to me" she states but yachiru shakes her head, "No..we said...we would fight together and we will" she states. Yachiru raises her reiatsu as she changes form again and holds her axe tight. Kenpachi starts cackling as the kido binding him starts to melt and crack under his flaring reiatsu and it soon shatters. Yachiru and unohana brace themselves as kenpachi charges with a wide swing but yachiru guards herself as she skids backwards. Unohana uses a upward vertical swing but kenpachi uses his reiatsu like a shield and manages to slice across unohana's left shoulder. Yachiru charges with a wide thunderous downward swing against kenpachi's reiatsu and narrowly dodges his counter attack but recieves a nick on both her cheeks, "even if you dodge..his dense power cuts...be cautious" a voice growls. Yachiru wipes her cheeks as unohana leaps with a downward slash as kenpachi counters, blowing a sand in every direction. Unohana flies back from the dust up and comes to halt but kenpachi quickly charged with his sword high but yachiru suddenly appears and blocks. Yachiru chokes back a scream as she is struck by kenpachi's crushing reiatsu as she tries to hold off the blade but it glows gold and explodes, engulfing both yachiru and unohana. The smoke clears as unohana is on one knee with yachiru in her arms, "Hahahaa...Well looks like fun is over..Time to go find Ichigo...Ja'ne" kenpachi howls, charging another cero.

Kenpachi jerks when he senses a new reiatsu and turns to in time to fire his cero into a large blue electric blast as it carved up the sand. Unohana quickly used danku to shield them, "what power...who is it" she thought. A silhouette of a figure started to slowly emerge as kenpachi smirked, "Let me give you a hint as to you probably want to know...I was once called a one man army...then called a 100 manslayer...but here is a more clearer hint..When you kill a man..Make sure he is Dead" the figure states. Kenpachi laughs loudly, "So you wanna join the brawl..Huh?!...then tell me your name?!" he smirked. The smoke soon cleared to reveal a tall figure in a hooded black cloak with a black claymore poking from the cloak. The figure slowly drew the sword and drove it into the sand, "So drawing your sword is your intention" kenpachi smirked. The figure started to loosen his cloak as a puff of smoke came from his hood, "My intention is clear...there is no need to state it" he stated. The figure slowly removed his cloak but his hood remained, revealing black m40 trousers with two wide white stripes going down the sides and two more wrapping around the legs above the knee. The pants legs were tucked into black riding boots, with the figure wearing a white vest with black buttons. The figure also wore a white with black trimmed british redcoat jacket with black gloves. The figure slowly reached for his hood, "I was wrong..it needs to be said...Kenpachi..I have come to Kill you" he stated, tossing the hood. The figure had short spiky black hair with two curved bangs that framed his handsome face, with defined cheek bones, straight slender nose but his most haunting feature were his eyes. His left eye was covered by a white eyepatch but his other was steel-blue and showed the scope of his strength. Kenpachi grinned showing his teeth but unohana was in complete shock, "It cant be...Mitsu..." she thought. The figure took a slow drag and blew a puff a smoke, "I'll tear you apart..again...Kenpachi" he states, with smirk. [song ends]

Orihime Inoue stares up at Aizen as he strolls down the steps, "Welcome back..orihime...you know...you should smile more...if the sun does not shine..everyone is depressed" he states, reaching out to caress her cheek but suddenly a hand appears from thin air and grabs his hand. Orihime gasps as another hand appears from nowhere and lands on her shoulder, "You love hearing yourself talk dont you...Sosuke" a voice states but it was distorted. Gin and Tosen watch as the area behind orihime cracks and splinter as a figure comes into view. The person wore a hooded white coat that obscured his face with black pants and boots, "So you finally decided to come out of hiding" aizen coolly states. The person chuckles airly, "I'm afraid...I'm not in a position to say I was hiding but then again..How is one to act in the presence of some sort of King" he states. Aizen folds his arms behind his back, "But you're not afraid to be sarcastic...it seems your death has not affected your comedic attitude..Mitsuomi Kiriyu" he states. Orihime gasps sharply as gin grins and tosen silently grumbles but mitusomi laughs louder, "Oh..so you knew..way to blow my big comeback but if you knew I was lurking and still alive..why not send your lapdog tosen or your smiling boyfriend gin...to find me" he states. Mitsuomi raises a finger, "or maybe..you really didnt know I was alive till I let my reiatsu be known" he states and notices a slight twitch on aizen's face. Aizen turned away from mitsuomi, "How does it feel sosuke not to have everything go your way...your carefully planned chess game for the last hundred years...all the pieces were under your control but One...Looking back now...I see why you silenced me...you suspected you couldnt control me with your precious kyoka suigetsu" mitsuomi stated.
