Act V
June Sumarlíðr
"Kelpies are horrid, vicious things." Jack declared as soon as he landed before the summer spirit three days after their previous meeting. Jack was damp with torn clothing and had icicles hanging from him in places where he had been dripping water.
"Your the one who decided to go in the domain of a creature who's notorious for drowning people." Jackson muttered. "And all for a girl."
'What's with you? You've been moody for days.' Jack fired back only to get silence.
"What'd you get me that requires a kelpie?" the girl asked, amused.
Jack flashed a grin, Jackson scoffed, as he dug into his pocket and pulled out a ball of ice the side of a soft ball. "Melt that, slowly."
The girl, curious, obeyed as she took the ice ball. Slowly the ice melted to reveal a female water fairy with soft blue skin, silver hair, sea foam green eyes, lavender clothing, delicate limbs and small enough to sit in the palm of the hand.
"I thought water fairies had silver wings." The girl said frowning at the fairy yawning in her hand.
"They do, normally." Jack said. "Nilofer is special because she was born in the waters of the Fountain of Youth which is guarded by the Golden Kelpies. The kelpies though I was trying to steal water to give to people so they attacked me."
The girl grinned, "Alright, I'm impressed. My name is June Sumarlíðr. In the Forgotten Forest of Gæa, you'll find the Book of Legends." June waved before taking off.
"Finally." Jackson huffed. "Thought she'd never leave."
"Sometimes I just don't understand you." Jack told him before taking off also, heading north.