Aizen turned back to mitsuomi with a slight glare, "You speak as if you have the upperhand...No one can counter my Kanzen Saimin" he states. Mitsuomi tilted his head back to reveal the faceless mask with purple lightning mark going down the left side, "But if you can catch you before it activates..however thats the tricky part...but in my case...I already got you" he states, pointing to his left. Aizen glanced to his right to see himself and mitsuomi just as he had turned back to him, "Something wrong..cant wrap that huge brain around it...we are having a conversation inside an illusion but dont worry..only a second will pass outside" mitsuomi explains. Aizen fixed his gaze on mitsuomi, "So this is the power of your hollowifaction...it seems sending kenpachi to kill you was a hasty action but you are a Fool" he states, as a blade erupts from mitsuomi's chest. Mitsuomi wagged his finger as his mask evaporated and his body turned to mist, "tsk..tsk..tsk...struck a nerve...my tsukiyomi has already got you..its had you since our first meeting" he states. Aizen's eyes narrow but sees in mitsuomi's left eye a black and gold strarred pinwheel, "it was your one mistake with me...instinctively I used tsukiyomi on you when we met...because I didnt trust you...Now..I'll admit..I knew someday kenpachi would stab me in the back...but for him to join you is well...slightly shocking" mitsuomi states. Aizen softly sighs, "you are a fool...yes you were an obstacle but your solution to fake your death was foolish...you have no place to go back to" he states and tilts his head, "plus you drop your guard" he adds. Mitsuomi's eyes narrow as the illusion start to splinter and shatter, "think so huh" he states. Orihime gasped as a small patch red suddenly appeared on mitsuomi's chest, "sorry orihime..you will have to wait" he whispers, as his body turns to wind. Mitsuomi grinned at aizen, "see ya soon..sosuke" he smirked and aizen narrowed his eyes, "No matter mitsuomi kiriyu is a fool" he thought.

Yachiru slowly opens eyes to see mitsuomi standing a distance from them and face to face with kenpachi, "smiley...is that really smiley" she whispered. Retsu heard his nickname and her eyes slowly widen, "Mitsuomi but how can this be...I did his autopsy..it was him...this must be one of aizen's illusions" she thought. Kenpachi cackled wildy as mitsuomi only glared, "so you faked your death..like aizen...no wonder you were fucking her...you used that eye thing on her and the others to complete the illusion" he states. This caused retsu to gasp sharply, "has he been lying to me..all this time" she whispers but yachiru grabs her shoulder, "no re-chan...smiley loves you..he said so himself...after" she states. Yachiru sighs softly as she started to explain, "after I saw kenny kill smiley...I saw him near central 46...he told me to keep this a secret...he would shadow aizen and learn his weakness and shake the rust off...he gave me the scarf...hat and letter" she explained. Mitsuomi glanced at retsu and his hard glare softened, "I told you to keep the faith...I put my faith and love in you..because you were the only one I could trust" he states.

Kenpachi drives his sword into the sand, "Hahaha...you really are pretty sappy...Captain...have you forgotten where you are...this is Battle..not some argument...admit it..Captain...you seek out fights...you desire to be the strongest...Such is the law of Squad 11" he howled. Mitsuomi flicked his cigarette away and charged kenpachi with his left clenched into a fist but kenpachi blocked his left, sending a burst of reiatsu forth. Kenpachi grinned and charged a cero from his left but mitsuomi dodged the cero and appeared above charging his own cero, however kenpachi countered with his cero again. Retsu and yachiru covered their eyes as a large gust of wind and sand shot forth, "even with his injuries..mitsuomi is matching kenpachi" she thought. Mitsuomi skids back but charges landing a hard punch to kenpachi's crossed arm block but kenpachi counters with his own punch but mitsuomi blocks with forearm. Mitsuomi swings another heavy punch, which kenpachi blocks with his shoulder as their boots skid in the ground. The two lock hands in a test of strength niether man giving an inch. Mitsuomi slowly raises his head, "yaahhhh" he howls, as their reiatsu's flare wildly fighting for dominace. Retsu and yachiru feel the ground quake under their massive powers. All over las noches the battles stop sensing the crushing force of their powers, "this reiatsu..it cant be...Captain Kiriyu" rukia thought. Ichigo flies up the tower feels a gust of wind, "kenpachi...and someone else" he thought. Byakuya fixes his gaze in the direction of the gusting powers and looks up to see cracks appearing in the roof, "Zaraki...and its seems Captain Kiriyu but how is he alive" he thought. Mitsuomi and kenpachi's boots dig into the ground, as they create a crater. Kenpachi catches mitsuomi with a punch and he counters with his own as they skid backward towards their swords. Mitsuomi prepared to charge when retsu appeared between them, "Bakudo #100...Kagami kūgeki kakuchū" she recited. A mirror wall like barrier erected around them and separated mitsuomi from kenpachi, "Heh..trying to delay the inevitable" kenpachi states. Retsu turned to him with a hard glare, "do you not want mitsuomi at full strength" she states. Kenpachi scoffs but smirks, "Hell yea...when I kill him..there will be no doubt" he grins. Mitsuomi grabs his sword in his right hand with the blade pointed back and his left hand slightly above the black blade, "Thats Enough...I have heard all I need to hear" he states. Yachiru suddenly grabbed mitsuomi by his coat, "Bakudo #1 Sai" she recited and his arms locked behind his back as his sword clanged on the ground. Retsu placed her hand on his back, "let me heal you..especially your eye" she states. [song ends]
A sudden buzzing catches their attention, "Tenteikura" mitsuomi states and everyone hears aizen's speech, "Haha...so he taking off..good no more distractions" kenpachi cackled. Mitsuomi glances back, "you can let me go..yachiru...I'm impressed..with your quick thinking and kido skill" he states. Mitsuomi turns his gaze to retsu as yachiru releases him, "Not to worry..my eye is fine" he states, removing the eyepatch as a starred pinwheel recedes into his gold pupil. Mitsuomi rubbed his eye, "I was using tsukiyomi and a shadow clone to talk with sosuke but it failed..however it confirmed my suspisions" he states but as he turns her again. Retsu slaps him in the face and draws blood, "why didnt you tell me?!...I couldve helped" she asked but mitsuomi sighed, "because sosuke had got to you...the autopsy...you said it was him" he replies. Mitsuomi sat down on a rock as retsu started healing him, "the day sosuke was found and you said it was him...it made no sense...so I took steps...the day of rukia's execution..I sent a shadow clone to central 46 and I went to squad 4...I looked over his body and knew it was fake...it was confirmed by my clone as sosuke attacked toshiro and momo...then he let it slip to you about his sword and it made me realize why he tried to kill me and suceeded on my clone" he explains. Retsu places both hands on his back and they glow pale green, "What did you realize smiley" yachiru asked and mitsuomi glanced her way, "sosuke needs to kill anyone who has not seen kyoka suigetsu...more than likely he has used it on everyone of rank in the goteijusantai" he explains. Retsu's breath hitched, "then everyone in karakura..is at a disadvantage" she states and mitsuomi nods, "but we have one ace left to play...if he is still alive...if I'm right he may be the only other one to have not seen kyoka suigetsu" he states.

Mitsuomi watches kenpachi pace like caged lion and smirk graces his face, "You know..I'm glad you switched sides...I would have never gotten gramps to sanction a full on fight bewteen us" he states. Kenpachi cackles with a smirk, "yea...we'd destroy everything" he grins and mitsuomi laughs, "all you've done now is level the playing field..with your hollowifaction" he states. Kenpachi's eye narrowed, "this is not an effect of my bankai...its my hollowifaction...something I had hidden for years but during my fight in stalingrad...I made a deal and this is the result" mitsuomi states, lifting his sleeve to show his tattoo. Yachiru looks between mitsuomi and kenpachi, "they are very similar...it stands to reason..one or both will die in this fight" a voice growls and she mentally nods, "I know and it scares me but I have to be strong" she thought. Retsu notices the sadden look on yachiru's face, "I have an inkling how she feels...I dont want mitsuomi to do this but I know in my heart I have let him do this" she thought, as her vision became blurry. Retsu rested his forehead on his back and he glanced, "Sorry for making you worry...but it does my heart well to know how much you love me..to break a promise never to kill and to fight on par with someone of kenpachi's demeanor" he states. Mitsuomi turns and cups her chin and careeses her cheek into a soft kiss, "Just Keep the Faith" he whispers, standing. Mitsuomi raises his right and clenched his fist, then raised his left to slam his fist into his palm. Retsu could feel his intention radiating from him as he slammed his boot into his sword and it flipped up into his hand. Mitsuomi glanced to yachiru and retsu, "Here I go...wish me luck" he smiled. Mitsuomi slowly walked forward with his claymore in hand, "They say there are things you cant fight...they say a hurricane is coming you have to escape...right now I feel I can fight the hurricane called Kenpachi Zaraki and Can win" he thought, gripping zetseui tighter. Kenpachi grinned wide as mitsuomi approached and flared his reiatsu as mitsuomi did the same. Almost simultaneously both strike the mirror wall and it shattered in thousands of pieces and their blades met. Mitsuomi and Kenpachi poured reiatsu into their blades as a gash erupted from both sides where the blades met, "Lets take this elsewhere" mitsuomi states and kenpachi grins, "Lets" he smirks as they suddenly vanish. Retsu and yachiru looked skyward and saw hole break open in the roof, "good luck" retsu thought. Retsu turned to yachiru, "Lets go...we need to help the others" she states and yachiru nods. Meanwhile two streaks flew across the desert of hueco mundo and finally landed miles away from las noches. Mitsuomi landed first as kenpachi landed second with his reiatsu sparking, "this should be far enough away" mitsuomi thought. Kenpachi pointed his sword at mitsuomi, "You once said...the blood of who is strong or stronger than me...its what gets my blood boiling...So show me the real power of..Mitsuomi Kiriyu" he howled.

Mitsuomi clenched his sword tight as his purple-black reiatsu flared five feet into the air, then fifteen feet as he leapt into the air and downward. Mitsuomi charged down at kenpachi like a purple bomb as their blades met, violently dispersing sand and shattering rocks. Mitsuomi vanished and slid on the sand but quickly charged again, their blades met again. Sand and debris shot in everything direction as mitsuomi and kenpachi unleashed a flurry of swings, each parry or counter dispersed the air like a maelstrom. Kenpachi swung wide but mitsuomi parried and swung but was met by kenpachi's reiatsu, "che..just like before" mitsuomi thought. Wind and Lightning started to whip around zetsuei as mitsuomi channeled his reiatsu, "Kaze rakurai ryū odori" he howled. The combined blast caused kenpachi to skid but he charged a cero, "hahaha...give me more" he howled. Mitsuomi deflected the cero and leapt skyward and shouted, "Tsuchi ryū Odori" slamming zetsuei into the sand. Dozens of earthern spikes jutted from the ground but kenpachi charged through them, "Byakurai!" mitsuomi shouted, as a bolt of blue lightning erupted from his finger. Kenpachi sidestepped the blast and vanished but mitsuomi quickly turned to block his swing, however kenpachi's blade scraped across zetsuei. Mitsuomi narrowly dodged the swing losing a few strands of hair in the exchange, "Kaen ryū odori" he shouted. The burst of flames engulfed kenpachi but a cero came through, slamming into mitsuomi as he blocked. The smoke cleared with mitsuomi and kenpachi virtually unharmed, "you are stronger..impressive" kenpachi grinned and mitsuomi smirked, "did you really think i was doing nothing" he states. Kenpachi grins wide as his reiatsu rises and flares causing mitusomi to tense up slightly but he had no time to think as kenpachi charged.
Kenpachi swung from side to side as mitsuomi parried and dodged each swing but he was being pushed back. Kenpachi kept the pressure on giving mitsuomi no time to think, "Whats wrong...are having trouble...this is a fight to the Death" kenpachi howled but mitsuomi vanished. Mitsuomi quickly appeared above, charging a dragonstrike and slammed the blade into sand as kenpachi skipped back. Mitsuomi charged through the sand and was inches from kenpachi as he swung upward, drawing blood on kenpachi's chest and threw him several feet. Mitsuomi skidded to halt as kenpachi stood with a sadistic grin, "Hahaa...finally at last" he howled, wiping the blood on his hollow hand. Mitsuomi jerked when a cero started to charge but when it mixed with the blood, swelled to five times it normal size. Kenpachi suddenly vanished and appeared with the cero above mitsuomi, "Gran Rey Cero" kenpachi howled. Mitsuomi had no time to react as the cero engulfed him as kenpachi cackled wildly but stopped when mitsuomi flew from the firestorm with his coat on fire. Mitsuomi skidded to halt and shook off the burning coat as several drops of blood dripped down his cheek. Kenpachi landed with a smirk on his face, "so thats one of the ceros exclusive to the espada" mitsuomi thought. Kenpachi raised his blade to mitsuomi, "So cap...you wanna use your bankai" he grins but mitsuomi smirks, "you know the only difference between this shikai and my bankai..is the weapon" he states, walking forward. Kenpachi smirked and walked forward as well till they were a foot apart, suddenly their reiatsu flared. Mitsuomi and kenpachi bellowed a mighty yell and unleashed another flurry of swings. Shockwave after shockwave carved into the sand as they appeared and disappeared, sand and rocks flying and killing unlucky hollows that were around. Mitsuomi swung wide but kenpachi vanished and appeared behind mitsuomi, "Raikoho" kenpachi utters. Mitsuomi gasps as the yellow electric blast slammed into him and into a rockface, "Hahaha..thought I didnt know kido Huh?!" kenpachi cackled.
Suddenly a purple cero erupted from the hole but kenpachi countered with his own, both pushed on the ceros till they exploded in a large explosion. Mitsuomi slammed into another rockface as kenpachi suddenly appeared from the smoke with his sword swirling with yellow energy. Mitsuomi dodged the blade as it destroyed the rockface, however mitsuomi appeared above kenpachi, already charging a cero but it was five time its size. The Gran Rey Cero slammed kenpachi like a missile into the sand and through into an underground carvern. Mitsuomi landed in the carvern but saw no trace of kenpachi, "he is good...kido...now masking his power" he thought. Mitsuomi suddenly felt a surge of reiatsu and turned to see kenpachi running forward, charging two Gran Rey Ceros. Mitsuomi flared his reiatsu and gripped zetseui in both hands, "Yami-en ryū no odori!" he shouted, as red flames tinted with black surround his black blade. The combined attacks exploded in a massive explsoion, causing a large mushroom cloud to appear in the black sky but the silhouette of two figure slowly started to emerge. Mitsuomi rose skyward as kenpachi followed, their bodies mired with gashes. However when the smoke cleared, a huge crater was below them revealing the meno forest below. [song ends]

Unohana and yachiru found the others, only to find captain kuchiki fighting a large arrancar with the number zero on his left shoulder. Isane looked to see unohana and yachiru on her shoulder, "captain unohana your injuries" she half shouted but retsu shook her head, "I will be ok...isane your report" she states. Isane nods, "most of their injuries are healed...ichigo-san has informed me..ms inoue and mr ishida are on the roof...but worst yet..captain kuchiki is still fighting and has serious injuries to his arm and leg" she reports but clasps her hands, "the reiatsu we all felt...was it...it felt like" she adds. Retsu places a hand on isane's shoulder, "it was...everyone..Captain Kiriyu is alive and is locked in combat with Kenpachi Zaraki" she states. A collective of murmurs filled the vicinity as everyone was shocked that Mitsuomi was alive but before anyone could ask, retsu was gone. Yammy howled in anger trying to catch Byakuya, "Damn it..I've changed twice...hold stand still you fucking fly" he roared. Byakuya readies for his next attack when unohana appeared next to him with her sword drawn, "please retreat for now captain kuchiki..let me assist you" she states. Yammy charges them but retsu raises her left hand, "Hado #88 Hiryu Geizoku Shinten Raiho" she shouted. The blue electric blast stuck yammy like a missile, slamming into the sand with a huge plume of sand, "as I said..please let me handle this" retsu repeats, her smile on display. Byakuya stiffened slightly with glare and headed towards the others but he swore he saw a smirk on retsu on her face reminsicent of mitsuomi. Yammy stood with angry howl, "You fucking Bitch!" he roared but retsu raised her sword, "Minazuki" she recited. Minazuki shot forth from the blade with a screech towards and phasing through yammy at each turn, "Stand still" he howled. Minazuki soon returned to her sheath as retsu turned to walk away, "what the hell was that...you didnt even hit me" he cackled. Yammy stomped forward but jerked when his body started to go numb and his reiatsu fluxing wildly, "I did hit you...I attacked from the inside...you will soon no longer be able to maintain that form...when minazuki passed through you she left a very aggressive poison the turns the body against itself" retsu explain, vanishing.
Ichigo and the others watched in shock as retsu appeared next to them, "Captain Kuchiki..you may finish him at your leisure" she states. Retsu then turns to ichigo, "shall we go kurosaki-san" she states and ichgio gawks, "where to" he asks. Byakuya glares at ichigo, "To karakura town..are not its protector...There nothing left to do here" he states. Ichigo stands confused but retsu places a hand on his shoulder, "Do not worry..I will go with...also mitsuomi left a message for me to give you...He said..its on you now...You have to stop Sosuke..I will deal with Kenpachi but when I'm done..I will come kick Sosuke's ass with you and rub it in byakuya's face" she states. Byakuya glares even more, "sorry captain kuchiki..it were his exact words" retsu states. Ichigo takes a deep breath as mayuri approached explaining he can open a garganta, "The Hell you will...I'll send them" a voice shouted. Suddenly retsu's shadow expanded and mitsuomi appeared, "one shadow clone at your service...mitsuomi attached me to you to send you back" he states and performs several hands signs. The garganta sprung open as the clone started melting, "well shall we go" retsu stated and they jumped inside. Mayuri only huffed as the clone flipped him the bird as he dissappeared.
Mitsuomi charged kenpachi only to be blown back but mitsuomi quickly recovered and flared his reiatsu to slash kenpachi's chest. Mtisuomi and kenpachi parried and countered each other's thunderous blows, sounding like thunder as their reiatsu destroyed everything around them. Kenpachi dodged mitsuomi's vertical downward swing, "So you got plenty of fight left?!...I didn't think you would last this long" kenpachi grinned. Mitsuomi spat some blood, "Really..I could say same about you...you've learned some new tricks while..I've been away" he smirks. Kenpachi cackles but vanishes to appear behind mitsuomi, however mitsuomi dodges and slams kenpachi in the sand with a wind blast. Mitsuomi charges downward but kenpachi fires several balas, "Kaze-en ryū Odori" he shouts, unleashing a firestorm. Mitsuomi scanned the smoke, when a hand gripped his face and slammed him into the sand. Mitsuomi tried to stand only for kenpachi to appear with his right arm stretching like a snake and wrapped it around his neck, "so you do have some new tricks...but then so do I" mitsuomi smirked. Kenpachi had no time to react as mitsuomi appeared above him, slamming him with a dragonstrike. Mitsuomi skipped back from the crater, trying to steady his breathing as kenpachi lept out of the crater and his coat gone. Mitsuomi tilted his head with a smirk, "I have to say..you impress me kenpachi...aizen must of did a number on you...we are completely even" he states. Kenpachi spits some blood with a smirk, "That may be true...but its not even close to being over...the gap between us wasnt large...however you said..I leveled the field..Ha" he states. Mitsuomi starts to feel a rumbling as he notices kenpachi's bone eyepatch is cracking, "I took it..One Level Higher" kenpachi howled, as it shattered and revealing his hollowifed eye. Mitsuomi shielded his eyes as kenpachi's reiatsu rose higher like hurricane but he gasped as kenpachi sliced him in half vertically however his body shattered like ice, "But Then So Have I" a voice hisses. Kenpachi turned to see mitsuomi with a facless mask on, "So it was you" he smirked and mitsuomi nodded, "I came here and trained...fifty menos...thirty adjuchas...fifteen arrancar...all in the hope off shaking the rust...Now its time for round 2" he states, tossing his sword into the air. Mitsuomi performed several rapid handsigns and suddenly a garganta opened, "Take the plunge...lets take this battle to Karakura" he states, blowing smoke from his mask. Kenpachi started to cackle as both run towards the void and lept inside as it snapped closed.
